Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a heat stability material, in particular to a heat stability natural plant material for heating cigarettes and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Heating a smoking article is a strategic development in the tobacco industry at present, and mainly uses an external heat source to heat the cigarette and then generate smoke for the consumer to inhale, but for heating non-combustible smoke, the tobacco is not combusted in the heating process.
Generally, the heating cigarette is generally divided into a smoke generating section, a supporting section and a filtering section, after the heating cigarette is heated, the internal heating temperature of the heating cigarette is up to 200-300 ℃, the heating mode is mainly a baking mode, the heating is performed by baking, heat is not easily taken away by smoke, the heat easily causes the surface temperature of a product to be too high, and finally the experience of consumers is influenced.
In addition, the materials of manufacture between two adjacent sections are different, and if the heat resistance of the materials is not good, the heated cigarettes are easy to break and destroy or generate undesired plastic deformation. It is worth mentioning that heat resistance refers to the ability of a material to withstand sharp changes in temperature without breaking. In particular, the support section material located between two adjacent sections needs to have good heat resistance and dimensional stability, otherwise it is difficult to ensure structural stability when subjected to thermal shock.
The material breaks due to poor thermal stability, and is basically due to internal and external stresses caused by thermal expansion and contraction of the material, also called thermal stresses. Such stresses may lead to fracture failure of the material or to undesired plastic deformation. The thermal stress is derived from: (1) thermal stress generated by limited expansion and contraction, (2) thermal stress generated by different expansion coefficients of the multiphase composite materials, and (3) thermal stress generated by temperature gradient.
For materials for heating cigarettes, there are two main types of thermal shock damage to the material, namely thermal shock fracture resistance and thermal shock damage resistance. The material undergoes instantaneous fracture and the resistance to such fracture is known as thermal shock fracture resistance; under the action of thermal shock circulation, cracking and peeling of the surface of the material are continuously developed, and finally cracking or deterioration is realized, and the cracking resistance becomes thermal shock damage resistance.
The existing supporting section materials of the heating cigarettes are mostly made of non-natural plant materials or partial non-natural plant materials, and the non-natural plant materials have higher density, so that the quality of the formed heating cigarettes is heavier, and bad smoking experience can be brought to users.

Detailed Description
The following description is presented to enable one of ordinary skill in the art to make and use the invention. The preferred embodiments in the following description are by way of example only and other obvious variations will occur to those skilled in the art. The basic principles of the invention defined in the following description may be applied to other embodiments, variations, modifications, equivalents, and other technical solutions without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that in the present disclosure, the terms "longitudinal," "transverse," "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," "left," "right," "vertical," "horizontal," "top," "bottom," "inner," "outer," etc. refer to an orientation or positional relationship based on that shown in the drawings, which is merely for convenience of description and to simplify the description, and do not indicate or imply that the apparatus or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and therefore the above terms should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
It will be understood that the terms "a" and "an" should be interpreted as referring to "at least one" or "one or more," i.e., in one embodiment, the number of elements may be one, while in another embodiment, the number of elements may be plural, and the term "a" should not be interpreted as limiting the number.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a method for manufacturing a heat-stable natural plant material for heating cigarettes according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail below.
The preparation method of the heat-stable natural plant material for heating the cigarettes comprises the following steps:
s1001, uniformly mixing 4-6 parts of plant fiber raw material powder, 4-6 parts of binder powder, 1-2 parts of plant starch and 4-6 parts of compound liquid, wherein the plant fiber raw material contained in the heat-stable natural plant material for heating cigarettes contains 40-60% of plant fiber by mass, and the water content of the mixed mixture is controlled to be 8% -12%;
s1002, molding the wet material obtained in the steps through a molding process;
s1003, drying the formed wet material.
It should be noted that, the wet material may be formed into the required heat-stable material of the heated cigarette through the step S1002.
Preferably, before the step S1001, the method for manufacturing the heat-stable natural plant material for heating cigarettes includes the steps of:
s1004, carrying out acid treatment and acid washing and filtering on the plant fiber raw material to adjust the pH value of the plant fiber raw material to be 5-7.5;
it is worth mentioning that the plant fiber raw material is filtered by acid treatment and acid washing, so that the pH value of the plant fiber raw material is 5-7.5, and the finally formed heat-stable natural plant material for heating cigarettes has good appearance after being heated, including but not limited to color, smoothness and the like.
It should be noted that, through the above step S1004, the water content of the plant fiber raw material may be adjusted to 8% -12% by weight.
The water content of the plant fiber raw material powder is unsuitable to influence the water absorption multiple of the material, so that the agglomeration effect of wet materials after mixing is poor or the wet materials are too viscoelastic, and the production is adversely affected. S1005, crushing the plant fiber raw material after the step S1004. Preferably, the water content of the plant fiber raw material is adjusted to 10% by weight.
In one embodiment, the plant fiber powder is implemented as plant fiber powder of already matured plant stalks, bast or leaves, etc. with a high fiber content.
In addition, it is worth mentioning that when the fiber is used for making the heated cigarette, the subsequent molding process is needed, if the fiber content is lower than 40% of the plant fiber raw material, the molding effect is poor, the density of the made heated cigarette material is too high, and the toughness and elasticity of the final heated cigarette material are insufficient. Conversely, if the fiber content is more than 60%, the material strength may lack elasticity due to too high, and the cut scraps may be easily broken when the cigarette material is cut by heating. It is further noted that the plant fiber raw material from which the plant fiber powder is made includes at least one of wood fiber raw material (needle wood raw material such as fir, pine, broad wood raw material such as poplar, maple, eucalyptus, maple), gramineous fiber raw material (wheat straw, bagasse, corn stalk, moso bamboo, etc.), bast fiber raw material (sandalwood bark, mulberry bark, etc.), and cotton stalk.
The binder is a hot-melt plant powder. The binder can be used to knead the tobacco raw material powder, the smoking agent, the binder. The binder is implemented as one or more selected from food grade starch, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium hydroxymethyl cellulose, etc.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, it is worth mentioning that the heat-stable natural plant material microstructure for heating cigarettes formed by the above components has dense micropores. The microporous structure leads to good heat resistance of plant firmware formed by the natural plant material with thermal stability for heating cigarettes, and can be fully suitable for the requirements that the smoke temperature reaches 200-300 ℃ when the cigarettes are used.
In addition, due to the unique material selection and formula design, the prepared internal structure is in a microporous state, and the prepared internal structure has good heat resistance and good fragrance carrying capacity when applied to cigarette cartridges. More importantly, the microporous structure is formed, so that the microporous structure not only has good heat resistance and dimensional stability, but also has the effect of reinforcing and toughening while reducing the density of the material.
It can be understood by those skilled in the art that the natural plant materials for heating the cigarettes are natural plant materials, so that the heat stability of the cigarettes is ensured, and toxic and side effects on the bodies of users are avoided. In addition, the heat-stability natural plant material for heating the cigarettes formed after mixing has a micropore structure, so that the purpose of the heat-stability natural plant material for heating the cigarettes is relatively low, and therefore, the heat-stability natural plant material for heating the cigarettes also has lighter quality and better user experience.
TABLE 1 influence of different fiber contents of plant fibers on product properties
TABLE 2 influence of plant fiber pH to pH (range) and Water content on product Properties
It will be appreciated by persons skilled in the art that the embodiments of the invention described above and shown in the drawings are by way of example only and are not limiting. The advantages of the present invention have been fully and effectively realized. The functional and structural principles of the present invention have been shown and described in the examples and embodiments of the invention may be modified or practiced without departing from the principles described.
