本发明公开了一种卷材拼接焊接装置,包括沿左右方向平置的工作台;工作台的台面设有沿前后方向延伸的焊接区;焊接区的前侧设有可自主行走的热风焊接机;焊接区上方设有沿前后方向平置的导轨,热风焊接机的顶部连接有与导轨滑动配合的滑座,导轨用于引导热风焊接机在焊接区前后行走;热风焊接机用于将在焊接区首尾搭接的上下两层片材焊接成一体。本发明的卷材拼接焊接装置,其能将首尾搭接的两层高分子片材焊接成一体,实现高分子防水卷材制备过程中的两段高分子片材的拼接焊接。

一种卷材拼接焊接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种卷材拼接焊接装置。
背景技术
防水卷材主要是用于建筑墙体、屋面、以及隧道、公路、垃圾填埋场等处,起到抵御外界雨水、地下水渗漏的一种可卷曲成卷状的柔性建材产品,作为工程基础与建筑物之间无渗漏连接,是整个工程防水的第一道屏障,对整个工程起着至关重要的作用。
防水卷材产品主要有沥青防水卷材和高分子防水卷材。其中,高分子防水卷材是基于高分子片材制备的防水卷材。在高分子防水卷材生产过程中,需要将两段高分子片材拼接并焊接成一体。
这就需要设计一种能将两段高分子片材拼接并焊接成一体的卷材拼接焊接装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种卷材拼接焊接装置,包括沿左右方向平置的工作台;工作台的台面设有沿前后方向延伸的焊接区;焊接区的前侧设有可自主行走的热风焊接机;焊接区上方设有沿前后方向平置的导轨,热风焊接机的顶部连接有与导轨滑动配合的滑座,导轨用于引导热风焊接机在焊接区前后行走;热风焊接机用于将在焊接区首尾搭接的上下两层片材焊接成一体。
优选的,所述热风焊接机包括:可自主行走的小车,转动设置于小车上的热风枪,设于热风枪底端的扁平状风嘴,以及转动设置于小车上的压轮;扁平状风嘴用于在焊接区插入上下两层片材之间并加热该两层片材;压轮用于在焊接区将加热后的两层片材压合成一体。
优选的,所述工作台在焊接区的前侧设置有:用于停放热风焊接机的外延平台;外延平台与工作台台面持平;热风焊接机停放在外延平台上。
优选的,所述工作台设有:用于在焊接区吸附固定下层片材的负压吸附装置。
优选的,所述负压吸附装置包括:在焊接区均布的若干负压吸附口。
优选的,所述工作台的台面还设有沿前后方向延伸的裁切区;裁切区位于焊接区右侧;裁切区设有:用于在裁切区沿前后方向裁切片材的裁切装置。
优选的,所述裁切装置包括:沿前后方向跨域焊接区的切刀,以及驱动切刀垂直升级的驱动机构。
优选的,所述裁切区设有:沿前后方向延伸且可供切刀插入的切刀避位槽。
优选的,所述裁切区右侧设有用于沿左右方向传送片材的右侧辊组。
优选的,所述焊接区左侧设有用于沿左右方向传送片材的左侧辊组。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
提供一种卷材拼接焊接装置,其能将首尾搭接的两层高分子片材焊接成一体,实现高分子防水卷材制备过程中的两段高分子片材的拼接焊接。

本发明具体实施的技术方案如下:
如图1所示,一种卷材拼接焊接装置,包括沿左右方向平置的工作台1;工作台1的台面设有:都沿前后方向延伸的裁切区11和焊接区12;裁切区11位于焊接区12右侧;裁切区11右侧设有用于沿左右方向传送片材的右侧辊组2;焊接区12左侧设有用于沿左右方向传送片材的左侧辊组3;
所述裁切区11设有:用于在裁切区11沿前后方向裁切片材的裁切装置4;裁切装置4包括:沿前后方向跨域焊接区12的切刀,以及驱动切刀垂直升级的驱动机构;裁切区11设有:沿前后方向延伸且可供切刀插入的切刀避位槽(图中未示出切刀避位槽);
所述工作台1在焊接区12的前侧设置有:用于停放热风焊接机5的外延平台13;外延平台13与工作台1台面持平;外延平台13上停放有可自主行走的热风焊接机5;焊接区12上方设有沿前后方向平置的导轨61,热风焊接机5的顶部连接有与导轨61滑动配合的滑座62,导轨61用于引导热风焊接机5在焊接区12前后行走;热风焊接机5用于将在焊接区12首尾搭接的上下两层片材焊接成一体;热风焊接机5包括:可自主行走的小车51,转动设置于小车51上的热风枪52,设于热风枪52底端的扁平状风嘴53,以及转动设置于小车51上的压轮54;扁平状风嘴53用于在焊接区12插入上下两层片材之间并加热该两层片材;压轮54位于扁平状风嘴53后侧,压轮54用于在焊接区12将加热后的两层片材压合成一体;
所述工作台1还设有:用于在焊接区12吸附固定下层片材的负压吸附装置;负压吸附装置包括:在焊接区12均布的若干负压吸附口7。
裁切装置4用于沿前后方向裁切在裁切区11的高分子片材,使片材的端部整齐;
先控制热风焊接机5(小车51)移动至焊接区12后侧,然后将需要拼接焊接的两段高分子片材的端部都置于焊接区12,使该两段片材首尾搭接,且使热风焊接机5的热风枪52的扁平状风嘴53插在首尾搭接的上下两层片材之间,并使热风焊接机5的压轮54压在上层片材上;然后开启热风枪52并控制热风焊接机5(小车51)往焊接区12前侧的外延平台13移动,热风焊接机5(小车51)移动过程中,负压吸附装置(焊接区12均布的负压吸附口7)将下层片材吸附固定住,热风枪52的扁平状风嘴53加热两层片材,且压轮54将加热后的两层片材压合成一体;最后热风焊接机5(小车51)停在外延平台13上,且首尾搭接的两段高分子片材焊接成一体。
由上可知,本发明提供的卷材拼接焊接装置,其能将首尾搭接的两层高分子片材焊接成一体,实现高分子防水卷材制备过程中的两段高分子片材的拼接焊接。

1.一种卷材拼接焊接装置,其特征在于,包括沿左右方向平置的工作台;工作台的台面设有沿前后方向延伸的焊接区;焊接区的前侧设有可自主行走的热风焊接机;焊接区上方设有沿前后方向平置的导轨,热风焊接机的顶部连接有与导轨滑动配合的滑座,导轨用于引导热风焊接机在焊接区前后行走;热风焊接机用于将在焊接区首尾搭接的上下两层片材焊接成一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷材拼接焊接装置,其特征在于,所述热风焊接机包括:可自主行走的小车,转动设置于小车上的热风枪,设于热风枪底端的扁平状风嘴,以及转动设置于小车上的压轮;扁平状风嘴用于在焊接区插入上下两层片材之间并加热该两层片材;压轮用于在焊接区将加热后的两层片材压合成一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的卷材拼接焊接装置,其特征在于,所述工作台在焊接区的前侧设置有:用于停放热风焊接机的外延平台;外延平台与工作台台面持平;热风焊接机停放在外延平台上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的卷材拼接焊接装置,其特征在于,所述工作台设有:用于在焊接区吸附固定下层片材的负压吸附装置。
5.根据权利要求4所述的卷材拼接焊接装置,其特征在于,所述负压吸附装置包括:在焊接区均布的若干负压吸附口。
6.根据权利要求1所述的卷材拼接焊接装置,其特征在于,所述工作台的台面还设有沿前后方向延伸的裁切区;裁切区位于焊接区右侧;裁切区设有:用于在裁切区沿前后方向裁切片材的裁切装置。
7.根据权利要求6所述的卷材拼接焊接装置,其特征在于,所述裁切装置包括:沿前后方向跨域焊接区的切刀,以及驱动切刀垂直升级的驱动机构。
8.根据权利要求7所述的卷材拼接焊接装置,其特征在于,所述裁切区设有:沿前后方向延伸且可供切刀插入的切刀避位槽。
9.根据权利要求6所述的卷材拼接焊接装置,其特征在于,所述裁切区右侧设有用于沿左右方向传送片材的右侧辊组。
