Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明通常涉及一种如吹干机或头发干燥机这样的手持式热空气吹风装置。更具体地,本发明涉及一种比通常的头发干燥机噪音低的干燥头发的头发干燥机。
背景技术
在现有技术中,这种头发干燥机或吹干机是众所周知的。通常的吹干机是固定到一手柄上的管状体。这一管状体固定安装一个加热元件和一个旋转风扇的马达。操作过程中,所述风扇的转动将空气通过进气口吸入所述管状体内,该进气口位于该管状体的后端或侧面。然后,风扇将该吸入的空气吹过所述加热元件而将其加热。最后,加热后的空气通过该管状体前端的一个出口被吹到该干燥机外面。然而,马达和风扇的高速旋转一般会产生噪音,噪音穿过所述管状体的出口、入口、通风口或其它孔以及该管状体本身的壁而从该干燥机体逃逸出去。
无论在家或者在如美发店这样的专业场合,头发干燥机用于在清洗和/或湿润头发后将头发吹干。这种装置的使用靠近人们的耳朵,所以噪音至少是一种噪扰。此外,在家里,吹干头发这样的事情常常是在早晨或晚上进行的,所以有一个寂静无声的头发干燥机是有益的,这样可以不打扰房间里的其它人,如熟睡的配偶或孩子。在专业场合,数量众多的头发干燥机可能同时操作,所产生的噪音级别会很大以至于美发师和顾客不能听清楚相互之间的谈话。这就需要提供一种比通常的干燥机噪音低的干燥机。
这种噪音对于其它的热气枪的应用可能也是一个问题。例如,吹气的喷漆枪在邻居居住处,在一定时间内会由于噪音太大而不能使用。本发明人预想任何吹气装置在一定的场合都会需要比较安静的操作。
发明内容
所以,本发明的一个目的是提供一种新的改进的吹干机。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种产生相对较低的噪音传播级别的新的改进的吹干机。
本发明还有一个目的是提供一种比较安静的新的改进的头发干燥机。
本发明的这些和其它的目的是通过下面的吹干机来实现的。其包括一个内机体,该内机体具有一个进气口、一个出气口和用于将空气吸入并穿过所述内机体的一个马达和一个风扇;以及
一个包围所述内机体的消音器,该消音器包围所述进气口,但不包围所述出气口,所述消音器由一个大气空间与所述内机体分离开,所述消音器具有至少一个气口,该气口置于所述消音器上并与所述出气口相距一段距离,以便内部噪音被所述消音器吸收,而不会有已加热空气的过量再循环,所述消音器被设置为从所述气口接收空气并将气流导向所述风扇,以便进入的气流被所述风扇转向后由所述的出气口送出,以降低发出的噪音。
通过下面结合附图的描述,上面提到的和其它的本发明的特征和获得这些特征的方式将变得更加清楚,并且本发明本身将被更好地理解。

具体实施方式
现在看图1和图2,吹干机10有一个内机体11,一个手柄12和一个消音器14。内机体11装有一个由电源18通过一开关20供电的马达16,一个由马达16转动的风扇22和一个也是由电源18供电的加热器24。所述内机体11在其后端有一个进气口26,在其前端有一个出气口28。
消音器14包围和围绕着所述内机体11,同时在所述内机体11和消音器14之间存在一个大气空间30。所述消音器14能够延伸到所述出口28,或者如图所示延伸至出口28后面的线29处。对于约20-25厘米长的内机体,线29可以是在出口28后面约0.6-5.1厘米的地方。在所述内机体11和消音器14之间所述大气空间30可以是约0.9-2.6厘米宽。在这两种情况下,大多为仅仅出气口28被消音器14暴露在外面。
空气穿过消音器14中的气口32进入大气空间30,气口32最好位于靠近出气口28的地方,但从该出气口28分离出来。如果需要,在所述消音器14上可提供一个斜面33以允许气口32对着出气口28。该气口如所示的那样也可以简单地被提升而对着所述出气口。气口32距出气口28可以为约1.5-3英寸,或者是任何其它合适的距离。尽管可能但也不希望太多已预热的空气被吸入到所述气口32内。
手柄12可以是任何合适的形状,并且装有开关20,最好手柄12可以便利地用左手和右手使用。
在操作过程中,被吸入到气口32中的空气(在图1中由箭头34表示)由风扇(图1中用箭头36表示)吸向后端。风扇的抽吸力然后就改变该吸入空气的方向(图1中由箭头38表示),并将其向着进气口26推进,经过马达16和加热元件24并穿过出口28排出(由箭头40表示)。噪音被消音器14和大气空间30吸收和分散,这就大大减少了由该装置产生的噪音。
尽管本发明的几个实施例已被表示和描述,但应当理解对于本领域的技术人员来说,其它的改进、替换和变更是很显然的。在不偏离本发明精神和范围的前提下,可以进行这种改进、替换和变更,这将由附加的权利要求来限定。
Claims (2)
1、一种头发干燥装置,包括:
一个内机体(11),该内机体具有一个进气口(26)、一个出气口(28)和用于将空气吸入并穿过所述内机体的一个马达(16)和一个风扇(22);以及
一个包围所述内机体(11)的消音器(14),该消音器包围所述进气口(26),但不包围所述出气口(28),所述消音器由一个大气空间(30)与所述内机体(11)分离开,所述消音器(14)具有至少一个气口(32),该气口置于所述消音器上并与所述出气口相距一段距离,以便内部噪音被所述消音器吸收,而不会有已加热空气的过量再循环,所述消音器被设置为从所述气口(32)接收空气并将气流导向所述风扇,以便进入的气流被所述风扇转向后由所述的出气口(28)送出,以降低发出的噪音。
2、一种如权利要求1所述的头发干燥装置,其特征在于,所述气口对着所述头发干燥装置的前端。
