Abstract
本发明公开了一种含啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯的水乳剂及其制备方法,水乳剂由以下重量份的组分组成:活性成分10‑100g/L、乳化剂60‑120g/L、溶剂100‑200g/L、助溶剂50‑150g/L、增稠剂1‑10g/L、消泡剂0.5‑2g/L、防冻剂3‑10g/L、pH调节剂1‑2g/L、防腐剂1‑2g/L、水余量;其中,啶虫脒与高效氯氟氰菊酯的质量比为1~20:1。本发明水乳剂经时稳定性强,能够耐受0℃至54℃高低温区间,有效降低或解决了运输过程中环境变化对剂型稳定性的影响,降低或避免了剂型分层或沉降、絮凝、聚结、析出晶体、分解等产品质量问题,提高了制剂的稳定性,提高了杀虫作用效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种农药水乳剂,具体涉及一种含啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯的水乳剂及其制备方法,属于农药制剂技术领域。
背景技术
啶虫脒(Acetamiprid,化学名称:N-(N-氰基-乙亚胺基)-N-甲基-2-氯吡啶-5-甲胺)属硝基亚甲基杂环类化合物,是一种新型广谱且具有一定杀螨活性的杀虫剂,对有机磷、氨基甲酸酯类及拟除虫菊酯类产生抗性的害虫有特效。原药外观为白色晶体,熔点为101.0-103.3℃,蒸汽压>1.33×10-6帕(25℃)。25℃时在水中的溶解度为4200毫克/升,能溶于丙酮、甲醇、乙醇、二氯甲烷、氯仿、乙腈、四氢呋喃等。在pH=7的水中稳定,pH=9时,于45℃逐渐水解,在日光下稳定。目前主要的制剂产品为乳油、水乳剂、可湿性粉剂和水分散颗粒剂。
高效氯氟氰菊酯(Lambda-cyhalothrin,化学名称:3-(2-氯-3,3,3-三氟丙烯基)-2,2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸α-氰基-3-苯氧苄基酯)是拟除虫菊酯类杀虫杀螨剂,以触杀和胃毒作用为主,无内吸作用。对鳞翅目、鞘翅目和半翅目等多种害虫和其他害虫,以及叶螨、锈螨、瘿螨、跗线螨等有良好效果,也可用来防治多种地表和公共卫生害虫,对刺吸式口器的害虫有一定防效,但长期使用易对其产生抗性。纯品为白色固体,工业品为淡黄色固体,熔点为49.2℃,蒸汽压200×10-9Pa(2.67×10-7Pa)(20℃)。沸点为187-190℃,易溶于丙酮、甲醇、醋酸乙酯、甲苯等多种有机溶剂,溶解度均>500g/L;不溶于水。常温下可稳定贮藏半年以上;日光下在水中半衰期20d;土壤中半衰期22-82d。目前主要的制剂产品为乳油、水乳剂、微囊悬浮剂。
单一杀虫剂的长期大量使用,容易使害虫产生抗药性,导致用药量加大、防效降低、持效期缩短,不利于环境可持续发展。延缓虫害产生抗药性常用的方法之一是对不同作用机理的有效成分进行复配。啶虫脒与高效氯氟氰菊酯作用机理不同,研究啶虫脒与高效氯氟氰菊酯的复配制剂将有很好的应用前景。CN104430485A、CN 104351239 A等专利已证明了含啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯的复配制剂的协同增效的作用。
目前,我国农药剂型结构中,乳油、可湿性粉剂等老剂型仍然占据较大份额。乳油中含有大量甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇等有机溶剂,这些有机溶剂在乳油加工、包装、使用过程中会对人体产生危害,降低了农作物品质,影响了农作物的出口创汇,同时也污染了土壤、水源等。在发达国家,在蔬菜和果树上使用乳油遭到强烈抵制。有机溶剂闪点较低,属易燃易爆物品,使得乳油制剂安全性较差,加工、包装、贮运不方便,特别是造成了有机溶剂的浪费。近年来,随着世界性燃油价格不断飙升,甲苯、二甲苯等有机溶剂的价格一路上扬,从而造成乳油制造成本的大幅度提高。
粉剂和可湿性粉剂加工和使用过程中产生的粉尘也存在着危害人体健康隐患问题。因此,开发安全性强、绿色环保和价格低廉的水基性制剂已成为国际上开发的潮流。水乳剂用水代替了大量的有机溶剂,仅含少量有机溶剂,可大大减轻对环境的污染,属于环保型农药新制剂,避免了由有机溶剂引起的的许多环境问题。水基性制剂是以水作为介质或稀释剂的一类农药加工的剂型。这类剂型具有低药害、低毒性、易稀释、不易燃、不易爆、易使用、易计量和对环境保护有利的特点。目前尚未有关于啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯的复配农药水乳剂的报道出现。
水乳剂是将农药原药与溶剂混合制得的微小液滴分散于水中的乳状液,是一种热力学不稳定体系,非常容易出现分层或沉降、絮凝、聚结、析出晶体或转相的问题。水溶性高的农药对乳状液稳定性影响很大,加工成水乳剂难度很大。一般来说,用于加工水乳剂的农药的活性成分的水溶解度希望在1000mg/L以下,然而啶虫脒在水中溶解度为4200mg/L,远远大于1000mg/L这个限制条件,因此啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯复配加工成稳定的水乳剂难度很大。
CN101836657 A中公开了一种吡虫啉和啶虫咪水乳剂的农药组合物,然而并没有对水乳剂的冷贮稳定性做出说明,其得到的水乳剂不耐受低温,在低温环境中短时间内即会出现分层沉降、聚结、析出晶体的问题,不利于低温环境的生产贮存,也限制了产品的使用地区和货架期。
综上,目前制备一个稳定的啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯复配水乳剂仍是制剂工程师的一个难题。因此,开发一种可以在贮存过程中维持稳定的水乳剂仍具有重要意义。
发明内容
鉴于啶虫脒高水溶性,难以保证优异的经时稳定性,因此目前市场上存在的啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯复配制剂为乳油制剂和水分散粒剂,开发为水乳剂难度非常大。水乳剂用水代替了大量的有机溶剂,仅含少量有机溶剂,可大大减轻对环境的污染,属于环保型农药新制剂,因此将两者开发为水乳剂有较好的经济效益。另外,由于不同原药需要选择能溶解原药的溶剂以及合适的乳化剂,才能配制成稳定性好的水乳剂,而目前可供选择的溶剂相对较少,因此,目前啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯水乳剂研发相对比较困难。
为了解决啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯制成水乳剂存在的难题,发明人对配方体系进行了大量地筛选工作,最终得到了匹配度最佳的助剂体系,从而得到了一种性能优异的水乳剂制剂。本发明含啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯的水乳剂包括活性成分和助剂,所述助剂为溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂、增稠剂、消泡剂、防冻剂、pH调节剂、防腐剂和水。所述活性成分由啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯组成。所述活性成分中,啶虫脒与高效氯氟氰菊酯的质量比为(1~20):1。
本发明通过各助剂的协同配合,尤其是溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂和增稠剂的筛选和组合,大大提高了剂型的稳定性,所得产品经时稳定性强,能够耐受0℃至54℃高低温区间,有效降低或解决了运输过程中环境变化对剂型稳定性的影响,降低或避免了剂型分层或沉降、絮凝、聚结、析出晶体、分解等产品质量问题,提高了制剂的稳定性,提高了杀虫作用效果。
进一步的,所述溶剂为油酸甲酯、碳酸二甲酯、乙酸仲丁酯和200号溶剂油中的一种或多种,优选为200号溶剂油。
进一步的,所述助溶剂为乙醇、丙酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、异氟尔酮和环己酮中的一种或多种,优选为N-甲基吡咯烷酮。
进一步的,所述乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段聚醚中的一种或多种,优选为质量比为1-3:1的蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚和环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段聚醚的混合物。
进一步的,所述增稠剂为硅酸镁铝、甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素和黄原胶中的至少一种,优选为质量比为1-3:1的硅酸镁铝和黄原胶的混合物。
进一步的,所述消泡剂为聚醚消泡剂、有机硅消泡剂和聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂中的至少一种,优选为有机硅消泡剂。
进一步的,所述防冻剂为尿素、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇和氯化钠中的至少一种,优选为乙二醇。
进一步的,所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、醋酸中的至少一种,优选为柠檬酸。
进一步的,所述防腐剂为卡松、多聚甲醛、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种,优选为卡松。
进一步的,上述水乳剂中,活性成分的含量为10-100g/L,例如10g/L、20g/L、30g/L、40g/L、50g/L、60g/L、70g/L、80g/L、90g/L、100g/L。
进一步的,上述水乳剂中,溶剂的含量为100-200g/L,例如100g/L、110g/L、120g/L、130g/L、140g/L、150g/L、160g/L、170g/L、180g/L、190g/L、200g/L,优选为190-200g/L。
进一步的,上述水乳剂中,助溶剂的含量为50-150g/L,例如50g/L、60g/L、70g/L、80g/L、90g/L、100g/L、110g/L、120g/L、130g/L、140g/L、150g/L,优选为100-110g/L。
进一步的,上述水乳剂中,乳化剂的含量为60-120g/L,例如60g/L、70g/L、80g/L、90g/L、100g/L、110g/L、120g/L。
进一步的,上述水乳剂中,增稠剂的含量为1-10g/L,例如1g/L、2g/L、3g/L、4g/L、5g/L、6g/L、7g/L、8g/L、9g/L、10g/L,优选为4-6g/L。
进一步的,上述水乳剂中,消泡剂的含量为0.5-2g/L,例如0.5g/L、0.7g/L、0.9g/L、1g/L、1.2g/L、1.4g/L、1.6g/L、1.8g/L、2g/L,优选为1-2g/L。
进一步的,上述水乳剂中,防冻剂的含量为3-10g/L,例如3g/L、4g/L、5g/L、6g/L、7g/L、8g/L、9g/L、10g/L,优选为5-6g/L。
进一步的,上述水乳剂中,pH调节剂的含量为1-2g/L,例如1g/L、1.1g/L、1.2g/L、1.3g/L、1.4g/L、1.5g/L、1.6g/L、1.7g/L、1.8g/L、1.9g/L、2g/L。
进一步的,上述水乳剂中,防腐剂的含量为1-2g/L,例如1g/L、1.1g/L、1.2g/L、1.3g/L、1.4g/L、1.5g/L、1.6g/L、1.7g/L、1.8g/L、1.9g/L、2g/L。
进一步的,上述水乳剂中,水的用量是补足余量,保证上述各成分含量在规定范围内。
本发明还提供了上述含啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯的水乳剂的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:将啶虫脒、高效氯氟氰菊酯、溶剂、助溶剂和乳化剂混合,形成均一透明的油相;将水、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、pH调节剂和防腐剂搅拌混合,形成均一的水相;在高速剪切状态下将油相倒入水相中,得到平均粒径5μm以下的水乳剂。
进一步的,啶虫脒、高效氯氟氰菊酯、溶剂、助溶剂和乳化剂可以在40-50℃下进行混合,以加快溶解速度。
进一步的,高速剪切的速度一般为8000-10000r/min,剪切时间为10-30分钟。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明对助剂体系进行了筛选,通过各助剂的搭配,尤其是溶剂、助溶剂、乳化剂及增稠剂的搭配,得到了一个稳定的啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯复配水乳剂,在保证产品经时稳定性的同时,降低或避免了水乳剂出现分层或沉降、絮凝、聚结、析出晶体、分解等问题,提高了制剂的稳定性。
2、本发明水乳剂乳化分散性好,具有一定的粘度,更容易粘附在害虫表面,而且能够耐受0℃至54℃高低温区间,在海上运输过程中不容易受环境变化影响,当环境出现温差变化时物理稳定性也依然很高,保证了杀虫作用效果。
3、本发明提供的水乳剂为高溶解度和低熔点农药复配水乳剂的稳定性问题的解决提供了一个好的思路。本发明对我国农药剂型的发展将会起到一定的推动作用,也会给企业带来很好的经济效益。
4、本发明水乳剂能够实现啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯的复配,提高了杀虫效果,减少了药剂用量,降低了药剂成本。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术内容进行进一步的阐释,但本发明的实质内容并不仅限于下述实施例所述。
实施例1
一种水乳剂,配方如表1所示,各组分含量为:活性成分20g/L,溶剂200号溶剂油200g/L,助溶剂N-甲基吡咯烷酮100g/L,乳化剂蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚30g/L、环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段聚醚30g/L,增稠剂硅酸镁铝4.5g/L、黄原胶1.5g/L,防冻剂乙二醇5g/L,消泡剂有机硅消泡剂1g/L,pH调节剂柠檬酸1.5g/L,防腐剂卡松1g/L,水余量。其中,活性成分为质量比1:1的啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯。
上述水乳剂的制备方法为:将啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯使用溶剂、助溶剂和乳化剂溶解,形成均一透明的油相;将水、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、pH调节剂和防腐剂搅拌混合,形成均一的水相;在高速剪切状态下将油相倒入水相中,剪切10-30分钟,剪切速度为8000-10000r/min,得到平均粒径5μm以下的水乳剂。
实施例2-14及对比例1
按照表1中的配方配制一系列水乳剂,各水乳剂的制备方法参照实施例1。

对上述实施例和对比例制得的水乳剂的质量稳定性进行检测,结果见下表2。

由表2可知,实施例1-8效果最好,冷热储前后无析水、浮油、沉淀情况,实施例9-14效果较好,较优选实施例1-8性能稍差,但不影响使用效果,冷热储前后仅有少量析出情况。对比例并非本发明的溶剂、助剂选择,性能很差,不能保证产品的经时稳定性。由此可以看出,助剂的选择和用量在产品质量中起着关键作用。
Claims (7)
1.一种含啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯的水乳剂,其特征是由以下重量份的组分组成:活性成分10-100g/L、乳化剂 60-120g/L、溶剂100-200g/L、助溶剂50-150g/L、增稠剂1-10g/L、消泡剂0.5-2g/L、防冻剂3-10g/L、pH调节剂1-2g/L、防腐剂1-2g/L、水余量;其中,啶虫脒与高效氯氟氰菊酯的质量比为1~20:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水乳剂,其特征是:所述溶剂为油酸甲酯、碳酸二甲酯、乙酸仲丁酯和200号溶剂油中的一种或多种;所述助溶剂为乙醇、丙酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、异氟尔酮和环己酮中的一种或多种;所述乳化剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、苯乙基苯酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚和环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段聚醚中的一种或多种;所述增稠剂为硅酸镁铝、甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素和黄原胶中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水乳剂,其特征是:所述溶剂为200号溶剂油;所述助溶剂为N-甲基吡咯烷酮;所述乳化剂为质量比为 1-3:1 的蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚和环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷嵌段聚醚的混合物;所述增稠剂为质量比为1-3:1的硅酸镁铝和黄原胶的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水乳剂,其特征是:所述消泡剂为聚醚消泡剂、有机硅消泡剂和聚醚改性聚硅氧烷消泡剂中的至少一种;所述防冻剂为尿素、乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇和氯化钠中的至少一种;所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸、醋酸中的至少一种;所述防腐剂为卡松、多聚甲醛、苯甲酸钠中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的水乳剂,其特征是:所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂;所述防冻剂为乙二醇;所述pH调节剂为柠檬酸;所述防腐剂为卡松。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的水乳剂,其特征是:由以下重量份的组分组成:活性成分10-100g/L、乳化剂60-120g/L、溶剂190-200g/L、助溶剂100-110g/L、增稠剂4-6g/L、消泡剂1-2g/L、防冻剂5-6g/L、pH调节剂1-2g/L、防腐剂1-2g/L、水余量。
7.一种权利要求1-6中任一项所述的含啶虫脒和高效氯氟氰菊酯的水乳剂的制备方法,其特征是包括以下步骤:将啶虫脒、高效氯氟氰菊酯、溶剂、助溶剂和乳化剂混合,形成均一透明的油相;将水、增稠剂、防冻剂、消泡剂、pH调节剂和防腐剂搅拌混合,形成均一的水相;在高速剪切状态下将油相倒入水相中,得到平均粒径5µm以下的水乳剂。
