Abstract
The invention discloses a method for quoting orders of circuit boards, which comprises the following steps of obtaining orders of the circuit boards to be quoted; analyzing and processing the circuit board order through a CAM software server to obtain quotation parameters of the circuit board order; and acquiring the quotation parameters, and calculating according to the quotation parameters and preset quotation rules to obtain order quotation. According to the method for quoting the circuit board orders, the quotation parameters are obtained through CAM software according to circuit board order analysis, then the order quotation is obtained through the quotation parameters and the preset quotation rules, compared with the traditional mode that the order of the circuit board is analyzed manually and the order quotation is obtained through manual calculation according to the quotation rules, the method for quoting the circuit board orders can greatly improve the order quotation speed, and is high in working efficiency.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a device for quoting orders of a circuit board.
Background
The traditional circuit board order quotation process is as follows: the client puts forward the order and quotation requirements of the circuit board; and analyzing the order of the circuit board by the engineering personnel, and extracting basic quotation information according to the order of the circuit board to generate order quotation. However, the extraction workload of the quotation information of the circuit board order is large, the engineering personnel cannot extract accurate quotation information in a short time, and the extraction workload of the quotation information invisibly increases the requirements of the engineering personnel.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the above, the invention provides a method and a device for quoting orders of circuit boards, which can improve the quoting speed of orders and have higher working efficiency.

The quotation device of the circuit board order further comprises an order number generation module 80. The order number generating module 80 is configured to generate an order number corresponding to the circuit board order. After the circuit board orders are obtained, the order number generation module 80 generates corresponding circuit board order numbers, so that when a plurality of circuit board orders are obtained, each circuit board order corresponds to one order number, the circuit board orders are correspondingly distinguished through the order numbers, and the circuit board orders are prevented from being mixed.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the quotation device for circuit board orders in the above example, because the contents of information interaction, execution process, and the like between the modules/units are based on the same concept as the method embodiment of the present invention, the technical effect brought by the contents is the same as the method embodiment of the present invention, and specific contents may refer to the description in the method embodiment of the present invention, and are not described herein again.

analyzing and processing the circuit board order through a CAM software server to obtain quotation parameters of the circuit board order, wherein the quotation parameters are the number of circuit layers of a circuit board product, whether blind buried holes exist or not, impedance precision, the number of drilled holes, the minimum line width and the minimum distance;
calculating according to the quotation parameters and preset quotation rules to obtain order quotation;
the CAM software server is provided with a plurality of CAM software servers; the step of analyzing and processing the circuit board order by the CAM software server to obtain the quotation parameters of the circuit board order comprises the following steps: and when the circuit board orders are multiple, determining the CAM software service ends available in the CAM software service ends in an idle mode, and calling the circuit board orders into the CAM software service ends available in the idle mode respectively.
