Abstract

This disclosure provides an automation work station having a control box and an electric control panel. The electric control panel has a cabling box and an integrated extending receptacle. The cabling box is accommodated in the control box, and a pressure chamber and a plurality of docking sockets. The docking sockets have a pipeline socket connected to the pressure chamber, a network socket and a power socket. The integrated extending receptacle is arranged in the cabling box, and the integrated extending receptacle has a plurality of connection ports corresponding to each docking socket, and the connection ports have a pipeline port communicating with the pressure chamber.

Automated workstation and its electric control panel

The invention relates to an automation workstation, in particular to an automation workstation with a standardized integrated connection interface.

Most of the traditional automated production machines are designed and manufactured by customization. Therefore, once the design of the production line needs to be changed, the machines of the old production line are often not applicable. Even during the testing process of a new production line, it is not easy to modify the machine if a different design is required. Such an approach results in a time-consuming and costly process for the design and construction of the production line. At the same time, such a highly customized machine cannot be adjusted flexibly to cope with changes in subsequent processing techniques and procedures. In addition, for all kinds of machine equipment in today's automated production lines, the power supply, data signal, compressed gas and other common basic functions required in the switchboard are all provided by separate wiring, which makes the wiring complicated and takes time and manpower for disassembly and assembly. Furthermore, once the switchboard fails, its complex wiring will easily lead to a prolongation of the debugging time, which will directly affect the factory's production capacity.

In view of this, the inventor of the present invention aimed at the above-mentioned prior art, devoted himself to research and combined with the application of theories, and tried his best to solve the above-mentioned problems, which became the goal of the present inventor.

The invention provides an automatic workstation with a standardized integrated connection interface.

The invention provides an automatic workstation, which includes a control box and an electric control panel, and the electric control panel includes a distribution box and an integrated external socket. The present invention provides a design of a standardized electric control panel, which is provided with a series connection interface of pressure, network and electric power, so that functional devices can be quickly connected in series and combined, and it is easy to maintain.

Referring to FIG. 1 to FIG. 3 , the first embodiment of the present invention provides an automatic workstation, which includes a control box 100 , an electric control panel and a functional device 300 .

The electric control panel is accommodated in the control box 100 , and the electric control panel includes a junction box 200 and an integrated external socket 240 . The distribution box 200 is accommodated in the control box 100 and the distribution box 200 is provided with a plurality of docking sockets. The functional device 300 is attached to the control box 100 and connected to at least one of the docking sockets through the distribution box 200 . The docking sockets at least include a pipeline socket 231 , a network socket 232 and a power socket 233 . In this embodiment, the distribution box 200 is provided with a connection panel 210 , and a plurality of docking sockets are arranged on the connection panel 210 . The control box 100 is provided with a maintenance window 101 and the wiring panel 210 is disposed facing the maintenance window 101 so that the user can perform wiring operations through the maintenance window 101 . Referring to FIG. 2 and FIG. 3 , the distribution box 200 is further provided with a pressure chamber 220 , the pressure chamber 220 communicates with the pipeline socket 231 , and a pressure regulator 511 may be provided between the pipeline socket 231 and the pressure chamber 220 . The pressure regulator 511 is used to adjust the output pressure of the pressure chamber 220 , which can be individually adjusted according to the air pressure requirements of different functional devices 300 .

The integrated external socket 240 is disposed on the distribution box 200 , and the integrated external socket 240 is disposed on the wiring panel 210 . The integrated external socket 240 includes a plurality of connecting ports corresponding to each docking socket, specifically, the connecting ports include a pipeline port 241 connected to the pressure chamber 220, a network port 242 electrically connected to the network socket 232, and an electrical port. A power port 243 that is connected to the power socket 233. Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4 , the automation workstation of the present invention further includes an integrated cable 400 , and the integrated cable 400 includes a cable body 410 and at least one plug 420 . The plug 420 is used for docking with the integrated external socket 240. The plug 420 is arranged at one end of the cable body 410. A plurality of connectors corresponding to the connecting ports are arranged in the plug 420, and one of the connectors is used to connect with the pipeline port 241. A pipeline connector 421 , a network connector 422 for connecting to the network port 242 and a power connector 423 for connecting to the power port 243 . The cable body 410 is provided with a pipeline 411 connected to the pipeline joint 421 , a network signal line 412 connected to the network joint 422 , and a power line 413 connected to the power joint 423 .

When the two ends of the cable body 410 are provided with the same plugs 420, the pipelines 411 are respectively connected to the pipeline connectors 421 in the plugs 420, and the network signal lines 412 are respectively connected to the network connectors 422 in the plugs 420, and The power lines 413 are respectively connected to the power connectors 423 in the plugs 420 . One of the plugs 420 is plugged into the external socket, and the other plug 420 is plugged into the integrated external socket 240 on the junction box of another control box 100 , so that multiple functional devices 300 can be connected in series. For example, a robot arm is connected with an electric lock to form a screw machine for the assembly process, or a robot arm, an electric lock, a laser source, an optical path module and a tin feeder are connected to form a laser soldering machine. The connection and use of the integrated cable 400 are described in detail below.

When the integrated cable 400 is only provided with a plug 420 at one end of the cable body 410, one end of the pipeline 411 is connected to the pipeline connector 421 and the other end is used to connect to a pressure source 10, and one end of the network signal line 412 One end of the power line 413 is connected to the power connector 423 and the other end is used to connect to a power source 30 . The compressed fluid required by the automation workstation is input into the pressure chamber 220 and then output to the functional device 300 through the pipeline socket 231 . Generally speaking, pressure source 10 provides compressed air.

Referring to Fig. 2 and Fig. 3, the automatic workstation of the present invention, its pressure, network and power connection and usage are described in detail below. The distribution box 200 is also provided with a power switch 531 , a power converter 532 , an electric power measuring device 533 and a network switch 521 .

The pressure regulator 511 can be equipped with a pressure detector 513 electrically connected to the network switch 521, which is used to detect the abnormal state of insufficient pressure, and output through a digital signal. In addition, the pressure detector 513 can be provided with a pressure gauge for Displays supply pressure plus.

The network switch 521 is electrically connected to the network socket 232 and the network port 242 of the integrated external socket 240 . The network switch 521 is used for connecting external target devices in series and exchanging data by transmitting signals. The network switch 521 can connect different devices on the same network to transmit data signals required by the control function device 300 .

The power switch 531 is electrically connected to the power socket 233 and the network socket 232 , and the power switch 531 is used to control power input/output or switch between different voltages. The power converter 532 is electrically connected to the power socket 233 , and the power converter 532 is used to convert the input AC power into DC power to supply the power required by the functional device 300 or other components in the control box 100 . The electric power measuring device 533 is electrically connected to the power socket 233 to measure the power state provided to the functional device 300 , and the electric power measuring device 533 is also electrically connected to the network switch 521 to output the measured information.

The present invention provides a design of a standardized electric control panel, which is equipped with a series connection interface of pressure, network and electric power, so that the functional devices 300 can be combined in series quickly, and it is easy to maintain. The pressure, network, and power line 413 of the automatic workstation of the present invention are also equipped with an electric power measuring device 533 and a pressure detector 513, so that the historical data of the operation of the functional device 300 can be recorded for feedback correction to make the functional device 300 operate optimally change. The integrated cable 400 can quickly connect the basic functions of the control boxes 100 in series, thereby improving the flexibility and convenience of connecting the functional devices 300 in series. Therefore, the functional device 300 is easy to replace, and the cost waste caused by the design change of the functional device 300 during development and production can be reduced.

Claims (20)
