背景技术
由于农药新化合物开发难度大成本高,市场上对节本增效,安全性高防效好的农药需求日益增大,同时单一除草剂使用易产生抗性,防治谱有限,混配除草剂可以扩大防治谱,延缓杂草抗性产生,提高防效等,鉴于当前情况我们通过对现有化合物进行合理混配,以期有效控制杂草促进农业生产发展。
苯嘧磺草胺(saflufenacil),分子式为C17H17ClF4N4O5S,分子量500.9,化学名称N'-[2-氯-4-氟-5-(3-甲基-2,6-二氧-4-(三氟甲基)-3,6-二氢-1(2H)-嘧啶)苯甲酰]-N-异丙基-N-甲基硫酰胺。原药为白色粉末,熔点为189.9-193.4℃,水中溶解度0.0025(pH5),0.21(pH7)(g/100ml,20℃),密度:1.595(20℃)。苯嘧磺草胺是巴斯夫开发的嘧啶类除草剂,属于原卟啉原氧化酶(PPOs)抑制剂类,PPO被抑制将导致细胞膜破坏,细胞渗漏,叶绿素无法合成,最终植株死亡。苯嘧磺草胺能够被植物根部、茎、叶吸收,并在木质部中向上传导到杂草的各个部位,对阔叶杂草的防效优异。而且,苯嘧磺草胺在苗后或苗前均能使用且适用范围广泛,可用于非耕地,也可用于谷物类(水稻、小麦、大麦等)、玉米、高粱、棉花、大豆苗前使用及果园等种植系统多数阔叶杂草的防除,例如问荆、猪毛菜、水麻、播娘蒿、离子草、地肤、卷茎蓼、千里光、飞蓬、冬葵、马齿苋、苘麻、反枝苋、豚草、苍耳、龙葵等;对藜、铁苋菜、野大豆、马齿苋、鸭跖草具有一定的防效;对禾本科杂草防效差。苯嘧磺草胺属于低毒农药,对哺乳动物眼睛和皮肤无刺激性、无致敏性,其速效性高,残效期长,并且对草甘膦或ALS抑制剂类除草剂产生抗性的杂草也具有优良防效,对大多数作物安全性好,但个别如甜菜、油菜、向日葵等作物对苯嘧磺草胺敏感,用药时需注意避免漂移到这些敏感作物上产生药害。
二氯喹啉酸(quinclorac)是由巴斯夫开发的喹啉羧酸类化合物,为激素类除草剂,化学名称3-7-二氯-8-喹啉羧酸,低毒,可在稗草1-7叶期使用,对4-7叶期大龄稗草防效突出,施药适期长,一次施药可控制水稻全生育期稗草,该药可被萌发的种子、根叶迅速吸收并向茎和顶端传导,稗草失绿,叶片出现纵向条纹并弯曲,出现激素型除草剂的典型现象,水稻根部可将其分解,故对水稻安全,主要用于防除水稻田稗草,对鸭舌草、水芹、田皂角、田菁、决明和牵牛类杂草有一定防效,但对莎草科杂草防效较差。

所述的除草组合物含有配制农药制剂所需的农业上可接受的各种助剂,包含溶剂、乳化剂、润湿剂、稳定剂、分散剂、渗透剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、崩解剂、粘结剂、填充剂、载体、介质、表面活性剂中的一种或几种,均为已知物质,根据不同情况可以有所变化,并无特别限定。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下优点:1、除草活性高,防除效果显著高于任何一个单剂,二者混配具有超叠加作用;2、作用机理互补,可扩大杀草谱,对阔叶杂草及部分禾本科杂草、莎草科杂草有很好的防效。

二、室内生物活性测定
试验方法:将定量的籽粒饱满均一的杂草种子(稗草、千金子、异型莎草、醴肠)分别播种于180×140 mm一次性塑料盆钵中,每盆种子15粒,每重复3盆,4次重复,将经过催芽刚刚露白的杂草种子均匀摆放在土壤表面,覆土0.5cm,播种后保持土壤充分湿润,置于可控光照培养室内培养,播后24小时采用土壤喷雾法用药1次。处理后移入培养室培养。药剂处理后 21 d,采用目测法观察杂草受害症状,同时采用绝对值(数测)调查法调查杂草的地上鲜重,用刀片沿土壤表面切断杂草幼苗,用电子天平称量杂草鲜重。
根据测量结果,计算不同处理对杂草的鲜重防效。
用Gowing法计算各处理混合组合的理论防效E0(E0=X+Y- X*Y/100),然后与实测防效E(E=( CK-PT) / CK*100)相比较,评价二者混用对杂草的联合作用。
评价标准:当E-E0>10%时,表现为增效作用;当E-E0<-10%时,表现为拮抗作用;当E-E0介于±10%之间时,表现为相加作用。
试验结果:通过表1与表2室内生测试验结果可以看出,苯嘧磺草胺与二氯喹啉酸混配组合使用,防效良好,属于加成作用,但均表现出增加药效的趋势。

综上所述,本发明组分合理,防效优于各组分单剂单独使用的效果,有利于减少用药次数,二者混配具有超叠加作用,作用机理互补,扩大杀草谱,符合绿色高效省力化的农药应用趋势。
Claims (5)
1.一种除草剂组合物,其特征在于,活性成分包含苯嘧磺草胺和二氯喹啉酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述苯嘧磺草胺和二氯喹啉酸质量比为1:50-20:1。
3.根据权利要求1-2的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述除草组合物还包含农药制剂加工中常规的辅助成分。
4.根据权利要求1-3所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,将其应用于防治田间杂草。
5.根据权利要求1-4所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,该除草组合物可以配制的农药剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、可湿性粉剂、水分散粒剂、水乳剂、微乳剂等常见剂型。
