Abstract

The invention provides an automatic workstation and an electric control panel thereof. The distribution box is accommodated in the control box and is provided with a pressure cavity and a plurality of butt-joint sockets, and the butt-joint sockets comprise pipeline sockets, network sockets and power sockets which are communicated with the pressure cavity. The integrated external socket is arranged on the wiring box and comprises a plurality of connecting ports corresponding to the butt-joint sockets, and one pipeline port communicated with the pressure cavity is arranged in the connecting ports.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to an automated workstation, and more particularly, to an automated workstation with a standardized integrated connection interface and an electronic control panel thereof.
Background
Most of traditional automatic production machine equipment adopts customized design and manufacture, so that the machine of the old production line is often inapplicable once the production line needs design change. Even in the testing process of the new production line, the machine is not easy to be modified if the abnormal design is required. In this way, the process of designing and constructing the production line is wasted in open days and consumes a great deal of cost, and meanwhile, the machine with high customization cannot be flexibly adjusted in coordination with the abnormal movement of the subsequent processing technology and working procedure. In addition, various machine equipment in the automatic production line at present has the general basic functions of power supply, data signals, compressed gas and the like required by the distribution board all provided by separate wiring, so that the wiring is complex, and the disassembly is time-consuming and labor-consuming. Furthermore, once the distribution board fails, the complicated wiring also tends to lead to prolonged debugging time, which more directly affects the factory productivity.
In view of the above, the present inventors have made intensive studies and have made an effort to solve the above-described problems in combination with the application of the theory, which is an object of the present inventors.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an automated workstation with a standardized integrated connection interface.
The invention provides an automatic workstation, which comprises a control box and an electric control panel, wherein the electric control panel comprises a wiring box and an integrated external socket. The distribution box is accommodated in the control box and is provided with a pressure cavity and a plurality of butt-joint sockets, and the plurality of butt-joint sockets comprise a pipeline socket, a network socket and a power socket which are communicated with the pressure cavity. The integrated external socket is arranged on the wiring box and comprises a plurality of connecting ports corresponding to the butt-joint sockets, and the connecting ports comprise a pipeline port communicated with the pressure cavity.
The automatic workstation comprises a pipeline port communicated with a pressure cavity, a network port electrically connected with a network socket and a power port electrically connected with a power socket.
The automatic workstation is provided with a switch valve between a pipeline port and a pressure cavity. A switch valve is arranged between the pipeline socket and the pressure cavity. A power switch electrically connected with the power socket is arranged in the control box. An electric power measurer electrically connected with the electric power socket is arranged in the control box. The control box is internally provided with a power converter electrically connected with the power socket.
The automatic workstation of the invention also comprises an integrated cable, and the integrated cable comprises a cable body and a plug. The plug is used for docking and integrating an external socket, the plug is arranged at one end of the cable body, a plurality of connectors corresponding to the connecting ports are arranged in the plug, and each connector comprises a pipeline connector for docking the pipeline port, a network connector for docking the network port and a power connector for docking the power port.
The automatic workstation of the invention is characterized in that the cable body is provided with a pipeline connected with the pipeline joint, a network signal wire connected with the network joint and a power line connected with the power joint. The other end of the cable body is provided with the same other plug, one pipeline of the pipeline connector is respectively connected with each pipeline connector in each plug, the network signal wire is respectively connected with each network connector in each plug, and the power line is respectively connected with each power connector in each plug.
The automatic workstation of the invention further comprises a functional device which is attached to the control box and is connected with at least one of the docking sockets through the distribution box. The functional device is, for example, a mechanical arm, a screw locking tool, a laser soldering tool, a plug-in tool, a labeling tool, a dispensing tool, a fixture, a light path module, a laser source or a tin feeder, etc.
The control box of the automatic workstation is provided with a maintenance window, the wiring box is provided with a wiring panel, the wiring panel is arranged towards the maintenance window, and the butt-joint sockets are arranged on the wiring panel. The integrated external socket is arranged on the wiring panel.
The invention further provides an electric control panel, which comprises a distribution box and an integrated external socket. The distribution box is provided with a pressure cavity and a plurality of butt joint sockets, and each butt joint socket comprises a pipeline socket, a network socket and an electric power socket which are communicated with the pressure cavity. The integrated external socket is arranged on the wiring box and comprises a plurality of connecting ports corresponding to the butt-joint sockets, and one pipeline port communicated with the pressure cavity is arranged in the connecting ports.
The electric control panel of the invention also comprises a network port electrically connected with the network socket and a power port electrically connected with the power socket. A switch valve is arranged between the pipeline port and the pressure cavity. A pressure regulator is arranged between the pipeline socket and the pressure cavity. The distribution box is provided with a power switch electrically connected with the power socket. The distribution box is provided with an electric power measurer electrically connected with the electric power socket. The distribution box is provided with a power converter electrically connected with the power socket.
The invention provides a design of a standardized electric control panel, which is provided with a serial interface of pressure, network and electric power, thereby being capable of quickly connecting functional equipment in series and being convenient for maintenance.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a first embodiment of the present invention provides an automated workstation comprising a control box 100, an electric control panel and a function device 300.
The electric control board is accommodated in the control box 100, and comprises a distribution box 200 and an integrated external socket 240. The distribution box 200 is accommodated in the control box 100, and the distribution box 200 is provided with a plurality of docking sockets, and the functional device 300 is attached to the control box 100 and is connected to at least one of the docking sockets through the distribution box 200. The plurality of docking stations includes at least one pipeline station 231, a network station 232, and a power station 233. In the present embodiment, the distribution box 200 is provided with a patch panel 210, and a plurality of docking receptacles are disposed on the patch panel 210. The control box 100 is provided with a maintenance window 101 and the wiring panel 210 is disposed toward the maintenance window 101 to facilitate a user's wiring operation through the maintenance window 101. Specifically, the functional device 300 may include a mechanical arm, a screw locking tool, a laser soldering tool, a plug-in tool, a labeling tool, a dispensing tool, a fixture, a light path module, a laser source or a tin feeder, but the invention is not limited thereto, and the corresponding docking socket may be connected according to the requirements of various functional devices 300.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the distribution box 200 is further provided with a pressure chamber 220, the pressure chamber 220 is communicated with the pipeline socket 231, and a pressure regulator 511 may be disposed between the pipeline socket 231 and the pressure chamber 220. The pressure regulator 511 is used for regulating the pressure output by the pressure chamber 220, and can be individually regulated according to the air pressure requirements of the different functional devices 300.
The integrated external socket 240 is disposed on the distribution box 200, and the integrated external socket 240 is disposed on the patch panel 210. The integrated external socket 240 includes a plurality of connection ports corresponding to the docking sockets, and specifically, the connection ports include a pipeline port 241 for communicating with the pressure chamber 220, a network port 242 for electrically connecting with the network socket 232, and a power port 243 for electrically connecting with the power socket 233. And an on-off valve 512 is provided between the pipe port 241 and the pressure chamber 220 to open and close the pressure connection.
In the present embodiment, the integrated external socket 240 is disposed on the wiring panel 210 to facilitate the wiring operation. The external integration socket 240 is used for inputting or outputting air pressure, network and electric power, the transmission direction is not limited in the present invention, and two external integration sockets 240 are preferably configured for inputting and outputting when connected in series in this embodiment.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, the automated workstation of the present invention further comprises an integrated cable 400, and the integrated cable 400 comprises a cable body 410 and at least one plug 420. The plug 420 is used for docking and integrating the external socket 240, the plug 420 is disposed at one end of the cable body 410, and a plurality of connectors corresponding to the connection ports are disposed in the plug 420, and each of the connectors includes a pipeline connector 421 for docking the pipeline port 241, a network connector 422 for docking the network port 242, and a power connector 423 for docking the power port 243. The cable body 410 is provided with a pipeline 411 connected to the pipeline connector 421, a network signal line 412 connected to the network connector 422, and a power line 413 connected to the power connector 423.
When the same plug 420 is provided at both ends of the cable body 410, the pipeline 411 is connected to each pipeline connector 421 in each plug 420, the network signal line 412 is connected to each network connector 422 in each plug 420, and the power line 413 is connected to each power connector 423 in each plug 420. One of the plugs 420 is plugged into an external socket, and the other plug 420 is plugged into the integrated external socket 240 on the junction box of the other control box 100, so that a plurality of functional devices 300 can be connected in series. For example, the mechanical arm is connected with the electric lock head to form a screw machine for an assembly process, or the mechanical arm, the electric lock head, the laser source, the light path module and the tin feeder are connected to form a laser tin soldering machine. The connection and use of the integrated cable 400 are described in detail below.
When the integrated cable 400 is provided with the plug 420 only at one end of the cable body 410, one end of the pipeline 411 is connected to the pipeline joint 421 and the other end is used for being connected to a pressure source 10, one end of the network signal wire 412 is connected to the network joint 422 and the other end is used for being connected to a network device 20, one end of the power line 413 is connected to the power joint 423 and the other end is used for being connected to a power source 30. The compressed fluid required for the automated workstation is input into the pressure chamber 220 and then output to the function device 300 through the line socket 231. In general, the pressure source 10 provides compressed air.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the connection and use of the pressure, network and power of the automated workstation of the present invention is described in detail below. The distribution box 200 is also provided with a power switch 531, a power converter 532, an electric power measurer 533, and a network switch 521.
The pressure regulator 511 may be provided with a pressure detector 513 electrically connected to the network switch 521 for detecting an abnormal state of the pressure shortage, and output by a digital signal, and the pressure detector 513 may be provided with a pressure gauge for displaying the supply pressure.
The network switch 521 is electrically connected to the network jack 232 and the network port 242 of the integrated external jack 240. The network switch 521 is used to concatenate external target devices and exchange data by transmitting signals, and the network switch 521 can concatenate different devices on the same network to transmit data signals required by the control function device 300.
The power switch 531 is electrically connected to the power socket 233 and the network socket 232, and the power switch 531 is used for controlling the power input/output or switching of different voltages. The power converter 532 is electrically connected to the power socket 233, and the power converter 532 is used for converting the input ac power into dc power to supply power to the functional device 300 or other components in the control box 100. The electric power measurer 533 is electrically connected to the electric power outlet 233 to measure the state of the electric power supplied to the function device 300, and the electric power measurer 533 is also electrically connected to the network switch 521 to output the measured information thereof.
The invention provides a design of a standardized electric control panel, which is provided with a series connection interface of pressure, network and electric power, thereby being capable of quickly connecting the combined function equipment 300 in series and being convenient for maintenance. The pressure, network, power line 413 of the automatic workstation of the present invention is further equipped with an electric power measurer 533 and a pressure detector 513, so that the historical data of the operation of the functional device 300 can be recorded for feedback correction to optimize the operation of the functional device 300. The integrated cable 400 can rapidly connect the basic functions of the control boxes 100 in series, thereby improving the flexibility and convenience of the serial connection of the functional devices 300. Therefore, the functional device 300 is easy to replace, and cost waste caused by design change of the functional device 300 in development and production can be reduced.

6. The automated workstation of claim 1 wherein an electrical power meter is disposed within the control box and electrically connected to the electrical outlet.
7. The automated workstation of claim 1 wherein a power converter is disposed within the control box and electrically connected to the power outlet.
8. The automated workstation of claim 1 further comprising an integration cable comprising:

13. The automated workstation of claim 12 wherein the integrated external outlet is provided at the patch panel.
