Abstract
The embodiment of the invention discloses a system and a method for automatically acquiring a vehicle log, belonging to the technical field of vehicles. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of vehicles, in particular to a system and a method for automatically acquiring vehicle logs.
Background
Currently, an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) provided in a vehicle is responsible for processing operations that require high real-time performance and stability. The electronic Control unit receives and transmits CAN bus data in real time through a CAN (Control Area Network) bus interface, reads the running state of electronic equipment (such as a sensor and the like) on the CAN bus and issues a Control command according to an algorithm so as to ensure the completion of each function on the vehicle. And the storage space of the electronic control unit can store bus log information generated in the working process of the vehicle, and the log information can be used for helping maintenance personnel to analyze and locate defects and abnormalities of the vehicle in the running process and providing certain technical guidance for the maintenance and upgrading of the whole vehicle.
However, no device for managing log information is installed on a vehicle, and when an engineer analyzes, maintains or detects a vehicle state, the engineer is usually connected to a computer through a CAN bus-to-USB interface, and a CAN bus log tool on the computer is used to capture bus log information to analyze or detect the vehicle state. However, the log collection process is very complicated by adopting the log information acquisition mode, so that the workload of workers is increased, the working efficiency of the workers is reduced, the analysis efficiency of the log information is extremely low, and the maintenance efficiency of vehicles is reduced.

The automatic vehicle log acquisition system can quickly and comprehensively acquire log information and improve the working efficiency. Referring to fig. 1, the vehicle log automatic acquiring system includes: the system comprises a trigger module 10, a log uploading module 11, a display module 12 and a cloud 13.
More specifically, the triggering module 10 is connected to the log uploading module 11, and is configured to receive a log transmission request triggered by a user, and provide the log transmission request to the log uploading module 11.

The log uploading module 11 may be connected to the cloud 13 in a wireless or wired manner, and is configured to determine whether the log transmission request is a log uploading request, obtain log information of the vehicle if the determination result is the log uploading request, upload the obtained log information to the cloud 13, and provide the uploading progress for the display module 12 to display.
During the running process of the vehicle, the electronic control unit of the vehicle CAN acquire a series of information on a CAN bus of the vehicle through the CAN bus interface, such as the oil consumption, the residual oil quantity, the running distance and the like of the vehicle, and stores the information into log information, wherein the log information CAN be provided by the electronic control unit. Therefore, the log uploading module 11 may be further configured to, if the determination result is the log uploading request, obtain the log information of the vehicle stored in the vehicle electronic control unit, upload the obtained log information to the cloud 13, and provide the uploading progress to the display module 12 for displaying.
The log uploading module 11 may further compress the acquired log information and upload the compressed log information to the cloud 13 if the determination result is a log uploading request, so as to save an uploading flow and upload the log information more quickly.
In addition, in order to facilitate the staff to analyze the vehicle problem, a snapshot of the current operating environment of the vehicle may be performed, for example, service information related to triggering the vehicle, dumpsys (system) information, cpu (Central Processing Unit) information, meminfo (memory usage) information, and the log uploading module 11 may upload the service information related to the vehicle and the compressed log information to the cloud 13. In addition, the log information may also be uploaded through an ftp (File Transfer Protocol) Protocol when being uploaded to the cloud 13. The uploading progress can be displayed in the form of a progress bar and the like.
Preferably, the log uploading module 11 is further configured to determine whether the log transmission request is a log uploading request or a log transmission stop request, and if the determination result is the log transmission stop request, when it is determined that the log transmission request is currently in a log information uploading state, stop transmitting the log information, and provide the notification information to the display module 12 for display. The notification information may be information such as "log information transfer operation stop".
And the cloud end 13 is configured to receive and store the log information uploaded by the log uploading module 11.
The cloud 13 may be a background service system, which stores received log information, so that a subsequent worker can query the log information of the vehicle according to information such as time and device PDSN (packet data service node), and the log information is provided for the worker to perform download analysis or online analysis.

Compared with the traditional log information capturing mode, the log information can be rapidly and conveniently acquired, workers can conveniently analyze the log information in real time, the running state of a vehicle can be more accurately analyzed, the efficiency is greatly improved, the problem analysis progress is accelerated, the cost is saved, and the user experience is improved;
and if the judgment result is the request for stopping log transmission, the log information is stopped being transmitted when the current log information uploading state is judged, and the notification information is provided for the display module to be displayed, so that the user can conveniently cancel the log uploading operation mode, and the user experience is further improved.
