In some embodiments, after obtaining the vehicle sharing application information sent by the vehicle sharing end or the vehicle demand end, the method further includes:
if the identity information of the vehicle requiring party is determined to be illegal, recording the accumulated number of the identity authentication through a counter;
and if the accumulated number of the identity authentication exceeds a preset number threshold, pushing alarm information to the vehicle sharing end.

According to the vehicle sharing method and device, the vehicle sharing person can be reminded of illegal invasion or illegal attack of other people possibly suffered by the vehicle through pushing the alarm information to the vehicle sharing end, so that the vehicle sharing person can timely make corresponding countermeasures, and the safety of the vehicle is guaranteed. In yet another embodiment, if the face recognition result is successful, but the vehicle sharer clicks the non-confirm button on the current interface, the video and audio recording is stopped, and the subsequent process is completed.
In the embodiment of the application, through ingenious design of the video and audio recording time and confirmation of the recorded content, the fairness and the integrity of the whole-course audio and video information obtained by recording can be ensured, and if disputes are generated by a subsequent vehicle sharing party and a vehicle demand party, the whole-course audio and video information can be used as one of the judgment bases of dispute analysis of both parties, so that the reliability and the safety of vehicle remote sharing can be further improved.
In some embodiments, when it is confirmed that the vehicle demander has recorded corresponding biometric information in a designated unlocking area of the shared vehicle, ending video and audio recording to obtain full-range audio and video information, including:
when confirming that the vehicle demand side has recorded corresponding biological identification information in a designated unlocking area of the shared vehicle, sending a short message verification message to the vehicle demand side;

In some embodiments, if it is determined according to the whole-course audio and video information that the vehicle demand side and the vehicle sharing side both confirm to participate in the vehicle remote sharing of this time, controlling the shared vehicle to record the biometric information recorded by the vehicle demand side in the designated unlocking area includes:
if the vehicle demand side and the vehicle sharing side confirm to participate in the vehicle remote sharing of the time according to the whole-course audio and video information, pushing sharing confirmation links to the vehicle sharing side and the vehicle demand side respectively;

As an example, assuming that the cloud platform 101 receives a recording video (i.e. whole-course audio-video information) with a duration of y minutes, since the final confirmation link is generally at a time point near the end of the recording video, a plurality of video frames and audio information can be extracted from the last time point of the recording video forward for analysis, if the intercepted video frames include nodding actions of the vehicle sharing party and the vehicle demand party, and voice confirmation information of both parties (such as "confirm participation in the vehicle remote sharing of this time"), it can be determined that both the vehicle demand party and the vehicle sharing party confirm participation in the vehicle remote sharing of this time.
Then, the cloud platform 101 pushes the sharing confirmation link to the vehicle sharing end and the vehicle demand end respectively. The sharing confirmation link comprises the identity information of the vehicle requiring party, the whole-course audio and video information and the like. As an example, the vehicle sharing party may browse the related content in the sharing confirmation link based on the vehicle sharing end, and when the vehicle sharing party browses the last page of content in the sharing confirmation link and selects the confirmation button displayed on the current interface of the vehicle sharing end, the cloud platform 101 may obtain the final sharing confirmation information returned by the vehicle sharing end 102. Similarly, the vehicle demand side can browse the related content in the sharing confirmation link based on the vehicle demand side, and when the vehicle demand side browses the last page of content in the sharing confirmation link and selects the confirmation button displayed on the current interface of the vehicle demand side, the cloud platform 101 can acquire the final demand confirmation information returned by the vehicle demand side 103.
And if the final sharing confirmation information returned by the vehicle sharing end based on the sharing confirmation link and the final requirement confirmation information returned by the vehicle requirement end based on the sharing confirmation link are received, issuing a sharing security protocol to the vehicle sharing end. The sharing security agreement is mainly a contract between the cloud platform and the vehicle sharing person for some rights and interests about remote sharing of the vehicle.
After receiving the agreement of the signing information containing the signing confirmation of the vehicle sharing person returned by the vehicle sharing end 102, the cloud platform 101 issues a control instruction to the shared vehicle 104 to control the shared vehicle 104 to record the biometric information recorded by the vehicle demand side in the appointed unlocking area into the vehicle-to-machine system, so that the subsequent vehicle demand person can use the shared vehicle conveniently.

The shared vehicle 104 records the biometric information entered by the vehicle demander in the designated unlock region in the vehicle-to-machine system.

the link sending unit is configured to push the sharing confirmation links to the vehicle sharing end and the vehicle demand end respectively if the vehicle demand side and the vehicle sharing side confirm to participate in the vehicle remote sharing according to the whole-course audio and video information;
the protocol issuing unit is configured to issue a sharing security protocol to the vehicle sharing end when receiving final sharing confirmation information returned by the vehicle sharing end based on the sharing confirmation link and final demand confirmation information returned by the vehicle demand end based on the sharing confirmation link;
and the control unit is configured to control the shared vehicle to record the biological identification information recorded by the vehicle requiring party in the appointed unlocking area when receiving the confirmation signing information returned by the vehicle sharing end aiming at the sharing security protocol.
In the embodiment of the application, when both the vehicle demand party and the vehicle sharing party are confirmed to participate in the vehicle remote sharing, the cloud platform signs a sharing security protocol with the vehicle sharing party, so that the program integrity, the safety and the reliability of the vehicle remote sharing are further ensured.
In some embodiments, the vehicle remote sharing device further includes:
The counting module is configured to record the accumulated number of identity authentication times through a counter if the identity information of the vehicle requiring party is determined to be illegal;
the pushing module is configured to push the alarm information to the vehicle sharing end if the accumulated number of the identity authentication exceeds a preset number threshold.
According to the vehicle sharing method and device, the vehicle sharing person can be reminded of illegal invasion or illegal attack of other people by pushing the alarm information to the vehicle sharing end through the pushing module, so that the vehicle sharing person can timely make corresponding countermeasures, and safety of the vehicle is guaranteed. Meanwhile, the cloud platform 101 deletes the acquired vehicle sharing application information and terminates the following vehicle remote sharing execution step, so that not only can the occupation of the storage space by the invalid vehicle sharing application information be reduced, but also the rights and interests of the vehicle sharing person can be prevented from being illegally infringed, and the reliability and safety of vehicle remote sharing are improved.
It should be understood that the sequence number of each step in the foregoing embodiment does not mean that the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the internal logic of each process, and should not limit the implementation process of the embodiment of the present application in any way.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a vehicle remote sharing system according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the vehicle remote sharing system includes: cloud platform 101, vehicle sharing end 102, vehicle demand end 103 and shared vehicle 104 with cloud platform 101 communication connection. Cloud platform 101 includes a vehicle remote sharing device as shown in fig. 4.
As an example, in a scenario where a vehicle sharing party (i.e., a vehicle owner) is relatively far away from a vehicle demand party (i.e., a person desiring to use a vehicle) (e.g., the vehicle owner is in city a, the vehicle demand party and the vehicle being shared are both in city B), the vehicle demand party may initiate a sharing application to the vehicle sharing end 102 through the vehicle demand end 103, where the sharing application includes vehicle sharing application information including vehicle demand party identity information, vehicle identification information of the vehicle being shared, vehicle usage rights information, and vehicle usage time period information. When the vehicle sharing end 102 receives the sharing application, the vehicle sharing person can fill in vehicle sharing application information based on the sharing application, and upload the vehicle sharing application information to the cloud platform 101 through the vehicle sharing end 102, where the vehicle sharing application information includes identity information of a vehicle requiring party, vehicle identification information of the shared vehicle, vehicle use permission information and vehicle use time period information. After the cloud platform 101 obtains the vehicle sharing application information, if it is determined that the vehicle sharing application information is legal, the video recording prompt information is sent to the vehicle sharing end 102. After receiving the video recording prompt information, the vehicle sharing end 102 records the whole-course audio and video information of the video call between the vehicle sharing party and the vehicle demand party, and uploads the whole-course audio and video information to the cloud platform 101, wherein the whole-course audio and video information comprises the verification and confirmation information of the face recognition result of the vehicle sharing party on the vehicle demand party. If the cloud platform 101 determines that the vehicle demand party and the vehicle sharing party both confirm to participate in the vehicle remote sharing of this time according to the whole-course audio and video information, the shared vehicle 104 is controlled to record the biometric information recorded by the vehicle demand party in the designated unlocking area. The shared vehicle 104 records the biometric information recorded by the vehicle demander in the designated unlocking area in the vehicle-to-vehicle system according to the control instruction of the cloud platform 101. Then, the vehicle demand party can use the corresponding functions of the shared vehicle according to the vehicle identification information, the vehicle use permission information and the vehicle use time period information of the shared vehicle.
According to the technical scheme, remote interaction can be conducted among the cloud platform, the vehicle demand end and the vehicle sharing end, the limitation that the traditional vehicle sharing is easy to be limited by the position distance between the vehicle owner and the vehicle demand party is broken through, the remote sharing and the use of the shared vehicle between the vehicle sharing party and the vehicle demand party are achieved, the sharing convenience of the vehicle is greatly improved, the safety and the reliability are high, and the vehicle demand of people under different vehicle scenes can be better met.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of an electronic device 6 provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the electronic device 6 of this embodiment includes: a processor 601, a memory 602 and a computer program 603 stored in the memory 602 and executable on the processor 601. The steps of the various method embodiments described above are implemented by the processor 601 when executing the computer program 603. Alternatively, the processor 601, when executing the computer program 603, performs the functions of the modules/units of the apparatus embodiments described above.
The electronic device 6 may be a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a cloud server, or the like. The electronic device 6 may include, but is not limited to, a processor 601 and a memory 602. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that fig. 6 is merely an example of the electronic device 6 and is not limiting of the electronic device 6 and may include more or fewer components than shown, or different components.
The processor 601 may be a central processing unit (Central Processing Unit, CPU) or other general purpose processor, digital signal processor (Digital Signal Processor, DSP), application specific integrated circuit (Application SpecificIntegrated Circuit, ASIC), field programmable gate array (Field-Programmable Gate Array, FPGA) or other programmable logic device, discrete gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware components, or the like.
The memory 602 may be an internal storage unit of the electronic device 6, for example, a hard disk or a memory of the electronic device 6. The memory 602 may also be an external storage device of the electronic device 6, for example, a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash Card (Flash Card) or the like, which are provided on the electronic device 6. The memory 602 may also include both internal and external storage units of the electronic device 6. The memory 602 is used to store computer programs and other programs and data required by the electronic device.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, only the above-described division of the functional units and modules is illustrated, and in practical application, the above-described functional distribution may be performed by different functional units and modules according to needs, i.e. the internal structure of the apparatus is divided into different functional units or modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions. The integrated modules/units, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as stand-alone products, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the present application implements all or part of the flow in the methods of the above embodiments, or may be implemented by a computer program to instruct related hardware, and the computer program may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, where the computer program may implement the steps of the respective method embodiments described above when executed by a processor. The computer program may comprise computer program code, which may be in source code form, object code form, executable file or in some intermediate form, etc. The computer readable medium may include: any entity or device capable of carrying computer program code, a recording medium, a U disk, a removable hard disk, a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a computer Memory, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), an electrical carrier signal, a telecommunications signal, a software distribution medium, and so forth. It should be noted that the content of the computer readable medium can be appropriately increased or decreased according to the requirements of the jurisdiction's jurisdiction and the patent practice, for example, in some jurisdictions, the computer readable medium does not include electrical carrier signals and telecommunication signals according to the jurisdiction and the patent practice.

Claims (10)

1. A vehicle remote sharing method, comprising:
acquiring vehicle sharing application information sent by a vehicle sharing end or a vehicle demand end, wherein the vehicle sharing application information comprises vehicle demand party identity information, vehicle identification information of a shared vehicle, vehicle use permission information and vehicle use time period information;
if the identity information of the vehicle demand side is legal, sending video recording prompt information to a vehicle sharing end;
receiving whole-course audio and video information of a video call between a vehicle sharing party and a vehicle demand party, which are recorded by the vehicle sharing terminal based on the video recording prompt information, wherein the whole-course audio and video information comprises verification and confirmation information of a face recognition result of the vehicle demand party by the vehicle sharing party;
And if the vehicle demand side and the vehicle sharing side confirm to participate in the remote vehicle sharing according to the whole-course audio and video information, controlling the shared vehicle to record the biological identification information recorded by the vehicle demand side in the appointed unlocking area so that the vehicle demand side uses the shared vehicle according to the vehicle identification information, the vehicle use permission information and the vehicle use time period information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein if it is determined that the identity information of the vehicle-requiring party is legal, sending a video recording prompt message to a vehicle sharing end comprises:
initiating an identity information acquisition request to a public security information system, wherein the identity information acquisition request comprises the identity information of the vehicle demander;
receiving identity inquiry information returned by the public security information system, and comparing the identity information of the vehicle demander with the identity inquiry information to obtain a comparison result;
and if the identity information of the vehicle demand side is legal according to the comparison result, sending video recording prompt information to a vehicle sharing end.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the vehicle sharing end performs a whole-course audio-video information of a two-way video call between a vehicle sharing party and a vehicle requiring party based on the video recording prompt information, and the method comprises:
When the vehicle sharing end receives the video recording prompt information, video connection with a vehicle demand end is established;
when the video connection with the vehicle demand end is successfully established, video and audio recording is carried out, and whole-course audio and video information of video communication between the vehicle sharing party and the vehicle demand party is collected;
and uploading the whole-course audio and video information to a cloud platform.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein uploading the full range audio-visual information to a cloud platform comprises:
sending a short message verification message to a vehicle demand end;
and if the short message verification code returned by the vehicle demand end aiming at the short message verification message is correct, uploading the whole-course audio and video information to a cloud platform.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the whole-course audio-visual information further comprises information that the vehicle demander completes entering biometric information in a designated unlock region of the shared vehicle;
when the video connection with the vehicle demand end is successfully established, video and audio recording is carried out, and the whole-course audio and video information of the video call between the vehicle sharing party and the vehicle demand party is collected, wherein the method comprises the following steps:
When the video connection with the vehicle demand end is successfully established, starting video and audio recording, and collecting face video information of the vehicle demand side;
if the face recognition result of the face video information is successful and is verified by a vehicle sharing party, continuing video and audio recording, and sending an information input indication message to a vehicle demand end to indicate the vehicle demand party to input corresponding biological identification information in a specified unlocking area of the shared vehicle;
and ending video and audio recording to obtain the whole-course audio and video information when the vehicle demand party is confirmed to have recorded corresponding biological identification information in the appointed unlocking area of the shared vehicle.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein ending video and audio recordings to obtain full range audio and video information upon confirming that the vehicle demander has recorded corresponding biometric information in a designated unlock region of the shared vehicle, comprising:
when confirming that the vehicle demand side has recorded corresponding biological identification information in a designated unlocking area of the shared vehicle, sending a short message verification message to the vehicle demand side;
And if the short message verification code returned by the vehicle demand terminal aiming at the short message verification message is correct, ending video and audio recording to obtain the whole-course audio and video information.

The method according to claim 1, wherein if it is determined according to the whole-course audio-video information that the vehicle demand side and the vehicle sharing side both confirm to participate in the vehicle remote sharing of this time, controlling the shared vehicle to record the biometric information recorded by the vehicle demand side in the designated unlocking area includes:
if the vehicle demand side and the vehicle sharing side confirm to participate in the vehicle remote sharing of the time according to the whole-course audio and video information, respectively pushing a sharing confirmation link to the vehicle sharing side and the vehicle demand side;
when receiving final sharing confirmation information returned by the vehicle sharing end based on the sharing confirmation link and final requirement confirmation information returned by the vehicle requirement end based on the sharing confirmation link, issuing a sharing security protocol to the vehicle sharing end;
and when receiving confirmation signing information returned by the vehicle sharing end aiming at the sharing security protocol, controlling the shared vehicle to record the biological identification information recorded by the vehicle demand side in the appointed unlocking area.
8. A vehicle remote sharing device, comprising:
the vehicle sharing application information comprises vehicle demand party identity information, vehicle identification information of the shared vehicle, vehicle use permission information and vehicle use time period information;
the sending module is configured to send video recording prompt information to the vehicle sharing end if the identity information of the vehicle requiring party is determined to be legal;
the receiving module is configured to receive the whole-course audio-video information of the video call between the vehicle sharing party and the vehicle demand party, which are recorded by the vehicle sharing terminal based on the video recording prompt information, wherein the whole-course audio-video information comprises the verification confirmation information of the vehicle sharing party on the face recognition result of the vehicle demand party;
and the control module is configured to control the shared vehicle to record the biological identification information recorded by the vehicle demand party in the appointed unlocking area if the vehicle demand party and the vehicle sharing party confirm to participate in the remote sharing of the vehicle according to the whole-course audio and video information, so that the vehicle demand party uses the shared vehicle according to the vehicle identification information, the vehicle use permission information and the vehicle use time period information.
9. The vehicle remote sharing system is characterized by comprising a cloud platform, a vehicle sharing end, a vehicle demand end and a shared vehicle, wherein the vehicle sharing end, the vehicle demand end and the shared vehicle are in communication connection with the cloud platform;
