mixing Ginseng radix with 60% edible alcohol, soaking for 3 months, concentrating under reduced pressure to remove solvent to obtain Ginseng radix extract.

3. The liquid shampoo for turning white hair into black hair according to claim 1, wherein the extracts of formononetin root and peony root are prepared by the steps of:

adding radix Ononis Hibisci and peony root into water respectively, soaking at 25 deg.C for 1-2 hr, taking out, and extracting with 60% ethanol water solution under reflux for 1.5-2 hr to obtain radix Ononis Hibisci extract and peony root extract.
