技术领域

具有光导纤维的车辆内饰件在现有技术中是已知的。在现代车辆轿厢内,这种车辆内饰件可以构成例如副仪表板、车门镶板或者仪表板。

这个目的通过根据独立权利要求所述的一种车辆内饰件和一种制作车辆内饰件的方法得以实现。在说明书中、在从属权利要求中以及通过附图对特定的实施方式进行了说明。
所提出的车辆内饰件包括:
编织材料,其具有至少两根平行的、能够向侧面发射光且沿纵向延伸的光导纤维和至少一根另外的纤维和/或至少一根另外的纱线;
反射层,该反射层与所述编织材料相邻,包括绒毛织物,并且设置用于反射由所述至少两根平行的光导纤维发射的光;
载体,该载体邻接到反射层上,使得反射层位于编织材料与载体之间;和
至少一个光源,该光源与所述至少两根平行的光导纤维中的至少一根光导纤维光学连接。
所述光导纤维向侧向并因此从纤维的纵向起向远处发射光。光的侧向发射使车辆内饰件的可见部分的美观的、发光的造型或者照明成为可能。反射层可以与编织材料间接或者直接相邻。如果反射层与编织材料间接相邻的话,这使反射层与编织材料之间具有一定的间距,从而可以在反射层与编织材料之间布置一层粘合层或者一个间隔垫片,然而这样的间距并不是强制性的。所述反射层位于载体与编织材料之间,更具体地按以下方式:载体邻接到所述反射层上。通常,所述反射层直接邻接到载体上,其中所述反射层至少部分与载体接触。作为备选方案,在所述反射层与载体之间可以具有中间层,例如粘合层。
特别是,所述反射层可以设置用于反射可见光。所述反射层可以通过如下方式提高车辆内饰件向车辆轿厢中的发射能力,即光导纤维向着载体方向发射的光至少部分在所述反射层上被反射到车辆轿厢中。因此,较少数量的光导纤维就能够足以实现车辆内饰件的所期望的发射能力。
特别是,所述反射层可以具有一个光滑表面,用以通过定向反射的方式反射所发射的光,或者具有一个粗糙表面,用以漫射地反射所发射的光。
在一些实施方式中,所述绒毛织物包括两种不同的热塑性材料。一种包括第一热塑性材料和第二热塑性材料的混合物是有利的。例如,第一热塑性材料可以具有良好的机械性能,而第二热塑性材料可以具有良好的加工性能。有利的是,第一热塑性材料可以比第二热塑性材料具有更高的熔化温度或者软化温度。第一热塑性材料可以是或者包含聚酯或者聚酰胺,而第二热塑性材料可以是或者包含聚丙烯。
在一些实施方式中,所述反射层除了绒毛织物之外,还可以包括反射涂层和/或反射颗粒。所述绒毛织物可以包含抗起球绒毛、棉绒毛、软壳绒毛、针织绒毛、双面绒毛和/或健康绒毛(Wellness-Fleece)。所述绒毛织物可以具有5g/cm2与5000g/cm2之间的面积质量(Massenbelegung)、优选20g/cm2与1000g/cm2之间、特别优选50g/cm2与500g/cm2之间的面积质量。
所述绒毛织物特别是可以构造为具有弹性的。在发生撞击时,所述绒毛织物的弹性能够使力更好地分布,特别是编织材料上的低的或者高的局部压力。这具有所述绒毛织物可以吸收施加到编织材料上的载荷的优点。因此,可以避免光导纤维受损,并且可以保护光导纤维的表面。所述绒毛织物可以具有0.01GPa与500GPa之间的弹性模量、优选1GPa与200GPa之间的弹性模量。车辆内饰件通过绒毛织物的弹性可以具有有利的、特别是柔软的触感。
通常,光导纤维包含芯层和防护层,并且构造为,所述芯层的外周面被防护层覆盖。根据为芯层或者防护层所选择的材料,可以相应如下地选择折射率和反射率:通过防护层上的全反射可以实现所述芯层中的光导。所述光导纤维至少部分地构造为侧向发光的光导纤维,用以特别是以合适的方式从侧面发射光。例如可以通过如下方式实现这一点,即在所述芯层中混入散射颗粒,和/或对所述防护层进行局部磨蚀或者糙化。局部磨蚀或者糙化具有可以生成一个光图的优点。
所述纱线可以定义为平行的或者主要平行的沿纵向延伸的纤维,该纱线布置在所述至少两根光导纤维之间。在一个实施例中,所述至少一根纱线沿横向比所述至少两根光导纤维中的一根具有更大的宽度。因此,当沿横向将压缩力施加到编织材料上时,所述至少一根纱线的纤维就能够相对运动,并且可以至少部分以如下方式相叠地滑动,即横向压缩力可以被吸收,光导纤维可以得到保护。如果将横向拉力施加到编织材料上的话,所述至少一根纱线的叠置的纤维就可以滑动分开成一个平面。因此,由于所述纤维能够相对运动,纱线可以改变其形状。这具有所述至少一根纱线可以吸收施加到编织材料上的载荷的优点。因此可以避免光导纤维受损,并且可以保护光导纤维的表面。
在一个实施例中,所述编织材料具有至少两根由主要平行的纤维构成的纱线,并且所述至少两根光导纤维中的至少一根布置在所述至少两根由主要平行的纤维构成的纱线之间。在一个实施例中,所述至少两根光导纤维中的刚好一根布置在两根由主要平行的纤维构成的纱线之间。在其他实施例中,所述至少两根光导纤维中的刚好四根布置在两根由主要平行的纤维构成的纱线之间。在一个另外的实施例中,所述至少两根光导纤维中的许多根布置在两根由主要平行的纤维构成的纱线之间。所述主要平行的纤维优选可以具有合成材料,如聚丙烯、聚酰胺、聚乙烯和/或聚酯。
所述光导纤维的直径可以是至少0.1mm、优选至少0.5mm。所述光导纤维的直径可以是最大3mm、优选最大1mm。所述光导纤维优选可以含有一种聚合物,如聚甲丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚苯乙烯(PS)和/或玻璃,或者由它们构成。然而,所述光导纤维也可以含有其他的光学材料。这使得以相对低的成本实现所期望的发光能力成为可能。
所述至少一个光源可以包括阳光、激光二极管、LED、白炽灯、卤素白炽灯、发光材料、气体放电管和/或电致发光膜。
在一个实施例中,所述载体含有NFPP(具有天然纤维和聚丙烯的复合材料)、聚丙烯(PP)和/或ABS(丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯)/PC,或者由它们构成。另外,所述载体还可以含有金属,例如铝、碳纤维或者玻璃纤维。
此外,所述绒毛织物可以由无纺聚酯构成或者包含无纺聚酯。在这种情况下,作为聚酯可以理解为一种在其主链中具有酯功能的聚合物。所述绒毛织物特别是可以理解为合成的编织毛皮。通常,绒毛织物并不是纺织品,更确切地说,是一种针织品,例如可以编结而成。在其他的实施方式中,所述绒毛织物可以是棉制的。
粘性层可以布置在编织材料与反射层之间。在一些实施方式中,所述粘性层可以将编织材料和反射层完全覆盖。在这些(具有粘性层的)实施方式中,所述反射层间接地与编织材料相邻。在另外的实施方式中,所述粘性层可以仅仅部分覆盖编织材料和反射层。所述粘性层可以具有粘合剂或者树脂。粘合剂可以包含有机的和/或无机的粘合剂。在其他的实施方式中,可以将编织材料与反射层缝在一起。在这些其他的实施方式中,所述反射层可以直接与编织材料相邻。
所述反射层特别是在可见光范围内可以具有至少0.1的反射率、优选至少0.3、特别优选至少0.7的反射率。优选,所述反射层可以由一种材料构成和/或具有涂层,该材料/涂层具有特别高的反射率。另外,所述反射层可以具有一种反射率特别高的颜色,诸如白色、米色或者浅灰色。反射率优选是针对可见光的波长范围。这个波长范围可以是约400nm至800nm。
另外,所述车辆内饰件可以具有透明的覆盖层,该覆盖层至少部分覆盖编织材料。覆盖层可以由透明材料构成。覆盖层可以由穿孔的不透明材料构成或者由透明的纺织品构成。优选地,所述覆盖层具有第一侧和第二侧,其中第一侧设置用于照明或者用于输出光导纤维发射的光,而第二侧设置用于吸收光导纤维发射的光。第一侧可以构成所述覆盖层的正面,而第二侧可以构成所述覆盖层的背面。光导纤维可以布置在第二侧上,特别是所述覆盖层的背侧。
所述覆盖层特别是可以将编织材料的正面至少部分覆盖。由此可以防止光导纤维的物理损伤。特别是,所述覆盖层可以构造为具有舒适触感和/或美观图案的装饰层。在这个情况中,编织材料可以构造为用于覆盖层的背光。
另外,所述覆盖层也可以由一种柔性材料制成。柔性材料增大了车辆内饰件的安装、放置和使用中的设计自由度。所述覆盖层可以含有清漆或者树脂。例如,所述覆盖层可以通过喷涂工艺与编织材料连接。在其他的实施例中,所述覆盖层可以含有一种固体透明材料,例如玻璃、PMMA或者聚碳酸酯。在这种情况中,所述覆盖层可以以机械的方式安装在编织材料上,例如使用夹子、螺钉或者粘合剂。在其他的实施例中,所述覆盖层可以含有纺织纤维,使车辆内饰件具有纺织品的外观。纺织纤维是一种特别适合的柔性材料。它们的制作成本低,加工易于操作。纺织纤维优选可以含有合成材料,如聚丙烯、聚酰胺、聚乙烯和/或聚酯。然而,也可以将天然纤维,如动物毛、棉和/或大麻用作纺织纤维。所述覆盖层可以由一种无纺织物构成。
光导纤维可以被织入所述覆盖层中,特别是与许多纺织纤维织在一起。例如可以设置横向纤维。该横向纤维可以设置用于将光导纤维紧固在所述覆盖层上,使得将光导纤维和覆盖层相互编织在一起成为可能。所述横向纤维可以由聚酯、聚丙烯或者聚酰胺构成,或者包含这些塑料中的一种或者组合。通过将纤维与覆盖层交织或者编织,能够特别简单和经济地制作车辆内饰件。特别是,光导纤维可以具有不同的长度,以不同的方式与覆盖层编织在一起,以提供一个照明图案。另外,覆盖层可以包括一个图案或者一个图案装饰,其设置为在所述覆盖层的未照明的状态中是可见的,和/或在所述覆盖层的照明的状态中是可见的。横向纤维同样可以是纺织纤维。
所述覆盖层可以是透明的、半透明的和/或彩色的。所述覆盖层可以具有至少0.01的透射率、优选至少0.03、特别优选至少0.07的透射率。所述覆盖层可以具有最大0.8的透射率、优选最大0.5的透射率。低透射率在一些实施方式中可以是有利的,因为在这些实施方式中,只有当光导纤维发射光时,位于下面的编织材料(从车辆轿厢内观察)才是可见的。如果覆盖层是一个保护层的话,高透射率是有利的。透射率优选是针对可见光的波长范围。这个波长范围可以是约400nm至800nm。
上述透明覆盖层可以构成为透明的光扩散层。光扩散层的特殊的光学特性是,发射的光分布得更加均匀。
在其他的实施方式中,所述车辆内饰件既可以具有透明的覆盖层,也可以具有透明的光扩散层。在这样的实施方式中,光扩散层可以布置在编织材料与覆盖层之间。优选所述光扩散层具有第一侧和第二侧,其中第一侧设置用于照明或者用于输出光导纤维发射的光,而第二侧设置用于吸收光导纤维发射的光。第一侧可以构成所述光扩散层的正面,第二侧可以构成所述光扩散层的背面。光导纤维可以布置在第二侧上,特别是所述光扩散层的背侧。覆盖层可以布置在第一侧上,特别是所述光扩散层的正面。
在另外的实施方式中,所述车辆内饰件可以包括至少一根另外的绑绳。该绑绳可以基本上垂直于纵向延伸,并且将光导纤维与所述至少一根另外的纤维和/或所述至少一根另外的纱线连接。
所述光导纤维和所述另外的纤维可以沿纬线方向延伸,并且所述至少一根另外的绑绳可以沿经线方向延伸。以这种方式可以将光导纤维和另外的纤维彼此保持在狭小的位置中,并且这一点使光导纤维和所述另外的纤维的几何形状变化成为可能。然而,所述至少一根另外的绑绳也可以沿纬线方向延伸,而所述光导纤维和另外的纤维沿经线方向延伸。所述光导纤维可以以这种方式保持事先确定的特定间距定位。
另外,所述至少一根另外的纤维和/或所述至少一根另外的纱线可以比所述至少两根光导纤维中的一根粗,优选至少两倍粗,特别优选至少三倍粗。所述粗度可以理解为纱线沿横向的宽度,特别是纱线粗度。该纱线粗度可以理解为纱线的直径。这具有所述纱线可以吸收施加到编织材料上的载荷的优点。因此,可以避免光导纤维受损,并且可以保护光导纤维的表面。在其他的实施方式中,所述一根另外的纱线可以比光导纤维细。
此外,所述光导纤维可以至少局部具有粗糙的表面。可以通过在某些区域对纤维的表面层进行磨蚀实现粗糙表面。通过表面层被磨蚀的那个表面部分将光向纤维的侧向从纵向起向远处发射。
另外,一束光导纤维可以与所述至少一个光源中的至少一个光源光学连接。
一束光导纤维可以包括至少2根光导纤维、优选至少10根光导纤维。束中的光导纤维可以布置成柱形。
特别可以规定,只有一束光导纤维与所述至少一个光源光学连接。在其他的实施方式中,两束光导纤维与两个光源光学连接。另外,也可以有许多束光导纤维与许多光源光学连接,其中每个相应的光导纤维束与仅仅一个光源光学连接。由此可以将光源数量减少到最小。
所述编织材料可以具有提花织物和/或针织线圈织物和/或粗横棱纹织物。一个通过提花图案或者针织线圈图案或者粗横棱纹图案织成的纺织物可以理解为提花织物或者针织线圈织物或者粗横棱纹织物。提花织物、针织线圈织物和/或粗横棱纹织物可以具有2种以上不同颜色的纤维、优选4种以上不同颜色的纤维。由此可以实现特别美观的编织图案。提花织物可以特别是编结、刺绣和/或钩织而成。
具有罗纹织纹的纺织物可以理解为粗横棱纹织物。罗纹织纹在织造工艺的编织理论中可以理解为平纹织物的衍生产品,在所述平纹织物中形成纵向或者横向延伸的、具有棱纹的(gerippt)表面纹理。在经纹(Kettrips)(也称为横纹)中,如下程度地提高经密,即每厘米的经纱数量:纬纱消失在其下。在纬纹(Schussrips)(也称为纵纹)中,织物图像(Gewebebild)的颜色和材料只由纬纱材料决定。
此外,提出了一种制作车辆内饰件的方法,其包括以下步骤:编织至少一个编织材料,该编织材料包括:至少两根平行的光导纤维,这些光导纤维能够向侧面发射光并且沿纵向延伸;和至少一根另外的纤维和/或至少一根另外的纱线;将所述编织材料布置在反射层上,该反射层包括绒毛织物,并且设置用于反射由所述至少两根平行光导纤维发射的光;将所述反射层布置在载体上,其中通过热压将由编织材料和反射层构成的层压材料与载体连接。
此外,所述载体可以通过热压步骤形成所期望的形状。优选在通过热压使所述载体成形期间可以将层压材料与所述载体连接。绒毛织物可以保护编织材料的敏感纤维,例如PMMA光导纤维,以防止极端高温。一种实施方式是特别有利的,在该实施方式中绒毛织物包含一种热塑性材料,该材料在热压期间熔化。所述反射层通过该反射层的熔化的材料可以粘附在载体上。由此不需要在载体与层压材料之间布置另外的粘性层,从而可以降低车辆内饰件的制作复杂性。也可以将热塑性材料用作将编织材料与载体相互粘合的粘合剂。
另外,可以规定,在编织所述至少一个编织材料之前,对光导纤维进行糙化。特别是可以利用喷砂对光导纤维进行糙化。
通过这种方式可以特别简单和精确地实施对光导纤维的防护层的糙化和/或磨蚀。

具体实施方式
图1示出了车辆内饰件1的第一实施例的横截面图。
所述车辆内饰件1包括编织材料2和反射层6,该反射层(相对于z方向)布置在所述编织材料2下面。反射层6通过粘性层9与所述编织材料2粘合在一起。粘性层9布置在编织材料2与反射层6之间。在此,粘性层9完全覆盖编织材料2和反射层6。
所述反射层6设置为,它将由编织材料2(特别是该编织材料的光导纤维3,参见图3)发射的光向着车辆轿厢的方向(图1中的z方向)反射。例如,在图1中简化示出了一个光路100。
所述反射层6具有至少0.1的反射率、优选至少0.3、特别优选至少0.7的反射率。所述反射率是针对可见光的波长范围。这个波长范围可以约为400nm至800nm。所述反射层6由一种绒毛织物构成,特别是由一种无纺聚酯构成。
此外,所述车辆内饰件1还包括紧固在反射层6上的载体7。在此,反射层6与载体7直接接触。根据情况,所述反射层6可以利用粘合剂层(未示出)紧固在载体7上。另外,还设置有一个光源8,该光源与光导纤维3光学连接。特别是在图1中,一束12的光导纤维3与光源8光学连接。优选所述光源8布置在载体7下方。然而,所述光源8也可以布置在侧面,在车辆乘员的视野之外。
图2示出了另一个实施方式,其中(与图1所示的实施例不同)两束12和12’的光导纤维3与两个光源8和8’光学连接。在此,可以规定,只有所述两个光源8或8’中的一个光源在车辆内饰件1的运行期间向光导纤维3中发射光。由车辆乘员选择哪个光源8应该发射光,也是可能的。
图3示出了所述编织材料2的透视俯视图。图3示出了一种具有光导纤维3和平行纤维4的编织材料2。所述光导纤维3相互平行布置并沿着定义为x方向的纵向延伸。平行纤维4平行于光导纤维3沿纵向布置。所述平行纤维4构成两根纱线5。四根光导纤维3并列布置在所述两根纱线5之间。在其他的实施例中,光导纤维3的数量可以不同。在图3的示例中,每根纱线5具有十一根平行纤维4。所述平行纤维4分三层布置在一根纱线5中,其中两层在平面中具有四根平行纤维4,一层在平面中具有三根平行纤维4。在其他的实施例中,平行纤维4的数量和层数可以不同。纤维4具有约0.3mm的直径。光导纤维3具有约1mm的直径。此外,所述编织材料2还具有一个附加层13。在该图中只能看到平行纤维4。然而,所述附加层13可以是一个既沿经线方向,也沿纬线方向具有纱线或者纤维的织物。光导纤维3和纱线5布置在所述附加层13上。另外的绑绳11在所述至少两根平行的光导纤维3与所述至少一根纱线5之间编结在平行纤维4上。在图示的实施例中,所述一根另外的绑绳11沿纬线方向编织,而光导纤维3和平行纤维4沿经线方向布置。因此,光导纤维3与纱线5由于所述另外的绑绳11(该绑绳周期性地编织,然而不必与所述光导纤维3和所述纱线5交替编织)被保持在它们相互平行的位置中。一根其他的绑绳11’与光导纤维3和纱线5非周期性地编织。所述绑绳11和11’沿定义为y方向的横向延伸,基本上垂直于光导纤维3和平行纤维4沿纵向的延长线。光导纤维3含有聚甲丙烯酸甲酯。平行纤维4含有聚丙烯或者由其构成。所述绑绳11和11’含有聚丙烯和聚酯。

编织材料2可以具有提花织物和/或针织线圈织物和/或粗横棱纹织物。通过提花图案或者针织线圈图案或者粗横棱纹图案织造的纺织物可以理解为提花织物或者针织线圈织物或者粗横棱纹织物。提花织物、针织线圈织物和/或粗横棱纹织物可以具有2种以上不同颜色的纤维4、优选4种以上不同颜色的纤维4。
图4示出了车辆内饰件1的第三实施例的横截面图。光导纤维3、纱线5和纤维4沿x方向相互平行延伸。所述车辆内饰件1与图1所示的实施例相比包括一个透明的覆盖层10和一个透明的光扩散层15,它们将所述编织材料2覆盖。
所述覆盖层10包括第一侧和第二侧,其中第一侧设置用于照明或者用于输出光导纤维3发射的光,而第二侧设置用于吸收光导纤维3发射的光。第一侧是所述覆盖层10的正面,第二侧是所述覆盖层10的背面。光导纤维3布置在第二侧上。覆盖层10完全覆盖编织材料2的正面。覆盖层10通过一个粘性层17与透明的光扩散层15粘合在一起。覆盖层10可以具有至少0.1的透射率、优选至少0.3、特别优选至少0.7的透射率。该透射率是针对可见光的波长范围。
所述光扩散层15具有第一侧和第二侧。第一侧是所述光扩散层15的正面,第二侧是所述光扩散层15的背面。光导纤维3布置在第二侧上、特别是所述光扩散层15背侧。覆盖层10可以布置在第一侧上,特别是所述光扩散层15正面。所述光扩散层15通过一个粘性层16与编织材料2粘合在一起。光扩散层15、粘性层16和粘性层17可以具有至少0.1的透射率、优选至少0.3、特别优选至少0.7的透射率。该透射率是针对可见光的波长范围。
图5示出了车辆内饰件1的第四实施例的横截面图。图5所示的车辆内饰件1具有一个弯曲区域。这样的车辆内饰件1例如可以构成副仪表板、车门镶板或者仪表板的组成部分。此外,所述车辆内饰件1具有一个光源保持架14。该光源保持架14特别是可以由塑料构成,并且布置在载体7的背离车辆轿厢的那侧上。
Claims (10)
1.车辆内饰件(1),该车辆内饰件具有:
编织材料(2),该编织材料包括至少两根平行的光导纤维(3),所述至少两根平行的光导纤维能够向侧面发射光,并且所述至少两根平行的光导纤维沿纵向延伸;和至少一根另外的纤维(4)和/或至少一根另外的纱线(5),
反射层(6),该反射层与所述编织材料(2)相邻,并且包括绒毛织物,并且设置为反射由所述至少两根平行的光导纤维(3)发射的光,
载体(7),该载体邻接到所述反射层(6)上,使得所述反射层(6)位于所述编织材料(2)与所述载体(7)之间,和
至少一个光源(8),该光源与所述至少两根平行的光导纤维(3)中的至少一根光导纤维光学连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆内饰件(1),其特征在于:所述绒毛织物包含第一热塑性材料和不同于所述第一热塑性材料的第二热塑性材料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的车辆内饰件(1),其特征在于:所述反射层(6)通过粘性层(9)与所述编织材料(2)粘合在一起。
4.根据前述权利要求之任一项所述的车辆内饰件(1),其特征在于:所述反射层(6)具有至少0.1的反射率、优选至少0.3、特别优选至少0.7的反射率。
