finally, the end-to-end connection of the adjacent cutter modules 12 is completed through the mutual matching of the locking nut 122 at the front end of the next cutter module and the groove 126 of the shaft sleeve 121 at the rear end of the previous cutter module, the protrusion 1241 on the retainer ring 124 at the front end of the shaft sleeve 121 of the next cutter module and the relief groove 1214 at the rear end of the shaft sleeve 121 of the previous cutter module, and the mutual matching of the radially outward protruding positioning block 1213 at the rear end of the shaft sleeve 121 of the previous cutter module and the relief groove 1214 at the front end of the shaft sleeve 121 of the next cutter module and the relief groove 1232 on the inner circle of the circular cutter 123 aligned with the relief groove 1214, as shown in fig. 3 and 4.
The blocking wires 42 are rigid wires, the number of the blocking wires 42 corresponds to the number of the circular cutters 123, and each blocking wire 42 is positioned between the adjacent circular cutters 123, so that the cut wire bundles can smoothly pass between the adjacent circular cutters 123 on the fixed-width slitting roller 1.
The number of the plurality of knife grooves on the fixed-width slitting support roller 3 corresponds to the number of the plurality of disc knives 123 on the fixed-width slitting roller 1, and each knife groove is coupled with one disc knife 123 one by one, namely, each disc knife 123 on the fixed-width slitting roller 1 is inserted into the corresponding knife groove on the fixed-width slitting support roller 3, so that the strip is ensured to be slit into a tow with a set width by the disc knives 123 on the fixed-width slitting roller 1 under the support of the fixed-width slitting support roller 3.

Claims (7)

1. The fixed-width slitting device for the strip comprises a frame and is characterized in that a fixed-width slitting roller and a fixed-width slitting supporting roller or a supporting plate which are arranged below the fixed-width slitting roller are arranged on the frame, and a wire blocking mechanism is arranged between the fixed-width slitting roller and the fixed-width slitting supporting roller or the supporting plate;
the frame is also provided with a first swing frame for mounting the fixed-width slitting knife roller and the wire blocking mechanism, and a second swing frame for mounting the first swing frame and the fixed-width slitting knife roller; wherein:
one end of the fixed-width cutter dividing roller is connected with a first swing frame through a bearing, the first swing frame is hinged with one end of a second swing frame through a hinge shaft on the first swing frame, the other end of the fixed-width cutter dividing roller is connected with a movable buckle arranged at the other end of the second swing frame through a bearing, and two ends of the second swing frame are respectively hinged with a frame through hinge shafts on the second swing frame; the first swing frame is a vertical rectangular frame and is hinged to one end of the second swing frame through a hinge shaft at the back;
one end of the wire blocking mechanism is fixed at the bottom of the first swing frame, and the other end of the wire blocking mechanism is suspended or connected with the other end of the fixed-width slitting knife roller;
the two ends of the fixed-width slitting supporting roller or the supporting plate are respectively and rotatably connected to the frame through a bearing with a seat or are directly fixed on the frame;
the second swinging frame comprises a horizontal top plate, vertical plates respectively arranged at two ends of the horizontal top plate, one end of each vertical plate is hinged on the frame through a hinge shaft on the vertical plates, the other end of one vertical plate is provided with a movable buckle, and the other end of the other vertical plate is hinged with the first swinging frame;
the wire blocking mechanism comprises a plurality of blocking wires, two ends of each blocking wire are respectively fixed on a wire blocking support, a groove for accommodating the fixed-width dividing knife roller is formed in the middle of each wire blocking support, and the middle of each blocking wire is flatly paved on the notch of each groove;
and a plurality of knife grooves are formed in the fixed-width slitting support roller or the support plate and are matched with the fixed-width slitting roller.

The strip width-fixing slitting device according to claim 1, wherein the width-fixing slitting knife roller comprises a knife roller shaft and a plurality of knife modules arranged on the knife roller shaft, and pressing pieces or/and locking pieces for fixing the knife modules on the knife roller shaft are respectively arranged at the outer ends of the knife modules arranged at the two ends of the knife roller shaft.

The strip constant width slitting device according to claim 1, wherein the movable buckle is arranged at the front end of the second swinging frame and comprises an inner semicircular groove arranged at the front end of the second swinging frame, an outer semicircular groove matched with the inner semicircular groove, a U-shaped groove is arranged at the top of the outer semicircular groove, shaft holes are respectively arranged at two sides of the U-shaped groove, and the shaft holes are hinged with a third hinge shaft arranged at one end of the second swinging frame.

The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the fixed-width slitting roller is connected to a power machine provided on the first swing frame by a transmission member, the transmission member including a driven gear provided at one end of a roller shaft of the fixed-width slitting roller, the driven gear being engaged with a driving gear provided on an output shaft of the power machine.
5. The strip constant width slitting device according to claim 2, wherein the cutter module comprises a shaft sleeve sleeved on the cutter roller shaft, a plurality of disc cutters arranged on the shaft sleeve, wherein:
the inner wall of the shaft sleeve is provided with an inner key groove, the outer wall of the shaft sleeve is provided with an outer key groove, one end of the shaft sleeve is provided with a first relief groove and an axial bulge at intervals, the outer diameter of the axial bulge is smaller than the outer diameter of the front end of the shaft sleeve, a locking nut and a convex retainer ring are arranged on the axial bulge at intervals, the outer circumference of the axial bulge is provided with a radial convex positioning block and a groove of the first relief groove at intervals, and the other end of the shaft sleeve is provided with a groove wall of the groove of the shaft sleeve;
the inner circle of the disc cutter is provided with a key slot and a second abdication slot, and the outer circle is provided with a cutting edge; the key grooves are matched and connected with the outer key grooves of the outer wall of the shaft sleeve through keys, the second yielding grooves are aligned with the first yielding grooves arranged at the two ends of the shaft sleeve, the number of the second yielding grooves on the inner circle of the disc cutter corresponds to the number of the first yielding grooves at the two ends of the shaft sleeve, and a plurality of disc cutters are connected with the shaft sleeve;
the bulge of the outer circle of the retainer ring at one end of the shaft sleeve is staggered with the second abdication groove on the inner circle of the disc cutter.
6. The fixed width slitting device of claim 5, wherein the blocking wires are flexible wires or rigid wires, the number of blocking wires corresponds to the number of the circular cutters, and each blocking wire is positioned between adjacent circular cutters.

The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the plurality of pockets on the fixed-width slitting support roll or support plate correspond to the plurality of circular cutters on the fixed-width slitting support roll, and each pocket is coupled to one of the circular cutters such that each circular cutter on the fixed-width slitting support roll or support plate is inserted into a corresponding pocket on the fixed-width slitting support roll or support plate.
