本发明涉及润滑脂领域,公开了一种润滑脂组合物及其制备方法和嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的应用。该润滑脂组合物包括基础油、稠化剂和添加剂,所述添加剂包括嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的总含量为0.1‑1重量%。通过该润滑脂组合物制备得到的润滑脂,具备较高的剪切安定性能和和胶体安定性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及润滑脂领域,具体涉及一种润滑脂组合物及其制备方法和嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的应用。
背景技术
膨润土润滑脂是以有机改性膨润土稠化润滑油基础油而得到的一类重要的非皂基高温润滑脂。膨润土润滑脂由于具有高滴点甚至无滴点、制备过程相对简单甚至不需要加热、成本较低等特点,广泛用于飞机、汽车、冶金设备、重负荷设备等的润滑。
1943年,Jordan首次制备出膨润土润滑脂,近年来国内外学者对膨润土润滑脂进行了大量的研究。CN1504552A采用植物油为基础油,膨润土为稠化剂,胺类或胺类与酚类混合抗氧剂,制备了一种可生物降解的润滑脂,符合环保要求;CN1197107A采用聚α烯烃为基础油,苯基-β-萘胺和二异辛基二苯胺为抗氧剂并加入防锈剂(苯并三氮唑和癸二酸钠)、极压剂(聚四氟乙烯和氰脲酸三聚氰胺盐)、分散剂(丙酮或1,2丙二醇碳酸酯)制备了一种航空用膨润土润滑脂,该脂具有良好的高低温性、与橡胶件的相容性和突出的抗氧性、极压性;CN101886017A采用糠醛精制油制备了一种膨润土润滑脂,该脂还加入了抗氧剂和颜料,使该膨润土具有良好的氧化安定性和抗腐蚀性能,而且颜料的加入可以起到赋予产品特殊外观和辅助区别润滑脂种类的功能;CN101240208A通过对工艺的改进,包括将膨润土悬浮液加热至90-100℃,加入磷酸对膨润土进行酸化,加入覆盖剂、防锈剂(经过处理的磺酸钠和亚硝酸钠的混合物),并补加一定量的湿润剂,制得的膨润土润滑脂在稠化能力和防锈性能上有了很大的进步,抗水性能也得到了改善。
目前的研究和报道主要关注润滑脂的配方、生产工艺和部分性能,但其剪切安定性能和和胶体安定性能的研究不足。因此,在剪切安定性能和和胶体安定性能方面,润滑脂仍有较大的改进空间。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的上述问题,提供一种润滑脂组合物及其制备方法和嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的应用,该润滑脂组合物具备较高的剪切安定性能和和胶体安定性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明一方面提供一种润滑脂组合物,该润滑脂组合物包括基础油、稠化剂和添加剂,所述添加剂包括嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的总含量为0.1-1重量%。
本发明第二方面提供一种制备润滑脂组合物的方法,该方法包括:将基础油、稠化剂、嘧啶类化合物、脂肪醇和任选的分散剂混合进行升温炼制,然后与其他添加剂混合,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的总含量为0.1-1重量%。
本发明第三方面提供嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇在提高润滑脂的剪切安定性能和胶体安定性能中的应用。
本发明的润滑脂组合物,具有较高的剪切安定性能和和胶体安定性能,同时还具有较好的高温性能和防锈性能。并且,本发明提供的制备方法,成脂时间较短,效率较高。
具体实施方式

在本发明中,所述的“剪切安定性能”指的是润滑脂在受到一定条件的机械剪切力下抵抗稠度变化的能力,是评价润滑脂机械安定性的重要指标。“胶体安定性能”指的是润滑脂在受热和受压力条件下保持胶体结构稳定,基础油不被析出的能力。
第一方面,本发明提供了一种润滑脂组合物,该润滑脂组合物包括基础油、稠化剂和添加剂,所述添加剂包括嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的总含量为0.1-1重量%。
本发明的发明人在研究中发现,当采用如上所述的嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇时,能够大幅度改善润滑脂的剪切安定性和胶体安定性。
根据本发明,为了进一步提高润滑脂的剪切安定性能和胶体安定性能,优选的,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的总含量为0.38-0.8重量%(0.38重量%,0.4重量%,0.5重量%,0.6重量%,0.7重量%,0.8重量%)。
根据本发明,优选的,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的重量比为0.8-3,更优选为1-2.5。
根据本发明,优选的,所述嘧啶类化合物选自式I所示的化合物中的至少一种,式I中,R1、R2、R3和R4各自独立地选自氢、卤素、芳香基或烷基取代或未取代的甲氧基。其中,卤素可以为F、Cl、Br或I;芳香基可以为苯基或烷基取代的苯基;烷基可以为C1-C6的烷基(直链、支链、环状),包括但不限于甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、正丁基、异丁基、叔丁基、正戊基、异戊基、正己基、环丙基、甲基环丙基、乙基环丙基、环戊基、甲基环戊基、环己基……等。
更优选地,R1选自卤素、苯基甲氧基或甲氧基,R2选自卤素或氢,R3选自氢、甲氧基或苯基甲氧基,R4选自氢或甲氧基。
所述嘧啶类化合物进一步优选为5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶、6-氯-2,4-二甲氧基嘧啶和5-溴-4-(3-甲氧基苯基)嘧啶中的至少一种。
根据本发明,优选的,所述脂肪醇选自C12-C20的脂肪醇中的至少一种,优选为(正)十二醇、(正)十四醇、(正)十六醇、(正)十八醇和(正)二十醇中的至少一种。
本发明的发明人在研究中进一步发现,当采用如上所述的嘧啶类化合物或脂肪醇或含量范围时,能够进一步提高润滑脂的剪切安定性能和胶体安定性能。
根据本发明,优选的,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述基础油的含量为75-92重量%(例如,可以为75重量%,78重量%,80重量%,82重量%,84重量%,85重量%,86重量%,88重量%,90重量%,92重量%),更优选为79-84.5重量%。
根据本发明,优选的,所述基础油在100℃下的运动粘度为5-40mm2/s(例如,可以为5mm2/s,6mm2/s,10mm2/s,15mm2/s,20mm2/s,25mm2/s,30mm2/s,35mm2/s,40mm2/s,45mm2/s,50mm2/s),更优选为6-30mm2/s。能够理解的是,所述运动粘度是在重力作用下流体内部流动阻力的量度,它是指固定的温度下,流体在重力作用下每秒内流过校准运动粘度计内的毛细管的距离。其中,运动粘度的测试方法为GB/T 30515。
根据本发明,优选的,所述基础油选自矿物基础油和/或合成基础油;更优选的,所述矿物基础油选自低硫石蜡基原油基础油(例如可以为650SN基础油、150BS基础油)、低硫中间基基础油、环烷基原油基础油和加氢基础油(例如,可以为500N基础油)中的至少一种;所述合成油选自合成烃油、酯类油、醚类油、硅油和氟油中的至少一种;更优选的,所述合成烃油选自聚α-烯烃油(PAO)和/或聚丁烯,所述酯类油选自癸二酸二辛酯等二酯和/或多元醇酯,所述醚类油选自烷基二苯醚和/或聚丙二醇。
根据本发明,优选的,其中,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述稠化剂的含量为8-25重量%(例如,可以为8重量%,10重量%,13重量%,15重量%,18重量%,20重量%,23重量%,25重量%),更优选为9-17.5重量%。
根据本发明,优选的,所述稠化剂为有机膨润土。所述有机膨润土可以商购获得,也可以自行制备,例如,可以先将膨润土改型为钠型膨润土,然后加入覆盖剂,经过充分反应,使其完全附着在膨润土晶粒结构的端面,然后经过过滤、洗涤、干燥、分碎,得到有机膨润土。
根据本发明,优选的,所述润滑脂组合物还包括分散剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂中的至少一种。
根据本发明,优选的,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述分散剂的含量为0.5-10重量%(0.5重量%,1重量%,2重量%,3重量%,4重量%,5重量%,6重量%,7重量%,8重量%,9重量%,10重量%),更优选为0.9-3重量%。
根据本发明,优选的,所述分散剂为C1-C5的醇(一元醇或多元醇)、C1-C5酮和C1-C5酯中的至少一种,优选为甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、季戊四醇、丙酮和碳酸丙烯酯中的至少一种。
根据本发明,优选的,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述抗氧剂的含量为0.1-10重量%(0.1重量%,1重量%,3重量%,5重量%,8重量%,10重量%),更优选为0.4-2重量%。
根据本发明,优选的,所述抗氧剂为酚型抗氧剂,更优选为2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚、2-萘酚、2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚、4,4-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基酚)和2,6-二叔丁基-4-烷氧基酚中的至少一种。
根据本发明,优选的,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述防锈剂的含量为0.1-10重量%(例如,可以为0.1重量%,1重量%,3重量%,5重量%,8重量%,10重量%),更优选为0.4-1重量%。
根据本发明,优选的,所述防锈剂选自磺酸盐类防锈剂,更优选为石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、二壬基萘磺酸钡和二壬基萘磺酸锌中的至少一种。
根据本发明,所述润滑脂组合物仅由如上所述的成分组成。
根据本发明,通过按照优选的比例配合优选种类的基础油、稠化剂、添加剂、分散剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂,能够获得性能更优的润滑脂组合物。
第二方面,本发明提供了一种制备润滑脂组合物的方法,该方法包括:将基础油、稠化剂、嘧啶类化合物、脂肪醇和任选的分散剂混合进行升温炼制,然后与其他添加剂混合,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的总含量为0.1-1重量%。
本发明的发明人发现,通过该方法制备得到的润滑脂组合物不仅具有较高的剪切安定性能和和胶体安定性能,而且在制脂前期就加入所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇,更有助于成脂,大大缩短了成脂时间。
优选的,制备润滑脂组合物的方法包括:将基础油、稠化剂混合,并搅拌均匀,然后加入任选的分散剂,搅拌均匀;升温至100-120℃,并保持10-20min;然后加入其它添加剂,搅拌均匀,然后将物料研磨成脂,得到成品。
其中,研磨的方法可以为本领域的常规选择,例如可以通过三辊机研磨。
本领域技术人员能够根据前述基础油、稠化剂、分散剂和添加剂的含量获得第二方面的制备方法中各种原料的用量,在此不再赘述。
第三方面,本发明提供了嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇在提高润滑脂的剪切安定性能和胶体安定性能中的应用。本发明的发明人在研究中发现,嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇在润滑脂,特别是膨润土润滑脂中能够发挥更好的剪切安定性能和胶体安定性能。
其中,嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的具体种类和配比如前所述,不再赘述。
根据本发明一种特别优选的实施方式,按照如下的组分和方法制备润滑脂组合物:
以原料组分的总重计,原料组分中含有77-80重量%的650SN基础油(属于低硫石蜡基原油基础油),16.5-18重量%的有机膨润土,0.8-1.1重量%的乙醇,0.8-1.1重量%的2,6-二叔丁基-4-烷氧基酚,0.8-1.1重量%的二壬基萘磺酸锌,以及总含量为0.38-0.45重量%的6-氯-2,4-二甲氧基嘧啶和正十四醇,其中,6-氯-2,4-二甲氧基嘧啶和正十四醇的重量比为1-1.3。
将上述650SN基础油、6-氯-2,4-二甲氧基嘧啶、正十四醇、有机膨润土混合,搅拌均匀,然后向其中加入乙醇,快速搅拌直至形成润滑脂结构;升温至115-120℃,保持10-13min,加入2,6-二叔丁基-4-烷氧基酚和二壬基萘磺酸锌后,冷却至室温,通过三辊机研磨2-3次成脂。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。以下实施例和对比例中的性能评定按照如下方法进行:
测定滴点采用GB/T 3498方法,测得的值越高,说明高温性能越好;
测定锥入度、十万次锥入度和60次锥入度采用GB/T 269方法,值越小,说明脂越稠;
胶体安定性能采用钢网分油指标表征,测定钢网分油性能采用NB/SH/T0324方法,钢网分油性能值越小,说明胶体安定性能越好;
测定铜片腐蚀性采用GB/T 7326方法;
测定防腐蚀性采用GB/T 5018方法;
测定剪切安定性能采用十万次锥入度与60次锥入度差值表征,值越小,说明剪切安定性能越好;

实施例1
原料组分:500N基础油(100℃运动粘度为10.5mm2/s)90g,有机膨润土10g,丙酮3g,5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶0.4g,正十二醇0.4g;2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚2g,二壬基萘磺酸钡1g。
将上述500N基础油、5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶、正十二醇、有机膨润土混合,搅拌均匀,然后向其中加入丙酮,快速搅拌直至形成润滑脂结构;升温至100℃,保持20min;加入2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚和二壬基萘磺酸钡后,冷却至室温,通过三辊机研磨2次成脂。
实施例2
原料组分:650SN基础油(100℃运动粘度为29.8mm2/s)82g,有机膨润土18g,乙醇1g,6-氯-2,4-二甲氧基嘧啶0.2g,正十四醇0.2g,和2,6-二叔丁基-4-烷氧基酚1g,二壬基萘磺酸锌1g。
将上述650SN基础油、6-氯-2,4-二甲氧基嘧啶、正十四醇、有机膨润土混合,搅拌均匀,然后向其中加入乙醇,快速搅拌直至形成润滑脂结构;升温至120℃,保持10min,加入2,6-二叔丁基-4-烷氧基酚和二壬基萘磺酸锌后,冷却至室温,通过三辊机研磨3次成脂。
实施例3
原料组分:PAO6基础油(100℃运动粘度为6.1mm2/s)85g,有机膨润土15g,丙三醇2g,5-溴-4-(3-甲氧基苯基)嘧啶0.3g,0.2克正十六醇,2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚0.5g,石油磺酸钡0.5g。
将上述PAO6基础油、5-溴-4-(3-甲氧基苯基)嘧啶、正十六醇、有机膨润土混合,搅拌均匀,然后向其中加入丙三醇,快速搅拌直至形成润滑脂结构;升温至110℃,保持15min,加入2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚和石油磺酸钡后,冷却至室温,通过三辊机研磨3次成脂。
实施例4
原料组分:650SN基础油(100℃运动粘度为12.9mm2/s)88g,有机膨润土12g,碳酸丙烯酯2g,5-溴-4-(3-甲氧基苯基)嘧啶0.5g,正十八醇0.2g,2-萘酚1g,石油磺酸钠1g。
将上述650SN基础油、5-溴-4-(3-甲氧基苯基)嘧啶、正十八醇和有机膨润土混合,搅拌均匀,然后向其中加入碳酸丙烯酯,快速搅拌直至形成润滑脂结构;升温至100℃,保持10min,加入2-萘酚和1克石油磺酸钠后,冷却至室温,通过三辊机研磨2次成脂。
实施例5
原料组分:PAO10基础油86g(100℃运动粘度为10.2mm2/s),有机膨润土8g,丙酮0.7g,5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶0.14g,正十二醇0.16g;2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚3g,二壬基萘磺酸钡2g。
将上述PAO10基础油、5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶、正十二醇、有机膨润土混合,搅拌均匀,然后向其中加入丙酮,快速搅拌直至形成润滑脂结构;升温至100℃,保持20min;加入2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚和二壬基萘磺酸钡后,冷却至室温,通过三辊机研磨2次成脂。
实施例6
原料组分:500N基础油75g(100℃运动粘度为10.5mm2/s),有机膨润土18g,丙酮5.6g,5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶0.75g,正十二醇0.25g;2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚0.2g,二壬基萘磺酸钡0.2g。
将上述500N基础油、5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶、正十二醇、有机膨润土混合,搅拌均匀,然后向其中加入丙酮,快速搅拌直至形成润滑脂结构;升温至100℃,保持20min;加入2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚和二壬基萘磺酸钡后,冷却至室温,通过三辊机研磨2次成脂。
实施例7
按照实施例1的方法制备润滑脂,不同的是,5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶为0.35g,正十二醇0.44g(即5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶和正十二醇的重量比为0.8)。
实施例8
按照实施例1的方法制备润滑脂,不同的是,5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶为0.6g,正十二醇0.2g(即5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶和正十二醇的重量比为3)。
对比例1
按照实施例1的方法制备润滑脂,不同的是,5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶的用量为3g,正十二醇的用量为1g(即以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的总含量为3.6重量%,嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的重量比为3)。
对比例2
按照实施例1的方法制备润滑脂,不同的是,将5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶替换为十二烷基氯化吡啶。
对比例3
按照实施例1的方法制备润滑脂,不同的是,将正十二醇替换为苯乙醇。
对比例4
按照实施例1的方法制备润滑脂,不同的是,不添加嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇,并按照实施例1中500N基础油、有机膨润土、丙酮、2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚、二壬基萘磺酸钡用量之间的比例,补齐由于未添加嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇导致的0.8g物料的缺失。
测试例1
对于实施例1-8和对比例1-4制备得到的润滑脂,分别测定滴点、锥入度、十万次锥入度、钢网分油性能、铜片腐蚀性、防腐蚀性、剪切安定性能和胶体安定性能。结果见表2.

通过以上结果特别是十万次锥入度与60次锥入度差值以及钢网分油指标可以看出,采用本发明的技术方案制备得到的润滑脂组合物,具有较高的剪切安定性能和和胶体安定性能。同时还具有较好的高温性能和防锈性能。从实施例1和实施例5-6可以看出,采用本发明优选的,特定比例的组合物制备的润滑脂,能够具备更好的剪切安定性能和和胶体安定性能。
以上详细描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是,本发明并不限于此。在本发明的技术构思范围内,可以对本发明的技术方案进行多种简单变型,包括各个技术特征以任何其它的合适方式进行组合,这些简单变型和组合同样应当视为本发明所公开的内容,均属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种润滑脂组合物,该润滑脂组合物包括基础油、稠化剂和添加剂,其特征在于,所述添加剂包括嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的总含量为0.1-1重量%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其中,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的总含量为0.38-0.8重量%;
和/或,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的重量比为0.8-3,优选为1-2.5;
和/或,所述嘧啶类化合物选自式I所示的化合物中的至少一种,式I中,R1、R2、R3和R4各自独立地选自氢、卤素、芳香基或烷基取代或未取代的甲氧基,R1优选选自卤素、苯基甲氧基或甲氧基,R2优选选自卤素或氢,R3优选选自氢、甲氧基或苯基甲氧基,R4优选选自氢或甲氧基;所述嘧啶类化合物优选为5-溴-2-甲氧基嘧啶、6-氯-2,4-二甲氧基嘧啶和5-溴-4-(3-甲氧基苯基)嘧啶中的至少一种;
和/或,所述脂肪醇选自C12-C20的脂肪醇中的至少一种,优选为十二醇、十四醇、十六醇、十八醇和二十醇中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其中,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述基础油的含量为75-92重量%,优选为79-84.5重量%;
和/或,所述基础油在100℃下的运动粘度为5-40mm2/s,优选为6-30mm2/s;
和/或,所述基础油选自矿物基础油和/或合成基础油;
优选的,所述矿物基础油选自低硫石蜡基原油基础油、低硫中间基基础油、环烷基原油基础油和加氢基础油中的至少一种;所述合成油选自合成烃油、酯类油、醚类油、硅油和氟油中的至少一种;
更优选的,所述合成烃油选自聚α-烯烃油和/或聚丁烯,所述酯类油选自癸二酸二辛酯等二酯和/或多元醇酯,所述醚类油选自烷基二苯醚和/或聚丙二醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其中,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述稠化剂的含量为8-25重量%,优选为9-17.5重量%;
和/或,所述稠化剂为有机膨润土。
5.根据权利要求1所述的润滑脂组合物,其中,所述润滑脂组合物还包括分散剂、抗氧剂和防锈剂中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求5所述的润滑脂组合物,其中,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述分散剂的含量为0.5-10重量%,优选为0.9-3重量%;
和/或,所述分散剂为C1-C5的醇、C1-C5酮和C1-C5酯中的至少一种,优选为甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇、丙三醇、季戊四醇、丙酮和碳酸丙烯酯中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的润滑脂组合物,其中,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述抗氧剂的含量为0.1-10重量%,优选为0.4-2重量%;
和/或,所述抗氧剂为酚型抗氧剂,优选为2,6-二叔丁基对甲苯酚、2-萘酚、2,6-二叔丁基-α-二甲氨基对甲酚、4,4-亚甲基双(2,6-二叔丁基酚)和2,6-二叔丁基-4-烷氧基酚中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求5所述的润滑脂组合物,其中,以所述润滑脂组合物的总重量为基准,所述防锈剂的含量为0.1-10重量%,优选为0.4-1重量%;
和/或,所述防锈剂选自磺酸盐类防锈剂,优选为石油磺酸钡、石油磺酸钠、二壬基萘磺酸钡和二壬基萘磺酸锌中的至少一种。
9.一种制备润滑脂组合物的方法,其特征在于,该方法包括:将基础油、稠化剂、嘧啶类化合物、脂肪醇和任选的分散剂混合进行升温炼制,然后与其他添加剂混合,所述嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇的总含量为0.1-1重量%。
10.嘧啶类化合物和脂肪醇在提高润滑脂的剪切安定性能和胶体安定性能中的应用。
