Abstract

Background
Electronic products such as mobile phones, tablets, computers and the like in the market are updated and updated increasingly rapidly, products which contact die cutting factories and manufacturers serving the electronic products are increasingly responsible, and the requirements on the production process of the products are low in cost and high in efficiency. s4, removing the protective film part and the silicone film part between the punching lines of the two linear blades, and covering a second release film;
s5, punching the non-adhesive side of the single-sided adhesive tape by a second cutting die;
the second cutting die is provided with a plurality of second annular cutting edges which correspond to the first annular cutting edges one by one, the second annular cutting edges punch the single-sided adhesive tape, a single-sided adhesive layer with the peripheral dimension larger than that of the first release film layer is punched on the single-sided adhesive tape, and the first release film layer is adhered to the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive layer;
and S6, discharging the single-sided adhesive tape waste after punching to obtain the single-sided adhesive with the adhesive surface partially free of adhesive.

Preferably, the single-sided adhesive with the adhesive surface partially free of adhesive comprises a single-sided adhesive layer, and a first release film layer and a second release film layer which are sequentially pasted on the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive layer;
the peripheral size of the first release film layer is smaller than that of the single-side adhesive layer, so that an annular adhesive area exposing part of the adhesive surface of the single-side adhesive layer is formed between the outer edge of the first release film layer and the outer edge of the single-side adhesive layer; the second release film layer covers the annular glue area on the first release film layer.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: through the selection of membrane material, use the auxiliary material quantity few, only need twice die-cut, whole production procedure is few, and production efficiency is high and the cost is reduced.

Detailed Description
For a more clear understanding of the technical features, objects and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for producing a single-sided adhesive having a partially non-adhesive surface according to an embodiment of the present invention may include the following steps:
s1, the silicone film 10 is used as the first support bottom, the first release film 20 is coated on the adhesive surface of the silicone film 10, and the protective film 30 is coated on the non-adhesive surface of the silicone film 10 as the second support bottom.
The silicone membrane 10 is made of a silicone material, and the protective film 30 is an acrylic membrane made of an acrylic material, so that the subsequent process is simplified by utilizing the characteristic that the silicone membrane and the protective film can be separated after being attached.
S2, the first cutting die 40 cuts the first release film 20.
As shown in fig. 2, the first cutting die 40 has a plurality of first annular blades 41 arranged at intervals, and two linear blades 42 respectively located at two opposite outer sides of the first annular blades 41. The plurality of first annular blades 41 may be aligned in one or more rows between the two linear blades 42 as needed, and the shape of the first annular blades 41 may be circular, polygonal, or the like.
When the first cutting die 40 performs punching, the first annular blade 41 punches the first release film 20 and ends on the silicone film 10, and punches a first release film layer on the first release film 20; the shape of the first release film layer is consistent with the shape of the first annular blade 41. The linear blade 42 cuts the first release film 20 and the silicone film 10 onto the protective film 30 without punching the protective film 30. After the two linear blades 42 are punched, punching lines are respectively formed on the first release film 20 and the silicone film 10.
The linear blade 42 includes a straight blade parallel to the width direction of the first blade mold 40 and a slant blade connected to opposite ends of the straight blade, and the slant blade is inclined on the straight blade in a direction away from the first annular blade 41. The length of the oblique line blade is smaller than that of the straight line blade.
In addition, two annular positioning blades 43 are provided on the first cutting die 40, respectively on the side of the linear blade 42 away from the annular blade 41, and on the first cutting die 40 at opposite ends. Each linear blade 42 has a positioning blade 43 on the side away from the first annular blade 41, and the linear blade 42 and the positioning blade 43 on the side thereof are spaced apart by a sufficient distance, for example, 6-10 mm.
When the first cutting die 40 performs the punching, the positioning blade 43 punches through the first release film 20, the silicone film 10 and the protective film 30, and punches the positioning holes in the first release film 20, the silicone film 10 and the protective film 30.
For foolproof, the two positioning blades 43 may be differently configured in shape or size.
And S3, discharging the first punched release film waste, covering a single-sided adhesive tape 50 on the first release film layer, wherein the single-sided adhesive tape 50 is adhered to the first release film layer and the silicone film 10 by the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive tape 50, and meanwhile, the silicone film 10 with the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive tape 50 punched is utilized to prevent the single-sided adhesive tape from scattering.
Along the length direction of the first release film 20, the distance between the edges of the two opposite ends of the single-sided adhesive tape 50 and the corresponding positioning holes punched in the first release film 20 is 2-5mm, so that the influence of the end parts of the single-sided adhesive tape 50 on positioning during subsequent punching positioning is avoided.
S4, removing the protective film 30 part and the silicone film 10 part between the punching lines of the two linear blades 42, and covering with a second release film 60.
The silicone film 10 outside the cutting line of the two linear blades 42 is adhered by the single-sided adhesive tape 50 and is not scattered. After the protective film 30 and the silicone film 10 are removed, the first release film layer adhered to the adhesive surface of the single-sided tape 50 is exposed, and the second release film 60 covers the side of the first release film layer opposite to the single-sided tape 50 and also covers the part of the single-sided tape 50 outside the first release film layer.
The second release film 60 is preferably a fluorine release film corresponding to the silicone film 10.
S5, the second cutting die 70 cuts the single-sided tape 50 on the non-adhesive side.
As shown in fig. 3, the second cutting die 70 has a plurality of second annular blades 51 corresponding to the first annular blades 41 one by one. The second annular blade 51 may be shaped to conform to the shape of the first annular blade 41 and be larger in peripheral dimension than the peripheral dimension of the first annular blade 41. For example, for a circular second annular blade 51, its diameter is greater than the diameter of the first annular blade 41; for a rectangular second annular blade 51, its length and width are greater than the length and width of the first annular blade 41.
The second cutting die 70 punches the single-sided adhesive tape 50 with the second annular blade 51 thereof, and punches a single-sided adhesive layer on the single-sided adhesive tape 51, and since the outer peripheral dimension of the second annular blade 51 is larger than that of the first annular blade 41, the outer peripheral dimension of the punched single-sided adhesive layer is also larger than that of the first release film layer punched by the first annular blade 41.
After die cutting, the first release film layer is adhered to the adhesive side of the single-sided adhesive layer, and the first release film layer and the single-sided adhesive layer are also sequentially adhered to the second release film 60.
Furthermore, the second cutting die 50 is provided with two positioning posts 52 respectively corresponding to the two positioning blade edges 43, and the two positioning posts 52 are respectively located on two opposite outer sides of the second annular blade edge 51. When the second cutting die 50 is used for punching, the two positioning columns 52 respectively penetrate into the first release film 20, the silicone film 10 and the protective film 30 to punch and position the positioning holes, so that the punching process is prevented from displacement, and the accuracy of the punching position is ensured.
And S6, discharging the single-sided adhesive tape waste after punching to obtain the single-sided adhesive with the adhesive surface partially free of adhesive. The part of the single-sided adhesive, which is partially free of adhesive, is the part of the single-sided adhesive tape covered by the first release film layer.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1, the production method of the present invention is explained in detail in conjunction with production equipment, as follows:
in step S1, the silicone film 10 is fed from the roll and conveyed, and the face paper 11 on the adhesive side of the silicone film 10 is collected by the first reel 81. When the silicone membrane 10 moves to the first station, the coil stock located at the upper and lower sides of the silicone membrane 10 respectively releases the first release film 20 and the protection film 30, so that the first release film 20 and the protection film 30 are respectively covered on the two sides of the silicone membrane 10 to form the composite film.
In step S2, when the composite film advances to the second station, the first cutting die 40 at the second station punches the composite film.
In step S3, the composite film is punched and then moved to a third station for attaching the single-sided tape 50. In the process of moving to the third station, the second reel 82 recovers the first release film waste 21 punched on the composite film. At the third station, the roll material discharges the single-sided tape 50 to cover the first release film layer and the silicone film 10.
In step S4, the third reel 83 located below the composite film recovers the protective film 30 portion and the silicone film 10 portion between the punching lines of the two linear blades 42.
And after recovery, the material moves to a fourth station, the second release film 60 is discharged from the coil stock at the fourth station, and the second release film is covered on the side, back to the single-sided adhesive tape 50, of the second release film layer and continues to move.
In step S5, the second release film 60 is coated and then the process continues to the fifth station, and the second cutting die 70 cuts the non-adhesive side of the single-sided tape 50 to cut the single-sided adhesive layer.
In step S6, the punched single-sided tape waste 61 (the other portion outside the single-sided adhesive layer) is recovered by the fourth reel 84, and a single-sided adhesive having a partially non-adhesive surface is obtained.
Further, a plurality of single-sided glues with local no glue on the glue surface are obtained and are connected together through the second release film 60, and the single-sided glues can be formed by subsequently separating the single-sided glues through cutting.
As shown in fig. 4, the single-sided adhesive with a partially adhesive-free adhesive surface prepared by the production method of the present invention includes a single-sided adhesive layer 1, and a first release film layer 2 and a second release film layer (not shown) sequentially attached to the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive layer 1.
The peripheral dimension of the first release film layer 2 is smaller than that of the single-side adhesive layer 1, so that an annular adhesive area 3 exposing part of the adhesive surface of the single-side adhesive layer 1 is formed between the outer edge of the first release film layer 2 and the outer edge of the single-side adhesive layer 1; the second release film layer is on the first release film layer 2 and covers the ring-shaped glue area 3.
By combining the above production method, the single-sided adhesive layer 1 is obtained by die-cutting the single-sided adhesive tape 50, the first release film layer 2 is obtained by die-cutting the first release film 20, and the second release film layer is obtained by die-cutting the second release film 60. Or the second release film layer is a whole piece, and a plurality of single-sided adhesives are distributed on the second release film layer.
When the single-sided adhesive is used, the second release film layer is torn off, and the single-sided adhesive is adhered to an electronic product through the annular adhesive area 3.

s3, discharging the first punched release film waste, and covering a single-sided adhesive tape on the first release film layer, wherein the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive tape is adhered to the first release film layer and the silicone film;
s4, removing the protective film part and the silicone film part between the punching lines of the two linear blades, and covering a second release film;
s5, punching the non-adhesive side of the single-sided adhesive tape by a second cutting die;
the second cutting die is provided with a plurality of second annular cutting edges which correspond to the first annular cutting edges one by one, the second annular cutting edges punch the single-sided adhesive tape, a single-sided adhesive layer with the peripheral dimension larger than that of the first release film layer is punched on the single-sided adhesive tape, and the first release film layer is adhered to the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive layer;

in step S5, moving to a fifth station, and punching the non-adhesive side of the single-sided tape by a second cutting die;
in step S6, the punched single-sided tape waste is recovered by the fourth reel to obtain a single-sided tape having a partially non-adhesive surface.
9. A single-sided adhesive with a partially adhesive-free surface, characterized in that it is produced by the production method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.

The single-sided adhesive with the locally adhesive-free adhesive surface according to claim 9, wherein the single-sided adhesive with the locally adhesive surface comprises a single-sided adhesive layer, a first release film layer and a second release film layer sequentially attached to the adhesive surface of the single-sided adhesive layer;
the peripheral size of the first release film layer is smaller than that of the single-side adhesive layer, so that an annular adhesive area exposing part of the adhesive surface of the single-side adhesive layer is formed between the outer edge of the first release film layer and the outer edge of the single-side adhesive layer; the second release film layer covers the annular glue area on the first release film layer.
