本发明提供了一种婴儿唇周膏及其制备方法，属于婴儿护理用品技术领域，所述婴儿唇周膏由以下原料制备而成：水、聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油十一烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG‑9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、硫酸镁、苯氧乙醇、PEG‑10氢化蓖麻油、乙基己基甘油、柠檬酸钠、聚氨丙基双胍、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、生育酚、角鲨烷、丁二醇和聚合草叶提取物。本发明提供的婴儿唇周膏安全性好，隔水效果好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于婴儿护理用品技术领域，尤其涉及一种婴儿唇周膏及其制备方法。
背景技术
口水疹是由于皮肤经常受潮湿及摩擦等物理因素的刺激，导致皮肤角质层受损而出现的。处于口欲期的宝宝，喜欢用嘴去探索世界，吃能够接触到的所有东西，这时就会将唾液带到口周皮肤上。唾液偏酸性、含腐蚀消化酶等物质，唾液不停地刺激宝宝稚嫩的皮肤，并分解皮肤最外面的“保护层”，进而出现口水疹。
口水疹的临床表现为局部皮肤潮红、疼痛、轻度肿，好发部位是嘴唇四周；是婴幼儿较常见的病症。对于婴儿口水疹的防治除了勤擦口水，及时清洁皮肤等，还可以使用安全的婴儿唇周膏。但是现在目前市面上制备方法或生产工艺稳定性比较差，市售的婴儿唇周膏在隔水功效上效果不明显。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明的目的在于提供一种隔水效果显著的婴儿唇周膏及其制备方法。

1)将A项原料混合加热到75～80℃，并搅拌得第一混合料；
2)将B项原料与所述第一混合料混合保持75～80℃，并搅拌得第二混合料；
3)将C项与所述第二混合料保持75～80℃，并搅拌得第三混合料；
4)将所述第三混合料冷却至30～40℃时，与D项原料混合搅拌，获得婴儿唇周膏；
所述A项原料包括：60～80％聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油十一烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10氢化蓖麻油、乙基己基甘油、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、生育酚和角鲨烷；所述B项原料包括：环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、剩余聚二甲基硅氧烷；
所述C项原料包括：60～80％水、硫酸镁、甘油、柠檬酸钠和聚氨丙基双胍；
所述D项原料包括苯氧乙醇、剩余水、丁二醇和聚合草叶提取物。
优选的，步骤1)～4)中所述搅拌的转速分别为1000～3000rpm。
优选的，步骤1)～4)中所述搅拌的时间分别为0.5～1.5h。
优选的，步骤4)所述第三混合料冷却至34～36℃。
优选的，步骤4)所述混合搅拌后还包括保持的步骤，所述保持的时间为8～12min。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：本发明提供的婴儿唇周膏配方稳定、安全性好，眼刺激和皮肤刺激试验均为无刺激性，经接触角测试，涂抹本发明提供的婴儿唇周膏的猪皮接触角大于90°，说明产品具有疏水性，隔水性/疏水性效果好。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种婴儿唇周膏，由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成：
在本发明中，水为溶剂，本发明对所述水的具体来源和规格没有特殊限定，采用本领域常规用水即可。
在本发明中，所述聚二甲基硅氧烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、生育酚、角鲨烷为润肤剂；
在本发明中，所述甘油、乙基己基甘油、柠檬酸钠、丁二醇、聚合草叶提取物为保湿剂；
在本发明中，所述甘油十一烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10氢化蓖麻油为乳化剂；
在本发明中，所述硫酸镁为乳化稳定剂；
在本发明中，所述苯氧乙醇、聚氨丙基双胍为防腐剂。
本发明还提供了所述的婴儿唇周膏的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
1)将A项原料混合加热到75～80℃，并搅拌得第一混合料；
2)将B项原料与所述第一混合料混合保持75～80℃，并搅拌得第二混合料；
3)将C项与所述第二混合料保持75～80℃，并搅拌得第三混合料；
4)将所述第三混合料冷却至30～40℃时，与D项原料混合搅拌，获得婴儿唇周膏；
所述A项原料包括：60～80％聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油十一烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10氢化蓖麻油、乙基己基甘油、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、生育酚和角鲨烷；
所述B项原料包括：环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲基硅氧烷交联聚合物、剩余聚二甲基硅氧烷；
所述C项原料包括：60～80％水、硫酸镁、甘油、柠檬酸钠和聚氨丙基双胍；
所述D项原料包括苯氧乙醇、剩余水、丁二醇和聚合草叶提取物。
在本发明中，所述搅拌的转速优选分别为1000～3000rpm；所述搅拌的时间分别优选为0.5～1.5h，进一步优选为0.8～1.2h，更进一步优选为1h；所述第三混合料优选的冷却至34～36℃，更有选为35℃；本发明在所述混合搅拌后优选的还包括保持的步骤，所述保持的时间优选为8～12min，进一步优选为10min。本发明在上述步骤结束后，优选的还包括出料、检测和包装的步骤，本发明对所述出料、检测和包装的步骤没有特殊限定，采用本领域常规的操作即可。
下面结合实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细的说明，但是不能把它们理解为对本发明保护范围的限定。
实施例1
在本实施例中，将所述原料分为16个小组，具体分类组号以及用量如表1所示。

制备方法：
1)称量A项原料加入高速混合器加热到75～80℃，进行3000rpm高速混合搅拌1h。
2)称量B项原料常温下加入高速混合器保持75～80℃，进行3000rpm高速混合搅拌1h。
3)称量C项原料加入高速混合器保持75～80℃，进行3000rpm高速混合搅拌1h。
称量D项原料，等高速混合器冷却到35℃时投入进行3000rpm高速混合搅拌1h。确认颜色，外观等，保持10分钟，大约35℃出料。
4)半制品检验合格后灌装，成品检测合格后入库。
其中：
A项原料：表1中的2的70％、6、5、10、11、14、15组成分。
B项原料：表1中的4、7、2的30％组成分。
C项原料：表1中的1的70％、8、3、12、13组成分。
D项原料：表1中的9、1的30％、16组成分。
检验包括以下项目：
1、理化指标
pH、耐寒、耐热
2、卫生化学指标

实施例2
实施例1制备获得的婴儿唇周膏的安全性检测以家兔为对象做实验，唇周膏涂抹在眼部和皮肤，从1h～72h，眼刺激和皮肤刺激试验均为无刺激性。
实施例3
实施例1制备获得的婴儿唇周膏的隔水性测试
测试环境：25.6℃湿度：66％
测试流程：在25.6℃湿度：66％环境中，猪皮上涂抹唇周膏后，静置5分钟后，使用高级光学接触角测试仪Theta Flow测定猪皮与水的接触角。若接触角小于90°，则待测样品是亲水性的，接触角越小，湿润性越好；若接触角小于90°，则待测样品是疏水性的，即液体不湿润固体，容易在表面上移动。
试验结果：经接触角测试，涂抹婴儿唇周膏的猪皮接触角大于90°，测试1的接触角为90.359，测试2的接触角为91.927；说明产品具有疏水性。
由以上实施例可知，本发明提供的婴儿唇周膏安全性好，隔水效果好。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式，应当指出，对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说，在不脱离本发明原理的前提下，还可以做出若干改进和润饰，这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

所述A项原料包括：60％-80％的聚二甲基硅氧烷、甘油十一烷基聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10氢化蓖麻油、乙基己基甘油、植物甾醇/辛基十二醇月桂酰谷氨酸酯、生育酚和角鲨烷；

4.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤1)～4)中所述搅拌的转速分别为1000-3000rpm。

6.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤4)所述第三混合料冷却至34～36℃。
7.根据权利要求3所述的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤4)所述混合搅拌后还包括保持的步骤，所述保持的时间为8～12min。
