selecting mixed raw materials of prepared rehmannia root, poria cocos, red paeony root, grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, prepared tortoise plastron, lily, chinese yam, thinleaf milkwort root-bark, dragon bone, oyster shell, tree peony bark, tortoise shell gelatin and yellow gelatin according to corresponding parts by weight, adding water, decocting, filtering, concentrating, and preparing into paste.
8. The method for preparing the heart nourishing, nerve soothing and sleep aiding preparation according to claim 7, wherein the decoction time is 30-45min.
9. The method for preparing a heart nourishing, nerve soothing and sleep aiding preparation according to claim 8, wherein the decoction temperature is 90-100 ℃.
