Specifically, after the pepper to be processed is conveyed into the crushing box 21 through the feed port 201, the worker drives the supporting shaft 221 to rotate forward (clockwise) through the control motor (driving part 223), the rotating supporting shaft 221 drives the plurality of crushing blades 222 to rotate in the crushing box 21, and the rotating crushing blades 222 crush the pepper to be processed in the crushing box 21 and obtain the crushed pepper.
When the size of the crushed peppers is smaller than the caliber of the screen port 202, the crushed peppers fall into the mashing tank 31 through the conveying pipe 303 for the mashing mechanism 32 to pulverize. Thereby contributing to an improvement in the crushing efficiency of the crushing mechanism 32.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the transmission 60 may include a semicircular gear 61, a support plate 62, a rack 63, a stopper 64, and a spring 65.

The top end of the rack 63 penetrates through the supporting plate 62, and the rack 63 is movably connected with the supporting plate 62, wherein the rack 63 is meshed with the semicircular gear 61, and the stop block 64 is detachably arranged at the top end of the rack 63. It should be noted that, in the embodiment described in the present embodiment, the support plate 62 is provided with a square through hole (not specifically identified in the figure), and the top end of the rack 63 passes through the square through hole and is movably connected to the support plate 62.

In this embodiment, the cross section of the mashing hammer 321 is a sector, and the circular arc surface of the sector is attached to the bottom of the inner cavity of the mashing tank 31. In addition, the fan-shaped inclined surface facilitates the broken capsicum to slide into the bottom of the inner cavity of the mashing tank 31 from the inclined surface when the capsicum falls onto the mashing hammer 321.

When the semicircular gear 61 and the rack 63 are engaged with each other, the rotating semicircular gear 61 drives the rack 63 to move upward, the upward-moving rack 63 drives the ram 321 to move upward through the support column 322, and at the same time, the upward-moving rack 63 stretches the spring 65.
When the semicircular gear 61 is disengaged from the rack 63 (i.e., the semicircular gear 61 is not engaged with the rack 63), the rack 63 is rapidly moved down by the tension of the spring 65 and the gravity of the ram 321 itself, and provides a certain impact force to the ram 321, so that the ram 321 is hammered into the crushed pepper, thereby hammering the crushed pepper into pieces.
In addition, it will be appreciated that when the semicircular gear 61 is disengaged from the rack 63, the ram 321 may hammer the crushed pepper several times over a period of time. Namely, when the stamping hammer 321 falls down to hammer the broken peppers, the stamping hammer 321 can drive the rack 63 to move downwards, the downwards moved rack 63 compresses the spring 65 through the stop block 64, the spring 65 instantly rebounds after being stressed and generates opposite acting force to the stop block 64, so that the rack 63 is sprung, the sprung rack 63 can drive the stamping hammer 321 to move upwards for a certain distance again, the stamping hammer 321 falls down again to hammer the broken peppers under the action of self gravity of the stamping hammer 321, and the stamping hammer 321 moves up and down repeatedly to hammer and smash the broken peppers under the action of the spring 65, so that the crushing efficiency of the peppers to be processed is improved, and the stamping effect is improved.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 4, the above-mentioned pepper processing mashing apparatus may further include a cage filter 70, wherein the cage filter 70 is covered on the bottom wall of the cover 301, and wherein the end portion of the material conveying pipe 501 penetrates through the cover 301 and extends into the cage filter 70.
It should be noted that the mesh size of the cage filter screen 70 described in this embodiment is slightly larger than the size of the powdery particles of the crushed capsicum.
It will be appreciated that by providing the cage filter 70, when the associated worker controls the centrifugal fan (suction means 50) to draw the crushed peppers of the mashing tank 31 through the feed pipe 501, when the size of the crushed pepper particles is smaller than the mesh size of the cage filter 70, the crushed peppers are drawn into the cage filter 70 by the centrifugal fan and are drawn through the feed pipe 501. And when the size of the crushed pepper particles is larger than the mesh size of the cage filter 70, the crushed peppers are adsorbed on the outer surface of the cage filter 70.
When the worker controls the centrifugal fan to stop working, after the crushed peppers adsorbed on the outer surface of the cage-shaped filter screen 70 lose attraction, the peppers fall into the bottom of the inner cavity of the mashing tank 31 under the action of the gravity of the worker, and the peppers are continuously beaten and crushed by the mashing hammer 321 until the size of crushed peppers particles is smaller than the aperture size of the cage-shaped filter screen 70. So that the size of the crushed pepper particles extracted from the mashing tank 31 can be effectively ensured to be uniform, thereby improving the mashing effect of the pepper to be processed.
In sum, the pepper processing triturating device of this application embodiment not only can prevent effectively that the hot pepper from splashing and produced hot pepper dust from diffusing in the air, can stir up the in-process of waiting to process hot pepper in triturating moreover and refresh, has to smash even, smash the effectual advantage of effect.
