Abstract
本发明提供了一种蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料及其光热转化应用,其通过蛋白质在成膜剂的作用下发生淀粉样转变来提高光吸收添加剂与基材界面的粘附力,同时由于淀粉样转变后涂层表面会形成丰富且均匀的微纳级孔径,这些陷光结构有助于光在表面的吸收耗散,可有效的提高光热转化效率。相比于传统吸光涂层和光热转化材料,本发明超黑吸光涂层材料的制备过程方便简单、环保绿色,不涉及任何有机试剂,生物安全性高、耐候性能好,基底材料的选择性广,且该涂层在200~2500nm的光吸收率为97.5%~98.5%,可用于太阳能驱动的污水处理、海水淡化,并且在肿瘤的光热和光动力治疗中也有广泛的应用前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于超黑材料光热转化技术领域,具体涉及一种兼具紫外可见近红外波段光吸收的超黑吸光涂层材料,以及该超黑吸光涂层材料的应用。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和人口的增加,人类对淡水资源的需求不断增加,再加上存在不合理开采和污染等问题,淡水资源短缺已严重制约了某些地区的社会及经济的进一步发展。为解决淡水资源短缺问题,十分有必要开发利用某些不可用水,比如将海水淡化,或将污水变为可饮用水。在这种情况下,太阳能作为一种可再生的清洁能源,由其驱动的水蒸发技术既降低了环境污染的风险,还解决了能量来源的问题,是一种能有效缓解水资源短缺问题的方法。在太阳能驱动的水蒸发技术中,对于高性能光热材料的设计一般要从以下几方面综合考虑:1)材料在太阳光全波段都有良好吸收;2)材料的光热转换效率高;3)材料的导热系数低,以降低能量的耗散;4)材料具有多孔性和易浸润性以实现高效的水运输;5)材料的机械和化学稳定性高;6)材料可以阻止盐沉积。围绕这些关键因素,国内外对于光热转换材料的设计、制备做了大量的工作,金属纳米粒子、生物质材料、聚合物、水凝胶和碳基材料等相继被开发并用作高性能太阳能光热材料。然而目前已知的光热材料仍然存在诸多问题,如全波段的太阳光吸收率低、制备工艺复杂、材料无法折叠不能实现柔性轻质便携、成本高、光热转换效率有待提高等,从而限制了其向大规模、商业化方向推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种在全波段太阳光吸收率高、制备方法简单、环境友好,可以粘附在任意基材表面的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料,并提供了该蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料在光热转化方面的应用。
针对上述目的,本发明的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料是相转变蛋白质和光吸收添加剂在基材表面形成的具有稳定粘附性的高太阳光吸收率的超黑吸光复合涂层,其由下述方法制备得到:
(1)将0.1~50mg/mL成膜剂溶液用NaOH调节至pH为1~14,然后将其与0.1~50mg/mL蛋白质溶液、0.1~25mg/mL光吸收添加剂分散液按体积比为1~10:1~10:1~10混合均匀,得到混合溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合溶液滴加或浸涂在基材表面,在温度为5~70℃、湿度为10%~90%条件下培养30分钟~15天,使蛋白质发生相转变并与光吸收添加剂复合修饰在基材表面,在基材上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层;或者将步骤(1)所得混合溶液直接喷涂在基材表面,在基材上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。
进一步优选,本发明的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料由下述方法制备得到:
(1)将1~25mg/mL成膜剂溶液用NaOH调节至pH为4~12,然后将其与1~25mg/mL蛋白质溶液、1~15mg/mL光吸收添加剂分散液按体积比为3~7:3~7:3~7混合均匀,得到混合溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合溶液滴加或浸涂在基材表面,在温度为10~35℃、湿度为20%~80%条件下培养培养1~48小时,使蛋白质发生相转变并与光吸收添加剂复合修饰在基材表面,在基材上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层;或者将步骤(1)所得混合溶液直接喷涂在基材表面,在基材上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。
上述的成膜剂为强还原剂或强氧化剂;所述成膜剂为强还原剂或强氧化剂,所述的强还原剂为三(2-羧乙基)膦盐酸盐、半胱氨酸、还原性谷胱甘肽、二硫苏糖醇、β-巯基乙醇、二巯基丁二酸、2-巯基乙醇、亚硫酸钠中至少一种;所述强氧化剂为高铁酸钠、三价钴盐、氯酸盐、高锰酸钾、过硫酸盐、重铬酸钾、浓硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、氢溴酸、氢碘酸、高氯酸、臭氧、双氧水、氟气、氯气、铋酸钠、高碘酸、二氧化铅、盐酸胍、尿素、三氟乙醇、六氟异丙醇、三氟乙酸中至少一种。
上述的蛋白质为溶菌酶、牛血清白蛋白、乳铁蛋白、胰岛素、α-乳白蛋白、人血清白蛋白、纤维蛋白原、β-淀粉样蛋白、Aβ肽、朊蛋白、α-突触核蛋白、胱抑素C、亨廷顿蛋白、免疫球蛋白中至少一种。
上述的光吸收添加剂包括黑色素、碳微球、碳纳米管、石墨烯、活性炭、黑磷等中至少一种。
上述的基材为金属及其各种合金材料(镁、铝、金、银、铂、镍、铜、钛)、无机非金属材料(硅、玻璃、石英、云母、瓷器)、有机高分子材料(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、光敏聚酰亚胺)、膜材料(纤维素膜、聚四氟乙烯膜、聚偏二氟乙烯膜、尼龙膜)及日常用品(木头、手机,医疗器械、纸)中任意一种。
本发明的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料中,基材表面形成的超黑吸光复合涂层的厚度为10~25μm。
本发明的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料可作为光热转化材料,在柔性太阳能水蒸发器中用于海水淡化和污水处理。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明通过将光吸收物质作为添加剂引入到蛋白质相转变黏附体系中,通过相转变产物来黏附光吸收添加剂形成纳米和微米级别凹凸不平的粗糙结构来增加涂层的面密度使其形成有效的三维结构,以此来提高涂层光敏感性,优化涂层的吸光性能。得益于涂层表层和内部形成优异的陷光结构,进入孔隙的光会被多次反射,增加了光吸收耗散的次数,因此进一步降低了反射率,提高涂层消除杂散光性能。本发明制备出的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料兼具紫外可见近红外波段光吸收,无毒无害且具有优异的耐候性,实施涂布工艺简单,对基底的选择广泛,生产效率高,均匀性好,附着性能优异。另外,整个涂层的制备过程不使用任何有机溶剂,不涉及苛刻的化学反应条件,是一种高效、经济、环保的制备方法,具有广泛的应用场景。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述,其仅用于说明本发明,不用来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
1、在室温下,将5.0mg/mL半胱氨酸水溶液用NaOH调节pH值为6.0,然后将其与8.0mg/mL溶菌酶水溶液、3.0mg/mL碳微球水分散液按体积比2:2:1混合均匀,得到混合溶液。
2、将步骤1所得混合溶液滴加到2.0cm×2.0cm的玻璃片上,在温度为25℃、湿度为30%条件下静置培养2小时,使溶菌酶发生相转变并与碳微球复合修饰在玻璃片表面,在玻璃片上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层,其表面形貌的扫描电镜图片如图1所示,可以看到涂层表面有丰富的纳米级的孔径。
实施例2
1、在室温下,将6.0mg/mL半胱氨酸水溶液用NaOH调节pH值为7.0,然后将其与10.0mg/mL溶菌酶水溶液、4.0mg/mL黑色素水分散液按体积比1:1:1混合均匀,得到混合溶液。
2、将直径2.5cm的纤维素膜浸入步骤1所得混合溶液中,在温度为25℃、湿度为40%条件下静置培养4小时,使溶菌酶发生相转变并与黑色素复合修饰在纤维素膜表面,在纤维素膜上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。使用紫外可见近红外分光光度计测量涂层漫反射率,测量波长范围在200~2500nm,因涂层及纤维素膜透光率为0,因此吸光率=1-反射率,如图2所示,该涂层在波长200~2500nm范围内的平均光吸收率约为98.1%。
实施例3
1、在室温下,将6.0mg/mL半胱氨酸水溶液用NaOH调节pH值为7.0,然后将其与10.0mg/mL溶菌酶水溶液、3.0mg/mL黑色素水分散液按体积比1:1:2混合均匀,得到混合溶液。
2、将直径2.5cm的纤维素膜浸入步骤1所得混合溶液中,在温度为25℃、湿度为40%条件下静置培养4小时,使溶菌酶发生相转变并与黑色素复合修饰在纤维素膜表面,在纤维素膜上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。
实施例4
1、在室温下,将6.0mg/mL半胱氨酸水溶液用NaOH调节pH值为7.0,然后将其与10.0mg/mL溶菌酶水溶液、2.0mg/mL黑色素水分散液按体积比2:1:1混合均匀,得到混合溶液。
2、将直径2.5cm的纤维素膜浸入步骤1所得混合溶液中,在温度为25℃、湿度为40%条件下静置培养4小时,使溶菌酶发生相转变并与黑色素复合修饰在纤维素膜表面,在纤维素膜上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。
实施例5
1、在室温下,将6.0mg/mL半胱氨酸水溶液用NaOH调节pH值为7.0,然后将其与10.0mg/mL溶菌酶的水溶液、1.0mg/mL黑色素水分散液按体积比2:1:1混合均匀,得到混合溶液。
2、将直径2.5cm的纤维素膜浸入步骤1所得混合溶液中,在温度为25℃、湿度为40%条件下静置培养4小时,使溶菌酶发生相转变并与黑色素复合修饰在纤维素膜表面,在纤维素膜上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。
图3为实施例2~5制备的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层与未涂覆蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层的纤维素膜在2个太阳能(200mW/cm2)光照条件下的升温速率对比图,由图中可以看到,实施例2的升温速率可以达到2℃/s,而空白纤维素膜升温速率只有0.6℃/s。另外,在光照1分钟内实施例2可以迅速升温接近100℃,空白的纤维素膜的温度仅达到33℃且不再升高,证明蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层具有优异的光吸收和热转化性能。图4为实施例2制备的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层用作太阳能蒸发材料在1个太阳能到5个太阳能光照条件下的模拟海水的蒸发速率图,随着光照强度的增加,蒸发速率由1个太阳能时的1.41kg/m2/h增加到5个太阳能时的4.64kg/m2/h。
图5为实施例2制备的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层用作太阳能蒸发材料在1个太阳能光照下循环10次的光热转化性能图,可以发现其用作太阳能转化材料时具有良好的循环稳定性。利用该光热转化材料进行纯化水质后,经过对净化得到的水进行原子吸收测试,其结果如图6所示,模拟海水中的主要离子浓度都降至世界卫生组织和美国环境保护署规定的饮用水中离子含量最低标准线以下,达到了饮用水的标准,也说明通过该方法得到净化水的措施是可行的。
图7为实施例2制备的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层用作太阳能蒸发材料在1个太阳能光照下对乳液、甲基橙、亚甲基蓝和罗丹明模拟废水的光热转化性能图,由图可以看出,在1个太阳能光照下该材料对乳液、甲基橙、亚甲基蓝和罗丹明模拟废水的蒸发速率分别为1.10kg/m2/h、1.22kg/m2/h、0.93kg/m2/h和1.04kg/m2/h。图8、9和10分别为处理前后的甲基橙、亚甲基蓝和罗丹明模拟废水紫外光谱图,通过紫外光谱进行表征发现,净化后的水体中几乎没有任何有机染料的残余同时肉眼观察水体也呈现出透明清澈的样子。
实施例6
1、在室温下,将8.0mg/mL半胱氨酸水溶液用NaOH调节pH值为10.0,然后将其与14.0mg/mL溶菌酶水溶液、3.0mg/mL石墨烯水分散液按体积比2:5:1混合均匀,得到混合溶液。
2、将步骤1所得混合溶液喷涂到直径15cm的纤维素膜上,在温度为28℃、湿度为40%条件下静置培养4小时,使溶菌酶发生相转变并与石墨烯复合修饰在纤维素膜表面,在纤维素膜上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层,实物图如图11所示,超黑涂层表面平整,呈哑光黑色。如图12所示,该涂层在波长200~2500nm范围内的平均光吸收率约为98.2%。
实施例7
1、在室温下,将20.0mg/mL三(2-羧乙基)膦盐酸盐水溶液用NaOH调节pH值为7.0,然后将其与10.0mg/mL牛血清白蛋白水溶液、6.0mg/mL石墨烯水分散按体积比1:1:1混合均匀,得到混合溶液。
2、将步骤1所得混合溶液滴加到2.0cm×2.0cm的不锈钢上,在温度为28℃、湿度为40%条件下静置培养2小时,使牛血清白蛋白发生相转变并与石墨烯复合修饰在不锈钢片表面,在不锈钢上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。如图13所示,该涂层在波长200~2500nm范围内的平均光吸收率约为98.1%。
实施例8
1、在室温下,将5.0mg/mL三(2-羧乙基)膦盐酸盐水溶液用NaOH调节pH值为10.0,然后将其与8.0mg/mL乳铁蛋白水溶液、3.0mg/mL石墨烯水分散液按体积比4:3:2混合均匀,得到混合溶液。
2、将步骤1所得混合溶液滴加到2.0cm×2.0cm的玻璃片上,在温度为25℃、湿度为35%条件下静置培养2小时,使乳铁蛋白发生相转变并与石墨烯复合修饰在玻璃片表面,在玻璃片上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。如图14所示,该涂层在波长200~2500nm范围内的平均光吸收率约为98.0%。
将本实施例制备的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层的基材面先用双面胶固定在不锈钢板材上,然后将质量为25kg的重物置于双面胶上并长时间按压,之后把重物拿开,采用万能试验机用180°剥离的方法进行剥离试验,测试蛋白质基超黑涂层的粘附稳定性。如图15所示,本实施例制备的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层在2868N/m的剥离强度下都未被完全剥离脱落,证明此涂层有优异的附着性能。
实施例9
1、在室温下,将5.0mg/mL三(2-羧乙基)膦盐酸盐水溶液用NaOH调节pH值为10.0,然后将其与8.0mg/mLα-乳白蛋白水溶液、3.0mg/mL碳微球水分散液按体积比4:3:2混合均匀,得到混合溶液。
2、将步骤1所得混合溶液滴加到2.0cm×2.0cm的玻璃片上,在温度为25℃、湿度为35%条件下静置培养2小时,使α-乳白蛋白发生相转变并与碳微球复合修饰在玻璃片表面,在玻璃片上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。如图16所示,该涂层在波长200~2500nm范围内的平均光吸收率约为97.9%。
实施例10
1、在室温下,将5.0mg/mL三(2-羧乙基)膦盐酸盐水溶液用NaOH调节pH值为10.0,然后将其与8.0mg/mL纤维蛋白原水溶液、3.0mg/mL碳微球水分散液按体积比4:3:2混合均匀,得到混合溶液。
2、将步骤1所得混合溶液滴加到2.0cm×2.0cm的玻璃片上,在温度为25℃、湿度为35%条件下静置培养2小时,使纤维蛋白原发生相转变并与碳微球复合修饰在玻璃片表面,在玻璃片上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。如图17所示,该涂层在波长200~2500nm范围内的平均光吸收率约为97.8%。
Claims (5)
1.一种蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料,其特征在于,所述超黑吸光涂层材料由以下方法制备得到:
(1)将0.1~50 mg/mL成膜剂溶液用NaOH调节至pH为1~14,然后将其与0.1~50 mg/mL蛋白质溶液、0.1~25 mg/mL光吸收添加剂分散液按体积比为1~10:1~10:1~10混合均匀,得到混合溶液;
所述成膜剂为强还原剂或强氧化剂,所述的强还原剂为三(2-羧乙基)膦盐酸盐、半胱氨酸、还原性谷胱甘肽、二硫苏糖醇、β-巯基乙醇、二巯基丁二酸、2-巯基乙醇、亚硫酸钠中至少一种;所述强氧化剂为高铁酸钠、三价钴盐、氯酸盐、高锰酸钾、过硫酸盐、重铬酸钾、浓硫酸、盐酸、硝酸、氢溴酸、氢碘酸、高氯酸、臭氧、双氧水、氟气、氯气、铋酸钠、高碘酸、二氧化铅、盐酸胍、尿素、三氟乙醇、六氟异丙醇、三氟乙酸中至少一种;
所述蛋白质为溶菌酶、牛血清白蛋白、乳铁蛋白、胰岛素、α-乳白蛋白、人血清白蛋白、纤维蛋白原、β-淀粉样蛋白、Aβ肽、朊蛋白、α-突触核蛋白、胱抑素C、亨廷顿蛋白、免疫球蛋白中至少一种;
所述光吸收添加剂包括黑色素、碳微球、碳纳米管、石墨烯、活性炭、黑磷中至少一种;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合溶液滴加或浸涂在基材表面,在温度为5~70℃、湿度为10%~90%条件下培养30分钟~15天,使蛋白质发生相转变并与光吸收添加剂复合修饰在基材表面,在基材上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层;
或者将步骤(1)所得混合溶液直接喷涂在基材表面,在基材上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料,其特征在于,所述超黑吸光涂层由以下方法制备得到:
(1)将1~25 mg/mL成膜剂溶液用NaOH调节至pH为4~12,然后将其与1~25 mg /mL蛋白质溶液、1~15 mg/mL光吸收添加剂分散液按体积比为3~7:3~7:3~7混合均匀,得到混合溶液;
(2)将步骤(1)所得混合溶液滴加或浸涂在基材表面,在温度为10~35℃、湿度为20%~80%条件下培养培养1~48小时,使蛋白质发生相转变并与光吸收添加剂复合修饰在基材表面,在基材上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层;
或者将步骤(1)所得混合溶液直接喷涂在基材表面,在基材上形成具有强粘附性的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料,其特征在于:所述基材为镁、铝、金、银、铂、镍、铜、钛中任意一种或两种以上的合金,或者为硅、玻璃、石英、云母、瓷器、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯、聚乙烯、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚丙烯、聚碳酸酯、光敏聚酰亚胺、纤维素膜、聚四氟乙烯膜、聚偏二氟乙烯膜、尼龙膜、木头、手机,医疗器械、纸中任意一种。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料,其特征在于:所述基材表面形成的超黑吸光复合涂层的厚度为10~25 μm。
5.权利要求1所述的蛋白质基超黑吸光涂层材料作为光热转化材料用于柔性太阳能水蒸发器在海水淡化和污水处理中的应用。
