It can be understood that the contents in the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing system shown in fig. 2 are all applicable to the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing method, the functions implemented in the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing method are the same as those in the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing system shown in fig. 2, and the beneficial effects achieved by the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing system shown in fig. 2 are also the same as those achieved by the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing system shown in fig. 2.
Referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application further discloses a computer device, including:
at least one processor 301;
at least one memory 302 for storing at least one program;
when executed by the at least one processor 301, causes the at least one processor 301 to implement the tag-based government event processing method embodiment shown in fig. 3.
It is understood that the contents in the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing method shown in fig. 3 are all applicable to the embodiment of the computer device, the functions implemented by the embodiment of the computer device are the same as those in the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing method shown in fig. 3, and the advantageous effects achieved by the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing method shown in fig. 3 are also the same as those achieved by the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing method shown in fig. 3.
Also disclosed in an embodiment of the present application is a computer-readable storage medium, in which a program executable by a processor is stored, and the program executable by the processor is used for implementing the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing method shown in fig. 3 when being executed by the processor.
It is to be understood that the contents of the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing method shown in fig. 3 are all applicable to the embodiment of the computer-readable storage medium, and the embodiment of the computer-readable storage medium specifically implements the same functions as the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing method shown in fig. 3, and achieves the same advantages as the embodiment of the tag-based government affair event processing method shown in fig. 3.
In alternative embodiments, the functions/acts noted in the block diagrams may occur out of the order noted in the operational illustrations. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality/acts involved. Furthermore, the embodiments presented and described in the flowcharts of the present application are provided by way of example in order to provide a more thorough understanding of the technology. The disclosed methods are not limited to the operations and logic flows presented herein. Alternative embodiments are contemplated in which the order of various operations is changed and in which sub-operations described as part of larger operations are performed independently.

Rather, the actual implementation of the various functional modules in the apparatus disclosed herein will be understood within the ordinary skill of an engineer, given the nature, function, and internal relationship of the modules. Accordingly, those skilled in the art can, using ordinary skill, practice the present application as set forth in the claims without undue experimentation. It is also to be understood that the specific concepts disclosed are merely illustrative of and not intended to limit the scope of the application, which is defined by the appended claims and their full scope of equivalents.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The logic and/or steps represented in the flowcharts or otherwise described herein, e.g., an ordered listing of executable instructions that can be considered to implement logical functions, can be embodied in any computer-readable medium for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device, such as a computer-based system, processor-containing system, or other system that can fetch the instructions from the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device and execute the instructions. For the purposes of this description, a "computer-readable medium" can be any means that can contain, store, communicate, propagate, or transport the program for use by or in connection with the instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer-readable medium would include the following: an electrical connection (electronic device) having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette (magnetic device), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber device, and a portable compact disc read-only memory (CDROM). It should be understood that portions of the present application may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.

Claims (9)

1. A tag-based government event processing system, comprising:
the data acquisition module is used for acquiring various kinds of government affair event information from a government affair event message source and standardizing and normalizing the various kinds of government affair event information;
the label processing module is used for analyzing the government affair event information through a data mining algorithm and a text processing algorithm to obtain label information corresponding to the government affair event information;
and the government affair analysis module is used for responding to a query instruction of a user, summarizing the government affair event information according to the label information and outputting at least one dimension of government affair events.
2. A tag-based government event processing system according to claim 1, further comprising: an information storage module;
the information storage module comprises a main body table and an extension table; the main body table is used for storing basic information of the government affair event information according to preset dimensionality; the extension table is used for storing personalized information except the basic information.
3. A tag-based government event processing system according to claim 1, wherein said tag information includes at least one of a source attribute, a process attribute, a region attribute, a time attribute, a service attribute or a content attribute.
4. A tag-based government event processing system according to claim 3, wherein said content attributes include emergency hot events, high frequency events, persistent hot spots, mass high, sensitive appeal, repeat appeal and negative topics.
5. A tag-based government event processing method for processing a government event by the system according to claim 4, comprising the steps of:
acquiring various kinds of government affair event information from a government affair event message source, and standardizing and normalizing the various kinds of government affair event information;
analyzing the various types of government affair event information through a data mining algorithm and a text processing algorithm to obtain label information corresponding to the various types of government affair event information;
and responding to a query instruction of a user, summarizing the government affair event information according to the label information, and outputting at least one dimension of government affair events.
6. A tag-based government event processing method according to claim 5, wherein said method further comprises:
establishing a government affair knowledge base according to the government affair event information and the label information, and storing a workflow record for processing the government affair event information;
receiving a new government affair event processing request;
and matching target government affair event information in the government affair knowledge base according to the government affair event processing request, and outputting a workflow record corresponding to the target government affair event information.
7. A method for handling a government affairs event based on tag according to claim 6, wherein the matching of target government event information in the government affairs knowledge base according to the government event handling request comprises:
analyzing the government affair event processing request to obtain first label information of the government affair event processing request;
and matching the target label information with the highest similarity in the government affair knowledge base according to the first label information, and determining the government affair event information corresponding to the target label information as target government affair event information.
8. A computer device, comprising:
at least one processor;
at least one memory for storing at least one program;
when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to implement the tag-based government event processing method according to any one of claims 5-7.
9. A computer-readable storage medium in which a program executable by a processor is stored, characterized in that: the processor-executable program when executed by a processor is for implementing a tag-based government event processing method according to any one of claims 5 to 7.
