Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The transaction data processing method based on the blockchain can be applied to an application environment as shown in fig. 1, wherein a client communicates with a server through a network. The client may be, but is not limited to, various personal computers, notebook computers, smart phones, tablet computers, and portable wearable devices. The server may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster composed of a plurality of servers.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a transaction data processing method based on a blockchain is provided, and the method is applied to the server in fig. 1 for illustration, and includes the following steps:
101. acquiring second-hand vehicle transaction information about vehicles to be sold issued by a second-hand vehicle seller, calling an interface of an intelligent contract preset on a blockchain, and recording the second-hand vehicle transaction information to the blockchain, wherein the intelligent contract is established according to consensus pre-achieved by a vehicle management institute and a hosting mechanism;
in this embodiment, when the second-hand vehicle vendor wants to sell its own vehicle, the second-hand vehicle transaction information about the vehicle for sale may be issued, and after the server acquires the second-hand vehicle transaction information, the server may invoke an interface of an intelligent contract preset on the blockchain to record the second-hand vehicle transaction information to the blockchain. The second-hand vehicle transaction information can specifically comprise information such as the type of the vehicle to be sold, the selling price, the place of a card, the service life and the like.
It can be appreciated that in this embodiment, after the second-hand vehicle transaction information is recorded onto the blockchain, the second-hand vehicle transaction information can be prevented from being tampered based on the unalterability of the blockchain, so as to provide a guarantee for the authenticity of the second-hand vehicle transaction information, and similarly, the contract or information is recorded onto the blockchain in the subsequent steps for the same reason. The blockchain in this embodiment may employ a blockchain structure of Hyperledger Fabri (an open-source blockchain framework), which Hyperledger Fabri may serve as a basis for developing blockchain applications for modular architectures, facilitating plug-and-play by components such as consensus and membership services, and using container technology to host intelligent contracts that make up system application logic. Based on Hyperledger Fabri consensus mechanisms, the consensus of each participant in the second-hand vehicle transaction can be built in advance, and intelligent contracts can be deployed based on the consensus of each participant. It is known that in a certain application scenario, each party to a second-hand vehicle transaction may include at least a vehicle management institute and a hosting facility.
It should be noted that, the smart contracts on the blockchain are a set of digitally defined commitments (promisses), including agreements on which the contract participants can execute the commitments, and are automated script codes that are automatically executed on the blockchain to satisfy the trigger conditions. In this embodiment, the Golang language may be used to develop an intelligent contract, and the second-hand vehicle vendor and the second-hand vehicle buyer may use an operation interface of an application program, and when the operation interface needs to be queried or data on a blockchain needs to be written, the application program may call the interface of the intelligent contract to complete querying and reading and writing of the data on the blockchain.
In this embodiment, an application program capable of providing an operation interface for a second-hand vehicle buyer and a second-hand vehicle seller may be developed using a Java SDK (software development kit), and may be communicatively connected to the server via a network. In step 101, the second-hand vehicle vendor can upload the second-hand vehicle transaction information to the server using the application.
In this embodiment, the escrow facility may be specifically configured by vehicle management, or may be configured by a designated transaction platform or financial institution.
102. When a first request of checking the second-hand vehicle transaction information is received by a second-hand vehicle buyer, calling the second-hand vehicle transaction information on the blockchain to the second-hand vehicle buyer for checking;
it will be appreciated that after the second hand vehicle transaction information is published on the blockchain, the interested second hand vehicle buyers can obtain and view the second hand vehicle transaction information from the blockchain. Specifically, the second-hand vehicle buyer initiates a first request to the server to request to check certain second-hand vehicle transaction information, and after the server receives the first request, the second-hand vehicle transaction information on the blockchain can be called to the second-hand vehicle buyer to check.
103. If a second request of checking the record information of the vehicle to be sold is received by a second-hand vehicle buyer, transmitting authorization information to the second-hand vehicle buyer, and enabling the second-hand vehicle buyer to check the record information of the vehicle to be sold on the blockchain through the authorization information, wherein the record information records all vehicle condition information of the vehicle to be sold from the record in the vehicle management department to date, and the vehicle condition information is updated to the blockchain by the vehicle management department;
after the second-hand vehicle buyer views the second-hand vehicle transaction information, if the second-hand vehicle buyer is interested in the vehicle for sale, it may send a second request to the server requesting to view the record information of the vehicle for sale. Wherein the record information records all vehicle condition information of the vehicle for sale from the record in the vehicle management department to date, and is updated to the blockchain by the vehicle management department. After receiving the second request, the server may send authorization information to the second-hand vehicle buyer, so that the second-hand vehicle buyer may view the record information of the vehicle for sale on the blockchain through the authorization information. It can be understood that in order to prevent lawbreakers from stealing the record information of the vehicle for sale, anyone needs to acquire the authorization information provided by the server when looking up the record information, and can check the record information after authorization, so that the information security of the vehicle for sale and the second-hand vehicle vendor is improved.
Further, the authorization information includes a temporary key, the record information is encrypted before the vehicle management station updates the record information onto the blockchain, and the temporary key can be used for decrypting the record information. As shown in fig. 3, the method may further comprise, prior to transmitting the authorization information to the second-hand vehicle purchaser:
201. requesting the vehicle management to acquire the current temporary key of the record information;
202. and receiving the temporary key fed back by the vehicle management, and packaging the temporary key into the authorization information.
With respect to the above step 201, it may be understood that, after receiving the second request, the server may obtain, from the vehicle management request, the current temporary key of the record information, where the temporary key is used to unlock the record information, and the unlocked record information may be checked. The temporary key is temporary, the validity period of the temporary key is usually set to be short, for example, the temporary key can be 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, the temporary key is invalid, and the invalid temporary key cannot be used for unlocking the record information.
For the above step 202, the vehicle management station provides the server with the temporary key of the record information, and then the server may receive the temporary key fed back by the vehicle management station, package the temporary key into the authorization information, and provide the authorization information to the second-hand vehicle buyer.
Further, in this embodiment, when the second-hand vehicle vendor first purchases the vehicle for sale and records in the vehicle management station, the internet of things chip may be embedded in the vehicle for sale, and the internet of things chip may record information such as the service life, the driving mileage, the maintenance status of the vehicle for sale, and update the information to the system of the vehicle management station in real time. Therefore, the record information can be used for recording all important information of the vehicle for sale, and a second-hand vehicle buyer can comprehensively know the vehicle for sale through the record information, so that the disclosure and transparency of the transaction information of the second-hand vehicle are facilitated. In addition, the record information in the embodiment has good authority through the management of the vehicle management institute, and the authenticity of the record information is further ensured.
104. Acquiring a second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract which is signed by the second-hand vehicle buyer and the second-hand vehicle seller, calling an interface of an intelligent contract preset on the blockchain, and recording the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract to the blockchain;
it can be understood that after the second-hand vehicle buyer checks the record information of the vehicle for sale, if the second-hand vehicle buyer wants to purchase the vehicle for sale, the second-hand vehicle buyer can communicate with the second-hand vehicle seller through the application program, and after the two buys together, the second-hand vehicle buyer can conduct the second-hand vehicle buyer transaction, so as to sign the second-hand vehicle buyer contract. Specifically, the second-hand vehicle sales contract may be generated by a format contract provided by the application, and the second-hand vehicle purchaser and the second-hand vehicle seller may complete the signing of the second-hand vehicle sales contract directly on the application. The second-hand vehicle purchase and sale contract is known as an electronic contract. After signing, the application program can upload the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract to the server, and the server can call an interface of an intelligent contract preset on the blockchain to record the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract to the blockchain.
Further, the second-hand vehicle purchase and sale contract includes a first electronic signature of the second-hand vehicle buyer, a first face picture of the second-hand vehicle buyer and a personal voice acquired when the second-hand vehicle purchase and sale contract is signed, as shown in fig. 4, before invoking the interface of the intelligent contract preset on the blockchain to record the second-hand vehicle purchase and sale contract to the blockchain, the method may further include:
301. performing character recognition on the first electronic signature to obtain a first text;
302. comparing the first text with the name of the second-hand vehicle buyer to obtain a first comparison result;
303. extracting first face features on the first face picture;
304. comparing the extracted first face features with reserved face features of the second-hand vehicle buyer to obtain a second comparison result;
305. extracting a personal voiceprint in the personal voice;
306. comparing the extracted individual voiceprint with the reserved voiceprint of the second-hand vehicle buyer to obtain a third comparison result;
307. and if the first comparison result, the second comparison result and the third comparison result are consistent in comparison, executing the step of calling an interface of an intelligent contract preset on the blockchain and recording the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract to the blockchain.
For step 301, it may be understood that, when the second-hand vehicle buyer signs the second-hand vehicle purchase and sale contract, the second-hand vehicle buyer signs the electronic signature, i.e. the first electronic signature, and the server may obtain the first text by performing text recognition on the first electronic signature.
For step 302, it can be understood that, if the first electronic signature is signed by the second-hand vehicle buyer, the name of the first text naturally matches the name of the second-hand vehicle buyer, and the first comparison result is obtained by comparing the first text with the name of the second-hand vehicle buyer.
For step 303, in this embodiment, a first face picture of the second-hand vehicle buyer that needs to be acquired when signing the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract is submitted to a server. After the server acquires the first face picture, the first face feature on the first face picture can be extracted.
For step 304, the second-hand vehicle buyer may reserve his face feature on the server, for example, when the second-hand vehicle buyer registers his account in the application program, the server may request the second-hand vehicle buyer to perform real-name verification through the application program, and in the real-name verification process, the second-hand vehicle buyer needs to upload a self-shot photo of his own, so that the server may extract the face feature of the second-hand vehicle buyer from the self-shot photo as the reserved face feature. When executing step 304, the server may compare the first face feature extracted in step 303 with the reserved face feature of the second-hand vehicle buyer, to obtain a second comparison result. It can be seen that, when the second comparison result is consistent, it indicates that the person who signs the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract is the second-hand vehicle buyer, otherwise, it indicates that the person who signs the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract is not the second-hand vehicle buyer, and there is a fraud risk.
For step 305, in this embodiment, the personal voices of the second-hand vehicle buyer that need to be collected when signing the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract, for example, the server may query the second-hand vehicle buyer "please ask for the second-hand vehicle buyer" whether or not, and after the second-hand vehicle buyer replies with the voices, the application may collect the personal voices. The personal voice is then submitted to the server. After the server acquires the personal voice, the voice print in the personal voice, namely the personal voice print, can be extracted.
For step 306, the same as step 304, the second-hand vehicle buyer may reserve its voiceprint on the server, for example, when the second-hand vehicle buyer registers its account in the application program, the server may request the second-hand vehicle buyer to perform real-name verification through the application program, and in the real-name verification process, the second-hand vehicle buyer needs to upload his voice, so that the server may extract the voiceprint of the second-hand vehicle buyer from the uploaded voice as the reserved voiceprint. When executing step 306, the server may compare the personal voiceprint extracted in step 305 with the reserved voiceprint of the second-hand vehicle buyer, to obtain a third comparison result. It can be seen that, when the third comparison result is consistent, it indicates that the person who signs the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract is the second-hand vehicle buyer, otherwise, it indicates that the person who signs the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract is not the second-hand vehicle buyer, and there is a fraud risk.
For step 307, when the first comparison result, the second comparison result and the third comparison result are all consistent in comparison, the identity of the second-hand vehicle buyer can be considered to be true, so that the server can determine that the identity verification of the second-hand vehicle buyer passes, and the server can execute the step of calling the interface of the preset intelligent contract on the blockchain to record the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract to the blockchain. Otherwise, if any one of the first comparison result, the second comparison result and the third comparison result is inconsistent in comparison, it can be determined that the identity verification of the second-hand vehicle buyer is not passed.
It can be seen that, in the steps 301-307, whether the person who signs the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract is the second-hand vehicle buyer is comprehensively judged through the three elements of the electronic signature, the face feature and the voiceprint, and only when the comparison results of the three elements are consistent, that is, the three elements are verified, the identity of the second-hand vehicle buyer who signs the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract is considered to be true, so that the difficulty of falsely forging the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract is greatly increased, and the authenticity of the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract is improved.
Further, the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract may further include a second electronic signature and a second face picture of the second-hand vehicle seller, and the server may perform identity verification on the second-hand vehicle seller according to the second electronic signature and the second face picture, and if the identity verification passes, the identity authenticity of the second-hand vehicle seller may be considered to be confirmed. To this end, as shown in fig. 5, the method may further comprise, prior to step 307:
401. performing character recognition on the second electronic signature to obtain a second text;
402. comparing the second text with the names of the owners of the vehicles to be sold registered in the vehicle management institute to obtain a fourth comparison result;
403. extracting second face features on the second face picture;
404. comparing the extracted second face features with the face features reserved in the vehicle management institute by the owners of the vehicles to be sold to obtain a fifth comparison result;
405. if the fourth comparison result and the fifth comparison result are the same, step 307 is executed.
For the above step 401, it may be understood that the second-hand vehicle seller signs its own electronic signature, that is, the second electronic signature, on the second-hand vehicle purchase and sale contract while signing the second-hand vehicle purchase and sale contract, and the server may obtain the second text by performing text recognition on the second electronic signature.
For the above step 402, it may be understood that, if the second electronic signature is signed by the second-hand vehicle vendor, the name of the second text is naturally consistent with the name of the vehicle owner registered by the vehicle for sale in the vehicle management institute, and the fourth comparison result is obtained by comparing the second text with the name of the vehicle owner.
For the step 403, in this embodiment, a second face picture of the second-hand vehicle vendor that needs to be acquired when the second-hand vehicle purchase and sale contract is signed is submitted to the server. After the server obtains the second face picture, the second face feature on the second face picture can be extracted.
For the above step 404, it may be understood that, when the owner of the vehicle for sale registers the vehicle in the vehicle management, the vehicle management may require the owner to perform real-name verification, and in the real-name verification process, a face picture of the owner needs to be acquired, so that the server may extract the face feature of the owner from the face picture as the reserved face feature. When executing step 404, the server may compare the second face feature extracted in step 403 with the reserved face feature of the owner of the vehicle for sale, to obtain a fifth comparison result. It can be seen that, when the fifth comparison result is consistent, it indicates that the second-hand vehicle seller signing the second-hand vehicle sale contract is the owner of the vehicle for sale, otherwise, it indicates that the second-hand vehicle seller signing the second-hand vehicle sale contract is not the owner of the vehicle for sale, and there is a fraud risk.
For the above step 405, when the fourth comparison result and the fifth comparison result are both consistent, the identity of the second-hand vehicle vendor may be considered to be true, and the owner of the vehicle for sale, so the server may determine that the identity of the second-hand vehicle vendor passes, thereby performing the above step 307. Otherwise, if the fourth comparison result or the fifth comparison result is inconsistent, it is determined that the identity verification of the second-hand vehicle vendor is not passed, and the step 307 is not executable.
105. Invoking an interface of the intelligent contract, and recording fund hosting information and a vehicle lifting certificate to the blockchain, wherein the fund hosting information is a record that the second-hand vehicle buyer hosts the transaction amount agreed by the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract to the hosting mechanism, and the vehicle lifting certificate is a record that the second-hand vehicle buyer successfully extracts the evidence information of the vehicle to be sold;
in this embodiment, after the second-hand vehicle buyer and the second-hand vehicle seller sign the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract, the second-hand vehicle buyer needs to pay the transaction amount first, and in order to ensure the safety of the transaction amount, the second-hand vehicle buyer can host the transaction amount into the host mechanism through the application program, so as to generate the fund hosting information. The fund escrow information is a record of the second-hand vehicle buyer escrow the transaction amount agreed by the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract to the escrow mechanism.
And then, the server can forward the fund escrow information to a second-hand vehicle seller, the second-hand vehicle seller can know that the second-hand vehicle buyer is paid after receiving the fund escrow information, the second-hand vehicle seller can purchase and lift the second-hand vehicle buyer, after lifting the second-hand vehicle, both sides can determine that the lifting of the second-hand vehicle is completed through an application program, and the application program generates a corresponding vehicle lifting certificate so as to prove that the second-hand vehicle buyer successfully extracts the vehicle for sale.
Therefore, after the server acquires the fund deposit information and the vehicle lifting certificate, the server can call the interface of the intelligent contract to record the fund deposit information and the vehicle lifting certificate to the blockchain respectively, and of course, the fund deposit information and the vehicle lifting certificate can also be recorded to the blockchain simultaneously.
106. If the fund escrow information and the vehicle lifting certificate meet the release triggering conditions of the intelligent contract, a release request is sent to the escrow mechanism;
after uploading the fund deposit information and the vehicle lifting certificate to a blockchain, the server can detect whether the fund deposit information and the vehicle lifting certificate meet the release triggering condition of the intelligent contract, and if so, the server sends a release request to the deposit institution. It will be appreciated that the payout triggering condition may be preset in an intelligent contract, and the specific content of the payout triggering condition is mainly agreed and set by each transaction party, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment.
In order to further ensure the safety of the second-hand vehicle transaction, the risk of the second-hand vehicle transaction can be controlled by setting the cash discharge triggering condition, so that the safety of the second-hand vehicle transaction is improved. Further, as shown in fig. 6, before step 106, the method may further include:
501. acquiring the amount of money hosted in the fund hosting information;
502. judging whether the amount of money hosted in the fund hosting information is equal to the transaction amount agreed by the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract or not, and obtaining a first judgment result;
503. extracting a refund signature on the pick-up certificate;
504. judging whether the signature of the person who drops money is consistent with the reserved signature of the second-hand vehicle buyer or not, and obtaining a second judging result;
505. if the first judgment result and the second judgment result are both yes, determining that the fund escrow information and the vehicle lifting certificate meet the release triggering condition of the intelligent contract;
506. and if the first judging result or the second judging result is negative, determining that the fund escrow information and the vehicle lifting certificate do not meet the release triggering condition of the intelligent contract.
For the above step 501, it may be understood that the funds escrow information generated by the second-hand vehicle buyer escrow funds with the escrow organization necessarily includes the escrow amount, that is, how much money the second-hand vehicle buyer esces on the escrow organization, from which the server may obtain the escrow amount.
For the above step 502, in the normal second-hand cart transaction process, the escrow amount should be equal to the transaction amount agreed in the second-hand cart transaction contract, so, in order to know whether the escrow amount is sufficient, the server may determine whether the escrow amount in the fund escrow information is equal to the transaction amount agreed in the second-hand cart transaction contract, and obtain the first determination result. It is known that if the first determination result is yes, the amount of money for escrow is sufficient; otherwise, if the first judgment result is negative, the amount of the escrow is insufficient.
For step 503, the pick-up should typically be completed by the second-hand vehicle purchaser himself and signed at the payor of the pick-up voucher to indicate that the second-hand vehicle purchaser pick-up was successful. Thus, the server may extract the payor signature on the pick-up certificate.
For step 504, in the picking link of the normal second-hand vehicle transaction, the signature of the person who receives the picking certificate should be consistent with the signature of the second-hand vehicle buyer, so the server can determine whether the signature of the person who receives the picking certificate is consistent with the reserved signature of the second-hand vehicle buyer, thereby determining whether the person who receives the picking certificate is the second-hand vehicle buyer. The server obtains a second judgment result after judging, and if the second judgment result is yes, the server indicates that the person who carries the vehicle is the second-hand vehicle buyer; otherwise, if the second judgment result is negative, the fact that the person who carries the vehicle is not the second-hand vehicle buyer is indicated, and the fraud risk exists.
For step 505 and step 506, it is known from the above that when the first determination result and the second determination result are both yes, the deposit amount is considered to be sufficient and the vehicle lifting certificate is true, so the server may determine that the funds deposit information and the vehicle lifting certificate satisfy the payment triggering condition of the intelligent contract. Otherwise, when the first judgment result or the second judgment result is negative, the deposit amount is insufficient or the vehicle lifting certificate is not authentic, so that the server can determine that the fund deposit information and the vehicle lifting certificate do not meet the release triggering condition of the intelligent contract.
107. And calling an interface of the intelligent contract to record the payment record information to the blockchain, wherein the payment record information is a record of the escrow mechanism for issuing the escrow transaction amount to the second-hand vehicle vendor.
It will be appreciated that after the escrow facility receives the request for the release, the escrow facility will typically issue the transaction amount escrow to the second-hand vehicle vendor, at which point the release will result in the release record information. Specifically, the payment record information may include information of a payment party, a collection party, a payment amount, a payment date, and the like. After the record information is generated, the server can call the interface of the intelligent contract to record the record information to the blockchain.
Further, in order to improve the supervision of the second-hand cart transaction and further improve the security of the transaction, the method may further include:
and authorizing the supervision organization to check the second-hand vehicle transaction information, the record information, the second-hand vehicle purchase and sale contract, the fund escrow information, the vehicle lifting certificate and the money release record information on the blockchain through a preset channel on the blockchain. It can be appreciated that in this embodiment, the supervisory authority can authorize to view the transaction data on the blockchain through the preset channel, so that the data authenticity and validity of the second-hand vehicle transaction process are ensured to a certain extent. If the regulatory body checks to find that some transaction data on the blockchain is false, the responsibility of the responsible party can be pursued according to the contract of the intelligent contract.
It should be noted that, a channel may be set on the blockchain, for example, a blockchain with Hyperledger fabric as a frame may be set on the blockchain, different nodes on different channels only can view transaction data on the current channel, and different nodes on different channels only need to maintain account book information of the blockchain added by the channel, but cannot sense existence of other channels, so that basic requirements of different transaction parties accessing different data under different service scenes can be met, isolation of multiple services and multiple data is realized, and access of nodes of an irrelevant mechanism to data is avoided. In this embodiment, a channel may be preset on the blockchain, where the channel may include the supervisory mechanism, the vehicle management station, and the host mechanism, so that a transaction party on the channel may view data on the blockchain, such as the second-hand vehicle transaction information, the record information, the second-hand vehicle purchase and sale contract, the fund host information, the vehicle lifting certificate, and the payment record information, in an authorized manner.
In the embodiment of the invention, first, second-hand vehicle transaction information about a vehicle to be sold issued by a second-hand vehicle seller is acquired, an interface of an intelligent contract preset on a blockchain is called, the second-hand vehicle transaction information is recorded to the blockchain, and the intelligent contract is established according to consensus pre-achieved by a vehicle management institute and a hosting mechanism; when a first request of checking the second-hand vehicle transaction information is received by a second-hand vehicle buyer, calling the second-hand vehicle transaction information on the blockchain to the second-hand vehicle buyer for checking; if a second request of checking the record information of the vehicle to be sold is received by a second-hand vehicle buyer, transmitting authorization information to the second-hand vehicle buyer, and enabling the second-hand vehicle buyer to check the record information of the vehicle to be sold on the blockchain through the authorization information, wherein the record information records all vehicle condition information of the vehicle to be sold from the record in the vehicle management department to date, and the vehicle condition information is updated to the blockchain by the vehicle management department; then, acquiring a second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract signed by the second-hand vehicle buyer and the second-hand vehicle seller, calling an interface of an intelligent contract preset on the blockchain, and recording the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract to the blockchain; then, calling an interface of the intelligent contract, and recording fund hosting information and a vehicle lifting certificate to the blockchain, wherein the fund hosting information is a record that the second-hand vehicle buyer hosts the transaction amount agreed by the second-hand vehicle buying and selling contract to the hosting mechanism, and the vehicle lifting certificate is a record that the second-hand vehicle buyer successfully extracts the vehicle to be sold; if the fund escrow information and the vehicle lifting certificate meet the release triggering conditions of the intelligent contract, a release request is sent to the escrow mechanism; and finally, calling an interface of the intelligent contract, and recording the paying record information to the blockchain, wherein the paying record information is a record that the hosting mechanism distributes the transaction amount to the second-hand vehicle vendor. Therefore, after consensus among multiple parties such as a vehicle management institute, a hosting organization and the like is achieved in advance based on the blockchain technology, intelligent contracts are set on the blockchain, the whole flow of the second-hand vehicle transaction is managed through the intelligent contracts on the blockchain, the authenticity and traceability of the whole flow data are ensured by utilizing the blockchain technology, the authenticity of the second-hand vehicle transaction is improved, and the fraud risk of the second-hand vehicle transaction is reduced.
