本申请涉及制冷工作介质技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种粘度指数改进剂、冷冻机油和工作流体组合物。粘度指数改进剂的化学结构式如式【I】所示,其中,n个重复单元中的R1彼此相同或不同,其中R1各自独立的表示H或碳原子数为1‑5的烷基;n个重复单元中的R2彼此相同或不同,其中R2各自独立地表示碳原子数为1‑12的烃基;n个重复单元中的R3彼此相同或不同,其中R3各自独立地表示碳原子数为1‑12烃基;m为10‑10000范围内整数,n为10‑5000范围内整数。黏度指数改进剂能够改善冷冻油的黏温性能,保证冷冻油低温易启动节省动力,高温有足够的粘度,对运动配件的良好润滑。除此之外,其还可以在一定程度上具有抗磨性能,能够提高冷冻油的抗磨性能。

技术领域
本申请涉及制冷工作介质技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种粘度指数改进剂,还涉及包含该粘度指数改进剂的冷冻机油和工作流体组合物。
背景技术
冷冻油为润滑油的一种,是压缩机制冷装置的专用润滑油,在压缩机运行过程中要求冷冻油具有合适的工作粘度,保证冷冻油低温易启动,高温有足够的粘度起良好密封、润滑作用。
为使冷冻油具有满足实际试验工况的工作粘度,一部分相关技术中采用调整合成原料中己二酸的比例的方式来得到运动粘度、溶解粘度及相溶性合适的冷冻油,因为制冷剂与冷冻油相溶会降低冷冻油的工作粘度,且冷冻油自身的粘度也会随温度的升高而降低;一部分相关技术中采用双季戊四醇、新戊二醇、1,4-丁二醇、异辛醇、己二酸等原料,通过改变原料各成分比例得到合适运动粘度、溶解粘度的冷冻油,且冷冻油的黏度指数高、黏温性能优良。
相关技术方案中通过改变合成原料的种类、比例、工艺来提高冷冻油的粘度指数、改善冷冻油的黏温性能,使冷冻油在低温、高温环境下均有合适的工作粘度来满足需要。但此方法成本高、工艺复杂。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,即如何改善冷冻机油的运动粘度和黏温特性,本申请提供了一种粘度指数改进剂、冷冻机油及工作流体组合物。
为了实现上述目的,根据本技术方案的第一个方面,本技术方案提供了一种粘度指数改进剂。所述粘度指数改进剂的化学结构式如式【I】所示,
其中,n个重复单元中的R1彼此相同或不同,其中R1各自独立的表示H或碳原子数为1-5的烷基;n个重复单元中的R2彼此相同或不同,其中R2各自独立地表示碳原子数为1-12的烃基;n个重复单元中的R3彼此相同或不同,其中R3各自独立地表示碳原子数为1-12烃基;m为10-10000范围内整数,n为10-5000范围内整数。

进一步地,以所述冷冻机油的总量基准计,所述粘度指数改进剂的含量为0.01%wt-2.00%wt。

根据本申请实施例的工作流体组合物,其包括含有本申请第二方面提供的冷冻机油和制冷剂。
本发明实施例提供的黏度指数改进剂,能够改善冷冻油的黏温性能,保证冷冻油低温易启动节省动力,高温有足够的粘度,对运动配件的良好润滑。除此之外,其还可以在一定程度上具有抗磨性能,能够提高冷冻油的抗磨性能。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明适宜的实施方式进行详细地说明。
本发明实施例提供的冷冻机油包括基础油和添加剂,其中添加剂包括粘度指数改进剂,粘度指数改进剂的结构如式【I】所示,
在式【I】中,其中,n个重复单元中的R1彼此相同或不同,其中R1各自独立的表示H或碳原子数为1-5的烷基,可以为直链烷基或支链烷基;n个重复单元中的R2彼此相同或不同,其中R2各自独立地表示碳原子数为1-12的烃基;n个重复单元中的R3彼此相同或不同,其中R3各自独立地表示碳原子数为1-12烃基;m为10-10000范围内整数,n为10-5000范围内整数。所述烃基可以为烷基、芳基或芳烷基,从而使得黏度指数改进剂中包含烷基磷酸酯基团、芳基磷酸酯基团或芳烷基磷酸酯基团。黏度指数改进剂的重均分子量为30000-600000。本发明实施例提供的黏度指数改进剂为链状高分子化合物,在不同温度下高分子聚合物会自动收缩或伸展。在高温下,此黏度指数改进剂会运动增加、伸展膨胀黏度增大,弥补油品因为高温黏度降低的缺陷;低温状态下,此黏度指数改进剂会收缩卷曲使油品的粘度相对减小,起到改善冷冻油组合物的黏温性能,此外,分子结构中含有P,在压缩机运行过程中与金属摩擦过程中形成磷化膜,起到抗磨作用。
作为一种可选的实施方式,粘度指数改进剂包括式【II】所示的化合物A或式【III】所示的化合物B。具体的,当式【I】中的R1选择为-CH3,R2和R3均选择为-C7H15时,得到式【II】所示的化合物A,为双庚基磷酸酯类化合物;当式【I】中的R1选择为CH3,R2、R3均选择为-C2H5时,得到式【III】所示的化合物B,为双乙基磷酸酯类化合物。
作为一种示例性的说明,本发明的黏度指数改进剂的制备方法可以包括:将任选的a类单体和b类单体进行聚合反应,收集聚合产物得到本发明所述的黏度指数改进剂;其中对于a类单体:可以由甲基丙烯酰胺与水反应,生成甲基丙烯酸;然后在阻聚剂对苯二酚及催化剂硫酸的存在下,甲基丙烯酸与式(IV)所示的化合物进行酯化反应,所得产物经精制除去未反应物及副产物,得到a类单体,a类单体的结构如式(V)所示。
b单体的结构式如式(VI)所示。
在a类单体和b单体的聚合反应中可以加入引发剂,引发剂优选过氧化苯甲酰或偶氮二异丁腈。引发剂的加入量优选a类单体和b单体总质量的0.2%~0.5%;在聚合反应中可以加入链转移剂,链转移剂优选十二烷基硫醇(DM)或十六烷基硫醇。链转移剂的加入量优选a类单体和b单体的总质量的0.1%~0.25%;在聚合反应中可以加入稀释剂,稀释剂可以是矿物油、酯类油和聚烯烃。稀释剂的加入量优选a类单体和b单体的总质量的20%~100%。
聚合反应的温度为80℃~100℃;聚合反应的时间为2h~4h。
在聚合反应过程中,优选通入惰性气体,如氮气。
在聚合反应结束后,可以对反应产物进行常压或减压蒸馏,脱除挥发性单体及未反应的单体,收集得到本发明的黏度指数改进剂。
冷冻机油的基础油选自矿物油、烷基苯、聚α-烯烃、酯以及醚中的至少一种,优选为酯类油。冷冻机油的基础油最优选为多元醇与脂肪酸酯化形成的多元醇酯。作为多元醇,优选季戊四醇或双季戊四醇;作为脂肪酸,优选碳数4~9的直链或支链饱和脂肪酸,具体可列举例如正丁酸、2-甲基丙酸、正戊酸、2-甲基丁酸、正己酸、2-甲基庚酸、3-甲基庚酸、4-甲基庚酸、3-乙基己酸、正壬酸、2-甲基辛酸、3-甲基辛酸、4-甲基辛酸、2-乙基庚酸、3-乙基庚酸、4-乙基庚酸、3,5,5-三甲基己酸等。基础油含量以冷冻机油的总量为基准,优选为90wt%以上,更优选为95wt%以上。
粘度指数改进剂以冷冻机油的总量基准计,含量优选0.01%wt-2.00%wt,进一步优选为0.05%wt-1.00%wt,更优选为0.1%wt-0.5%wt。此黏度指数改进剂在上述用量范围内不仅能够提高冷冻油的粘度指数、改善黏温性能,还兼具良好的抗磨性能。
在本发明实施例中,使用的添加剂用于进一步改善冷冻机油的性能,降低压缩机的损耗,添加剂除了粘度指数改进剂之外,还包括但不限于抗磨剂、抗氧剂、酸捕捉剂、金属减活剂和抗泡剂中的至少一种。
抗氧剂可以为酚型抗氧剂中的一种或几种、胺型抗氧剂中的一种或几种,还可以为两种类型抗氧剂的组合物。酚型抗氧剂可以为2,6-二叔丁基酚、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚、2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氮基对甲酚、对苯二酚等,胺型抗氧剂可以为二苯胺、苯基-α-萘胺、二异辛基二苯胺、N,N-二仲丁基对苯二胺等。以冷冻机油的总量为基准计,抗氧剂的含量可以为0.1wt%~2wt%。
酸捕捉剂可以为甘油醚、甘油醚酯类环氧化合物和碳二亚胺类化合物中的一种或几种。具体而言,酸捕捉剂可以为新癸基缩水甘油酯、叔丁基苯基缩水甘油酯、3-乙基己基缩水甘油醚、碳化二亚胺、2-乙基己基缩水甘油及醚、双(二丁基苯基)碳化二亚胺等。以冷冻机油的总量基准计,酸捕捉剂的含量可以为0.5wt%~2wt%。
作为抗磨剂,可以列举抗磨剂为磷酸酯类、亚磷酸酯类化合物、有机硫化物、磷氮复合型化合物、硫磷氮复合型化合物、有机氯化物中的其中任意一种或任意两种以上以任意比例混合的混合物,以冷冻机油的总量基准计,抗磨剂的用量可以为0.1%-2.0wt%;
金属减活剂可以为苯丙三唑衍生物、噻二唑衍生物等,以冷冻机油的总量基准计,金属减活剂的含量优选为0.01wt%-0.1wt%;
作为抗泡剂,可以列举硅型抗泡剂和非硅型抗泡剂两类。作为硅型抗泡剂,如二甲基硅油。作为非硅型抗泡剂,可以列举例如丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯的均聚物或共聚物,也可使用两种或两种以上抗泡剂组成的复合抗泡剂。以冷冻机油的总量基准计,抗泡剂质量含量优选为10ppm-100ppm。
本发明实施方式所提供的冷冻机油通常在冷冻机中以与制冷剂混合而成的冷冻机用工作流体组合物的形式存在。其中制冷剂可以选用饱和氟代烃(HFC)制冷剂,例如优选C1-C3的饱和氟代烃、更优选为C1-C2的饱和氟代烃。其包括但不限于二氟甲烷(R32)、三氟甲烷(R23)、五氟乙烷(R125)、1,1,2,2-四氟乙烷(R134)和1,1,1,2-四氟乙烷(R134a)中的一种或其中两种以上的混合物。工作流体组合物中冷冻机油的含量并没有特别限制,相对于100质量份的制冷剂,优选采用1~500质量份的冷冻机油,更优选为2~400质量份的冷冻机油。
本发明实施方式所涉及的冷冻机油和工作流体组合物可优选地用于具有往复移动式或旋转式的密闭型压缩机的空调、冰箱、开放型或密闭型的车载空调、除湿器、冷藏库、冷冻库、冷冻冷藏库、自动售货机、陈列柜等的冷却装置、具有离心式压缩机的冷冻机等。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本申请一部分的实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本申请保护的范围。
其中,在实施例和比较例中,在实施例和比较例中,部分物质说明如下:
抗氧剂为2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚;酸捕捉剂为新癸酸缩水甘油醚酯;酸捕捉剂为新癸酸缩水甘油醚酯;抗泡剂为2-甲基硅烷;金属减活剂为Irgamet 39;抗磨剂为T306;粘度指数改进剂F1为式II所示化合物;粘度指数改进剂F2为式III所示化合物;
粘度指数改进剂F1具体通过如下方法制备而得:在装有搅拌、加热冷却装置、滴液漏斗、温度计及氮气管的反应器中,加入75g多元醇酯(稀释剂)。在另一个反应瓶中加入总计100g式(V)所示的a类单体(其中R1选择为-CH3,R2和R3均选择为正庚基),以及0.2g引发剂和0.2g链转移剂,室温下搅拌均匀后加入滴液漏斗中。开启反应器搅拌,加热反应器至90℃,在氮气保护的条件下打开滴液漏斗,缓慢滴加其中溶液,在5小时内滴加完毕,滴加完毕后在90℃下继续反应2小时,然后对反应产物在真空度100Pa、蒸馏温度120℃条件下进行减压蒸馏,脱除挥发性单体,得到黏度指数改进剂F1。
粘度指数改进剂F2具体通过如下方法制备而得:在装有搅拌、加热冷却装置、滴液漏斗、温度计及氮气管的反应器中,加入75g多元醇酯(稀释剂)。在另一个反应瓶中加入总计100g式(V)所示的a类单体(其中R1选择为-CH3,R2和R3均选择为乙基),以及0.2g引发剂和0.2g链转移剂,室温下搅拌均匀后加入滴液漏斗中。开启反应器搅拌,加热反应器至90℃,在氮气保护的条件下打开滴液漏斗,缓慢滴加其中溶液,在5小时内滴加完毕,滴加完毕后在90℃下继续反应2小时,然后对反应产物在真空度100Pa、蒸馏温度120℃条件下进行减压蒸馏,脱除挥发性单体,得到黏度指数改进剂F2。
针对本发明各实施例和比较例的冷冻机油,实施以下粘度指数、耐磨性实验和稳定性试验。各实施例和比较例中采用基础油为季戊四醇酯,是通过季戊四醇、异辛酸和异壬酸按照特定比例反应合成的。
1)运动粘度/黏度指数试验
依据ASTMD 445-2009石油产品运动粘度测定方法、GBT1995-1998粘度指数计算方法对已制备的各实施例和对比例的冷冻油进行运动粘度、黏度指数测定。
2)Falex环块试验
通过冷冻机油与制冷剂组合物的Falex环块试验进行评价,通过块试样上磨痕宽度和磨损体积大小来评价磨耗性,磨痕宽度和磨损体积越小,耐磨性越好。
试验依据:ASTMD2714;
试验材料:钢块、铸铁环;
试验开始温度:25℃;
试验时间:1小时;
转速:1000rpm;
负荷:150lbf。
3)四球摩擦磨损试验
依据SH/T0762-2005四球摩擦磨损试验对四个钢球中的上钢球磨斑直径大小来评价耐磨损性,磨斑直径越小,耐磨损性越好。
试验依据:SH/T0762-2005;
试验温度:75℃;
试验时间:1小时;
负荷:392N。
4)稳定性试验:依据JIS K2211-09(高压釜试验)进行。本试验方法向冷冻机油中加入一定量的蒸馏水,混合均匀,直至含水量为1000ppm,取30g上述含水冷冻机油加入高压釜中,封入催化剂(铁棒、铜棒、铝棒),用真空泵抽尽釜内空气,然后封入15g制冷剂(如R32),在150℃下保持168h。测定并计算试验后油样的酸值(mg KOH/g)及观察金属外观是否发生变化。

由实施例1-7可知,添加本申请中提供的黏度指数改进剂的冷冻机油,其运动粘度、黏度指数两个指标均有提高。与对比例1-5相比,添加特定量的黏度指数改进剂的冷冻机油,在环块试验、四球摩擦磨损试验后的磨斑直径、磨痕宽度有一定程度的降低,表明本申请中的黏度指数改进剂在具有增稠能力的基础上还有助于提升抗磨性能,可以与抗磨剂T306达到协同作用来降低磨斑直径及磨痕宽度。
在对比例1-5中,当本申请提供的黏度指数改进剂用量降低至0.01%时,对冷冻机油的运动粘度、粘度指数改善效果不明显,即黏度指数改进剂用量少使得技术效果不明显;当用量升高到1.0%时,冷冻机油的稳定性试验显示金属外观稍有腐蚀、酸值增大,油品稳定性差,本申请中的黏度指数改进剂的用量在0.1%-0.5%时,效果最优。
本说明书中部分实施例采用递进的方式描述,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处,各个实施例之间相同相似部分互相参见即可。

6.一种冷冻机油,包括基础油和添加剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括权利要求1-5任一项所述的粘度指数改进剂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的冷冻机油,其特征在于,以所述冷冻机油的总量基准计,所述粘度指数改进剂的含量为0.01%wt-2.00%wt。
8.根据权利要求6所述的冷冻机油,其特征在于,以所述冷冻机油的总量基准计,所述粘度指数改进剂的含量为0.05%wt-1.00%wt。
9.根据权利要求6所述的冷冻机油,其特征在于,以所述冷冻机油的总量基准计,所述粘度指数改进剂的含量为0.1%wt-0.5%wt。
10.根据权利要求6所述的冷冻机油,其特征在于,所述添加剂还包括抗氧剂、酸捕捉剂、金属减活剂、抗磨剂和抗泡剂中的至少一种。
11.一种工作流体组合物,其特征在于,包括:
权利要求6-10任一项所述的冷冻机油;以及
制冷剂。
