Non-knife-mark film processing technology
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of die cutting, in particular to a processing technology of a non-knife-print film.
Background
Common products for die cutting are used: electroacoustic, medical care, display sign, safety protection, transportation, office supplies, electronic power, communication, industrial manufacturing, family leisure and other industries. The adhesive is used for products such as mobile phones, MIDs, digital cameras, automobiles, LCDs, LEDs, FPCs, FFCs and RFID, and is gradually used for the aspects of bonding, dust prevention, shock prevention, insulation, shielding and the like of the products. The die-cutting material for processing is rubber, single-sided or double-sided tape, foam, plastic, vinyl, silicon, metal thin tape, metal sheet, optical film, protective film, gauze, hot-melt adhesive tape, silica gel, etc. For the product size is less, the material is thinner and soft, for example, the film, the product has the sword seal to leave over under leaving from type paper after dashing the type, can tear the type paper on the film before laminating with other parts, through the locating hole and the steel sheet hot pressing laminating of type paper down, thereby can lead to the edge expansion of film to spill over easily because the reason of high temperature and can block into in the sword seal, after the laminating is accomplished, the film can be blocked by the sword seal and draw unevenness or deformation with the edge of film when tearing the type paper down of film, influence product quality.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a processing technology of a non-knife-print film, which aims to solve the technical problem in the background technology.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a processing technology of a non-knife-print film comprises the following steps:
s1) preparing materials: the material is a film, and the double surfaces of the film are provided with release paper, namely upper release paper and lower release paper;
s2) punching pilot holes: conveying the material to a die-cutting machine through a conveying mechanism, and punching a guide hole by using a punching needle;
s3) punching profile: after punching the guide hole, conveying the material to the next die cutting machine through a conveying mechanism, correspondingly sleeving and positioning the material through a guide needle and the guide hole, simultaneously punching the appearance of the product to form a semi-through hole;
s4) waste material cleaning: tearing off the edge waste of the material with the punched shape;
s5) film pasting: adhering the residual upper release paper on the surface of the film by the material of which the outer frame waste is cleaned through a waste discharge adhesive tape to form a roll, collecting and cleaning, positioning the material of which the waste is cleaned through a guide needle, and adhering a layer of protective film on the surface of the film through an adhering machine;
s6) punching positioning holes: the material adhered with the protective film is positioned again through a guide needle, and another punching needle is used for punching a positioning hole in the protective film;
s7), cutting and attaching: quantitatively cutting the product punched with the positioning hole according to production requirements, tearing off release liner paper of the film, and hot-pressing and attaching the film and the steel sheet through the positioning hole of the protective film.
The guide holes are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the release base paper respectively. The positioning holes are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the protective film respectively, and the positioning holes and the guide holes are not in the same horizontal row.
The protective film is a PET protective film.
Compared with the prior art, the processing technology of the non-knife-mark film has the advantages of simple design, strong practicability, reduction of the reject ratio of products and improvement of benefits. Through pasting the PET protection film again, laminate the product to the PET protection film on, because do not have die-cutting rule seal on the protection film after the commentaries on classics card, after cross cutting product and other parts hot pressing laminating, tear the protection film on film surface, the film can not appear and is dragged bad phenomenon such as deformation or unsmooth, has improved the quality of product.

Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Specific example 1: referring to fig. 1, the present invention discloses a process for processing a non-knife-printed film, which comprises the following steps:
s1) preparing materials: the material 1 is a film 102, the double surfaces of the film 102 are sticky, and the double surfaces of the film 102 are provided with release paper, namely an upper release paper 101 and a lower release paper 103;
s2) punching pilot holes: conveying the material 1 to a die-cutting machine through a conveying mechanism, and punching guide holes 2 by using punching needles, wherein the guide holes 2 are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the material 1;
s3) punching profile: after punching the guide hole, conveying the material to the next die-cutting machine through a conveying mechanism, sleeving and positioning the material by using a guide needle corresponding to the guide hole 2, and simultaneously punching the appearance of the product through a cutting die to ensure that the bottom paper 103 punched into the film 102 does not penetrate through the product;
s4) waste material cleaning: tearing off the edge waste of the material with the punched shape;
s5) film pasting: adhering the residual upper release paper 101 on the surface of the film to form a roll by using a waste discharge adhesive tape for the material with the outer frame waste cleaned, collecting and cleaning, positioning the material 1 with the waste cleaned by using a guide needle, adhering a layer of PET protective film 3 to the surface of the film 102 with the release paper torn off by using an adhering machine, wherein the film 102 is tightly adhered to the PET protective film 3, the PET protective film 102 is adhered to the middle of the film 102, two sides of the protective film 3 cannot cover the guide hole 2, and the phenomenon that the protective film 3 cannot be completely adhered to the film 102 to influence the next process is avoided;
s6) punching positioning holes: the material 1 with the protective film attached is positioned again through a guide needle, and positioning holes 301 are punched on two sides of the protective film 3 through another punching needle;
s7), cutting and attaching: and quantitatively cutting the product punched with the positioning hole according to production requirements, tearing off the lower release paper 103 carried by the film 102, and hot-pressing and attaching the film 102 and the steel sheet 4 through the positioning hole 301 of the protective film 3.
