液晶显示器及其背光模块及显示模块
技术领域
本发明涉及一种显示器及其背光模块及显示模块,尤其涉及一种液晶显示器及其背光模块及显示模块。
背景技术
传统液晶显示器的背光模块通常使用背板及与背板衔接的胶框,构成固定框架,用以容置、固定导光板及光学膜片等导光元件。胶框通常以L形截面延伸并衔接至背板的侧板部上。胶框的垂直部分与背板的侧板部上会设置对应的衔接结构以能相互衔接,例如卡勾、卡槽。胶框的水平部分能在垂直方向上压抵、固定光学膜片、导光片。为能具有一定的结构强度,胶框通常具有相当的厚度,造成固定框架的尺寸(包含长度、宽度、高度)将无可避免地包含胶框的厚度,此不利于液晶显示器整体厚度的缩减,亦不利于液晶显示器的窄边框设计。
因此,需要提供一种液晶显示器及其背光模块及显示模块来解决上述问题。
发明内容
鉴于先前技术中的问题,本发明的一目的在于提供一种背光模块,直接使用背板容置、固定导光板,无需胶框,故有利于缩减背光模块的整体尺寸,进而有利于采用此背光模块的液晶显示器整体厚度的缩减,亦有利于液晶显示器的窄边框设计。
根据本发明的一背光模块用于一显示器中并包含一背板及一导光板。该背板具有一底板部及自该底板部弯折延伸的一侧板部,该背板在该底板部与该侧板部之间形成一容置空间,该背板具有一拘束部,该拘束部位于该容置空间中。该导光板容置于该容置空间中,该导光板的至少一部分位于该拘束部与该底板部之间。藉此,该背光模块无需传统液晶显示器中背光模块的胶框,即能有效容置、固定导光板,故有利于缩减背光模块的整体尺寸,进而有利于采用此背光模块的液晶显示器整体厚度的缩减,亦有利于液晶显示器的窄边框设计。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种显示模块,采用如前述的背光模块,故有利于缩减显示模块的整体尺寸,进而有利于采用此显示模块的液晶显示器整体厚度的缩减,亦有利于液晶显示器的窄边框设计。
根据本发明的一显示模块用于一液晶显示器中并包含一背光模块及一液晶面板。该背光模块包含一背板及一导光板。该背板具有一底板部及自该底板部弯折延伸的一侧板部,该背板在该底板部与该侧板部之间形成一容置空间,该背板具有一拘束部,该拘束部位于该容置空间中。该导光板容置于该容置空间中,该导光板的至少一部分位于该拘束部与该底板部之间。该液晶面板叠置于该背光模块上。同样的,该显示模块的背光模块无需传统液晶显示器中背光模块的胶框,即能有效容置、固定导光板,故有利于缩减显示模块的整体尺寸,进而有利于采用此显示模块的液晶显示器整体厚度的缩减,亦有利于液晶显示器的窄边框设计。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种液晶显示器,采用如前述的显示模块,故有利于缩减液晶显示器的整体尺寸,亦有利于液晶显示器整体厚度的缩减及液晶显示器的窄边框设计。
根据本发明的一液晶显示器包含一外壳、一背光模块及一液晶面板。该外壳具有一元件容纳空间,该背光模块容置于该元件容纳空间中。该背光模块包含一背板及一导光板。该背板具有一底板部及自该底板部弯折延伸的一侧板部,该背板在该底板部与该侧板部之间形成一容置空间,该背板具有一拘束部,该拘束部位于该容置空间中。该导光板容置于该容置空间中,该导光板的至少一部分位于该拘束部与该底板部之间。该液晶面板设置于该元件容纳空间中并叠置于该背光模块上。同样的,该液晶显示器的显示模块的背光模块无需传统液晶显示器中背光模块的胶框,即能有效容置、固定导光板,故有利于缩减液晶显示器的整体尺寸,亦有利于液晶显示器的窄边框设计。

请参阅图1至图3。根据本发明的一实施例的一液晶显示器1包含一外壳12及一显示模块14。外壳12具有一元件容纳空间12a,显示模块14容置于元件容纳空间12a中。显示模块14以一显示方向14a(以一箭头表示于图1中)对外显示影像。显示模块14包含一背光模块142、一液晶面板144及一控制模块146。控制模块146与背光模块142及液晶面板144电连接。液晶面板144叠置于背光模块142上且露出于外壳12。控制模块146控制背光模块142提供液晶面板144背光并控制液晶面板144各液晶单元的状态,以显示影像。
请亦参阅图4及图5。背光模块142包含一背板1422、一导光板1424、一光源1426、一反射片1428、至少一光学膜片1430(例如但不限于扩散片、棱镜片、增亮片等)及一侧边胶带1432。反射片1428、导光板1424及光学膜片1430依序叠置于背板1422上。光源1426设置于导光板1424下侧。侧边胶带1432位于背光模块142周边,用以增加背光模块142结构的稳定性。其中,背板1422具有一底板部14222及自底板部14222弯折延伸的多个侧板部14224,背板1422在底板部14222与侧板部14224之间形成一容置空间1422a。背板1422还具有多个拘束部14226,位于容置空间1422a中且在容置空间1422a内相对于侧板部14224朝向容置空间1422a内侧延伸。背板1422在其下侧具有一容置槽14228。
导光板1424容置于容置空间1422a中,导光板1424的至少一部分位于拘束部14226与底板部14222之间;换言之,该至少一部分于垂直于底板部14222的一第一方向142a(以双头箭头表示于图5中;其与显示方向14a平行)上位于拘束部14226与底板部14222之间,使得导光板1424至少在第一方向142a上可有效地拘束于背板1422上。导光板1424与底板部14222平行延伸,导光板1424的出光面1424a垂直于第一方向142a,反射片1428设置于导光板1424相对出光面1424a的另一表面。导光板1424具有一入光侧面1424b,邻近容置槽14228。
光源1426由多个发光件(例如但不限于LED)直线排列所形成的光棒实作,并容置于背板1422的容置槽14228中,其出光方向朝向入光侧面1424b。光源1426发出的光线将自入光侧面1424b进入导光板1424,并自出光面1424a射出导光板1424。反射片1428能反射导光板1424内朝向底板部14222的光线,增加光线利用率。光学膜片1430在第一方向142a上叠置于导光板1424的出光面1424a上,自出光面1424a射出的光线穿过光学膜片1430以提供于第一方向142a上叠置于背光模块142上的液晶面板144背光。
请参阅图4、图6及图7。在本实施例中,拘束部14226自侧板部14224弯折延伸;对应地,导光板1424具有一凹槽1424c。拘束部14226位于凹槽1424c中,如图5及图6所示(其中,在图6中凹槽1424c轮廓以虚线绘示)。通过凹槽1424c与拘束部14226的结构干涉,拘束部14226除可在第一方向142a上防止导光板1424脱离背板1422,亦可在垂直于第一方向142a的第二方向142b、142c(均以双头箭头表示于图中)上提供导光板1424定位。在实践上,拘束部14226亦可直接自底板部14222弯折延伸形成(如图8所示)。此外,在本实施例中,背板1422整体以单一金属板件制作(例如通过冲压制程),但实践上不以此为限。例如拘束部14226以另件的方式固定(例如铆接)至底板部14222(如图9所示)或侧板部14224(如图10所示);在实践上,亦得改以焊接的方式实施(例如将图9、图10所示的铆接改为焊接即可,不另赘述)。另外,如图6及图7所示,在本实施例中,拘束部14226在第一方向142a上略低于出光面1424a(即拘束部14226在第一方向142a上相对于出光面1424a凹入,或出光面1424a在第一方向142a上相对于拘束部14226突出);在实践上,拘束部14226亦可在第一方向142a上等于出光面1424a(即拘束部14226与出光面1424a切齐)。此结构配置有利于光学膜片1430平覆于出光面1424a上。
此外,如图4、图6及图7所示,在本实施例中,光学膜片1430在第二方向142b、142c上具有多个凸部14302;对应地,侧板部14224具有多个定位槽14230。凸部14302对应地位于定位槽14230中,具有定位光学膜片1430的功效。在实践上,亦得以侧板部14224对应拘束部14226的缺口14232作为定位槽;此时,光学膜片1430的凸部14302的尺寸及位置亦配合修正,不另赘述。
此外,如图3至图5及图7所示,为简化附图,侧边胶带1432以单一结构件表示,大致完整包覆背光模块142周围,但实践上不以此为限;例如以多条胶带实践,分别包覆背光模块142各侧边。在本实施例中,侧边胶带1432沿背光模块142各侧边以C形截面延伸,且同时黏着于底板部14222的背面、侧板部14224及光学膜片1430,可固定光学膜片1430在导光板1424上,亦能增加背光模块142整体结构的稳定性。因此,相较于传统液晶显示器的背光模块,本实施例的背光模块142无需胶框即能有效固定导光板1424、光学膜片1430。此外,在本实施例中,侧边胶带1432在第一方向142a上能遮盖拘束部14226、导光板1424及光学膜片1430的周缘、光源1426等。并且,侧边胶带1432不透光,故能遮蔽导光板1424可能产生漏光、亮边等影响背光均度的现象。
此外,如图3、图5及图7所示,液晶面板144经由多个泡棉148,固定至背光模块142上。显示模块14以一金属屏蔽盖147遮盖控制模块146。一下侧饰盖149沿显示模块14下侧以U形截面延伸并包覆显示模块14下侧。下侧饰盖149在第一方向142a上遮盖光源1426。由于背光模块142不具如传统液晶显示器的背光模块的胶框,下侧饰盖149的宽度将小于传统液晶显示器的下侧饰盖宽度。同理,相较于传统液晶显示器,本实施例的显示模块14(的背光模块142)具有较小的框架结构侧壁厚度(相当于背板1422的侧板部14224及侧边胶带1432的厚度总和)。此结构配置有助于液晶显示器1的窄边框及薄型化设计。

1.一种背光模块,该背光模块用于一液晶显示器中,该背光模块包括:
一背板,该背板具有一底板部及自该底板部弯折延伸的一侧板部,该背板在该底板部与该侧板部之间形成一容置空间,该背板具有一拘束部,该拘束部位于该容置空间中;以及

4.如权利要求3所述的背光模块,该背光模块还包括至少一光学膜片,该至少一光学膜片叠置于该出光面上且在垂直于该第一方向的一第二方向上具有一凸部,其中该侧板部具有一定位槽,该凸部位于该定位槽中。
5.如权利要求4所述的背光模块,该背光模块还包括一不透光的侧边胶带,该侧边胶带同时黏着于该底板部、该侧板部以及该至少一光学膜片,其中该侧边胶带在该第一方向上遮盖该拘束部。
6.如权利要求1所述的背光模块,其中该拘束部自该侧板部或该底板部弯折延伸。
7.如权利要求1所述的背光模块,其中该拘束部铆接至该侧板部或该底板部。
8.一种显示模块,该显示模块用于一液晶显示器中,该显示模块包括:
一背光模块,该背光模块包括:
一背板,该背板具有一底板部及自该底板部弯折延伸的一侧板部,该背板在该底板部与该侧板部之间形成一容置空间,该背板具有一拘束部,该拘束部位于该容置空间中;以及
一导光板,该导光板容置于该容置空间中,该导光板的至少一部分位于该拘束部与该底板部之间;以及
一液晶面板,该液晶面板叠置于该背光模块上。
9.如权利要求8所述的显示模块,该显示模块还包括至少一泡棉,其中该液晶面板经由该至少一泡棉固定至该背光模块上。
10.如权利要求8所述的显示模块,其中该导光板具有一凹槽,该拘束部位于该凹槽中,该导光板具有一出光面,该拘束部在垂直于该出光面的一第一方向上低于或等于该出光面。
11.如权利要求10所述的显示模块,其中该背光模块包括至少一光学膜片,该至少一光学膜片叠置于该出光面上且在垂直于该第一方向的一第二方向上具有一凸部,该侧板部具有一定位槽,该凸部位于该定位槽中。
12.如权利要求11所述的显示模块,其中该背光模块包括一不透光的侧边胶带,该侧边胶带同时黏着于该底板部、该侧板部以及该至少一光学膜片,该侧边胶带在该第一方向上遮盖该拘束部。
13.如权利要求8所述的显示模块,其中该拘束部自该侧板部或该底板部弯折延伸。
14.如权利要求8所述的显示模块,其中该拘束部铆接至该侧板部或该底板部。
15.一种液晶显示器,该液晶显示器包括:
一外壳,该外壳具有一元件容纳空间;
一背光模块,该背光模块设置于该元件容纳空间中并包括:
一背板,该背板具有一底板部及自该底板部弯折延伸的一侧板部,该背板在该底板部与该侧板部之间形成一容置空间,该背板具有一拘束部,该拘束部位于该容置空间中;以及
一导光板,该导光板容置于该容置空间中,该导光板的至少一部分位于该拘束部与该底板部之间;以及
一液晶面板,该液晶面板设置于该元件容纳空间中并叠置于该背光模块上。
16.如权利要求15所述的液晶显示器,其中该导光板具有一凹槽,该拘束部位于该凹槽中,该导光板具有一出光面,该拘束部在垂直于该出光面的一第一方向上低于或等于该出光面。
17.如权利要求16所述的液晶显示器,其中该背光模块包括至少一光学膜片,该至少一光学膜片叠置于该出光面上且在垂直于该第一方向的一第二方向上具有一凸部,该侧板部具有一定位槽,该凸部位于该定位槽中。
18.如权利要求17所述的液晶显示器,其中该背光模块包括一不透光的侧边胶带,该侧边胶带同时黏着于该底板部、该侧板部以及该至少一光学膜片,该侧边胶带在该第一方向上遮盖该拘束部。
19.如权利要求15所述的液晶显示器,其中该拘束部自该侧板部或该底板部弯折延伸。
20.如权利要求15所述的液晶显示器,其中该拘束部铆接至该侧板部或该底板部。
