Working principle: the device can realize the synchronous motion of conveyer 111 and wind-up roll 22 through actuating mechanism 4, and then can control wind-up roll 22 and drive the packing area 24 motion when driving the carton and carry, can control elevating system 31 through packing area 24 and move when the carton moves to the box 21, and elevating system 31 can control blade holder mechanism 33 and move through coupling mechanism 32 again, blade holder mechanism 33 moves and can make blade holder 122 cut off the sticky tape 242 in the packing area 24, and elevating system 31 then can control sticky tape 242 laminating in the carton one side that deviates from conveyer 111, in this process, rotating mechanism 34 can carry out the centre gripping to sticky tape 242 one end that deviates from being cut off through fixture 35, simultaneously control sticky tape 242 laminates the one side that the carton was faced out of the box, after sticky tape 242 laminating is accomplished, carry the carton out of box 21 through conveyer 111, in this process, can roll-in to the sticky tape 242 of carton orientation out of box and one side that deviates from conveyer 111 through roll-in the mechanism 25, improve the stability of carton.
