As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the roll cutting machine comprises a frame, a driving mechanism, a cutting roll assembly, a copper comb and the like, wherein the cutting roll assembly is arranged on the frame, the driving mechanism is connected with the cutting roll assembly, the cutting roll assembly comprises a transmission shaft 23, a driving gear 24, a driven gear 25, a mounting piece 26, a driven cutting roll 27 and a driving cutting roll 28, and the copper comb comprises a left copper comb 29 and a right copper comb 30. The left copper comb 29 and the right copper comb 30 are respectively arranged below the driving cutting roller 28 and the driven cutting roller 27, and the teeth of the copper combs are inserted into the cutting grooves of the cutting rollers. The driving cutting roller 28 and the driven cutting roller 27 are driven in opposite directions, and cutting teeth are staggered.
In order to facilitate processing and ensure processing precision, the cutting roller can adopt a mode of combining a plurality of groups of cutters, the cutting roller has small abrasion in the use process, and the worn blades can be replaced at will according to the abrasion condition, so that the maintenance cost is greatly saved.
The copper comb is used for removing tobacco shreds clamped in the cutting groove, and prevents blockage from affecting normal cutting.
As one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the present invention provides a cutting device for tobacco raw materials.
The static knife bracket also comprises a seat board 20, an adjusting stud 21 and a supporting bolt 22.
One end of the adjusting stud 21 is fixedly connected to the static knife mounting plate 19, so that the adjusting stud 21 is perpendicular to the static knife mounting plate 19.
The static knife mounting plate 19 has a bending part, the bending part is parallel to the adjusting stud 21, and the static knife 10 is mounted on the bending part, so that the static knife 10 is parallel to the adjusting stud 21.
The seat board 20 is vertically arranged with the adjusting stud 21, the seat board 20 is provided with a hole for the adjusting stud 21 to pass through, and the position of the static knife 10 is adjusted by adjusting the position of the adjusting stud 21, so that the static knife 10 and the movable knife 7 are better meshed.
After the position of the static knife 10 is adjusted, the supporting bolt 22 is abutted against the bending part through the gap of the adjusting stud 21 and the through hole arranged on the square support between the seat plate 20 and the static knife mounting plate 19 by the supporting bolt 22, so that the mounting rigidity of the static knife 10 is improved.
As one embodiment, the present invention provides a method of cutting tobacco material, the method comprising: in the process of pre-cutting and forming tobacco materials by using a threshing machine, when the driving speed of a driving part is V, the rotating speed of a corresponding roller shaft is N, and the number of movable cutter mounting frames arranged on the roller shaft is M, the maximum length of the obtained tobacco flakes is L, and the following relational expression is satisfied:

by reasonably setting the driving speed of the driving part, the rotating speed of the roller shaft and the number of the movable cutter mounting frames arranged on the roller shaft, the tobacco sheets with non-fixed length can be obtained, and the length of the tobacco sheets can be adjusted according to actual needs, as shown in fig. 10, the shape of the tobacco sheets cut at a certain speed is schematically shown.

Claims (10)

1. A cutting device for tobacco material, comprising a threshing device, characterized in that the threshing device comprises:
a bracket (1);
the shell (2) is arranged on the bracket (1) and is provided with a feed inlet;
the static knife assembly is arranged in the shell (2) and is positioned below the feed inlet;
the movable cutter assembly is rotatably arranged in the shell (2), is positioned at the downstream of the static cutter assembly along the material conveying direction, is matched with the static cutter assembly and is used for pre-cutting and forming tobacco materials.

The tobacco raw material cutting device according to claim 1, wherein the movable cutter assembly comprises a roller shaft (5), the roller shaft (5) is rotatably mounted on the shell (2), the roller shaft (5) is provided with movable cutter mounting frames (6), at least two movable cutter mounting frames (6) are arranged, and the movable cutter mounting frames are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the roller shaft (5);
the movable cutter mounting frames (6) are provided with an extension length, the extension length of each movable cutter mounting frame (6) is smaller than that of the roll shaft (5), and adjacent movable cutter mounting frames (6) are distributed in a staggered mode in the length extension direction.
3. A tobacco raw material cutting device according to claim 2, characterized in that the moving blade mounting frame (6) is provided with a moving blade (7), and the moving blade (7) is arranged along the length extension direction of the moving blade mounting frame (6);
preferably, the movable cutter (7) comprises a plurality of toothed blades, and the interval between adjacent blades is 0-5 mm;
preferably, the ends of the same end of the adjacent movable cutter mounting frame (6) are different by a distance of b/2+ (0-2.5) mm, wherein b is the center distance of two adjacent blades.

A cutting device for tobacco raw materials according to claim 3, characterized in that the stationary blade assembly comprises a stationary blade holder, the stationary blade holder comprising a stationary blade mounting plate (19) having an extension length, the length extension direction of the stationary blade mounting plate (19) being the same as the length extension direction of the movable blade mounting frame (6);
the static knife (10) is arranged on the static knife mounting plate (19), and the static knife (10) is arranged along the length extending direction of the static knife mounting plate (19);
preferably, the stationary blade (10) is a blade having a toothed edge.
5. A cutting device for tobacco raw materials according to claim 4, characterized in that the stationary knives (10) are respectively engaged with the moving knives (7) on adjacent moving knife mounting frames (6) in a staggered manner.

A cutting device for tobacco material according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the stationary blade assembly further comprises an adjustment member mounted on the housing (2) and connected to the stationary blade holder for adjusting the position of the stationary blade (10) in the circumferential direction.
7. A tobacco raw material cutting device according to claim 6, characterized in that the two ends of the stationary blade support are provided with fittings (14) respectively;
the adjusting part comprises two adjusting discs (11), wherein the two adjusting discs (11) are respectively rotatably inserted into two sides of the shell (2) and are positioned outside the shell (2);
the adjusting plate (11) is provided with a connecting piece (13), the connecting piece (13) is positioned on the inner side of the shell (2) and is correspondingly assembled with the assembly part (14), and the adjusting plate (11) is connected with the static knife support.
8. The tobacco material cutting apparatus of claim 7, wherein the adjustment member further comprises:
the adjusting seat (12) is arranged on the inner wall of the shell (2), and a through hole is formed in the adjusting seat (12);
a first adjustment member (16) rotatably mounted in the through hole;
and one end of the second adjusting piece (17) is connected with the first adjusting piece (16), and the other end of the second adjusting piece is connected with the supporting lugs (18) of the adjusting disc (11) and is used for driving the adjusting disc (11) to circumferentially rotate.
9. A cutting device for tobacco raw materials according to any one of claims 2-8, further comprising a driving member (4) mounted outside the housing (2), said driving member (4) being connected to the roller (5) for driving the roller (5) in rotation.

A method of cutting tobacco material, characterized in that a tobacco material cutting device according to any one of claims 1-9 is used, said method comprising: in the process of pre-cutting and forming tobacco materials by using a threshing machine, when the driving speed of a driving part is V, the rotating speed of a corresponding roller shaft is N, and the number of movable cutter mounting frames arranged on the roller shaft is M, the maximum length of the obtained tobacco flakes is L, and the following relational expression is satisfied:
