本发明提供一种具有光敏性能的有机硅双面光学胶带,所述有机硅光学胶依次设置了有机硅压敏胶层、基膜层、光敏胶层和离型层,所述有机硅压敏胶层的制备原料包括乙烯基封端的聚硅氧烷、有机硅树脂、催化剂、抑制剂以及交联剂;所述光敏胶层的制备原料包括丙烯酰氧基改性的有机聚硅氧烷、光引发剂以及阻聚剂。所述具有光敏性能的有机硅双面胶带的光学性能优异,能够满足光学元件对光吸收效率的要求,同时,具有较高的剥离强度,粘结性能较高,适用于多种应用的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及有机硅光学胶技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有光敏性能的有机硅双面光学胶带。
背景技术
在光学元件领域中,为了提高光学元件对光子的吸收,使用的粘结剂大多具有良好的光学性能,透光率高而雾度较低,一般是用的胶体多为胶水,经过固化后形成胶粘层,但由于外力作用,大多固化后的胶体可能因形变而导致胶体粘结性能的下降。
现有技术中,解决上述问题的方法分为两种,其一为了提高胶体的机械性能而在胶体中添加一定的填料,这样一来,必然导致透光性的降低和雾度的提高,造成了光学元件对光吸收的效率下降的技术问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种具有光敏性能的有机硅双面光学胶带,所述有机硅光学胶依次设置了有机硅压敏胶层、基膜层、光固化胶层和离型层;
优选地,所述有机硅压敏胶层的制备原料包括以下组分,按重量百分比组成:乙烯基封端的聚硅氧烷65%-80%、有机硅树脂15%-35%、催化剂0.7%-2.5%、抑制剂0.5%-1.5%、交联剂0.5%-2.5%;
优选地,所述有机硅树脂为甲基硅烷、甲基乙烯基硅烷、甲基苯基硅烷;
优选地,所述催化剂为铂基催化剂;
优选地,所述抑制剂为3-甲基-1-丁炔-3-醇、1-炔基环己醇、3,5-二甲基-乙炔-3-醇、3-甲基-1戊烯-3醇;
优选地,所述交联剂具体为含氢硅油,优选为含氢硅油为甲基硅油、氨基硅油、环氧基硅油和醇羟基硅油中的至少一种,优选为甲基硅油

优选地,所述反应温度为90℃-100℃,反应时间为2-8h;

有益效果:
本申请采用丙烯酰氧基改性的有机聚硅氧烷进行光固化从而形成产品的光敏胶层,具有良好的光学性能,能够满足光学电子元件对于透光率、雾度的要求,避免了被粘结物在使用过程中,光吸收效率的降低。另外,本申请所述的双面胶带中具有基膜对于胶体进行物理上的支撑,能够减缓双面胶体受到外力以后产生的形变,并且,所述双面胶体具有较高的剥离强度,粘结性能良好,在应用过程中能够避免由于胶体形变导致的粘结性能降低的现象。

所述具有光敏性能的有机硅双面光学胶带的制备方法为将有机硅压敏胶加入涂布机,启动涂布机,将双面PE离型膜送入涂布机,在双面离型膜的一侧面涂布上有机硅压敏胶,固化后形成有机硅压敏胶层;将光敏胶按相同的方法涂布于PET基膜上,固化后形成光敏胶层;将上述有机硅压敏胶层的胶体一侧与基膜上光敏胶层的相对侧进行贴合处理,即得。
实施例5
本发明涉及一种具有光敏性能的有机硅双面光学胶带,所述有机硅光学胶依次设置了有机硅压敏胶层、基膜层、光固化胶层和离型层;
其中,所述有机硅压敏胶层的制备原料包括以下组分,按重量百分比组成:乙烯基封端的聚硅氧烷65%、甲基乙烯基硅烷29%、卡斯特催化剂3.0%、3,5-二甲基-乙炔-3-醇1.0%、硅油2%;
所述有机硅压敏胶层的制备方法为在反应釜中加入甲苯,将上述乙烯基封端二甲基聚硅氧、甲基乙烯基硅烷、卡斯特催化剂、甲基硅油按质量百分比加入,混匀后静置2h,加入3,5-二甲基-乙炔-3-醇,去除溶剂以及过量的反应物
其中,所述光敏胶层的制备原料包括以下组分,按重量百分比组成:丙烯酰氧基改性的有机聚硅氧烷97%、苯基双(2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基)氧化膦1.0%、对羟基苯甲醚2.0%;
所述丙烯酰氧基改性的有机聚硅氧烷的制备方法为在有机溶剂中加入α,ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷(107硅橡胶)和γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH570),混合均匀后加入氯铂酸,在95℃下反应6h,即得丙烯酰氧基改性的有机聚硅氧烷;所述107硅橡胶与KH570之间的质量比为4:1;所述氯铂酸用量为硅橡胶重量的0.1%;
所述具有光敏性能的有机硅双面光学胶带的制备方法为将有机硅压敏胶加入涂布机,启动涂布机,将双面PE离型膜送入涂布机,在双面离型膜的一侧面涂布上有机硅压敏胶,固化后形成有机硅压敏胶层;将光敏胶按相同的方法涂布于PET基膜上,固化后形成光敏胶层;将上述有机硅压敏胶层的胶体一侧与基膜上光敏胶层的相对侧进行贴合处理,即得。
将实施例和对比例中所制备的有机硅光学胶进行如下的性能测试:
光学性能测试:
按照ASTM D 1003方法测定上述双面胶带的透光率和雾度,所述胶带应撕去离型膜进行测定。
剥离力测试:
将上述所制备的有机硅光学胶中有机硅压敏胶层和光敏胶层的粘结能力进行测试,通过对剥离力进行测试,按照CB2792-1998方法测试压敏胶的180°的剥离强度。

根据实施例可知,本申请所制备的有机硅双面光学胶带的光学性能良好,其透光率接近99%以上,雾度平均水平小于0.5%,能够满足该产品在光学电子产品领域的应用;另外,本申请所述光敏胶层固化后的剥离强度与有机硅压敏胶层的剥离强度相似,基膜两侧胶体的粘接性能相似并且具有较好的粘接性能,能够满足多领域的使用。

Claims (10)

1.一种具有光敏性能的有机硅双面光学胶带,其特征在于,所述有机硅光学胶依次设置了有机硅压敏胶层、基膜层、光敏胶层和离型层。
2.根据权利要求1中所述的有机硅双面光学胶带,其特征在于,所述有机硅压敏胶层的制备原料包括以下组分,按重量百分比组成:乙烯基封端的聚硅氧烷65%-80%、有机硅树脂15%-35%、催化剂0.7%-2.5%、抑制剂0.5%-1.5%、交联剂0.5%-2.5%。
3.根据权利要求1中所述的有机硅双面光学胶带,其特征在于,所述有机硅树脂为甲基硅烷、甲基乙烯基硅烷、甲基苯基硅烷中的至少一种;所述催化剂为铂基催化剂;所述抑制剂为3-甲基-1-丁炔-3-醇、1-炔基环己醇、3,5-二甲基-乙炔-3-醇、3-甲基-1戊烯-3醇中的至少一种;所述交联剂为甲基硅油、氨基硅油、环氧基硅油和醇羟基硅油中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1中所述的有机硅双面光学胶带,其特征在于,所述光敏胶层的制备原料包括以下组分,按重量百分比组成:丙烯酰氧基改性的有机聚硅氧烷93-98%、光引发剂1%-5%、阻聚剂0.5%-2%。
5.根据权利要求1中所述的有机硅双面光学胶带,其特征在于,所述丙烯酰氧基改性的有机聚硅氧烷的制备方法为在有机溶剂中加入硅橡胶和硅烷偶联试剂,混合均匀后加入催化剂,加热反应,即得丙烯酰氧基改性的有机聚硅氧烷。
6.根据权利要求5中所述的有机硅双面光学胶带,其特征在于,所述硅橡胶为羟烃基封端聚二甲基硅氧烷、α,ω-二羟基聚硅氧烷中的一种;所述硅烷偶联试剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷。
7.根据权利要求5中所述的有机硅双面光学胶带,其特征在于,所述反应温度为90℃-100℃,反应时间为2-8h。
8.根据权利要求5中所述的有机硅双面光学胶带,其特征在于,所述催化剂为铂基催化剂或锡剂催化剂中的一种。
9.根据权利要求5中所述的有机硅双面光学胶带,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联试剂和硅橡胶之间的重量比为1:1-5;所述催化剂用量为硅橡胶重量的0.1%-0.5%。
10.根据权利要求1中所述的有机硅双面光学胶带,其特征在于,所述基膜层的材质为PET膜、PVC膜、PP膜和PBT膜中的一种;所述离型层为不透光的双面离型膜,具体为PET离型膜、PVC离型膜和PE离型膜中的一种。
