Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a composition with a deep skin cleaning effect, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard, people are more and more concerned about the health and beauty of facial skin, especially for girls loving beauty, and the cleaning and maintenance of facial skin are very important. At present, a plurality of cleaning cosmetics such as facial cleanser, bath lotion and the like are on the market, most of the formulations contain surfactants, are easy to remain on the skin to cause skin damage, have poor biodegradability and can cause irreversible influence on the environment.
Nanobubbles are bubbles having a diameter of 1 micron or less, and are also called "ultrafine bubbles". There are two basic types, one is a non-spherical interface nanobubble, a bubble that is fixedly distributed on the interface of liquid and solid; the other is spherical nanobubbles suspended in a liquid. When the micro-nano bubbles shrink and collapse, the severe change caused by the disappearance of the gas-liquid interface releases the energy accumulated by the high-concentration positive and negative ions on the interface, a large amount of hydroxyl free radicals are generated, and the strong oxidability of the hydroxyl free radicals can remove pollutants. The period of the existence of the nanobubbles is uncertain, and many influencing factors such as particle size, zeta potential, salt ion concentration, interface charge and the like are included. Zeta potential is a key factor in nanobubble stabilization.
CN115297956a discloses cosmetics containing nanobubble liquid and cosmetic ingredients. The cosmetic comprises a nano bubble liquid and cosmetic components, wherein the nano bubble liquid is a solution in a nano bubble state containing a liquid medium and bubbles, and the diameters of the bubbles are in the range of 5-500 nm. The product can promote blood flow, and has effects of moistening skin.
CN113893187a discloses a whitening and spot-fading spray, which comprises the following raw materials in weight ratio: nano bubble small molecule water, chitosan and vitamin C. The whitening and freckle-removing spray provided by the invention can increase the absorption of vitamin C, so that the brittleness of capillaries is reduced, and the organism resistance is improved.
Therefore, it is very necessary to develop a cosmetic having multiple effects of environmental friendliness, mild and non-irritating skin application, novel formulation, stable transportation, and the like.

1. the nanometer bubble water, the humectant and the anti-allergic agent are creatively used for preparing the composition with the deep skin cleaning effect, and the diameters of bubbles in the nanometer bubble water are 20-800nm. In the use process of a user, micro-nano bubbles in nano bubble water can be broken or contracted, and the strong change can release energy accumulated by high-concentration positive and negative ions on a gas-liquid interface at the moment, so that a large amount of hydroxyl free radicals are generated, and the pollutants on the surface of the skin can be removed due to the strong oxidizing property of the hydroxyl free radicals; meanwhile, the humectant and the anti-allergic agent can ease the skin, so that the composition containing the nano bubble water, the humectant and the anti-allergic agent can achieve the effect of gently and deeply cleaning the skin.
The skin cleaning effect of the composition with the deep skin cleaning effect is better than that of a face cleaning product containing a surfactant, and the problem of poor biodegradability of the surfactant is avoided. In addition, when the bubble diameter in the nanobubbles is in the range of 20-800nm, the cleaning power of the composition is stronger.
2. The preparation method of the composition provided by the invention is simple in process and easy to be industrially amplified, and only needs to mix water, humectant and anti-allergic agent and then treat the mixture by using a hydrodynamic cavitation device.
3. The composition with the deep skin cleaning effect or the preparation method thereof can be used for preparing cosmetics, and the formulations of the cosmetics can be adjusted according to actual needs, such as essence, essence cream, facial cleanser, eye cream, face cream, toner, toning lotion, sun cream and the like.

This test example evaluates the bubble stability of the compositions prepared in examples 1-5.
After the composition prepared in examples 1 to 5 was left for 3 days, it was injected into a model box of a miniscopic observation system, the number of micro-nano bubbles in the visual field was photographed every 1h until the micro-nano bubbles completely disappeared, the time when the micro-nano bubbles completely disappeared was recorded, and the stability time difference rate (%) =a was calculated i /A 1 X 100%, where A 1 For the time of complete disappearance of the micro-nano bubbles of example 1, A i The time for the micro-nano bubbles of the remaining examples to completely disappear.
TABLE 4 Table 4
Group of | Stability time Difference Rate (%) |
Example 1 | 100 |
Example 2 | 89 |
Example 3 | 97 |
Example 4 | 49 |
Example 5 | 61 |
As can be seen from the data in table 4, in example 4 and example 5, compared with example 1, one of the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and the xanthan gum in the bubble stabilizer is absent, and the stability time difference rate is lower than that of example 1, which indicates that the combination of the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and the xanthan gum has unexpected synergistic effect in improving the stability of nano bubbles.
Test example 2
The skin cleansing effect was evaluated for the products prepared in each example or comparative example.
The specific evaluation method comprises the following steps:
(1) 130 oily skin volunteers aged between 16 and 65 years were selected. The compositions were randomly divided into 13 groups of 5 females and 5 males (meeting the conditions of no serious systemic disease, no immunodeficiency or autoimmune disease, no serious allergic history on skin care cosmetics, no hormone drugs and immunosuppressants used in the last month, no participation in other clinical trials, etc.).
(2) Skin of volunteers was analyzed using a skin fat content Sebumeter test probe manufactured by Courage+Khazaka, germany (CK, germany) and no cosmetic or external medicine was used 3 days before the subject participated in the test, and before the test, the subject was sat in an atmosphere of 50% at 22℃for 30 minutes, the skin fat content at the intersection of the midline between the brows and a line 1cm from the upper brow edge was measured using a test instrument, and then 1mL of the product prepared in the example or comparative example was applied at this position, and kneaded by massageAfter the product is absorbed for 3min, the product is cleaned by clean water, the test subject is still sitting for 30min in an environment room with the air humidity of 50% at the temperature of 22 ℃, the skin grease content at the same position is measured by a detection instrument again, the test of the same test subject is completed by the same measuring personnel, and the skin grease cleaning rate is calculated. Skin oil cleaning rate (%) = (V) 2 -V 1 )/V 2 ×100%
Wherein V is 1 For skin lipid content after sample application, V 2 The results for the skin lipid content prior to use of the sample are shown in table 5:
TABLE 5
As can be seen from the data in table 5, in example 4 and example 5, compared with example 1, the skin oil cleaning rate of the composition is lower than that of example 1, which indicates that the composition has higher cleaning strength due to the high stability of nanobubbles and the high nanobubble content when the composition contains two components of hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and xanthan gum.
In example 8 and example 9, compared with example 1, the mass ratio of the bubble stabilizer, the humectant and the antiallergic agent is outside the preferred range of (1-20): (5-20): (0.5-5), and the skin oil cleaning rate is lower than that of example 1, which indicates that the cleaning effect of the composition is stronger when the ratio of the three components is in the preferred range;
comparative example 1 compared with example 1, the composition did not contain nanobubbles, and the skin oil cleaning rate was lower than example 1, indicating that nanobubbles in the present invention have a significant cleaning effect.
The comparison examples 2-4 respectively select three surfactants with different components, and the skin grease cleaning rate is lower than that of the example 1, which shows that the composition prepared by the invention has more obvious effect than the interface product containing the surfactant.
Test example 3
The anti-inflammatory and soothing effects of the products prepared in examples 1-3 and 6-7 were evaluated
(1) Taking 60 guinea pigs, wherein the male and female parts are half, and removing hair on the right hind foot before experiment 1d, wherein the hair removing area is about 2cm 2 Guinea pigs were randomly divided into 6 groups, each containing 10 guinea pigs, and recorded as examples 1-3 and 6-7 and blank groups, respectively.
(2) The guinea pigs of the example group and the blank group were continuously 2d coated with 0.05g of the composition prepared in the example at the dehairing point, respectively, and the blank group was coated with an equal amount of deionized water 1 time a day.
(3) On day 3 of the experiment, histamine phosphate solutions of 0.01% (w/v), 0.02% (w/v), 0.03% (w/v), 0.04% (w/v), 0.05% (w/v), 0.06% (w/v), 0.07% (w/v), 0.08% (w/v), 0.09% (w/v), and 0.1% (w/v) were prepared with physiological saline, respectively. The haired area of the right hind paw of the guinea pig was scratched with coarse sand paper to an extent of about 1cm 2 The corresponding composition was applied topically 1 time with an application amount of 0.05g, the blank was applied with an equal amount of deionized water, after 10 minutes, 0.05mL of 0.01% (w/v) histamine phosphate solution was added dropwise to the site of the scratch, and it was observed whether the guinea pig licked the right hind paw within 3 minutes, if not, 0.02% (w/v) histamine phosphate solution was added dropwise to the site of the scratch, and it was observed whether the guinea pig licked the right hind paw within 3 minutes. And so on, increasing the concentration according to the gradient every 3min, and dripping 0.05mL of histamine phosphate solution each time until the guinea pigs lick the right hind feet within 3 min. The average value of the itch causing threshold and the itch causing threshold difference ratio of guinea pigs of the same group were calculated with the cumulative total amount of histamine phosphate added at this time as itch causing threshold (. Mu.g), and the itch causing threshold difference ratio (%) = (test group itch causing threshold-blank group itch causing threshold)/blank group itch causing threshold X100%, and the results are shown in Table 6.
TABLE 6
As is clear from the data in Table 6, in example 6 and example 7, compared with example 1, the anti-allergic agent lacks one of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and allantoin, respectively, and the difference rate of the itching threshold is lower than that in example 1, which indicates that the two components have synergistic effect in improving the anti-allergic and soothing effects of the skin. The composition of the invention can effectively clean skin and can relieve skin sensitivity.
