Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种由不连续挤压出的软管形热塑塑料预制坯吹塑而成的桶形容器,其中容器壁由内层、外层和至少一个中间层构成。
欧洲专利申请公开说明书EP0326584公开了一种生产大体积的且具有多层器壁的塑料空心体如塑料桶的方法和装置。在这里,所述装置由一个可在外壳内轴向移动的且用作共同挤压头的环形活塞构成,所述环形活塞根据各器壁层和各熔融塑料设有大致径向延伸的流道孔,所述流道孔分别通入一个环形布料槽中。环形布料槽随后转入一条公用流道,各熔融塑料先后流入此流道。大约在环形活塞中央的流道逐渐扩宽成由环形活塞供料的环形蓄料腔的横截面。
在具有多层器壁的贮藏容器或运输容器如桶中,为了不受紫外线影响或由于视觉的缘故,器壁外层和进而预制坯层(通过吹塑法将此预制坯制成桶形容器)例如染有一种特殊颜色。而另一方面人们希望可以无需特殊测量装置地经常从外面观察有多少液体装在桶形容器中。
DE-GM9107812披露了一种将多层软管形共同挤压出的热塑塑料预制坯制成由吹塑法吹出的桶形容器的装置,其中在由透明塑料或透光塑料构成的内层的熔融塑料环形流道和由染色塑料构成的外层的环形流道之间设有一条流通槽,通过此流通槽可以在外层中形成一个所谓的观察条,所述观察条可以控制成品容器的填充程度。但当容器壁至少由两层构成时,无法利用此装置生产出具有一个观察条的且可以控制水平面的桶形容器的预制坯。
本发明的任务在于提供一种桶形容器,其中容器壁是由至少三个材料层构成的且可以在这样的容器中控制填充物质的水平面。
为了完成上述任务,根据本发明提供一种由一个不连续挤压出的软管形热塑塑料预制坯吹塑而成的桶形容器,其中容器壁是由一个半透明塑料内层、一个外层和至少一个中间层构成的,而外层和/或中间层是由不透明的塑料制成的,其特征在于,所述容器壁具有一个轴向穿过中间层和外层的且由半透明塑料制成的观察条。
在这样构成的容器中,由于有观察条而可以经常监察或控制位于容器中的填充物质的水平面。
为实现上述目的,根据本发明提供一种用于生产至少如权利要求1-5之一所述的且具有一个由至少三层构成的器壁的桶形塑料容器的方法,其中至少两种不同的环形熔融塑料在呈漏斗形扩宽的环形蓄料腔中连续且均匀地被聚集在一起并作为多层熔融塑料地被排出以便不连续地制成一个软管形预制坯,其中所述预制坯随后被吹塑成容器,其特征在于,在环形熔融塑料被聚集在一起后且在其进入环形蓄料腔的漏斗形区域之前,至少将一个由半透明熔融塑料制成的细条送入多层熔融塑料的外层和中间层中。
半透明熔融塑料的送入是在经过绝大部分环形腔填充时间后进行的。
根据本发明还提供一种实施至少权利要求6-7之一所述方法的桶形容器生产装置,它由一个呈漏斗形扩宽的环形蓄料腔构成,所述环形蓄料腔具有一个后置的可截断的喷嘴缝、一个前置的环形槽和至少三个在环形槽前面的环形布料槽,所述布料槽通过流道孔与至少两个装有不同熔融塑料的挤压机相连,其特征在于,在所有环形布料槽通入环形槽的区域下方且在环形蓄料腔的漏斗形扩宽部之前,一个流道孔通入环形槽中,所述流道孔与一个用于半透明熔融塑料的挤压机相连。
流道孔通过一个阻流体通入环形槽中。阻流体至少触及构成预制坯内层的熔融塑料。
以下将结合一个由附图草草示出的实施例来详细描述本发明,其中:
图1是本发明容器的透视图;
图2是用于生产图1所示容器的本发明装置的截面图;
图3是图2所示装置的观察条成型区的放大视图。
在附图1中示出了一个桶形容器1,它是由软管形热塑塑料预制坯吹塑而成的。容器壁由至少三个不同材料层构成,在容器壁中加入一条轴向延伸的观察条2。制造桶形容器1用的软管形预制坯是借助这样一台装置生产出来的,其中在附图2中示出了环形活塞蓄料部3或环形活塞蓄压头。环形活塞蓄料部3首先由一个存储套4构成,此蓄料套以本身公知而未示出的方式与一个本身公知的外壳相连。在所示实施例中固定设置的蓄料套4装有一个可轴向移动的环形活塞5,在此环形活塞中引导一个带有喷嘴顶盖7的销钉6轴向移动。在蓄料套4和喷嘴顶盖7之间形成了一条喷嘴缝8,它可以通过销钉6的轴向移动而开启关闭。为了这种运动,为销钉6配备了一个未示出的如被设计成活塞缸单元的驱动机构。
在位于蓄料套4外的区域内,环形活塞5具有3条流道孔9、10、11。一个用于不同熔融塑料的挤压机分别与所述流道孔相连。例如,通过流道孔10送入透明的或透光的熔融塑料,它构成了待制造软管形预制坯的和后来容器1的所谓内层。为流道孔9输送一种由回收塑料构成的熔融塑料。在这里,当将在吹塑塑料过程中产生的所谓边角料用作回收塑料时,这是很有利的。通过流道孔9输入的熔融塑料形成了预制坯的和也就是以后的容器1的所谓中间层。这个中间层是不透明的。随后,第三种熔融塑料通过流道孔11进入环形活塞5中,这种熔融塑料经过染色并由防紫外线材料构成。这个塑料层构成了预制坯的和吹塑容器1的外层。
流道孔9、10、11首先分别转入一个环绕的环形布料槽12、13、14中,一条倾斜的环形槽12a、13a、14a分别与所述环形布料槽相连。环形槽12a、13a、14a先后通入一个公用环形槽15中,此环形槽15逐渐扩宽到蓄料套4的环形蓄料腔16的宽度。由于各种熔融塑料被先后供给公用环形槽15并且这些熔融塑料只能逐渐扩宽到环形蓄料腔16的横截面,所以确保了多层熔融塑料的各层组织不会被改变,而是保持不变。这种情况也适用于由在环形活塞蓄料部3中形成的软管形预制坯生产出的容器1。
在图2所示的实施例中,在环形活塞5的右边还设有另一个流道孔17,它与挤压机相连并从该流道孔中将半透明的熔融塑料供给环形活塞5。根据要求,流道孔17也可以与这样的挤压机相连,即该挤压机与流道孔9相连。但在这种情况下,必须将流道孔17设置在这样一个装置的前面,即通过该装置可以准确地控制输入的半透明熔融塑料的压力和物料量。
流道孔17离倾斜环形槽12a、13a、14a一定距离地径向通入公用环形槽15中。在流道孔17的连通区域内,在环形槽15中放入了一个被设计成鱼雷形状的阻流体18(图3),它将多层熔融塑料的外层流体和中间层流体分裂开并由此出现了半透明熔融塑料的输送。另外,鱼雷形阻流体18一直触及构成预制坯内层的不染色熔融塑料。由于通过流道孔17输送半透明熔融塑料,所以在不透明的外层熔融塑料和中间层熔融塑料中形成了一个透明条,它随后在吹塑容器1中构成了观察条2。这样一来,可以无需特殊测量装置地用眼睛监察或检测桶形容器1中的水平面。但是,最好通过流道孔17不是连续地送入半透明熔融塑料,而是只在随后构成容器1外表面的区域内送入半透明熔融塑料。众所周知地,在容器1的底壁和顶壁中确实需要一个观察条2。
在构成容器壁内层或软管形预制坯壁内层的熔融塑料是不透明的情况下,通过流道孔17输入的半透明熔融塑料必须流到公用环形槽15的对置壁处。这意味着,鱼雷形阻流体18的长度是如此设计的,即它可以中断多层熔融塑料的所有三层材料的输送,以便输入用于制造观察条2的半透明塑料。
Claims (10)
1.一种由一个不连续挤压出的软管形热塑塑料预制坯吹塑而成的桶形容器,其中容器壁是由一个半透明塑料内层、一个外层和至少一个中间层构成的,而外层和/或中间层是由不透明的塑料制成的,其特征在于,所述容器壁具有一个轴向穿过中间层和外层的且由半透明塑料制成的观察条(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,观察条(2)只穿过外层和中间层。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的容器,其特征在于,观察条(2)是由防紫外线塑料制成的。
4.如权利要求1-3之一所述的容器,其特征在于,所述中间层是由回收塑料制成的。
5.如权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述回收塑料是由在吹塑过程中产生的边角料构成的
6.一种用于生产至少如权利要求1-5之一所述的且具有一个由至少三层构成的器壁的桶形塑料容器的方法,其中至少两种不同的环形熔融塑料在呈漏斗形扩宽的环形蓄料腔中连续且均匀地被聚集在一起并作为多层熔融塑料地被排出以便不连续地制成一个软管形预制坯,其中所述预制坯随后被吹塑成容器,其特征在于,在环形熔融塑料被聚集在一起后且在其进入环形蓄料腔的漏斗形区域之前,至少将一个由半透明熔融塑料制成的细条送入多层熔融塑料的外层和中间层中。
7.如权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,半透明熔融塑料的送入是在经过绝大部分环形腔填充时间后进行的。
8.一种实施至少权利要求6-7之一所述方法的桶形容器生产装置,它由一个呈漏斗形扩宽的环形蓄料腔构成,所述环形蓄料腔具有一个后置的可截断的喷嘴缝、一个前置的环形槽和至少三个在环形槽前面的环形布料槽,所述布料槽通过流道孔与至少两个装有不同熔融塑料的挤压机相连,其特征在于,在所有环形布料槽(12,13,14)通入环形槽(15)的区域下方且在环形蓄料腔(16)的漏斗形扩宽部之前,一个流道孔(17)通入环形槽(15)中,所述流道孔与一个用于半透明熔融塑料的挤压机相连。
9.如权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,流道孔(17)通过一个阻流体(18)通入环形槽(15)中。
10.如权利要求9所述的装置,其特征在于,阻流体(18)至少触及构成预制坯内层的熔融塑料。
