Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a product test analysis method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applicable to a case where product test data is analyzed and an analysis result is displayed, and the method can be executed by a product test analysis apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the apparatus can be implemented in a software and/or hardware manner. Referring to fig. 1, the product test analysis method provided in this embodiment includes:
step 110, in response to the import operation of at least one product test file, obtaining initial product test data.
The product test files are files obtained after a product is tested by a preset product test method, each product test file may include test data of one or more products, and may be a csv format file, and the product may be a mobile phone, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The importing operation of at least one product test file can be executed after manually selecting a file to be imported from all product test files and clicking an importing key in a preset operation interface before analyzing the product test files; the method may also be performed automatically after a preset type of product test file is generated, and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment.
The initial product test data is data directly obtained after the product test file is imported.
Optionally, when a single product is tested for multiple times in the same test process, the latest test data can be retained through the Dictionary computer data structure, the increase of the calculation amount of test analysis caused by data repetition is avoided, and the test analysis efficiency is improved.
Step 120, determining data grouping of the initial product test data according to a preset grouping rule; wherein the preset grouping rule comprises at least one of a test item grouping rule and a non-test item grouping rule.
The preset grouping rule is a predetermined grouping rule, and can be selected in a preset operation interface to be determined.
The test item grouping rule is a rule related to a test item, and the test item is a test item related to a product function, such as a test on a product working frequency band; correspondingly, if the initial product test data are grouped according to the test item grouping rule, the initial product test data can be classified according to the working frequency band of the product being 2.4G or 5G. For example, the initial product test data is divided into a group A1 and a group A2.
The test grouping rule may include one or more rules, for example, when the test grouping rule includes multiple rules, the initial product test data may be correspondingly grouped according to different rules, for example, the initial product test data is divided into a group A1 and a group A2 according to the first test grouping rule, and the initial product test data is divided into a group B1 and a group B2 according to the second test grouping rule.
Non-item grouping rules are rules that are not associated with an item, such as a production line, a production line station, an operator, a sales floor, incoming material, and the like.
The data grouping of the initial product test data is determined according to a preset grouping rule, the data grouping may be determined jointly according to a test item grouping rule and a non-test item grouping rule, or the data grouping may be determined according to a single test item grouping rule, which is not limited in this embodiment.
If the data grouping is determined according to the test item grouping rule and the non-test item grouping rule, the initial product test data can be firstly divided into a group A1 and a group A2 according to the test item grouping rule, and then the group A1 and the group A2 are further grouped according to the non-test item grouping rule. Illustratively, if the non-item grouping rule is to divide the item into a11 and a12 according to the production lines, where a11 is data in A1 that all belong to a first production line, a12 is data in A1 that all belong to a second production line, and the like.
Optionally, each data packet is encapsulated and loaded into the memory, so that the encapsulated data packet in the memory can be conveniently and directly analyzed subsequently, and the analysis efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, optionally, determining the data grouping of the initial product test data according to a preset grouping rule includes:
determining target product test data from the initial product test data according to a preset screening rule;
and determining the data grouping of the target product test data according to a preset grouping rule.
The target product test data is data obtained after screening by a preset screening rule. The preset screening rule can be used for removing data without upper and lower limits in the initial product test data, and the situation that the analysis results of data such as CPK and the like cannot be obtained subsequently if the data without the upper and lower limits exist is avoided. The target product test data are grouped according to the preset grouping rule to obtain data groups, and then the data groups are analyzed, so that the data analysis efficiency is prevented from being reduced due to the fact that data which cannot be analyzed exist, and the effectiveness of data analysis is improved.
And step 130, respectively obtaining group data analysis results of each data group, and outputting each group data analysis result to a preset analysis result display position according to a preset graph output mode and a preset parameter output mode.
And analyzing each data packet respectively through a preset analysis method to obtain a group data analysis result of each data packet, wherein the group data analysis result can comprise a Process Capability Index (CPK) of different products in the data packet about the same measured item, and the larger the CPK value is, the smaller the dispersion of the product quality characteristic value is, and the higher the Process Capability is.
And outputting each group of data analysis results to a preset analysis result display position according to a preset graph output mode, wherein the preset graph output mode may include a line graph, a column/normal distribution graph and the like, which is not limited in this embodiment, and the preset analysis result display position may be a preset EXCEL file and the like. For example, the first group data analysis result of the data packet a11 is output to the EXCEL in the form of a line graph, and the second group data analysis result of the data packet a12 is output to the EXCEL in the form of a column/normal distribution graph, and the like, and may be output to different SHEETs of the EXCEL, and may also be output to different positions of a single SHEET in the EXCEL, which is not limited in this embodiment.
And outputting each group of data analysis results to a preset analysis result display position according to a preset parameter output mode, wherein the preset parameter output mode can be output according to a preset table form. The preset analysis result display position may be a preset EXCEL file or the like.
The content that can be output according to predetermineeing figure output mode and predetermineeing parameter output mode with single group data analysis result is adjacent the show in predetermineeing analysis result show position to the user compares and looks over, improves the validity of organizing data analysis result show.
In this embodiment, optionally, the obtaining the group data analysis result of each data packet includes:

The problem that after the analysis results are obtained, all the analysis results are sequentially input to the designated position in a manual mode to display the analysis results is solved, and the efficiency of displaying the test results of the product is reduced; and because manual input easily produces the mistake, reduced the problem of the accuracy of product test result show, gained the efficiency and the accuracy that improve product test result show, reduced the human cost's beneficial effect.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a product test analysis method according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and the present technical solution is supplementary explained for a process of outputting each set of data analysis results to a preset analysis result display position according to a preset graph output manner. Compared with the scheme, the scheme is specifically optimized in that each group of data analysis results are output to the preset analysis result display position according to the preset graph output mode, and the scheme comprises the following steps:
generating group graph analysis results according to the preset test item sequence and the preset graph display mode by using each group of data analysis results;
and outputting the group graph analysis result to a preset analysis result display position. The flow chart of the specific product test analysis method is shown in fig. 2:
step 210, in response to the import operation of at least one product test file, obtaining initial product test data.
Step 220, determining data grouping of the initial product test data according to a preset grouping rule; wherein the preset grouping rule comprises at least one of a test item grouping rule and a non-test item grouping rule.
And step 230, respectively obtaining group data analysis results of each data group, and generating group graph analysis results according to a preset test item sequence and a preset graph display mode.
When the number of the test items is multiple, the preset test item sequence may be a sequence between different test items, for example, the data packet includes test data of 10 test items of 20 products, and then 10 test items of each product are displayed in sequence. The preset graphic display mode may include the type of graphics, such as histograms, line graphs, etc., and may also include a graphic display range, such as general graphs and detail graphs.
The overall graph can be a group data analysis result display graph of the data packets obtained after the data packets are grouped according to the test item grouping rule, namely the overall test analysis result of all products in the group is included. The detail graph may be a group data analysis result display graph of the data packet obtained after grouping according to the test grouping rule and the non-test grouping rule, that is, the detail graph includes detailed results in the test analysis results of all the products in the group, for example, the test analysis results of the products belonging to a single production line.
In this embodiment, optionally, the method further includes:
displaying the item-testing analysis results of the products in the data grouping at the item-testing positions in parallel in the group graph analysis results;
and determining the stability of the item according to the distribution condition of the item analysis result.
And displaying the item analysis results of the single products in the data grouping at each item in the group graph analysis results, and displaying the item analysis results of all the products in parallel. All products are therefore presented at the same location at the same assay result for the same assay.
The stability of the items to be tested is determined according to the distribution condition of the analysis results of the items to be tested, the items to be tested with obvious difference can be identified through the distribution discreteness of the corresponding test data at the same item to be tested, the more discreteness shows that the stability of the items to be tested is not good, the possibility that the product generates quality problems at the position is increased, and the more polymerization shows that the stability of the items to be tested is better. For example, the Standard development (STD) of test data at the same test item is analyzed, and the larger the STD is, the more scattered the data is, the more unstable the data is; smaller standard deviations indicate smaller and more stable differences between data.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a group graph analysis result according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, the group graph analysis result is shown in a form of a line graph, which is a general diagram. The abscissa of the broken line graph is different test items which are sequenced according to a preset test item sequence, the ordinate of the broken line graph is a test value corresponding to the test item, and different broken lines represent different products. The results of the item analysis of all products on the same item are shown on the same abscissa.
As shown in FIG. 3, the test values at test item 1 are more discrete, indicating that the stability of the test item is poor; the test values of test item 4 are more aggregate, indicating that the stability of the test item is better.
The item measurement analysis results of the products in the data grouping at the item measurement positions are displayed in the group graph analysis results in parallel, the item measurement analysis results at the item measurement positions are displayed in a unified mode, and the intuitiveness of analysis result display is improved. And determining the stability of the test item according to the distribution condition of the test item analysis result, and timely and accurately determining the unstable test item, thereby facilitating the subsequent further processing of the unstable test item and improving the effectiveness of product test analysis.
In this embodiment, optionally, the method further includes:
obtaining the maximum result difference between the analysis results of all the items at the same item;
and determining a display mode of the analysis result of the test item according to the maximum result difference and a preset coordinate transformation position mapping mode.
The maximum difference between the analysis results for each test item at the same test item is, for example, 198 for the same test item with product a measuring 2, product B measuring 5, and product C measuring 200.
The display mode of the analysis result of the test item is determined according to the maximum result difference and the mapping mode of the preset coordinate transformation position, which may be a display mode of the analysis result of the test item with a larger difference according to the result with a larger difference and the mapping mode of the preset coordinate transformation position, for example, different analysis results are displayed in the display position of the preset analysis result in an unequal ratio, that is, the distance between the test value 2 and the test value 3 is shorter, and the distance between the test value 3 and the test value 200 is longer relative to the distance but is far less than 197 times of the distance.
Therefore, the test item analysis results are displayed in a reasonable form in the preset analysis result display position, the size of the obtained graph is appropriate, the effectiveness of result display is improved, the problem that the data are directly displayed to occupy too many display positions, the problem that a user is difficult to check, the generation time of the group graph analysis results is prolonged, and the problem that generated resources are consumed is solved.
And 240, outputting the group graph analysis result to a preset analysis result display position.
The single data grouping can obtain single or multiple group graphic analysis results, and the single or multiple group graphic analysis results are output to a preset analysis result display position to be displayed.
And step 250, outputting each group of data analysis results to a preset analysis result display position according to a preset parameter output mode.
Optionally, the data analysis results of each group are output to the EXCEL according to a preset parameter output mode, and the abnormal data in the table is specially marked, for example, red marks are marked, so that the comparison effect is enhanced, a user can see abnormal problem points more easily from the whole world, and the effectiveness of result display is improved. The judgment threshold of the abnormal data may be predetermined, and for example, the data with CPK < 1.33 and std > 0.83 is determined as abnormal data, and is subjected to the red marking process.
Optionally, the EXCEL VBA is embedded into the program, and a specific segment of VBA control program is used for each preset parameter output mode, so that the EXCEL is automatically controlled to complete interface formatting and data processing.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the group graph analysis results are generated by the group graph analysis results according to the preset test item sequence mode, so that the orderliness of the group graph analysis results is improved, and the group graph analysis results can be conveniently and visually checked by a user; the group graphic analysis result is generated according to the preset graphic display mode, the display types of the group graphic analysis result are enriched, a user can conveniently check the group graphic analysis result according to the requirement, and the effectiveness of result display is improved.
