The main function of the elastic seat 490 in this embodiment is to better match with the end of the conveying belt 460 for receiving the plate, and adapt to the vibration in the conveying process, so as to improve the conveying stability.
Referring to fig. 6, in the above embodiment, the elastic seat 490 is a conventional elastic structure, and of course, in some embodiments, in order to improve the adaptability and adapt to different plate thicknesses, the elastic seat 490 includes a seat body 491, a sliding rail 492 provided on the seat body 491, a sliding seat 493 slidably provided on the sliding rail 492, and an adjusting bolt 494 screwed on the seat body 491, wherein the seat body 491 is mounted on the swing frame 440, and one end of the clamping rod 480 is rotatably mounted on the sliding seat 493; the adjusting bolt 494 has a connecting rod 495 disposed at one end thereof, the connecting rod 495 is movably inserted into the sliding seat 493 and is rotatably connected with the sliding seat 493, an adjusting spring 496 is movably sleeved on the connecting rod 495, one end of the adjusting spring 496 abuts against the sliding seat 493, and the other end abuts against the end face of the adjusting bolt 494. The end of the connecting rod 495 is locked on the sliding seat 493 through a latch or a snap ring, etc., so that the two can be prevented from sliding off each other. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, a worker can adjust the compression force of the whole adjusting spring 496 by adjusting the relative distance between the adjusting bolt 494 and the sliding seat 493, so as to adjust the nip distance between the nip roller 480 and the conveyor belt 460, and the whole adjusting process is simple and convenient.
With further reference to fig. 1, 2 and 7, the primary purpose of the first pushing device 500 in this application is to push the uppermost sheet of the first pallet 210 into the pinch conveyor line 110, while it is required to pass through the conveyor 400; to achieve the above-mentioned functions, in one embodiment of the present application, the first pushing device 500 includes a traveling mechanism 510, a pushing mechanism 520 with one end hinged to the traveling mechanism 510, and a pushing telescopic cylinder 530, where the traveling mechanism 510 is mounted on the frame 100 and can reciprocate along the conveying direction of the pinch conveying line 110; one end of the pushing telescopic electric cylinder 530 is connected to the travelling mechanism 510, the other end is hinged to the pressing mechanism 520, and the pushing telescopic electric cylinder 530 can drive the pressing mechanism 520 to swing downwards so as to pass through the conveying device 400 and hook the uppermost sheet of the first stacking frame 210. Wherein, running gear 510, pushing down mechanism 520 and pushing away flexible electric jar 530 all are connected with control system electricity.
In the above embodiment, the travelling mechanism 510 may be a conventional sliding structure, for example, a screw rod sliding table structure, or may be a sliding rail telescopic cylinder structure, so long as the position reciprocating displacement can be realized. In addition, the pressing mechanism 520 may be a simple fixing structure, such as an L-shaped fixing block structure, so that the plate material on the uppermost layer of the first stacking frame 210 can be swung and pushed.
Referring to fig. 7, in order to achieve a small structure movement space of the pushing mechanism 520 and stable structure in the pushing process, in an improved embodiment of the present application, the pushing mechanism 520 includes a mounting frame 521, a driving rod 523, a movable rod 524, and a pushing seat 525, the mounting frame 521 is mounted on the travelling mechanism 510, one ends of the driving rod 523 and the movable rod 524 are hinged on the mounting frame 521, the other ends of the driving rod 523 and the movable rod 524 are hinged on the pushing seat 525, the mounting frame 521, the driving rod 523, the movable rod 524, and the pushing seat 525 form a four-side hinged connecting rod structure, the telescopic end of the pushing telescopic cylinder 530 is hinged with the driving rod 523, and the control system can control the pushing telescopic cylinder 530 to drive the four-side hinged connecting rod structure to deform through the conveying device 400 and force the pushing seat 525 to hook the uppermost sheet material of the first stacking frame 210. In this embodiment, the mounting frame 521 is a fixed structure, and the driving rod 523 is controlled by the pushing telescopic cylinder 530 to control the spatial movement position thereof, so as to stably control the position of the entire pressing seat 525. The four-side hinged connecting rod structure can be designed to be parallel to the conveyed plate all the time when the lower end face of the pressing seat 525 is pressed down in the action process, so that the four-side hinged connecting rod structure is convenient to contact with the front surface of the plate.
Referring to fig. 7, in some embodiments, in order to enable the pressing seat 525 to be in stable contact with the plate in the process of lowering and avoid hard contact with the plate, a mounting groove 526 is formed in the bottom of the pressing seat 525, a pressing sheet 527 is arranged in the mounting groove 526, the pressing sheet 527 movably passes through the mounting groove 526 through a guide pillar 528, one end of the pressing sheet 527, which passes through the mounting groove 526, is locked through a nut, a damping spring 529 is sleeved in a region between the pressing sheet 527 and the bottom of the mounting groove 526, and two ends of the damping spring 529 are respectively abutted against the pressing sheet 527 and the bottom of the mounting groove 526; the pressing piece 527 is provided with a hook 522 at an end far away from the pinch conveying line 110. The design of the pressing piece 527 can keep the pressing piece always abutting against the surface of the plate, so that the plate is prevented from jumping excessively in the movement process in order to increase the contact stability of the pressing piece. When the guide post 528 is movably inserted into the pressing seat 525, the inserted hole is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the guide post 528, so that the whole pressing piece 527 has a certain movable space swinging along the axial direction of the guide post 528. In addition, the design of the hook 522 can be convenient for the hook to be abutted with the end surface of the plate, so that the pushing stability is improved.
Further fig. 1 to 3, in one embodiment of the present application, in order to implement the reciprocating motion of the pressing mechanism 520 to continuously push the plate material to feed forward, the traveling mechanism 510 includes a rail 511, a sliding platform 512, and a traveling motor 513 disposed on the sliding platform 512, the rail 511 is disposed on the frame 100, the sliding platform 512 is slidably mounted on the rail 511, a rack 120 disposed parallel to the rail 511 is disposed on the frame 100, and an output end of the traveling motor 513 is meshed with the rack 120 through a gear, and the traveling motor 513 is electrically connected with a control system. The sliding platform 512 may also be driven by a motor screw rod to realize conveying, which is selected according to practical use requirements. The use of the cooperation of the gear and rack 120 in this embodiment can effectively increase the conveying force thereof.
Referring to fig. 2 again, it should be noted that, in the present application, since the first pushing device 500 needs to pass through the conveying device 400 downwards and hook the uppermost sheet of the first stacking frame 210 in the use process, and the second pushing device 600 only needs to push the uppermost sheet of the second stacking frame 310 reciprocally, the second pushing device 600 in the present application may adopt the above-mentioned travelling mechanism 510 and the pressing seat 525 to cooperate, that is, the pressing seat 525 is directly installed on the travelling mechanism 510, the overall structure is simplified, and meanwhile, the working requirement is also satisfied.

the pushing end of the first pushing device can downwards move through the conveying device and push the plate on the uppermost layer of the first stacking frame to the input end of the clamping conveying line;
the second pushing device is arranged on the region, right above the second stacking frame, of the frame, and can push the plates on the second stacking frame into the fixed input end of the conveying device;
and the control system is electrically connected with the first feeding line, the second feeding line, the conveying device, the first pushing device and the second pushing device.
