本发明提供一种变电站保护屏柜巡检系统,属于变电站保护屏柜巡检技术领域。
背景技术
目前使用的变电站保护装置能够发现故障并及时做出动作切除故障,对电网安全运行有重要作用,保护屏柜作为一种常见的保护装置被广泛应用,保护屏柜在使用时要求全时段开机对变电站相应控制回路的运行状态进行实时监控,在长时间运行过程中,保护屏柜内安装的服务器、保护装置、主机、电源模块、端子排上的继电器等部件会不断发热积聚热量,当设备过热运行时其性能将会下降,故障判断灵敏度将会降低,为保证设备正常运行,需要经常性的对保护屏柜内不同部位的环境温度进行监测。
目前采用的带电检测手段主要要求工作人员使用红外热像仪进行全时段、多部位测温,采用人工测温具有测量全面、方式灵活、分析直接等优点,但人工测温测量频次低,测量数据非实时,不能实时反应重要元件的温度变化,测量数据不准确,且由于两个屏柜之间相隔距离较窄,运维人员在保护屏后进行红外测温时,红外测温仪离被测物体的距离较近,由于红外测温仪的焦距为定焦镜头,因此测量过程会出现只能测量局部的情况,需要运维人员反复扫视整个屏柜后部,以达到检查的目的,检测工作量大、工作强度高。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,所要解决的技术问题为:提供一种保护屏柜巡检系统硬件结构的改进。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种变电站保护屏柜巡检系统,包括安装在保护屏柜上的巡检装置,所述巡检装置通过内部设置的无线通信模块与监控路由器无线连接,所述监控路由器通过导线与监控计算机相连,所述巡检装置包括控制台,所述控制台的正面设置有摄像模块,所述控制台的背面通过云台横向转轴安装在云台支撑架上,所述云台横向转轴与云台横向电机的驱动端相连;

本发明相对于现有技术具备的有益效果为:本发明基于滑轨超微型巡检和无线传输系统,对变电站保护屏柜内部不同位置的装置元件进行实时红外测温,监测设备运行工况;该套巡检系统针对变电站保护屏柜设置的特殊环境,在屏柜侧壁上安装一套滑轨式巡检装置,装置上设置有巡检摄像头组件,实现保护屏柜内设备的红外热成像、可见光成像,实时监测设备运行工况,配合由横向纵向电机控制的多角度云台组件,能提高摄像头拍摄的灵活度、可控度、自由度,实现对屏柜内设备的多角度监测,最后结合无线传输模块实现对采集数据的远程传输,实现对设备环境温度的实时监测;本发明可便捷实现设备的实时监测、运维巡检等要求,节约人力投入,提高运检效率,具有实用性和可推广性。

如图1至图6所示,本发明为解决现有的针对变电站的保护屏柜内装置人工红外测温频次低、非实时等问题,提供一种可进行实时监测设备运行工况的超微型巡检系统;该系统主要包括电源模块、装置升降组件、多角度云台组件、控制模块、巡检摄像头组件、无线传输模块等装置模块。
其中电源模块包括外接电源模块和电池模块19,外接电源模块包括引出的接线端子:火线接线柱13、地线接线柱14、零线接线柱15,为巡检装置供电,外接电源模块可从保护屏柜屏顶小母线取电,布线便捷,所述电池模块19在外接电源故障导致失电情况下,能够代替外接电源为巡检系统进行供电,提供稳定持续电源。

本发明在使用时,上位机发送操作指令给控制模块,控制模块发送遥控信号控制装置升降组件、多角度云台组件、巡检摄像头组件工作,巡检摄像头将巡检测温结果,通过无线路由传输模块传输给上位机,上位机识别设备温度是否异常,若异常发出在线告警,实现设备状态实时监测。
本发明设置有两路电源模块,实现巡检装置的双路供电,外接电源取自屏顶母线,布线便捷,外接电源失电后采用电池供电,确保了系统供电可靠性;本发明提供的巡检装置安装体积小,在保护屏柜中所占空间小,便于远程操作控制,在需要的情况下还可以在滑轨上延伸布置多个巡检装置,实现对屏柜不同部位的元器件进行同时监测。

Claims (6)

1.一种变电站保护屏柜巡检系统,包括安装在保护屏柜上的巡检装置,所述巡检装置通过内部设置的无线通信模块(30)与监控路由器(31)无线连接,所述监控路由器(31)通过导线与监控计算机(32)相连,其特征在于:所述巡检装置包括控制台(40),所述控制台(40)的正面设置有摄像模块,所述控制台(40)的背面通过云台横向转轴(21)安装在云台支撑架(18)上,所述云台横向转轴(21)与云台横向电机(7)的驱动端相连;
所述云台支撑架(18)的背面与伸缩杆(16)的一端相连,所述伸缩杆(16)的另一端与旋转件(41)的一端通过螺栓连接固定,所述旋转件(41)的另一端设置有云台纵向转轴(20),所述云台纵向转轴(20)与云台纵向电机(6)的驱动端相连;
所述旋转件(41)的另一端还设置有升降模块,所述升降模块包括锁紧件(42)、限位件(43)和升降电机(2),所述锁紧件(42)的闭口端与旋转件(41)焊接为一体,所述锁紧件(42)的开口端通过齿轮轴安装有转轴齿轮(3),在转轴齿轮(3)的外侧端还同轴设置有从动齿轮(45),所述升降电机(2)驱动轴的外侧端还设置有驱动齿轮(46),所述驱动齿轮(46)与从动齿轮(45)之间通过啮合传动连接,所述限位件(43)的两端分别与齿轮轴、驱动轴连接固定;
在所述保护屏柜的侧壁上还垂直设置有滑轨(1),具体将转轴齿轮(3)与升降电机(2)之间形成的空位安装在滑轨(1)上,所述滑轨(1)上设置有与转轴齿轮(3)结构相匹配的行走轨道;
所述控制台(40)的内部还封装有控制电路板,所述控制电路板上集成有控制模块(17),所述控制模块(17)通过导线分别与无线通信模块(30)、摄像模块、云台横向电机(7)、云台纵向电机(6)、升降电机(2)相连;
在转轴齿轮(3)的内侧端还同轴设置有减速齿轮(44),所述升降电机(2)的内侧端还设置有减速弹片(4),所述减速弹片(4)与减速齿轮(44)的外侧相接触;
所述锁紧件(42)的内侧端还延伸设置有锁紧装置(5),所述锁紧装置(5)的一端通过锁紧转轴(47)与设置在旋转件(41)内部的锁紧电机(48)的驱动端相连,所述锁紧装置(5)的另一端与减速齿轮(44)的外侧相接触;
所述控制模块(17)通过导线与锁紧电机(48)相连,所述控制模块(17)通过控制锁紧装置(5)的转动来锁紧减速齿轮(44)的转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站保护屏柜巡检系统,其特征在于:所述摄像模块具体包括红外摄像头(8)、常规可视摄像头(9)、变焦摄像头(10)和照明灯(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站保护屏柜巡检系统,其特征在于:所述升降电机(2)的一侧还设置有电池模块(19),所述控制模块(17)的电源输入端与电池模块(19)相连。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站保护屏柜巡检系统,其特征在于:所述控制台(40)的一侧还设置有无线通信模块(30)外接的天线(12)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站保护屏柜巡检系统,其特征在于:所述升降电机(2)上还设置有电源接口,所述电源接口具体包括火线接线柱(13)、地线接线柱(14)、零线接线柱(15)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种变电站保护屏柜巡检系统,其特征在于:所述旋转件(41)的外侧壁上还设置有电源开关(49)。
