In this embodiment, the outer wall of the hydraulic cylinder 15 is fixed with a first support lug 12 and a second support lug 11, the auxiliary damper i 3 is hinged on the first support lug 12, and the auxiliary damper ii 2 is hinged on the second support lug 11.
