背景技术
骆驼乳及骆驼乳制品含人体需要的各种营养成分,是人类最佳的天然食品之一,开发利用骆驼乳对提高牧民收入,壮大地方经济,发展特色乳制品产业,满足市场需求具有重要意义。由于国内骆驼养殖数量减少和骆驼奶的加工工艺繁琐,致使骆驼的价格也不断攀升,从而给养殖骆驼业的发展带来了新的活力。但是,骆驼产奶量不高是目前骆驼奶发展过程中的瓶颈问题。
骆驼的产奶量,主要取决于饲料和水的供应情况,提高饲料中营养价值对提高产奶量起着十分重要的作用,合理开发一种安全有效的提高驼奶产量的饲料配方节约养殖成本是本领域技术人员需要解决的技术问题。
哈密市是饲草料资源相对匮乏的地区,饲草料单一,不能提供骆驼产奶所需丰富的营养物质,难以满足骆驼产奶期间对于优质饲料的需求,养殖成本较高。

本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,提供一种提高骆驼产奶量的饲料,结合哈密市实际将哈密瓜副产品哈密瓜干作为一种优质配合饲料进行饲喂,营养搭配均衡,成本较低,能够促进骆驼产奶量和驼奶品质的双重提高。

作用机理:
在本发明的饲料的组方中,哈密瓜的干物质中,含有4.6%—15.8%的糖分,2.6%—6.7%的纤维素,丰富的糖原能够为骆驼提供更多能量,高含量纤维能够促进机体消化等;在每100g哈密瓜肉中含有蛋白质0.4g,脂肪0.3g,灰分元素2g,其中钙14mg,磷10mg,铁1mg,有益于造血功能和促进骆驼生长发育;哈密瓜肉中维生素的含量比西瓜多4至7倍,比苹果高6倍,比杏子也高1.3倍,这些成分,有利于心脏和肝脏工作以及肠道系统的活动,促进内分泌和造血机能,加强消化过程;首蓿属全能饲料,含有高蛋白质,具有明显增加奶产量和产奶品质,降低饲料消耗率的效果,也是是一种高能量、高消化率饲料,可消耗总养分高达70%,还含有高矿物质、高微量元素、高维生素,很好的保证了骆驼的健康;玉米、豆粕、麸皮能够为骆驼生长提供丰富的营养物质,其中玉米、麦麸提供所需能量和粗纤维,豆粕能够提供丰富的植物粗蛋白;添加石粉可以补充钙元素;添加食盐能够维持血液和组织液的酸碱平衡,促进食欲;预混料主要包含动物所需的矿物质、微量元素、维生素、氦基酸等,骆驼吃了预混料后可以补充或预防这些营养物质的不足,进而达到促进生长、增强体质及减少发病等作用。

试验采取全舍饲饲养方式,由专人负责饲养管理。参试品种为长眉驼与准格尔驼的杂交驼,12-18月龄,每组5只体重相近,骆驼随机分为3组,粗饲料不限量自由采食,饮水为自由饮水,配方精饲料每天每峰驼喂食3000g,分早晚2次饲喂。试验采用3×3拉丁方设计,饲喂25天,前12天为预饲期,经12天后按照不同饲料配方比例进行饲喂,每天分两次挤奶进行测量。实验期间保持圈舍干燥、清洁,温度、湿度、光照保持一致。

试验前三组均为传统精粗料分饲,日产奶量基本相同,试验组经12d预饲后以不同哈密瓜配方全混日粮饲喂。从表2可知,以实施例1饲喂,5头骆驼的日均产奶量为3.14kg,比对比例1和对比例2分别高0.56kg和0.41kg,差异显著(P<0.05)。
2、不同饲料配方对奶品质的影响
从表3可知,预饲12d后,实施例1平均乳脂率为5.18%,对比例1平均乳脂率为5.20%,对比例2组平均乳脂率为5.04%,其中对比例1乳脂率最高,分别比实施例1和对比例2高0.02%和0.16%,差异不显著(P>0.05);实施例1平均乳蛋白率为3.94%,对比例1平均乳蛋白率为3.95%,对比例2组平均乳蛋白率为3.94%,实施例1、对比例1和对比例2这三组配方乳蛋白率基本一致,无显著差异(P>0.05);实施例1平均乳糖率为5.56%,对比例1平均乳糖率为5.50%,对比例2组平均乳糖率为5.49%,其中实施例1乳糖率最高,分别比对比例1和对比例2高0.06%和0.07%,差异不显著(P>0.05)。
如上表2和表3以及图1所示,从实验数据可以看出,以实施例1饲喂的骆驼产奶量明显高于对比例1和对比例2,且保证了产奶品质。

Claims (3)
1.一种提高骆驼产奶量的饲料,其特征是:所述饲料由以下组分的原料构成,以重量百分百计:
哈密瓜干25%-30%,苜蓿干草25%-30%,玉米15%-20%,麸皮6%-8%,豆粕8%-10%,石粉0.8%-1%,食盐0.2%-0.5%,预混料0.2%-0.5%;
所述饲料中的原料包括以下干物质,以百分比计:灰分7.31%,粗蛋白13.86%,中性洗涤纤维35.21%,酸性洗涤纤维13.27%,粗脂肪3.02%,钙0.93%,磷0.57%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种提高骆驼产奶量的饲料,其特征是:所述饲料由以下原料构成,以重量百分百计:
