Abstract
本发明公开了一种高强防潮式包装纸板,包括里纸层、面纸层、芯纸层、布层、第一胶粘剂层、第二胶粘剂层和防水膜层,所述布层设置有两组,两组所述布层均通过所述第一胶粘剂层粘接在所述里纸层和所述面纸层的内表面,所述芯纸层的两面均通过所述第二胶粘剂层粘接在两组所述布层的内表面之间,所述防水膜层贴附在所述里纸层和所述面纸层的外表面。本发明还公开了一种高强防潮式包装纸板的制备方法。本发明通过设置布层,增加了里纸层和面纸层的抗拉伸性和抗折断性,同时与芯纸层的配合,提高了整体的强度,并且布层可循环利用,增加了环保性。

技术领域
本发明属于包装纸板技术领域,具体涉及一种高强防潮式包装纸板及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们更加注重生活细节,很多城镇居民家中也开始种栽种植物,人们一般将植物栽种在植物盆栽中。在运输时,通常需要对盆栽植物进行多重包装。瓦楞纸是一种较为普遍的盆栽材料的包装用材料,因其具有结构合理、加工简单、质量轻、成本低以及便于储存和运输等优点,成为最广泛的纸容器包装,广泛用于植物运输领域。而植物运输对包装材料的要求较高。既要保证包装材料防潮耐湿,同时还要保证包装材料的抗压强度,为了保证植物的活性,包装材料还需要具备透气的功能。
目前现有的包装纸板由于一般只采用纸质材料制得,使得包装纸板的整体抗拉性以及抗折断性降低,从而会出现纸板分离的情况,另外纸板的外表面与外界接触,容易被出现受潮的情况,需要进行防水保护,为此我们提出一种高强防潮式包装纸板及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高强防潮式包装纸板及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高强防潮式包装纸板,包括里纸层、面纸层、芯纸层、布层、第一胶粘剂层、第二胶粘剂层和防水膜层,所述布层设置有两组,两组所述布层均通过所述第一胶粘剂层粘接在所述里纸层和所述面纸层的内表面,所述芯纸层的两面均通过所述第二胶粘剂层粘接在两组所述布层的内表面之间,所述防水膜层贴附在所述里纸层和所述面纸层的外表面。
优选的,所述里纸层和所述面纸层均由木浆材料制成,所述布层由环保纸草梭织而成,所述芯纸层设置为瓦楞纸层,所述瓦楞纸层由艾叶和锯末混合压制而成。
优选的,所述第一胶粘剂层包括以下重量份计原料组成:淀粉32-38份、水62-68份、核桃粉2-6份、沙棘提取物3-5份和醋酸丁酸纤维素1.2-1.5份。
优选的,所述第二胶粘剂层包括以下重量份计原料组成:淀粉40-70份、氢氧化钠12-18份、三氯氧化磷8-16份、三偏磷酸钠6-8份和焦锑酸钾1-3份。
优选的,所述防水膜层包括以下重量份计原料组成:低密度聚乙烯80-120份、丁二烯30-50份、环烷油6-12份、石蜡4-6份、乙酸乙酯15-20份和分散剂2-4份。
本发明还提供了一种高强防潮式包装纸板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.包装纸板各层的制备:S101、里纸层和面纸层的制备;S102.芯纸层的制备;S103.第一胶粘剂的制备;S104.第二胶粘剂的制备;S105.防水膜的制备;
S2.将第一胶粘剂涂覆在里纸层和面纸层的内表面,形成第一胶粘剂层,并将两层布层分别粘接在第一胶粘剂层的另一侧;
S3.将S2中粘接后的材料进行压合,在50-60℃温度下烘烤2-5h,取出自然冷却,备用;
S4.将第二胶粘剂涂覆在S3处理后的布层的内表面,形成第二胶粘剂层,然后将芯纸层粘接在第二胶粘剂层之间;
S5.将S4中粘接后的材料进行压合,在40-50℃温度下烘烤1-3h,取出自然冷却,备用;
S6.将防水膜贴附在里纸层和面纸层的表面,形成防水膜层,得到高强防潮式包装纸板。
优选的,所述S101中里纸层和面纸层的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1011.制备料浆:将粉碎后的木浆加入水,搅拌制成木浆液,然后加入淀粉粘合剂、阻燃剂、消泡剂、防霉剂及玻璃纤维,搅拌1-4h,搅拌过程中保持料浆温度在35-40℃,得到混合均匀的料浆;
S1012.成型:将S1011中所得料浆采用模具成型,再对其挤压脱水,在50-60℃温度下烘烤1-3h后由压光机进行压光,得到里纸层和面纸层。
优选的,所述S102中芯纸层的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1021.瓦楞芯纸制备:选取艾叶和锯末,并将艾叶和锯末混合压制成瓦楞芯纸;
S1022.瓦楞芯纸预处理:将瓦楞芯纸在熔融的丁二酸乙二醇聚酯中浸泡1-3min;
S1023.加热起楞:将经预处理的瓦楞芯纸通过加热至180-200℃的瓦楞辊,使得瓦楞芯纸起楞以形成瓦楞纸层,即得芯纸层。
优选的,所述S103中第一胶粘剂的制备方法为:按以下重量份计选取原料,淀粉32-38份、水62-68份、核桃粉2-6份、沙棘提取物3-5份和醋酸丁酸纤维素1.2-1.5份,并将上述原料按重量比例混合均匀并搅拌成浆以形成第一胶粘剂;
所述S104中第二胶粘剂的制备方法为:按以下重量份计取原料:淀粉40-70份、氢氧化钠12-18份、三氯氧化磷8-16份、三偏磷酸钠6-8份和焦锑酸钾1-3份,并将上述原料按重量比例混合均匀并搅拌成浆以形成第二胶粘剂。
优选的,所述S105中防水膜的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1051.原料选取:按以下重量份计选取原料:低密度聚乙烯80-120份、丁二烯30-50份、环烷油6-12份、石蜡4-6份、乙酸乙酯15-20份和分散剂2-4份;
S1052.原料混合:将低密度聚乙烯、丁二烯、环烷油、石蜡、乙酸乙酯和分散剂加热混合后得到混合物;
S1053.吹塑处理:将S1052中的所述混合物经吹塑工艺,得到防水膜。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明通过设置布层,增加了里纸层和面纸层的抗拉伸性和抗折断性,同时与芯纸层的配合,提高了整体的强度,并且布层可循环利用,增加了环保性。
(2)本发明通过设置防水膜层,将防水膜层贴附在里纸层和面纸层的外表面,从而提高了该包装纸板的防水防潮性。

请参阅图1-图4,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种高强防潮式包装纸板,包括里纸层1、面纸层2、芯纸层3、布层4、第一胶粘剂层5、第二胶粘剂层6和防水膜层7,所述布层4设置有两组,两组所述布层4均通过所述第一胶粘剂层5粘接在所述里纸层1和所述面纸层2的内表面,所述芯纸层3的两面均通过所述第二胶粘剂层6粘接在两组所述布层4的内表面之间,所述防水膜层7贴附在所述里纸层1和所述面纸层2的外表面。
本实施例中,优选的,所述里纸层1和所述面纸层2均由木浆材料制成,所述布层4由环保纸草梭织而成,所述芯纸层3设置为瓦楞纸层,所述瓦楞纸层由艾叶和锯末混合压制而成。
本实施例中,优选的,所述第一胶粘剂层5包括以下重量份计原料组成:淀粉32份、水62份、核桃粉2份、沙棘提取物3份和醋酸丁酸纤维素1.2份。
本实施例中,优选的,所述第二胶粘剂层6包括以下重量份计原料组成:淀粉40份、氢氧化钠12份、三氯氧化磷8份、三偏磷酸钠6份和焦锑酸钾1份。

本发明还提供了一种高强防潮式包装纸板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.包装纸板各层的制备:S101、里纸层1和面纸层2的制备;S102.芯纸层3的制备;S103.第一胶粘剂的制备;S104.第二胶粘剂的制备;S105.防水膜的制备;
S2.将第一胶粘剂涂覆在里纸层1和面纸层2的内表面,形成第一胶粘剂层5,并将两层布层4分别粘接在第一胶粘剂层5的另一侧;
S3.将S2中粘接后的材料进行压合,在50℃温度下烘烤2h,取出自然冷却,备用;
S4.将第二胶粘剂涂覆在S3处理后的布层4的内表面,形成第二胶粘剂层6,然后将芯纸层3粘接在第二胶粘剂层6之间;
S5.将S4中粘接后的材料进行压合,在40℃温度下烘烤1h,取出自然冷却,备用;
S6.将防水膜贴附在里纸层1和面纸层2的表面,形成防水膜层7,得到高强防潮式包装纸板。
本实施例中,优选的,所述S101中里纸层1和面纸层2的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1011.制备料浆:将粉碎后的木浆加入水,搅拌制成木浆液,然后加入淀粉粘合剂、阻燃剂、消泡剂、防霉剂及玻璃纤维,搅拌1h,搅拌过程中保持料浆温度在35℃,得到混合均匀的料浆;淀粉粘合剂与第二胶粘剂的组分相同,所述消泡剂采用硅油,所述防霉剂采用硼砂;
S1012.成型:将S1011中所得料浆采用模具成型,再对其挤压脱水,在50℃温度下烘烤1h后由压光机进行压光,得到里纸层1和面纸层2。
本实施例中,优选的,所述S102中芯纸层3的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1021.瓦楞芯纸制备:选取艾叶和锯末,并将艾叶和锯末混合压制成瓦楞芯纸;
S1022.瓦楞芯纸预处理:将瓦楞芯纸在熔融的丁二酸乙二醇聚酯中浸泡1min;
S1023.加热起楞:将经预处理的瓦楞芯纸通过加热至180-200℃的瓦楞辊,使得瓦楞芯纸起楞以形成瓦楞纸层,即得芯纸层3。
本实施例中,优选的,所述S103中第一胶粘剂的制备方法为:按以下重量份计选取原料,淀粉32份、水62份、核桃粉2份、沙棘提取物3份和醋酸丁酸纤维素1.2份,并将上述原料按重量比例混合均匀并搅拌成浆以形成第一胶粘剂;
所述S104中第二胶粘剂的制备方法为:按以下重量份计取原料:淀粉40份、氢氧化钠12份、三氯氧化磷8份、三偏磷酸钠6份和焦锑酸钾1份,并将上述原料按重量比例混合均匀并搅拌成浆以形成第二胶粘剂。
本实施例中,优选的,所述S105中防水膜的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1051.原料选取:按以下重量份计选取原料:低密度聚乙烯80份、丁二烯30份、环烷油6份、石蜡4份、乙酸乙酯15份和分散剂2份;
S1052.原料混合:将低密度聚乙烯、丁二烯、环烷油、石蜡、乙酸乙酯和分散剂加热混合后得到混合物;
S1053.吹塑处理:将S1052中的所述混合物经吹塑工艺,得到防水膜。
实施例2

S1.包装纸板各层的制备:S101、里纸层1和面纸层2的制备;S102.芯纸层3的制备;S103.第一胶粘剂的制备;S104.第二胶粘剂的制备;S105.防水膜的制备;
S2.将第一胶粘剂涂覆在里纸层1和面纸层2的内表面,形成第一胶粘剂层5,并将两层布层4分别粘接在第一胶粘剂层5的另一侧;
S3.将S2中粘接后的材料进行压合,在60℃温度下烘烤5h,取出自然冷却,备用;
S4.将第二胶粘剂涂覆在S3处理后的布层4的内表面,形成第二胶粘剂层6,然后将芯纸层3粘接在第二胶粘剂层6之间;
S5.将S4中粘接后的材料进行压合,在50℃温度下烘烤3h,取出自然冷却,备用;
S6.将防水膜贴附在里纸层1和面纸层2的表面,形成防水膜层7,得到高强防潮式包装纸板。

所述S104中第二胶粘剂的制备方法为:按以下重量份计取原料:淀粉70份、氢氧化钠18份、三氯氧化磷16份、三偏磷酸钠8份和焦锑酸钾3份,并将上述原料按重量比例混合均匀并搅拌成浆以形成第二胶粘剂。

S1051.原料选取:按以下重量份计选取原料:低密度聚乙烯120份、丁二烯50份、环烷油12份、石蜡6份、乙酸乙酯20份和分散剂4份;

本发明还提供了一种高强防潮式包装纸板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.包装纸板各层的制备:S101、里纸层1和面纸层2的制备;S102.芯纸层3的制备;S103.第一胶粘剂的制备;S104.第二胶粘剂的制备;S105.防水膜的制备;
S2.将第一胶粘剂涂覆在里纸层1和面纸层2的内表面,形成第一胶粘剂层5,并将两层布层4分别粘接在第一胶粘剂层5的另一侧;
S3.将S2中粘接后的材料进行压合,在55℃温度下烘烤4h,取出自然冷却,备用;
S4.将第二胶粘剂涂覆在S3处理后的布层4的内表面,形成第二胶粘剂层6,然后将芯纸层3粘接在第二胶粘剂层6之间;
S5.将S4中粘接后的材料进行压合,在45℃温度下烘烤2h,取出自然冷却,备用;
S6.将防水膜贴附在里纸层1和面纸层2的表面,形成防水膜层7,得到高强防潮式包装纸板。
本实施例中,优选的,所述S101中里纸层1和面纸层2的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1011.制备料浆:将粉碎后的木浆加入水,搅拌制成木浆液,然后加入淀粉粘合剂、阻燃剂、消泡剂、防霉剂及玻璃纤维,搅拌3h,搅拌过程中保持料浆温度在37℃,得到混合均匀的料浆;淀粉粘合剂与第二胶粘剂的组分相同,所述消泡剂采用硅油,所述防霉剂采用硼砂;
S1012.成型:将S1011中所得料浆采用模具成型,再对其挤压脱水,在55℃温度下烘烤2h后由压光机进行压光,得到里纸层1和面纸层2。
本实施例中,优选的,所述S102中芯纸层3的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1021.瓦楞芯纸制备:选取艾叶和锯末,并将艾叶和锯末混合压制成瓦楞芯纸;
S1022.瓦楞芯纸预处理:将瓦楞芯纸在熔融的丁二酸乙二醇聚酯中浸泡2min;
S1023.加热起楞:将经预处理的瓦楞芯纸通过加热至190℃的瓦楞辊,使得瓦楞芯纸起楞以形成瓦楞纸层,即得芯纸层3。
本实施例中,优选的,所述S103中第一胶粘剂的制备方法为:按以下重量份计选取原料,淀粉36份、水66份、核桃粉4份、沙棘提取物4份和醋酸丁酸纤维素1.4份,并将上述原料按重量比例混合均匀并搅拌成浆以形成第一胶粘剂;
所述S104中第二胶粘剂的制备方法为:按以下重量份计取原料:淀粉60份、氢氧化钠16份、三氯氧化磷12份、三偏磷酸钠7份和焦锑酸钾2份,并将上述原料按重量比例混合均匀并搅拌成浆以形成第二胶粘剂。
本实施例中,优选的,所述S105中防水膜的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1051.原料选取:按以下重量份计选取原料:低密度聚乙烯100份、丁二烯40份、环烷油8份、石蜡5份、乙酸乙酯18份和分散剂3份;
S1052.原料混合:将低密度聚乙烯、丁二烯、环烷油、石蜡、乙酸乙酯和分散剂加热混合后得到混合物;
S1053.吹塑处理:将S1052中的所述混合物经吹塑工艺,得到防水膜。
本发明的原理及优点:本发明通过设置布层4,增加了里纸层1和面纸层2的抗拉伸性和抗折断性,同时与芯纸层3的配合,提高了整体的强度,并且布层4可循环利用,增加了环保性;通过设置防水膜层7,将防水膜层7贴附在里纸层1和面纸层2的外表面,从而提高了该包装纸板的防水防潮性。
选取传统的工艺的包装纸板和本发明工艺的包装纸板进行以下实验,实验内容和结果如下表
通过各项实验可以发现,实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中制备的包装纸板的抗拉伸性、抗折断性、强度和防水防潮性皆得到提高,且实施例3为最佳实施例。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种高强防潮式包装纸板,其特征在于:包括里纸层(1)、面纸层(2)、芯纸层(3)、布层(4)、第一胶粘剂层(5)、第二胶粘剂层(6)和防水膜层(7),所述布层(4)设置有两组,两组所述布层(4)均通过所述第一胶粘剂层(5)粘接在所述里纸层(1)和所述面纸层(2)的内表面,所述芯纸层(3)的两面均通过所述第二胶粘剂层(6)粘接在两组所述布层(4)的内表面之间,所述防水膜层(7)贴附在所述里纸层(1)和所述面纸层(2)的外表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强防潮式包装纸板,其特征在于:所述里纸层(1)和所述面纸层(2)均由木浆材料制成,所述布层(4)由环保纸草梭织而成,所述芯纸层(3)设置为瓦楞纸层,所述瓦楞纸层由艾叶和锯末混合压制而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强防潮式包装纸板,其特征在于:所述第一胶粘剂层(5)包括以下重量份计原料组成:淀粉32-38份、水62-68份、核桃粉2-6份、沙棘提取物3-5份和醋酸丁酸纤维素1.2-1.5份。

S1.包装纸板各层的制备:S101、里纸层(1)和面纸层(2)的制备;S102.芯纸层(3)的制备;S103.第一胶粘剂的制备;S104.第二胶粘剂的制备;S105.防水膜的制备;
S2.将第一胶粘剂涂覆在里纸层(1)和面纸层(2)的内表面,形成第一胶粘剂层(5),并将两层布层(4)分别粘接在第一胶粘剂层(5)的另一侧;
S3.将S2中粘接后的材料进行压合,在50-60℃温度下烘烤2-5h,取出自然冷却,备用;
S4.将第二胶粘剂涂覆在S3处理后的布层(4)的内表面,形成第二胶粘剂层(6),然后将芯纸层(3)粘接在第二胶粘剂层(6)之间;
S5.将S4中粘接后的材料进行压合,在40-50℃温度下烘烤1-3h,取出自然冷却,备用;
S6.将防水膜贴附在里纸层(1)和面纸层(2)的表面,形成防水膜层(7),得到高强防潮式包装纸板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强防潮式包装纸板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S101中里纸层(1)和面纸层(2)的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1011.制备料浆:将粉碎后的木浆加入水,搅拌制成木浆液,然后加入淀粉粘合剂、阻燃剂、消泡剂、防霉剂及玻璃纤维,搅拌1-4h,搅拌过程中保持料浆温度在35-40℃,得到混合均匀的料浆;
S1012.成型:将S1011中所得料浆采用模具成型,再对其挤压脱水,在50-60℃温度下烘烤1-3h后由压光机进行压光,得到里纸层(1)和面纸层(2)。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强防潮式包装纸板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S102中芯纸层(3)的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1021.瓦楞芯纸制备:选取艾叶和锯末,并将艾叶和锯末混合压制成瓦楞芯纸;
S1022.瓦楞芯纸预处理:将瓦楞芯纸在熔融的丁二酸乙二醇聚酯中浸泡1-3min;
S1023.加热起楞:将经预处理的瓦楞芯纸通过加热至180-200℃的瓦楞辊,使得瓦楞芯纸起楞以形成瓦楞纸层,即得芯纸层(3)。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强防潮式包装纸板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S103中第一胶粘剂的制备方法为:按以下重量份计选取原料,淀粉32-38份、水62-68份、核桃粉2-6份、沙棘提取物3-5份和醋酸丁酸纤维素1.2-1.5份,并将上述原料按重量比例混合均匀并搅拌成浆以形成第一胶粘剂;
所述S104中第二胶粘剂的制备方法为:按以下重量份计取原料:淀粉40-70份、氢氧化钠12-18份、三氯氧化磷8-16份、三偏磷酸钠6-8份和焦锑酸钾1-3份,并将上述原料按重量比例混合均匀并搅拌成浆以形成第二胶粘剂。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种高强防潮式包装纸板的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S105中防水膜的制备具体包括以下步骤:
S1051.原料选取:按以下重量份计选取原料:低密度聚乙烯80-120份、丁二烯30-50份、环烷油6-12份、石蜡4-6份、乙酸乙酯15-20份和分散剂2-4份;
S1052.原料混合:将低密度聚乙烯、丁二烯、环烷油、石蜡、乙酸乙酯和分散剂加热混合后得到混合物;
S1053.吹塑处理:将S1052中的所述混合物经吹塑工艺,得到防水膜。
