本发明属于除草剂领域,具体涉及一种包含丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆的除草组合物及其应用。
背景技术
丁草胺是酰胺类内吸传导型选择性芽前除草剂。主要通过杂草幼芽和幼小的次生根吸收,抑制体内蛋白质合成,使杂草幼株肿大、畸形,色深绿,最终导致死亡。只有少量丁草胺能被稻苗吸收,而且在体内迅速完全分解代谢,因而稻苗有较大的耐药力。
异噁草松是一种高效选择性苗前除草剂,能抑制多种酶活性,使叶绿素生成受阻,产生白化现象而致死。可防除大豆田多种一年生禾本科杂草和阔叶杂草,如野燕麦、稗草、狗尾草、反枝苋、龙葵等。
苄嘧磺隆是氨基酸支链合成抑制剂,选择性抑制生物体必需氨基酸缬氨酸和异亮氨酸的生物合成,阻止细胞分裂,使植物停止生长。属内吸性除草剂,药剂由叶子和根吸收,在分生组织中快速移动。可用于防除水稻移栽田一年生阔叶杂草。主要用于防除水稻田中泽泻、鸭舌草、陌上菜、矮慈菇、节节菜、水莎草、水苋菜、牛毛毡等阔叶杂草和莎草科杂草。
化学药剂长期单独使用容易造成杂草抗药性的产生,对环境造成污染,寻找能提高除草效果,降低活性成分施用剂量的协同组合物是国内众多农药公司的研发重点。现有技术中并没有将丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆进行复配使用的相关报道。
发明内容
本发明包含丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆的除草组合物及其应用,本发明的除草组合物具有显著的协同增效作用。具体技术方案如下:
一种包含丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆的除草组合物,活性成分包含丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆,并且丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆的质量配比为10-60:1-10:1-10。优选的丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆的质量配比为15:1-5:1;更优选为15:1-3.5:1。
所述的除草组合物中活性成分的质量百分含量为10-85%。优选为活性成分的质量百分含量为20-75%。
所述除草组合物与农药上常见辅料混合,制备成适宜农业上使用的任意制剂。优选的所述的制剂为油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂。更优选的所述的制剂为油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂。
所述的除草组合物用于防除作物田杂草的用途。所述的杂草为一年生禾本科和阔叶杂草。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆的配比为15:2:1、15:1:1、15:3.5:1表现为增效作用。,复配制剂施用量为40-50g a.i./亩时,其对水稻直播田杂草野燕麦、稗草、节节菜的总防效在90%左右。三元组合物可显著提高除草效果,可有效减低活性成分的施用剂量,提高防治效果。

实施例1:丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆复配对稗草室内毒力测定
供试杂草:稗草种子,田间采集成熟种子,实验室保存。
供试药剂:丁草胺原药、异噁草松原药、苄嘧磺隆原药;市购。
试验方法:试验用土为未用药地块收集的试验专用土。将试验专用土装满花盆3/4处;将花盆置于盛水的盆内,水从花盆底部渗透,使得土壤完全润湿。将定量25颗稗草种子播于花盆中,播后覆土1cm。于播种后24h,按试验设计剂量用带式作物喷雾机进行土壤喷雾处理。试验设4次重复,设清水对照。试材处理后放于温室内按常规方法管理,观察并记录供试杂草的出苗及苗后对药剂的反应情况,并于处理后30d称量各个处理杂草地上部分的鲜重,计算鲜重抑制百分率。并依据Gowing法判断组合物的联合作用。

结果分析:由表1可知,丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆复配后对稗草表现出协同和相加作用。其中丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆的配比为15:2:1、15:1:1、15:3.5:1表现为增效作用。丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆为其它配比时表现为相加作用。在测试配比范围内,三元复配组合物没有出现拮抗作用。

丁草胺52.5%、异噁草松4%、苄嘧磺隆3.5%、木质素磺酸钙6%拉开粉2%、NNO4%、硫酸铵4%、聚乙二醇3%、高岭土补足100%。
实施例3丁草胺、异噁草松和苄嘧磺隆复配对水稻田杂草田间药效测定
试验作物水稻直播田田间杂草:野燕麦、稗草、节节菜。
施药方法:设置3个药剂处理,1个空白对照,重复4次;每小区面积为50m2,随机排列。于水稻播种前5d施药,采用喷雾器进行土壤喷雾处理。施药后35d调查杂草鲜重防效。

5.根据权利要求4所述的除草组合物,其特征在于,所述的制剂为油悬浮剂、水分散粒剂、可湿性粉剂、颗粒剂、悬浮剂、微乳剂。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的除草组合物用于防除作物田杂草的用途。
7.根据权利要求6所述的除草组合物的用途,其特征在于,所述的杂草为一年生禾本科和阔叶杂草。
