技术领域
本发明涉及波纹PE管技术领域,具体是指高强度波纹PE管。
背景技术
PE,是聚乙烯的英文缩写,PE具有优良的耐大多数生活和工业用化学品的特性。我国塑料管道发展很快,质量在不断提高。目前,已初步形成以聚氯乙烯(PVC-U)管、聚乙烯(PE)管和聚丙烯(PP-R)管为主的塑料管产业。其中聚乙烯(PE)管由于由于其强度高、耐腐蚀、无毒等特点被广泛的应用于建筑给水,建筑排水,埋地排水管,建筑采暖、燃气输配、输气管,电工与电讯保护套管、工业用管、农业用管等。
HDPE双壁波纹管,简称PE波纹管,80年代初在德国首先研制成功。经过十多年的发展和完善,已经由单一的品种发展到完整的产品系列。在生产工艺和使用技术上已经十分成熟。由于其优异的性能和相对经济的造价,在欧美等发达国家已经得到了极大的推广和应用。
波纹管通常会埋地铺设,埋地铺设的塑料波纹管无压管道会承受外部的负载及压力,现有的HDPE双壁波纹管整体强度较差,受挤压容易产生破裂,并且凸起处长久使用之后容易磨损,大大降低了使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,克服以上技术缺陷,提供一种高强度,长寿命的高强度波纹PE管。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:高强度波纹PE管,包括管体,所述管体外侧连接设有外波纹管层,所述管体由内至外依次设有平滑层、防腐蚀层、防渗透层、与基材层,所述基材层内中部纵向延伸设有加强筋层。
作为改进,所述加强筋层为金属纤维丝。
作为改进,所述外波纹管层与基材层之间通过热熔胶固定连接。
作为改进,所述外波纹管层内均设有缓冲空腔。
作为改进,所述外波纹管层的外侧设有耐磨层。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:通过在外波纹管层内设置缓冲空腔大大提升了管体的抗冲击能力,同时内部的金属纤维也增加了管体强度,耐磨层的设置可以对管体整体进行保护,延长使用寿命,防止管体破损,而内部防腐蚀层与防渗透层的配合设置可以在使用时控制防止内部介质损伤管道。

结合附图1所示,高强度波纹PE管,包括管体1,其特征在于:所述管体1外侧连接设有外波纹管层2,所述管体1由内至外依次设有平滑层3、防腐蚀层4、防渗透层6、与基材层5,所述基材层5内中部纵向延伸设有加强筋层7。
所述加强筋层7为金属纤维丝,通过金属纤维丝的设置增加管体使用时的强度,所述外波纹管层2与基材层5之间通过热熔胶固定连接,通过热熔胶固定,防止外波管层2与基材层5滑脱,增加连接的紧密性,所述外波纹管层2内均设有缓冲空腔8,在本申请中缓冲空腔8具有一定的缓冲支撑效果,减少对管体使用时的损伤。
所述外波纹管层2的外侧设有耐磨层9,通过耐磨层9的设置增加使用寿命,防止管体的外部受损。

3.根据权利要求1所述的高强度波纹PE管,其特征在于:所述外波纹管层(2)与基材层(5)之间通过热熔胶固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高强度波纹PE管,其特征在于:所述外波纹管层(2)内均设有缓冲空腔(8)。
