Abstract
本发明提出了一种抗菌塑料母粒及其在抗菌塑料制品中的应用,所述抗菌塑料母粒包括基体树脂和抗菌材料;其中,所述抗菌材料为包含掺杂硅酸镁盐和抗菌金属的复合材料。本发明提供的一种抗菌塑料母粒及其在抗菌塑料制品中的应用,通过将掺杂硅酸镁盐和抗菌金属作为抗菌材料,开发出了一种能够将抗菌材料均匀分布且吸附覆盖在塑料颗粒表层的抗菌塑料母粒,如此不仅能够确保发挥优异的抗菌效果,而且抗菌效果还能够长久持续,从而达到持续保鲜的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于塑料制品技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌塑料母粒及其在抗菌塑料制品中的应用。
背景技术
随着塑料的广泛使用,塑料制品已经走进千家万户和人们生活的方方面面,如食品包装、家用电器、厨卫用品、汽车配件和医疗设备等领域。日常生活中塑料制品表面往往会带有大量的细菌,成为疾病传染的媒介,对人类的健康和生命产生很大的威胁。抗菌塑料作为一种新型功能材料,可从根源上解决细菌感染问题,进而提高人们健康水平。
顾名思义,抗菌塑料就是在塑料中加入一定量的抗菌材料,使其具有抗菌性能,同时又不损失其原有的常规性能和加工性能。目前抗菌材料的种类很多,主要包括无机类抗菌材料和有机类抗菌材料两大类,无机类包括银,锌-沸石、银、锌-磷酸锆盐,银、锌-玻璃等,有机类包括季胺盐类、季膦盐类、咪唑类、吡啶类、有机金属类等。有机抗菌材料的优点是杀菌见效快,但由于大部分都是小分子化合物,存在耐热性差,老化后容易失效,长时间放置容易从塑料表面析出,影响制品外观等缺点。无机抗菌材料由于其安全性高、耐热性好等的优点,市场占有率逐年提高,但是市场上直接添加此类抗菌材料所得的抗菌塑料并不具有高效、长效、广谱的抗菌效果,这主要是因为:一是由于塑料的疏水疏油性质,因此一般单一的无机或复配有机的抗菌材料与塑料配伍后都没法达到分散及依附包裹性,抗菌材料无法依附包裏在抗菌塑料颗粒的表面,因此无论加多少抗菌材料,在塑料中都无法分散均匀且抗菌材料又吸附包裹不上,因此极易丢失,不能持续发挥抗菌效果;二是因为塑料的高分子材料产生共聚成膜成胶的特性,所以抗菌材料通常被封闭在共聚物膜层内,无法转移出来,抗菌材料被膜层隔离接触不到细菌,当然就起不了抗菌杀菌的作用;三是普通抗菌材料都存在着正/负电位性质,与塑料本身容易产生静电的性质不能相容,难以携带,自然起不到抗菌杀菌效果。目前,这三大弊端就是当前市场上所谓的抗菌塑料无法实现抗菌、杀菌,且也达不到保鲜作用的主要原因。
发明内容
基于上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种抗菌塑料母粒及其在抗菌塑料制品中的应用,通过将掺杂硅酸镁盐和抗菌金属作为抗菌材料,开发出了一种能够将抗菌材料均匀分布且吸附覆盖在塑料颗粒表层的抗菌塑料母粒,如此不仅能够确保发挥优异的抗菌效果,而且抗菌效果还能够长久持续,从而达到持续保鲜的作用。
本发明提出的一种抗菌塑料母粒,包括基体树脂和抗菌材料;其中,所述抗菌材料为包含掺杂硅酸镁盐和抗菌金属的复合材料。
优选地,所述掺杂硅酸镁盐为硅酸镁锂、硅酸镁铝、氟硅酸镁、氟硅酸镁锂或氟硅酸镁铝中的至少一种;所述抗菌金属为银、铜、锌、镍、氧化锌或氧化钛中的至少一种;
优选地,以所述抗菌塑料母粒的总重量为基准,所述抗菌材料的含量为0.1-10wt%。
本发明中,掺杂硅酸镁盐具有很强的粘结聚集能力和吸附架桥作用,其与抗菌金属复配后,可以将抗菌金属吸附并包裹在塑料颗粒表层上,从而发挥有效的抗菌、杀菌作用;这其中,抗菌金属选择银、铜、锌等金属或金属氧化物,不仅具有广谱抗菌性能,而且耐热性好、不产生抗药性,因而能够持续发挥抗菌效果;可见本发明通过选择特定种类的抗菌材料复配,除了获得良好的抗菌性能外,还能与基体树脂形成良好相容和全面包裹,满足了获得抗菌塑料母粒的需求。
优选地,所述掺杂硅酸镁盐为非离子表面活性剂改性后的掺杂硅酸镁盐;所述非离子表面活性剂优选为月桂酰二乙醇胺、叔辛基苯氧基聚乙烯乙氧基乙醇或聚山梨醇酯-20中的至少一种;
优选地,以所述掺杂硅酸镁盐的重量为基准,所述非离子表面活性剂的含量为0.1-5wt%。
本发明中,利用非离子表面活性剂对掺杂硅酸镁盐进行表面改性,在掺杂硅酸镁盐表面结合上非离子表面活性剂,使得掺杂硅酸镁盐表面转变为非极性状态,确保了掺杂硅酸镁盐能够与基体树脂形成更好相容,进一步提高长效杀菌抗菌性能。
优选地,所述抗菌材料是通过将掺杂硅酸镁盐和抗菌金属充分混匀后得到;
优选地,掺杂硅酸镁盐和抗菌金属单质的重量比为1:0.01-0.05。
优选地,所述基体树脂为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、尼龙、聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚甲醛中的至少一种;
本发明中,所述抗菌塑料母粒所用的基体树脂可以是本领域常用的塑料材料,并且由此得到的抗菌塑料母粒可以用于多种塑料制品中,不同的基体树脂可适配不同树脂原料的塑料制品;并且该基体树脂的含量在前述范围内可以根据实际应用场合和具体环境而变化;各种类的基体树脂也均可通过商购获得。
优选地,所述基体树脂还包括可降解树脂,所述可降解树脂优选为聚己内酯、醋酸纤维素、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、聚酯胶粉、玉米淀粉、羟丙基淀粉醚、羟丙基纤维素或淀粉磷酸酯中的至少一种;
优选地,以所述基体树脂的重量为基准,所述可降解树脂的含量为20-50wt%。
本发明中,所述可降解树脂不仅可以赋予所述抗菌塑料母粒以良好的生物降解性能,而且还能够起到成膜作用,减少环境污染的同时,还降低了塑料制品的生产成本。
优选地,所述抗菌塑料母粒还包括无机填料;所述无机填料优选为碳酸钙、活性高岭土、纳米硫酸钡、油性滑石粉、钛白粉、沉淀硫酸钡、氢氧化镁或硅灰石粉中的至少一种;
优选地,以所述抗菌塑料母粒的总重量为基准,所述无机填料的含量为10-50wt%。
本发明中,所述无机填料不仅作为填充物,改善机械性能,同时还能起到成膜作用,提升成膜功效。同样所述无机填料的含量在前述范围内可以根据实际应用场合和具体环境而变化;且各种类的无机填料均可通过商购获得;需要说明的是,无机填料是可选的,当抗菌塑料母粒不添加无机填料时,并不会影响其作用和功效。
优选地,所述抗菌塑料母粒还包括功能添加剂,所述功能添加剂优选包括分散剂、相容剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂、抗氧剂或光稳定剂中的至少一种;
优选地,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡、聚苯乙烯蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁或脂肪酸中的至少一种;

本发明中,分散剂可有助于抗菌材料的进一步分散,减少抗菌材料的使用量并降低加工过程摩擦力;相容剂则使得抗菌材料与基体树脂之间的相容性更好,同样可以降低抗菌材料的用量;其他功能助剂也可以发挥其固有的性能;本发明可以根据具体加工的需要,在所述抗菌塑料母粒中加入各种功能添加剂,其用量可根据实际情况的要求进行调整。
优选地,所述抗菌塑料母粒是通过将上述基体树脂和抗菌材料混匀后,再挤出造粒得到。
本发明中,所述抗菌塑料母粒的制备过程是先将基体树脂和抗菌材料利用搅拌机预混,再经双螺杆混炼机挤出造粒,从而制得所述抗菌塑料母粒。
本发明还提出了一种上述抗菌塑料母粒在抗菌塑料制品中的应用。
优选地,所述抗菌塑料制品包括所述抗菌塑料母粒和树脂原料。
优选地,所述树脂原料为聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、ABS树脂、尼龙树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、EVA树脂或聚苯乙烯树脂中的至少一种;
优选地,所述抗菌塑料母粒和树脂原料的重量比为1:1-100。
本发明中,所述菌塑料制品的制备过程是先将上述抗菌塑料母粒加入塑料的树脂原料中,经常规的塑料加工,即得到所述抗菌塑料制品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明中,所述抗菌材料为包含掺杂硅酸镁盐和抗菌金属的复合材料,掺杂硅酸镁盐由于共聚成胶成膜后包含大量水网络结构的特殊性质,其与高分子聚合物塑料材质有共性且能相容,因此利用掺杂硅酸镁盐与基体树脂相容性的特点,掺杂硅酸镁盐能够均匀分散在塑料中;与此同时,事先通过混合,将抗菌金属植入掺杂硅酸镁盐中,掺杂硅酸镁盐就可以作为抗菌金属的载体,携带抗菌金属粒子融入到硅酸镁锂成胶成膜的水网络结构中,最终实现把抗菌金属均匀分布、吸附覆盖并包裹在塑料颗粒的表层上,再经过造粒机的搅拌过程使二者更充分的分散,最终与高分子共聚物的塑料熔为一体;因此不仅解决了传统抗菌材料难以附着或被塑料共聚物膜层隔离的问题从而导致无法发挥抗菌效果,而且在掺杂硅酸镁盐的载体存在下,抗菌金属不带电荷且非常稳定,因此既可以跟随正电位又能跟随负电位,如此即便塑料在生产、搬运、接触、分离、摩擦、碰撞甚至风力等原因下介入电磁感应产生静电,其产生的静电不仅不会对抗菌材料产生排斥,而且刚好可以携带稳定性极好的抗菌金属迁移出来,从而更有效地发挥杀菌作用。
与此同时,相比于传统抗菌塑料制品生产时,将抗菌材料与塑料颗粒直接混合再熔融加工成型从而导致抗菌材料无法在塑料成品中有效分散,且由于抗菌剂易团聚,塑料的高分子树脂聚合物还对抗菌材料进行包裹和阻隔,导致抗菌效率极低,无法发挥抗菌效果;本发明中开发出这种抗菌塑料母粒,一方面通过对抗菌材料进行配伍设计,使得抗菌材料能够与基体树脂形成良好相容,并使得抗菌有效成分能够均匀分布在塑料颗粒表面,从而有效发挥抗菌效果;另一方面相比于直接将抗菌材料与树脂原料共混造粒以制备抗菌塑料制品,本发明中先制备出抗菌塑料母粒,之后再与树脂原料共混造粒以制备抗菌塑料制品,后者能够进一步确保抗菌材料分散良好,所得抗菌塑料制品的抗菌性得到进一步改善。

下面,本发明通过具体实施例对所述技术方案进行详细说明,但是应该明确提出这些实施例用于举例说明,但是不解释为限制本发明的范围。
实施例1
本实施例提出一种抗菌塑料母粒,其是通过下述方法制备得到:
(1)将硅酸镁锂和单质银按照重量比1:0.03加入热风循环喷雾干燥机中,利用喷雾头喷嘴循环雾化使得二者分散混合均匀,得到抗菌材料;

实施例2
本实施例提出一种抗菌塑料母粒,其是通过实施例1所述方法制备得到,除了在步骤(1)中,将硅酸镁铝和单质银按照重量比1:0.03加入热风循环喷雾干燥机中。
实施例3
本实施例提出一种抗菌塑料母粒,其是通过实施例1所述方法制备得到,除了在步骤(1)中,将氟硅酸镁锂和单质银按照重量比1:0.03加入热风循环喷雾干燥机中。
实施例4
本实施例提出一种抗菌塑料母粒,其是通过实施例1所述方法制备得到,除了在步骤(1)中,将硅酸镁锂和单质锌按照重量比1:0.03加入热风循环喷雾干燥机中。
实施例5
本实施例提出一种抗菌塑料母粒,其是通过实施例1所述方法制备得到,除了在步骤(2)中,将2重量份的上述抗菌材料和96重量份的聚丙烯树脂以及2重量份的聚乙烯蜡加入到搅拌机中。
实施例6
本实施例提出一种抗菌塑料母粒,其是通过下述方法制备得到:
(1)将硅酸镁锂研磨后加入水中分散均匀,再加入硅酸镁锂重量2.3wt%的月桂酰二乙醇胺,搅拌混合1h后,过滤,干燥,得到非离子表面活性剂改性后的硅酸镁锂;
(2)将非离子表面活性剂改性后的硅酸镁锂和单质银按照重量比1:0.03加入热风循环喷雾干燥机中,利用喷雾头喷嘴循环雾化使得二者分散混合均匀,得到抗菌材料;
(3)将2重量份的上述抗菌材料和96重量份的聚乙烯树脂以及2重量份的聚乙烯蜡加入到搅拌机中,利用搅拌机混合均匀,再加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为180℃,即制得所述抗菌塑料母粒。
对比例1
本对比例提出一种抗菌塑料母粒,其是通过下述方法制备得到:
(1)将纳米磷酸锆和单质银按照重量比1:0.03加入热风循环喷雾干燥机中,利用喷雾头喷嘴循环雾化使得二者分散混合均匀,得到抗菌材料;
(2)将2重量份的上述抗菌材料和96重量份的聚乙烯树脂以及2重量份的聚乙烯蜡加入到搅拌机中,利用搅拌机混合均匀,再加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为180℃,即制得上述抗菌塑料母粒。
对比例2
本对比例提出一种抗菌塑料母粒,其是通过下述方法制备得到:
(1)将沸石和单质银按照重量比1:0.03加入热风循环喷雾干燥机中,利用喷雾头喷嘴循环雾化使得二者分散混合均匀,得到抗菌材料;
(2)将2重量份的上述抗菌材料和96重量份的聚乙烯树脂以及2重量份的聚乙烯蜡加入到搅拌机中,利用搅拌机混合均匀,再加入双螺杆挤出机中挤出造粒,双螺杆挤出机的加工温度为180℃,即制得上述抗菌塑料母粒。
试验例
分别将实施例1-6、对比例1-2制备得到的抗菌塑料母粒与其相应的树脂原料混合,然后进行注塑,制备得到抗菌塑料制品,其中,所述抗菌塑料色母粒与树脂原料的重量比为1:10;例如实际操作中,可将实施例1所述抗菌塑料母粒和PE树脂按重量比1:10加入搅拌机中高速混合均匀,再经吹膜机吹膜,即得到所述抗菌塑料制品。
对上述得到的各抗菌塑料制品进行抗菌性能检测,测试方法为:GB/T31402-2015塑料塑料表面抗菌性能试验方法,检测用菌:大肠杆菌(Escherichiacoli)ATCC 25922;金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)ATCC 6538;幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacterpylori)ATCC43504。其中,抗菌率计算公式为:抗菌率%=(某纯树脂样本的n小时以后细菌数量-对应实施例或对比例样本的n小时以后细菌数量)/某纯树脂样本的n小时以后细菌数量*100%,测试结果见下表1、2:

通过表1-2结果可以看出,采用本发明抗菌塑料色母粒和抗菌塑料制品,抗菌效果及长效性好。
进一步地,参照图1和图2可知,在将新鲜的青菜分别放置在实施例1和对比例1所得抗菌塑料制品上后,当经过8天、16天后,左边(实施例1所得抗菌塑料制品上)的青菜的新鲜程度要远高于右边(对比例1所得抗菌塑料制品上),说明本发明抗菌塑料色母粒和抗菌塑料制品不仅能够确保发挥优异的抗菌效果,而且抗菌效果还能够长久持续,从而达到持续保鲜的作用。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (15)
1.一种抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,包括基体树脂和抗菌材料;其中,所述抗菌材料为包含掺杂硅酸镁盐和抗菌金属的复合材料;
所述掺杂硅酸镁盐为硅酸镁锂、硅酸镁铝、氟硅酸镁、氟硅酸镁锂或氟硅酸镁铝中的至少一种;所述抗菌金属为银、铜、锌或镍中的至少一种;
所述抗菌材料是通过将掺杂硅酸镁盐和抗菌金属充分混匀后得到;
所述掺杂硅酸镁盐为非离子表面活性剂改性后的掺杂硅酸镁盐;所述非离子表面活性剂为月桂酰二乙醇胺、叔辛基苯氧基聚乙烯乙氧基乙醇或聚山梨醇酯-20中的至少一种;
所述掺杂硅酸镁盐和抗菌金属的重量比为1:0.01-0.05。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,以所述抗菌塑料母粒的总重量为基准,所述抗菌材料的含量为0.1-10wt%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,所述基体树脂为聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、尼龙、聚碳酸酯、聚氨酯、酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯或聚甲醛中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,所述基体树脂还包括可降解树脂,所述可降解树脂为聚己内酯、醋酸纤维素、聚丁二酸丁二醇酯、聚酯胶粉、玉米淀粉、羟丙基淀粉醚、羟丙基纤维素或淀粉磷酸酯中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,以所述基体树脂的重量为基准,所述可降解树脂的含量为20-50wt%。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,所述抗菌塑料母粒还包括无机填料;所述无机填料为碳酸钙、活性高岭土、纳米硫酸钡、油性滑石粉、钛白粉、沉淀硫酸钡、氢氧化镁或硅灰石粉中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,以所述抗菌塑料母粒的总重量为基准,所述无机填料的含量为10-50wt%。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,所述抗菌塑料母粒还包括功能添加剂,所述功能添加剂包括分散剂、相容剂、增塑剂、抗静电剂、抗氧剂或光稳定剂中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求8所述抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚乙烯蜡、聚苯乙烯蜡、硬脂酸、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸镁或脂肪酸中的至少一种;
所述相容剂为乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物、乙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、丙烯-马来酸酐共聚物、丙烯-丙烯酸共聚物、马来酸酐聚丙烯接枝物、丙烯酸聚丙烯接枝物、硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂中的至少一种;
所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、癸二酸二辛酯、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯、环氧大豆油或环氧油酸丁酯中的至少一种;
所述抗静电剂为导电乙炔炭黑、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺、钠磺酸盐、抗静电剂SN、抗静电剂HK或抗静电剂HZ-1中的至少一种;
所述抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂DLTP、抗氧剂CA、抗氧剂168或硫代二丙酸十八酯中的至少一种;
所述光稳定剂为亚磷酸三(1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶)酯、水杨酸-4-叔丁基苯酯、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-正辛氧基二苯甲酮或4-苯甲酰氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求8所述抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,以所述抗菌塑料母粒的总重量为基准,所述功能添加剂的含量为1-30wt%。
11.根据权利要求1或2所述抗菌塑料母粒,其特征在于,其是通过将上述基体树脂和抗菌材料混匀后,再挤出造粒得到。
12.一种权利要求1-11任一项所述抗菌塑料母粒在抗菌塑料制品中的应用。
13.根据权利要求12所述抗菌塑料母粒在抗菌塑料制品中的应用,其特征在于,所述抗菌塑料制品包括所述抗菌塑料母粒和树脂原料。
14.根据权利要求13所述抗菌塑料母粒在抗菌塑料制品中的应用,其特征在于,所述树脂原料为聚乙烯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、ABS树脂、尼龙树脂、聚氯乙烯树脂、EVA树脂或聚苯乙烯树脂中的至少一种。
15.根据权利要求13所述抗菌塑料母粒在抗菌塑料制品中的应用,所述抗菌塑料母粒和树脂原料的重量比为1:1-100。
