the intelligent monitoring module comprises a controller, an infrared sensor, a safety belt detection unit and a cushion pressure sensor, wherein the controller is sequentially connected with the infrared sensor, the safety belt detection unit and the cushion pressure sensor;
the controller is used for starting the infrared sensor, the safety belt detection unit and the cushion pressure sensor after the vehicle stops and turns off;
the infrared sensor is used for detecting whether a person exists in the vehicle;
the safety belt detection unit is used for detecting whether the safety belt is in a use state or not;
the cushion pressure sensor is used for detecting whether a person is on the cushion, so that whether the person is in the vehicle is accurately judged.
3. The system for monitoring for an in-vehicle unmanned vehicle door unlock warning according to claim 2, wherein,
the timing module comprises a signal receiving unit, a timer and a signal sending unit, wherein the signal receiving unit, the timer and the signal sending unit are sequentially connected;
the receiving signal unit is used for sending an instruction to the timer after receiving the signal of the person in the vehicle;
the timer is used for recording the time when the vehicle owner leaves the rear vehicle door and is unlocked;
and the signal sending unit is used for sending a reminding signal to the vehicle owner after the timer finishes timing.
4. The unmanned vehicle door unlock warning system according to claim 3, wherein,
the remote reminding module comprises a short message reminding unit and a WeChat reminding unit, and the short message reminding unit and the WeChat reminding unit are connected in sequence;
the short message prompting unit is used for sending a prompting short message to a mobile phone of a vehicle owner;
the WeChat prompting unit is used for sending a prompting short message to a WeChat account bound by a vehicle owner.
5. The unmanned vehicle door unlock warning system according to claim 4, wherein,
the system for monitoring the unlocking early warning of the unmanned vehicle door in the vehicle further comprises a get-off prompt module and an alarm module, wherein the get-off prompt module is connected with the alarm module;
the get-off prompting module is used for sending a prompting signal to the vehicle owner when the vehicle owner just leaves the vehicle;
and the alarm module is used for sending out an anti-theft alarm when a person enters the car after the car owner leaves.
6. The unmanned vehicle door unlock warning system according to claim 5, wherein,
the getting-off prompt module comprises a door opening sensor and an audible and visual reminder, and the door opening sensor is connected with the audible and visual reminder;
the door opening sensor is used for detecting whether the vehicle door is opened or not;
the audible and visual reminder is used for carrying out audible and visual reminding on the car owner after the car door is opened.

the alarm module comprises an audible and visual alarm and a password closing switch, and the audible and visual alarm is connected with the password closing switch;
the audible and visual alarm is used for sending out an anti-theft alarm warning when a person reenters the vehicle after the vehicle owner leaves the vehicle for a period of time;
the password closing switch is used for closing the audible and visual alarm after the password is input.
