本发明公开了一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,综合防护层整体通过纬线、经线、第一斜织线和第二斜织线编织而成,第一斜织线倾斜角度设置为45°,第二斜织线倾斜角度设置为135°,纬线采用与防水层内部相同材质制成,经线采用与防静电层内部相同材质制成,第一斜织线采用与阻燃层内部相同材质制成,第二斜织线采用与防辐射层内部相同材质制成。本发明,防水层、防静电层、阻燃层和防辐射层可逐一实现防水、防静电、阻燃和防辐射的功能,同时采用与防水层、防静电层、阻燃层和防辐射层内部部分材质相同的纬线、经线、第一斜织线和第二斜织线编织而成的综合防护层能够实现交叉防护功能,使堆叠防护和混合防护功能进行整合,实现立体式防护操作。

技术领域
本发明涉及T恤衫面料领域,具体为一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料。
背景技术
T恤衫,又称体恤衫,是英文"T-shirt"的汉语译名,因样式形如T字而得名,可以分为有袖式、背心式、露腹式三种形式。其中需要用到各种面料进行编织操作,不同的面料具有不同的透气性,吸湿性,保暖性等性能,比如棉织物具有良好的透气性和吸湿性,穿着舒适,保暖性好,是最理想的童装面料。选择面料时要确认面料的透气性,保温性,吸湿性,静电性等性能特征,再针对面料的挺括性,重量感,软硬度和悬垂性来考虑它适合做什么样的造型,做什么样的款式等。
传统的T恤衫面料功能单一,无法实现阻燃和防静电的功能,现有的新防静电阻燃面料大多采用面料堆叠的方式构成,此种面料综合防护性能并不够完美。
基于此,本发明设计了一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,包括防水层、防静电层、阻燃层、防辐射层、综合防护层和内层,其特征在于,所述防水层设置于所述防静电层的外侧,所述防静电层设置于所述阻燃层的外侧,所述阻燃层设置于所述防辐射层的外侧,所述防辐射层设置于综合防护层的外侧,所述综合防护层设置于所述内层的外侧,所述综合防护层整体通过纬线、经线、第一斜织线和第二斜织线编织而成,所述第一斜织线倾斜角度设置为45°,所述第二斜织线倾斜角度设置为135°,所述纬线采用与所述防水层内部相同材质制成,所述经线采用与所述防静电层内部相同材质制成,所述第一斜织线采用与所述阻燃层内部相同材质制成,所述第二斜织线采用与所述防辐射层内部相同材质制成。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述防水层采用ePTFE复膜的微孔型面料制成,纬线。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述防静电层由TPU涂层、导电纤维层和锦纶纺织层组合构成,所述经线采用导电纤维和锦纶纤维组合而成,且其表面均设置有所述TPU涂层。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述阻燃层由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线,织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物;所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维;所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为30:15:1;所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为35tex,所述第一斜织线采用抗静电阻燃纱线材质组合而成。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述防辐射层采用金属微丝网和天然材质面料组合,金属微丝网由经纬向交叉接触、相互导通的金属细线构成,所述第二斜织线采用金属细线相同材质。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述防辐射层内部的金属细线采用直径在3-50微米之间的金属微丝纺成,金属微丝网夹在两层天然材质面料之间,通过刺绣或者缝纫将其缝合成单层状面料。
作为本发明的进一步方案,所述内层采用棉线编织而成。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-3所示,本发明提供了一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,包括防水层1、防静电层2、阻燃层3、防辐射层4、综合防护层5和内层6,其特征在于,所述防水层1设置于所述防静电层2的外侧,所述防静电层2设置于所述阻燃层3的外侧,所述阻燃层3设置于所述防辐射层4的外侧,所述防辐射层4设置于综合防护层5的外侧,所述综合防护层5设置于所述内层6的外侧,所述综合防护层5整体通过纬线7、经线8、第一斜织线9和第二斜织线10编织而成,所述第一斜织线9倾斜角度设置为45°,所述第二斜织线10倾斜角度设置为135°,所述纬线7采用与所述防水层1内部相同材质制成,所述经线8采用与所述防静电层2内部相同材质制成,所述第一斜织线9采用与所述阻燃层3内部相同材质制成,所述第二斜织线10采用与所述防辐射层4内部相同材质制成。
通过本发明的上述方案,所述防水层1采用ePTFE复膜的微孔型面料制成,纬线7。
通过本发明的上述方案,所述防静电层2由TPU涂层21、导电纤维层22和锦纶纺织层23组合构成,所述经线8采用导电纤维和锦纶纤维组合而成,且其表面均设置有所述TPU涂层21。
通过本发明的上述方案,所述阻燃层3由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线,织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物;所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维;所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为30:15:1;所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为35tex,所述第一斜织线9采用抗静电阻燃纱线材质组合而成。
通过本发明的上述方案,所述防辐射层4采用金属微丝网和天然材质面料组合,金属微丝网由经纬向交叉接触、相互导通的金属细线构成,所述第二斜织线10采用金属细线相同材质。
通过本发明的上述方案,所述防辐射层4内部的金属细线采用直径在3-50微米之间的金属微丝纺成,金属微丝网夹在两层天然材质面料之间,通过刺绣或者缝纫将其缝合成单层状面料。
通过本发明的上述方案,所述内层6采用棉线编织而成。
在实际应用中,防水层1、防静电层2、阻燃层3和防辐射层4可逐一实现防水、防静电、阻燃和防辐射的功能,同时采用与防水层1、防静电层2、阻燃层3和防辐射层4内部部分材质相同的纬线7、经线8、第一斜织线9和第二斜织线10编织而成的综合防护层5能够实现交叉防护功能,使堆叠防护和混合防护功能进行整合,实现立体式防护操作,面料更加精良。

1.一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,包括防水层(1)、防静电层(2)、阻燃层(3)、防辐射层(4)、综合防护层(5)和内层(6),其特征在于,所述防水层(1)设置于所述防静电层(2)的外侧,所述防静电层(2)设置于所述阻燃层(3)的外侧,所述阻燃层(3)设置于所述防辐射层(4)的外侧,所述防辐射层(4)设置于综合防护层(5)的外侧,所述综合防护层(5)设置于所述内层(6)的外侧,所述综合防护层(5)整体通过纬线(7)、经线(8)、第一斜织线(9)和第二斜织线(10)编织而成,所述第一斜织线(9)倾斜角度设置为45°,所述第二斜织线(10)倾斜角度设置为135°,所述纬线(7)采用与所述防水层(1)内部相同材质制成,所述经线(8)采用与所述防静电层(2)内部相同材质制成,所述第一斜织线(9)采用与所述阻燃层(3)内部相同材质制成,所述第二斜织线(10)采用与所述防辐射层(4)内部相同材质制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,其特征在于,所述防水层(1)采用ePTFE复膜的微孔型面料制成,纬线(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,其特征在于,所述防静电层(2)由TPU涂层(21)、导电纤维层(22)和锦纶纺织层(23)组合构成,所述经线(8)采用导电纤维和锦纶纤维组合而成,且其表面均设置有所述TPU涂层(21)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,其特征在于,所述阻燃层(3)由腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维混纺成抗静电阻燃纱线,织造时织入导电纤维制成所述的抗静电阻燃织物;所述的导电纤维为有机导电纤维;所述的腈氯纶纤维、棉纤维、导电纤维的重量比为30:15:1;所述的抗静电阻燃纱线的细度为35tex,所述第一斜织线(9)采用抗静电阻燃纱线材质组合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,其特征在于,所述防辐射层(4)采用金属微丝网和天然材质面料组合,金属微丝网由经纬向交叉接触、相互导通的金属细线构成,所述第二斜织线(10)采用金属细线相同材质。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,其特征在于,所述防辐射层(4)内部的金属细线采用直径在3-50微米之间的金属微丝纺成,金属微丝网夹在两层天然材质面料之间,通过刺绣或者缝纫将其缝合成单层状面料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防阻燃防静电的针织T恤衫面料,其特征在于,所述内层(6)采用棉线编织而成。
