an alarm system is arranged in the control main board (11), and comprises a database module, an image capturing module, an image analysis module and a storage module;
the image analysis module is used for analyzing the job site personnel operation image acquired by the camera assembly (5) and comparing the job site personnel operation image with the database module;
the alarm (12) alarms the behavior of nonstandard operation according to the analysis result of the image analysis module;
the camera assembly (5) comprises a camera (51), the camera (51) is installed on a rotating seat (52), a universal piece (53) is connected below the rotating seat (52), the universal piece (53) comprises an outer ring (531) and an inner ring (534), a plurality of springs (532) are uniformly distributed between the outer ring (531) and the inner ring (534), through holes fixedly connected with the outer ring (531) are formed in the mounting seat (1), a rotating shaft (535) is rotationally connected in the inner ring (534), one end of the rotating shaft (535) is fixedly connected with the rotating seat (52), and shaft bodies (533) matched and connected with the springs (532) are arranged on the surfaces of the outer ring (531) and the inner ring (534).
The second fixing frame (3) is connected with a driven wheel (31) which is in contact with the scaffold steel tube (8), the driven wheel (31) is connected with a first gear (32), the mounting seat (1) is connected with a second gear (13) meshed with the first gear (32) through a bracket (14), the second gear (13) is connected with a rotating disc (15), the rotating disc (15) is connected with a movable connecting block (16), and a second connecting rod (17) is connected between the connecting block (16) and the rotating shaft (535); a chute which is in sliding connection with the connecting block (16) is arranged on the rotating disc (15), and the connecting block (16) is fixed in the chute through a fastening bolt;
the second fixing frame (3) is connected with an ash cleaning component (4) for cleaning dust on the surface of the camera (51), the ash cleaning component (4) comprises a ring-shaped cleaning frame (49) capable of moving up and down, and a plurality of bristles (410) are arranged on the inner surface of the cleaning frame (49);
the ash removal assembly (4) further comprises a triangular rotating frame (41), the rotating frame (41) is rotationally connected to the transverse frame (42), the transverse frame (42) is fixedly connected with the second fixing frame (3), a sliding rod (47) is fixedly connected to the second fixing frame (3), a lifting block (48) is movably connected to the sliding rod (47), a cleaning frame (49) is fixedly connected with the lifting block (48), and a second connecting rod (45) is connected between the rotating frame (41) and the lifting block (48);
the rotary table is characterized in that a fixed rod (33) is connected to a rotary shaft of the first gear (32), a movable sliding block (44) is connected to the transverse frame (42), a third connecting rod (46) is connected between the sliding block (44) and the fixed rod (33), and a first connecting rod (43) is connected between the sliding block (44) and the rotary frame (41).
