Background
A complete product is often assembled from multiple parts, and protection elements are required to be arranged around the vulnerable parts during the assembly process so as to prevent the parts from being bumped or deformed. punching edges of the protective film material belt corresponding to the positions of the first semi-finished products;
and (5) rolling the waste protective film.
It can be appreciated that the production process of the protection piece according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention further includes the following steps:
punching alignment holes on the positioning material strips positioned on two sides of the first semi-finished product;
and rolling the waste corresponding to the alignment hole.
It can be appreciated that the second semi-finished product includes a first bending piece 100 and a second bending piece 200 that are connected to each other, the second bending piece 200 includes a first bending portion 210 and a second bending portion 220 that are both connected to the first bending piece 100, a notch 211 is disposed on the first bending portion 210, and the second bending portion 220 is located in the notch 211;
wherein, the second semi-finished product is buckled, which comprises the following steps:
bending the second bending part 220 in a direction away from the elastic material;
the first bending portion 210 is bent in a direction approaching the elastic material.
Specifically, the production process of the protection piece according to the first aspect of the present invention adopts a die-cutting mode to bend the second semi-finished product, wherein after the upper die and the lower die are clamped, the gap between the upper die and the lower die is matched with the shape of the protection piece according to the embodiment of the present invention, so as to bend the second semi-finished product into the protection piece as shown in fig. 1.

adhering a first elastic material 310 to the second carrier film;
adhering the surface, to which the first elastic material is adhered, of the second support base film to the first support base film, wherein the second support base film can only cover part of the first support base film;
adhering a second elastic material 320 to the third carrier film;
and sticking the surface, attached with the second elastic material, of the third support bottom film on the first support bottom film, wherein the third support bottom film covers the first support bottom film which is not covered by the second support bottom film.
In particular, by using elastomeric materials of different heights, the part can be cushioned multiple times as it moves, so that the part slows down slowly, thus enhancing the cushioning ability of the protector. Referring to fig. 1, in particular, the elastic material is adhered to the first bending piece, and faces the part when the protection piece according to the embodiment of the present invention is used. Specifically, the elastic material is elastic foam.
It is understood that the third carrier film also covers a portion of the second carrier film.
This ensures that the upper surface of the first carrier film can be completely covered to prevent dust and other impurities from falling on the upper surface of the first carrier film during the transfer of the first carrier film.
The production process of the protection piece according to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention further comprises the following steps:
rolling the second support bottom film and the third support bottom film;
a first facestock is laminated to the first carrier film, wherein the first facestock covers the first elastomeric material 310 and the second elastomeric material 320.
This can prevent dust and other impurities from falling on the upper surface of the first carrier film during the transfer of the first carrier film, thereby contaminating the first elastic material 310 and the second elastic material 320.
The production process of the protection piece according to some embodiments of the first aspect of the present invention further comprises the following steps:
the first double-sided tape 410 is attached to the second bending part 220.
It will be appreciated that the second bending portion 220 is used for alignment, and when the protection member produced according to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention is used, the second bending portion 220 may be adhered to a corresponding position, so as to determine the position of the whole protection member. The second bending part 220 may be attached to other parts by attaching the first double-sided tape 410 to the second bending part 220.
It is understood that before the surface of the third backing film attached with the second elastic material is attached to the first backing film, the method further comprises the following steps:
the second double-sided adhesive 420 is adhered to the third backing film, and the second double-sided adhesive and the second elastic material are distributed at intervals.
By this, the second double-sided adhesive 420 can be adhered to the second semi-finished product when the second carrier film is laminated to the first carrier film. The protector produced according to the first embodiment of the present invention may be adhered to other parts by the second double sided adhesive 420 when in use, so as to facilitate fixing the protector produced according to the first embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the second double-sided tape 420 is adhered to the first bending sheet 100.

and (3) covering the adhesive tape on the second backing film to remove the second facial tissue covered on the second double-sided adhesive 420.

sticking an elastic material on the upper surface of the second semi-finished product;
and bending the second semi-finished product to form a finished product of the protection piece.

The process for producing a protective member according to claim 1, wherein the second semi-finished product comprises a first bending piece and a second bending piece which are connected with each other, the second bending piece comprises a first bending part and a second bending part which are both connected with the first bending piece, a notch is arranged on the first bending part, and the second bending part is positioned in the notch;

bending the second bending part in a direction away from the elastic material;

rolling the second support bottom film and the third support bottom film;
and compounding first facial tissues on the first backing film, wherein the first facial tissues cover the first elastic material and the second elastic material.
6. The process for producing a protector according to claim 2, further comprising the steps of:
and sticking a first double-sided adhesive tape on the second bending part.
7. The process for producing a protector according to any one of claims 3 to 5, wherein the surface of the third carrier film to which the second elastic material is attached is adhered to the first carrier film, further comprising the steps of:
and sticking a second double-sided adhesive tape on the third backing film, wherein the second double-sided adhesive tape and the second elastic material are distributed at intervals.
