In the process of medicine feeding and changing, the operation suture is not needed, multiple strands of operation sutures are not needed to be twisted and knotted in the operation process, and the operation flow is simplified and the time of the tug therapy is shortened only by switching the locking state and the unlocking state of the first butt joint part 2 and the second butt joint part 4.

The second accommodation groove 3014 is provided at a distance from the second scraping portion 3015. The medicine is arranged in the second accommodating groove 3014 which is an annular groove, so that the medicine is prevented from falling off in advance, the success rate of medicine administration is improved, and the expected effect of medicine administration is ensured. The rotten and suppuration tissues in the sinus tract are scraped by the annular convex second scraping part 3015, so that the treatment effect of the tug therapy is further improved.

For example: threads 3013, arc grooves, arc protruding points, annular grooves, annular scraping parts and the like are simultaneously arranged on the medicine carrying rod 301.

Claims (10)

1. A drug-loaded sled device, comprising:
a silver needle (1);
a mop (3) having flexibility; a medicine carrying rod (301) which is suitable for containing medicine is arranged on the dragging piece (3);
the end part of one of the dragging piece (3) and the silver needle (1) is provided with a first butt joint part (2), and the other end part of the dragging piece and the silver needle is provided with a second butt joint part (4) corresponding to the first butt joint part (2);
the second docking part (4) is inserted into the docking groove (201) of the first docking part (2) and rotates in the docking groove (201) to switch between a locked state in which the second docking part (4) is rotationally locked to the docking groove (201) and an unlocked state in which the second docking part is rotationally unlocked from the docking groove (201).
2. The drug-loaded sled device of claim 1 wherein the drug-loaded rod (301) includes a receiving slot and a scraping portion thereon; at least one accommodating groove and at least one scraping part are arranged;
the containing groove is a groove formed on the surface of the medicine carrying rod (301) and is suitable for containing medicine;
the scraping part is fixedly arranged on the surface of the medicine carrying rod (301), and the surface of the scraping part protrudes out of the surface of the medicine carrying rod (301).
3. The drug-loaded sled device of claim 2 wherein the receiving slot comprises a first receiving slot (3011), the first receiving slot (3011) being an arcuate recess;
the scraping part comprises a first scraping part (3012), and the first scraping part (3012) is in an arc-shaped convex shape;
the first accommodating groove (3011) and the first scraping part (3012) are arranged on the medicine carrying rod (301) at intervals.
4. The drug-loaded sled device of claim 2 wherein the scraping portion is in the form of threads (3013); the concave gap inside the screw thread (3013) is an accommodating groove.
5. The drug-loaded sled device of claim 2, wherein the receiving slot comprises a second receiving slot (3014) and the scraping portion comprises a second scraping portion (3015);
the second accommodating groove (3014) is in an annular groove shape, and the second accommodating grooves (3014) are arranged on the surface of the medicine carrying rod (301) at intervals along the axial direction of the medicine carrying rod (301);
the second scraping part (3015) is in an annular bulge shape, and the scraping parts are arranged on the surface of the medicine carrying rod (301) at intervals along the axial direction of the medicine carrying rod (301);
the second accommodating groove (3014) is arranged at a distance from the second scraping part (3015).
6. The drug-loaded sled device of claim 2 wherein the receiving slot comprises a third receiving slot (3016), the third receiving slot (3016) being an elongated recess;
the scraping part comprises a third scraping part (3017), and the third scraping part (3017) is in a strip-shaped bulge.
7. The drug-loaded sled device according to any of claims 1-6, wherein the inner wall of the docking channel (201) is fixedly provided with a first protrusion (202);
the surface of the second butt joint part (4) is correspondingly provided with a guide groove (401) for the first protruding piece (202) to enter, the surface of the second butt joint part (4) is also provided with a locking groove (402) which is communicated with the guide groove (401) at an angle, a second protruding piece (403) is fixedly arranged in the locking groove (402), and a locking cavity is reserved between the second protruding piece (403) and the locking groove (402);

10. The drug-loaded sled device of any one of claims 1-6 further comprising an interface; the radial diameter length of the interface is larger than the radial diameter length of the dragging piece (3);
the end parts of the dragging piece (3) and the interface are provided with a first butt joint part (2), and the other end parts of the dragging piece and the interface are provided with a second butt joint part (4) corresponding to the first butt joint part (2).
