Abstract
本发明属于金属表面处理技术领域,尤其是一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法,现提出以下方案,包括不锈钢基体和其表面的抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层,所述抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:首先对不锈钢进行碱洗脱脂处理,并用水清洗干净;然后将上述处理过的不锈钢进行中和处理,并用水清洗干净。本发明对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌等具有优异的抗菌性能;通过添加锌离子,使涂层长效广谱抗菌,相对银、铜离子,耐热性及抗变色性更好;且使用电泳制备方法,涂层均匀致密,成本低且利用率高,并对环境友好。可广泛应用于家电、电信、食品、汽车等领域,可以制成生活餐具用品、抗菌医疗器械、抗菌厨房水槽及抗菌卫浴产品等等。

技术领域
本发明涉及金属表面处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法。
背景技术
不锈钢是不锈耐酸钢的简称,耐空气、蒸汽、水等弱腐蚀介质或具有不锈性的钢种称为不锈钢;而将耐化学腐蚀介质(酸、碱、盐等化学浸蚀)腐蚀的钢种称为耐酸钢。为了提升不锈钢管的性能和达到某种效果需要对不锈钢管表面处理,常见的不锈钢管表面处理工艺有镜面处理、喷砂处理、化学处理、着色处理、喷涂处理和表面拉丝处理等,每种处理工艺都能提升不锈钢板的优良性能。
为同时满足不锈钢抗菌效果好、制作成本低且对环境污染小的效果,本发明提出一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法。
发明内容
基于现有技术问题,本发明提出了一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法。
本发明提出的一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法,包括不锈钢基体和其表面的抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层,所述抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:对不锈钢进行碱洗脱脂处理,并用水清洗干净;
S2:将上述处理过的不锈钢进行中和处理,并用水清洗干净;
S3:将上述中和后的不锈钢放入抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层中处理;
S4:将上述处理过的不锈钢进行水洗;
S5:将不锈钢烘干。
优选地,所述抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层的原料按照重量份计包括以下组分:水性阴极电泳树脂35-65份、色浆5-15份、含锌抗菌剂2-5份、去离子水60-120份。
优选地,所述水性阴极电泳树脂为丙烯酸树脂(30-50%)、乳化剂(1-8%)、流平剂(1-3%)、中和剂(1-5%)及去离子水(50-80%)。
优选地,所述色浆成分为丙烯酸改性环氧树脂(15-25%),醇类/醚类助溶剂(10-55%),颜料(5-15%),丙烯酸(3-10%)及去离子水(0-67%)。
优选地,所述含锌抗菌剂为稀释含量为5-20wt.%的硫酸锌溶液。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法,具备以下有益效果:
本发明的有益效果在于绿色环保,不需要使用含铬或含镍的电解液或电泳漆,所添加的硫酸锌作为抗菌来源也不含砷,不含锡,无VOCs,能够做到环保无污染。另外,经实践验证,锌离子作为抗菌金属离子添加至阴极电泳槽液中不会改变槽液的颜色,且不会破坏漆膜外观,而某些含银的抗菌剂添加后过段时间槽液颜色会略微变黄且漆膜外观明显粗糙。制备的抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢涂层外观平整无缺陷,能够阻止细菌、病毒或者霉菌在表面生长,具有长效抗菌效果,并且附着牢固。经检测,按照GB/T 13452.2-2008《色漆和清漆漆膜厚度的测定》,涂层厚度为10-30μm,按照GB/T6739-1996《涂层硬度铅笔测定法》,涂层硬度等级达到H以上,依据GB/T 9286-1998《色漆和清漆漆膜的划格试验》,漆膜附着力为0级,依据GB/T4893.9-2013《家具表面漆膜理化性能试验第9部分:抗冲击测定法》,涂层抗冲击等级为1级,依据GB/T 1733-1993《漆膜耐水性测定法》进行耐水性测试(沸水煮法),涂层耐水性测试合格;电泳沉积制备的表面抗菌不锈钢按照GB/T 10125-2012《人造气氛腐蚀试验-盐雾试验》,涂层耐腐蚀性能等级达到10级,按照GB/T 21510-2008《纳米无机材料抗菌性能检测方法》对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率达到99.9%以上,按照GB/T24346-2009《纺织品防霉性能的评价》,防霉等级达到0级,按照ISO18184:2014(E)《纺织品抗病毒性能测试方法》检测,涂层抗甲型H1N1、H3N2流感病毒活性率达到99%以上。

参照图1,一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法,包括不锈钢基体和其表面的抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层,所述抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:对不锈钢进行碱洗脱脂处理,并用水清洗干净;
S2:将上述处理过的不锈钢进行中和处理,并用水清洗干净;
S3:将上述中和后的不锈钢放入抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层中处理,其中抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层的原料按照重量份计包括以下组分:水性阴极电泳树脂35-65份、色浆5-15份、含锌抗菌剂2-5份、去离子水60-120份;水性阴极电泳树脂为丙烯酸树脂(30-50%)、乳化剂(1-8%)、流平剂(1-3%)、中和剂(1-5%)及去离子水(50-80%);色浆成分为丙烯酸改性环氧树脂(15-25%),醇类/醚类助溶剂(10-55%),颜料(5-15%),丙烯酸(3-10%)及去离子水(0-67%);含锌抗菌剂为稀释含量为5-20wt.%的硫酸锌溶液;
S4:将上述处理过的不锈钢进行水洗;
S5:将不锈钢烘干。

1.一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法,包括不锈钢基体和其表面的抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层,所述抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:对不锈钢进行碱洗脱脂处理,并用水清洗干净;
S2:将上述处理过的不锈钢进行中和处理,并用水清洗干净;
S3:将上述中和后的不锈钢放入抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层中处理;
S4:将上述处理过的不锈钢进行水洗;
S5:将不锈钢烘干。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法,其特征在于,所述抗菌抗病毒含锌涂层的原料按照重量份计包括以下组分:水性阴极电泳树脂35-65份、色浆5-15份、含锌抗菌剂2-5份、去离子水60-120份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法,其特征在于,所述水性阴极电泳树脂为丙烯酸树脂(30-50%)、乳化剂(1-8%)、流平剂(1-3%)、中和剂(1-5%)及去离子水(50-80%)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法,其特征在于,所述色浆成分为丙烯酸改性环氧树脂(15-25%),醇类/醚类助溶剂(10-55%),颜料(5-15%),丙烯酸(3-10%)及去离子水(0-67%)。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌抗病毒含锌不锈钢的制备方法,其特征在于,所述含锌抗菌剂为稀释含量为5-20wt.%的硫酸锌溶液。
