The end of the upper separator plate 408 adjacent to the cutting blade 406 is located above the cutting blade 406 and the end of the lower separator plate 409 adjacent to the cutting blade 406 is located below the cutting blade 406. The conveyor 405 is provided with upper and lower sides, and is powered by a belt and gears to collectively transport the photovoltaic panel and maintain it flat for blade cutting.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, when in use, the separating electric cylinder 401 is started, the separating electric cylinder 401 controls the electric cylinder push rod 402 to reciprocate, the electric cylinder push rod 402 pushes the first end of the separating connecting rod 403, the second end of the separating connecting rod 403 rotates on the separating turntable 404, so as to drive the conveyer belt 405 and the brush on the soaking tank 410 to rotate, when the electric cylinder push rod 402 reciprocates, the bump on the electric cylinder push rod 402 drives the separating component 411 to move left and right, the moving direction of the separating component 411 and the moving direction of the electric cylinder push rod 402 are ninety degrees, so that the cutting blade 406 is driven to reciprocate on the sliding support plate 407, when the broken photovoltaic plate enters the soaking tank 410, the chemical solution is smeared on the photovoltaic plate through the brush, and the photovoltaic plate is soaked in the solution, and contacts with the EVA glue film through the crack of glass, so that the quality of the photovoltaic plate is changed, the adhesiveness between the photovoltaic plate and the silicon plate and the glass plate is reduced, and the separation is facilitated. After leaving the steeping vat 410, the photovoltaic panel is held smooth by conveyor 405, facilitating the cutting by the cutting blade 406, and the separated portion is transferred out through both the upper separator plate 408 and the lower separator plate 409.
The recovery method for recovering the photovoltaic module by adopting the recovery equipment comprises the following steps of.
Step one: placing the photovoltaic panel into the device from within the opening of the housing 501;
step two: starting the push-off motor 101, pushing off the shell of the photovoltaic panel through the push-off assembly 1, and sliding off the pushed-off shell along the carriage 503;
step three: the manual poking deflector rod 201 drives the photovoltaic panel to move through the conveying assembly 2 and enters the crushing assembly 3;
step four: starting a crushing motor 301, bending the photovoltaic panel through a driving wheel 302, changing the moving direction, heating EVA of the photovoltaic panel through a heating rod 305, and finally crushing glass on the photovoltaic panel through a crushing roller 307;
step five: when the separation cylinder 401 is activated, the solution reacts with the EVA through the broken glass cracks as it passes through the dipping tank 410, expanding the EVA and finally separating by the cutting blade 406.

step four: starting a crushing motor (301), bending the photovoltaic panel through a driving wheel (302), changing the moving direction, heating EVA of the photovoltaic panel through a heating rod (305), and finally crushing glass on the photovoltaic panel through a crushing roller (307);
step five: the separation cylinder (401) is activated and the solution reacts with the EVA through the broken glass cracks as it passes through the dipping tank (410), expanding the EVA and finally separating by the cutting blade (406).
