the necessity module (212) is used for setting a selective trend of information system construction and setting conditions for the information system targets to play a key role;
the feasibility module (213) is used for estimating the success probability of the process, design and program of the information system in the required time range;
the risk module (214) is used for estimating the risk probability of the process, design and program of the information system in running;
the sharing module (215) is configured to share the estimated success probability and the estimated risk probability.
