Comparative experiments were performed on the hand sanitizers described in examples 1-2 below. Comparative example 1 and comparative example 2 were set, the components of which are shown in table 1.

mixing potassium hydroxide, EDTA disodium, deionized water and aminomethyl propylene glycol in an emulsifying pot, stirring, adding olive (Olea EUROPAEA) fruit oil, palm oil, coconut oil and succinic acid into the emulsifying pot, heating to 75-90deg.C, maintaining at 85deg.C for 60 min, cooling to 60deg.C, standing for 2 hr, adding the rest materials, stirring, and mixing.
The testing method comprises the following steps: the hand sanitizers prepared in examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-2 were each tested for preservative challenge according to the disinfection Specification (2002 edition of Ministry of health).
The test results are shown in Table 2.

As can be seen from Table 2, the antibacterial effect of the hand sanitizer containing the composition of the branch/leaf extract of the mosquito parent tree (DISTYLIUM RACEMOSUM), the extract of the fly-swatter (DIONAEA MUSCIPULA) and the extract of the Sargassum brucei (DITYLUM BRIGHTWELLII) was more excellent, wherein the antibacterial effect of the hand sanitizer of example 2 was most excellent.

A high-efficiency antibacterial composition comprises extract of branch/leaf of Cynanchum otophyllum, extract of Leptoradix Cynanchi Paniculati and extract of Sargassum Bunge, wherein the mass ratio of the extract of the branches/leaves of the mosquito parent tree to the extract of the fly-swatter and the extract of the bindweed is 0.5-2:2-5:1-4.
