In practical application, the wired communication is mainly that the industrial personal computer is provided with different types of communication interfaces, and the cigarette detection instrument can be connected with the communication interfaces of the industrial personal computer through communication cables according to an applicable communication mode; for example, the communication mode supported by the bar code quality detection instrument is a network cable interface, the other end of the network cable connected with the bar code quality detection instrument can be connected to the network cable interface of the industrial personal computer, and the interface of the industrial personal computer can meet the communication requirements of different cigarette detection instruments, namely, the cigarette detection instruments in various communication modes can be connected to the industrial personal computer so as to realize data transmission. The advantage is that the user does not need to go to the position of the cigarette detecting instrument, the detection data is manually input, the data can be directly obtained through the industrial personal computer, and the stability of data transmission can be ensured in a wired communication mode.
In addition, the communication between the cigarette detection instrument and the industrial personal computer can be established in a wireless mode, the wireless collector mainly comprises a Bluetooth module, a wireless network communication module and/or a fifth-generation mobile communication module, data can be transmitted in a mode of taking the electromagnetic waves as media, the space limitation is not needed, and the wireless collector can be used for establishing communication with more cigarette detection instruments.
And S120, on the basis of establishing communication connection, if the industrial personal computer detects to-be-processed data sent by at least one cigarette detecting instrument, determining a target detecting instrument identifier corresponding to the to-be-processed data, and calling a target data format corresponding to the target detecting instrument identifier.
