a bulge 31241 on the outer circle of the retaining ring 3124 at one end of the shaft sleeve 3121 and a second abdicating groove 31232 on the inner circle of the circular cutter 3123 are staggered, so that a plurality of circular cutters 3123 are fixed on the shaft sleeve 3121 by matching with a radial convex positioning block 31213 at the other end of the shaft sleeve 3121;

the number of cutter grooves on the fixed-width slitting support roll 33 corresponds to the number of the disc cutters 3123 on the fixed-width slitting cutter roll 31, and each cutter groove is coupled with one disc cutter 3123 one by one, namely, each disc cutter 3123 on the fixed-width slitting cutter roll 31 is inserted into the corresponding cutter groove on the fixed-width slitting support roll 33, so as to ensure that the strip is divided into tows with set width by the disc cutters 3123 on the fixed-width slitting cutter roll 31 under the support of the fixed-width slitting support roll 33;
the feeding mechanism 2 includes: the conveyer belt 22, the belt rollers 25 arranged at both ends of the conveyer belt 22, the tension roller 23 arranged below the conveyer belt 22, the input end and the output end of the conveyer belt 22 are respectively connected with the feeding transition plate 21 and the discharging transition plate 24, and the belt roller shafts at the output end of the conveyer belt 22 are connected with the power machine 26, as shown in fig. 2, so that the belt rollers 25 can rotate under the drive of the power machine 26, and the conveyer belts 22 can be driven to move.
A plurality of grooves are respectively arranged on two sides of the feeding transition plate 21, the number of the grooves is respectively matched with the number of a plurality of conveying belts of the feeding mechanism and the number of the conveying belts 22 of the feeding mechanism 2, and the corresponding conveying belts 22 and belt wheels or belt rollers are clamped into each groove, so that the belt can be smoothly fed into the fixed-width slitting double rollers to complete fixed-width slitting.
The tensioning rollers 23 are arranged below the plurality of conveyor belts 22 and used for tensioning the plurality of conveyor belts 22.
A plurality of grooves are formed in one side of the discharging transition plate 24, the number of the grooves is matched with the number of the conveying belts 22, and the corresponding conveying belts 22 and belt wheels or belt rollers are clamped into each groove, so that the belt materials can smoothly enter the fixed-width slitting roller pairs 3 through the conveying belts 22 to complete fixed-width slitting.
The upper surface of the conveying belt 22 is lower than the upper surfaces of the feeding transition plate 21 and the discharging transition plate 24, so that a belt head enters the fixed-width slitting double-roller 3 through the feeding transition plate 21 and the discharging transition plate 24, then under the combined action of the fixed-width slitting double-roller 3 and the traction double-roller, a belt between the fixed-width slitting double-roller 3 and the traction double-roller is tensioned, and then the feeding mechanism is switched to a standby state, the conveying belt is not in contact with the belt, so that the abrasion of the conveying belt is reduced, and the service life of the conveying belt is prolonged.
