Has effects of invigorating primordial qi, restoring pulse, relieving depletion, invigorating qi, and controlling blood circulation; it is commonly used for weakness and prostration, cold limbs and faint pulse, qi failing to control blood, metrorrhagia and metrostaxis; heart failure, cardiogenic shock.
Tangerine peel, pericarpium Citri Reticulatae is warm in nature, pungent and bitter in flavor, and enters spleen, stomach and lung meridians. Has the effects of regulating qi, invigorating spleen, regulating middle warmer, eliminating dampness, and eliminating phlegm. It can be used for treating abdominal distention, pain, and dyspepsia due to qi stagnation of spleen and stomach. Chest oppression, abdominal distension, poor appetite and loose stool due to damp-turbidity obstruction. Cough and dyspnea due to phlegm-dampness obstructing the lung. Can be used for treating fullness in chest and abdomen, anorexia, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, and excessive phlegm.
Dendrobium officinale, which is sweet in flavor and slightly cold in nature, enters stomach, kidney and lung meridians; the stem of the Chinese medicinal herb is used as a medicine, and belongs to yin tonifying medicines in tonifying medicines: to nourish stomach, promote the production of body fluid, nourish yin and clear heat.
Sweet osmanthus has pungent and warm smell and is toxic, has the effects of promoting the production of body fluid, invigorating stomach, promoting digestion, promoting blood circulation, benefiting qi, reducing phlegm, relieving cough and the like, and can eliminate depression, balance mind and body and alleviate mental stress.
The aronia melanocarpa has the main effects of resisting aging, providing human nutrition, resisting fatigue and also has a repairing effect; contains flavonol, and has effects of improving immunity, reducing morbidity, and stimulating circulation system; the vitamin C, carotene and vitamin E are also beneficial to the development of vision.
The fructus Lycii is a plant of Lycium of Solanaceae, and has the functions of nourishing kidney, moistening lung, nourishing liver, and improving eyesight. It is indicated for liver and kidney yin deficiency, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, dizziness, blurred vision, hyperdacryosis, cough due to asthenia, diabetes, and spermatorrhea.
Licorice, nature, taste and channel tropism: sweet and neutral. It enters heart, lung, spleen and stomach meridians. Light smell, sweet and special taste. Has effects of invigorating spleen and qi, moistening lung for arresting cough, relieving spasm and pain, relieving drug property, clearing away heat and toxic materials, etc. Meanwhile, the liquorice is used as the sweetening agent of the invention, so that the taste is improved, and the liquorice also has the effects of tonifying spleen and benefiting qi.
In a second aspect, the invention provides a preparation method of a spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Pulverizing 0.7-0.9 g of red ginseng and 0.4-0.6 g of dendrobium officinale into mixed powder A, and adding 3 times of ethanol into the mixed powder A for soaking to obtain a feed liquid mixture A;
(2) Adding the material liquid mixture A in the step (1) into an ultrasonic extraction device for extraction to obtain an extracting solution A;
(3) Filtering the extracting solution A in the step (2), and then carrying out vacuum concentration on the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain an extract A;
(4) Crushing 0.6-0.8 g of dried orange peel, 0.4-0.5 g of sweet osmanthus, 0.3-0.5 g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.3-0.5 g of medlar and 0.2-0.3 g of liquorice into mixed powder B, and adding hot water into the mixed powder B for soaking to obtain a feed liquid mixture B;
(5) Carrying out hot-pressing extraction on the material liquid mixture B in the step (4) to prepare a hot-pressing extracting solution B;
(6) Vacuum concentrating the hot-pressed extract B in the step (5) under reduced pressure to obtain an extract B;
(7) Uniformly mixing the extract A in the step (3) and the extract B in the step (6) to obtain a mixed extract;
(8) And (4) granulating and drying the mixed extract in the step (7) to obtain the solid spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea.
Preferably, the red ginseng in the step (1) is 0.8g, and the dendrobium officinale is 0.5g; in the step (4), 0.7g of dried orange peel, 0.5g of sweet osmanthus, 0.4g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.4g of medlar and 0.2g of liquorice are used; the water content of the red ginseng, the dried orange peel, the dendrobium officinale, the sweet osmanthus, the aronia melanocarpa, the medlar and the liquorice is less than or equal to 2 percent.
Preferably, the concentration of the ethanol in the step (1) is 70-90%, and the ethanol soaking time is 2-4 h.
Preferably, when the material liquid mixture A is subjected to ultrasonic extraction in the step (2), the ultrasonic extraction is performed at the temperature of 30-40 ℃ for 60-120 min.
Preferably, the temperature of the vacuum reduced pressure concentration in the step (3) and the step (6) is 40-60 ℃, and the vacuum degree is 0.05-0.09Mpa.
Preferably, the temperature of the hot water in the step (4) is 80-90 ℃; the hot water soaking time is 4-6 hours.
Preferably, the hot-pressing extraction in the step (5) is to control the pressure of the container to be 0.3-0.5 MPa at the temperature of 110-130 ℃.
Preferably, the drying temperature in the step (8) is 60-80 ℃, and the drying time is 6-8 h.

Example 1
The spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea provided by the embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8g of red ginseng, 0.7g of dried orange peel, 0.5g of dendrobium officinale, 0.5g of sweet osmanthus, 0.4g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.4g of medlar and 0.2g of liquorice.
The preparation method of the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea comprises the following steps:
(1) 0.8g of red ginseng with the water content less than or equal to 2% and 0.5g of dendrobium officinale are crushed into mixed powder A, and 3 times of 80% ethanol is added into the mixed powder A to be soaked for 3 hours, so that a feed liquid mixture A is obtained;
(2) Adding the material liquid mixture A into an ultrasonic extraction device, and performing ultrasonic extraction at 35 ℃ for 100 min to obtain an extracting solution A;
(3) Filtering the extractive solution A, and vacuum concentrating the filtrate at 50 deg.C under 0.07Mpa to obtain extract A;
(4) Crushing 0.7g of dried orange peel with the water content less than or equal to 2%, 0.5g of sweet osmanthus, 0.4g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.4g of medlar and 0.2g of liquorice into mixed powder B, and adding hot water at 85 ℃ into the mixed powder B for soaking for 5 hours to obtain a feed liquid mixture B;
(5) Carrying out hot-pressing extraction on the material liquid mixture B at 120 ℃ under the condition of 0.4MPa to prepare a hot-pressing extracting solution B;
(6) Vacuum concentrating the hot-pressed extractive solution B at 50 deg.C under 0.07Mpa to obtain extract B;
(7) Uniformly mixing the extract A and the extract B to obtain a mixed extract;
(8) And granulating the mixed extract, and drying at 70 ℃ for 7h to obtain the solid spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea.
Example 2
The spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea provided by the embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.7g of red ginseng, 0.6g of dried orange peel, 0.4g of dendrobium officinale, 0.5g of sweet osmanthus, 0.5g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.5g of medlar and 0.3g of liquorice.
The preparation method of the spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea comprises the following steps:
(1) 0.7g of red ginseng and 0.4g of dendrobium officinale with water content less than or equal to 2% are crushed into mixed powder A, and 3 times of 70% ethanol is added into the mixed powder A for soaking for 2 hours to obtain a feed liquid mixture A;
(2) Adding the material liquid mixture A into an ultrasonic extraction device, and performing ultrasonic extraction at 30 ℃ for 60 min to obtain an extracting solution A;
(3) Filtering the extractive solution A, and vacuum concentrating the filtrate at 40 deg.C under 0.05Mpa to obtain extract A;
(4) Crushing 0.6g of dried orange peel with the water content less than or equal to 2%, 0.5g of sweet osmanthus, 0.5g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.5g of medlar and 0.3g of liquorice into mixed powder B, and adding hot water at the temperature of 80 ℃ into the mixed powder B for soaking for 4 hours to obtain a feed liquid mixture B;
(5) Carrying out hot-pressing extraction on the material liquid mixture B at the temperature of 110 ℃ and under the pressure of 0.3MPa to prepare a hot-pressing extracting solution B;
(6) Vacuum concentrating the hot-pressed extractive solution B at 40 deg.C under 0.05Mpa to obtain extract B;
(7) Uniformly mixing the extract A and the extract B to obtain a mixed extract;
(8) And granulating the mixed extract, and drying at 60 ℃ for 6 hours to obtain the solid spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea.
Example 3
The spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea provided by the embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.9g of red ginseng, 0.8g of dried orange peel, 0.6g of dendrobium officinale, 0.4g of sweet osmanthus, 0.3g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.3g of medlar and 0.2g of liquorice.
The preparation method of the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea comprises the following steps:
(1) 0.9g of red ginseng and 0.6g of dendrobium officinale with the water content less than or equal to 2 percent are crushed into mixed powder A, and 3 times of 90 percent ethanol is added into the mixed powder A to be soaked for 4 hours, so that a feed liquid mixture A is obtained;
(2) Adding the material liquid mixture A into an ultrasonic extraction device, and performing ultrasonic extraction on 120min at 40 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution A;
(3) Filtering the extractive solution A, and vacuum concentrating the filtrate at 60 deg.C under 0.09Mpa to obtain extract A;
(4) Crushing 0.8g of dried orange peel with the water content less than or equal to 2%, 0.4g of sweet osmanthus, 0.3g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.3g of medlar and 0.2g of liquorice into mixed powder B, and adding hot water at 90 ℃ into the mixed powder B for soaking for 6 hours to obtain a feed liquid mixture B;
(5) Carrying out hot-pressing extraction on the material liquid mixture B at the temperature of 130 ℃ and under the pressure of 0.5MPa to prepare a hot-pressing extracting solution B;
(6) Vacuum concentrating the hot-pressed extractive solution B at 60 deg.C under 0.09Mpa to obtain extract B;
(7) Uniformly mixing the extract A and the extract B to obtain a mixed extract;
(8) And granulating the mixed extract, and drying at 80 ℃ for 8h to obtain the solid spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea.
Comparative example 1
The spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea provided by the embodiment is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8g of red ginseng, 0.7g of dried orange peel, 0.5g of dendrobium officinale, 0.5g of sweet osmanthus, 0.4g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.4g of medlar and 0.2g of liquorice.
The preparation method of the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea comprises the following steps:
(1) Selecting 0.8g of red ginseng with the water content less than or equal to 2%, 0.7g of dried orange peel, 0.5g of dendrobium officinale, 0.5g of sweet osmanthus, 0.4g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.4g of medlar and 0.2g of liquorice;
(2) The raw materials weighed according to the weight ratio are filled into a tea bag and packaged to obtain the spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea.
Experimental example 1 influence of different sweeteners on the taste of solid spleen-invigorating and qi and blood-tonifying tea
In example 1, 0.2g of licorice root can be used as a sweetener to enhance the taste of the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea, and also has the effects of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi.
The preparation method of the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-replenishing tea containing the sweetening agent is different from the preparation method of the embodiment 1 in that the preparation method of the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-replenishing tea containing the sweetening agent does not contain liquorice, and the step (7) is to uniformly mix the extract A, the extract B and the sweetening agent to obtain a mixed extract; the sweetener is 0.2g of white sugar, xylitol, erythritol, and sorbitol
Or a steviol glycoside. The sensory scores of the solid spleen-invigorating and qi and blood-tonifying tea prepared by different sweeteners are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from table 1, although the addition amounts of licorice, white granulated sugar, xylitol, sorbitol, stevioside, and erythritol were all 0.2g, the sensory score of licorice was superior to that of white granulated sugar, xylitol, sorbitol, stevioside, and erythritol; and the bitter and astringent feeling is heavier after the white granulated sugar, the xylitol, the sorbitol, the stevioside and the erythritol are added, and if the addition amount is too high, the medicine content of the product can be reduced, and the particle property and the hygroscopicity of the product are also greatly influenced. Therefore, licorice is selected as a sweetener, which has a high sweetness profile and can reduce bitterness and astringency of the product itself and other off-tastes, and thus licorice is preferred as a sweetener. When the liquorice with the addition of 0.2g is finally selected, the product has the highest sensory evaluation score, moderate sweetness, better mouthfeel, no bitter and astringent taste and other peculiar smells, and hardly provides heat. The liquorice is used as a sweetening agent, has low energy, high sweetness, pure sweetness and high safety, can cover the bitter taste of the product, and has good dissolvability and stability.
Experimental example 2 verification of efficacy of replenishing Qi and blood
2.1 Effect of spleen-invigorating, qi-blood-replenishing tea on blood of blood-deficient mice
The experimental method comprises the following steps: 50 Kunming mice with the weight of 18-22 g are taken, and the female and the male are respectively half, and the tail parts of the mice are respectively bled by 0.5m1, so that the mice lose blood, and a blood loss type blood deficiency model is caused. The blood loss mice are randomly divided into 5 groups, 10 mice in each group are respectively a blank control group, a spleen-tonifying and qi-blood-tonifying tea group in example 1, a spleen-tonifying and qi-blood-tonifying tea group in example 2, a spleen-tonifying and qi-blood-tonifying tea group in example 3, a model group in comparative example 1, and a blood loss blood deficiency model is built for 24 hours and then is subjected to intragastric administration.
The experimental process comprises the following steps: the spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea prepared in the comparative example 1 and the examples 1 to 3 is respectively put into 1800 ml of boiled water for soaking for 3-5 min for later use. The rats in the three test groups were subjected to gastric gavage (gavage at a rate of 1mL/10g per rat weight) at 8, 14 and 20 points per day for 1 week, during which time the animals in each group had free access to water and food. During the test period, the rats in each group grew well and were moving normally. After 2h from the last administration, blood was taken from the tail of the mice to determine the values of hemoglobin and erythrocytes (mean value). The results are shown in Table 2.

The results show that: the spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea can obviously improve the levels of mouse hemoglobin and red blood cells, and has very obvious difference compared with a blank group and a model group. Therefore, the spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea group has stronger blood-enriching effect than a model group.
2.2 Effect of cyclophosphamide on thrombocytopenia in mice
The experimental method comprises the following steps: 50 Kunming mice with the weight of 18-22 g are half of the male mouse and the female mouse, and 100g/kg of cyclophosphamide is injected into the abdominal cavity of the mice for three times, so that the blood platelets of the mice are reduced. The blood loss mice are randomly divided into 5 groups, 10 mice in each group are respectively a blank control group, a spleen-tonifying and qi-blood-tonifying tea group in example 1, a spleen-tonifying and qi-blood-tonifying tea group in example 2, a spleen-tonifying and qi-blood-tonifying tea group in example 3 and a model group in comparative example 1.
The experimental process comprises the following steps: the spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea prepared in the comparative example 1 and the examples 1 to 3 is respectively put into 1800 ml of boiled water for soaking for 3-5 min for later use. Rats in the three test groups were subjected to gastric lavage (gavage at a rate of 1mL/10g rat weight) at 8, 14, and 20 points per day for 14 consecutive days during which time each group of animals had free access to water and food. During the experiment, the mice in each group grew well and were active normally. The number of platelets (mean) was calculated from the orbital blood collection 2h after the last dose. The results are shown in Table 3.

The results show that: the spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea can obviously reduce the thrombocytopenia caused by cyclophosphamide injection, and has significant difference compared with a blank group and a model group. Therefore, the Chinese medicinal composition has the function of increasing blood platelets by tonifying spleen and nourishing.
Experimental example 3 efficacy verification experiment for strengthening spleen and stomach
Taking internal heat in the body of traditional Chinese medicine as an example, the main symptoms are as follows: dizziness, blurred vision, mental fatigue, shortness of breath, no desire to speak, poor appetite, soreness and weakness of the loins and knees, deep and thready pulse, pale and tender tongue, etc. 100 samples were drawn, half-female, 35-40 years of age, without other serious diseases, and randomly divided into five groups of 20 individuals each. The first group took the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-replenishing tea of example 1, the second group took the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-replenishing tea of example 2, the third group took the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-replenishing tea of example 3, the fourth group took a blank group and took an equal amount of mineral water, and the fifth group took the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-replenishing tea of comparative example 1. The five groups are taken 1 time per day; the spleen-tonifying and qi-blood-tonifying tea for the first group, the second group, the third group and the fifth group is taken (after the spleen-tonifying and qi-blood-tonifying tea is soaked in 1800 ml of boiled water for 3-5 min, 600 ml is drunk at 8, 14 and 20 points every day), 7 days are taken as a treatment course, the number of effective, effective and ineffective patients is counted after 7 days, the total effective rate (%) is calculated, and clinical symptoms are observed at the same time. The curative effect standard is as follows: (1) and (3) healing: no symptoms of deficiency of liver-stomach qi, deficiency of liver and kidney; (2) the effect is shown: the deficiency of liver-stomach qi and the deficiency of liver and kidney of the body are gradually improved, the symptoms are obviously relieved, and the effect is obviously improved; (3) the method has the following advantages: the symptoms of deficiency of liver and stomach qi and deficiency of liver and kidney are relieved and the effect is improved to a certain extent; (4) and (4) invalidation: no improvement or no significant effect. The spleen invigorating efficacy verification results are shown in table 4.

As can be seen from table 4, after the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea provided by the invention is taken, the total effective rate is obviously higher than that of the comparative example 1 (the fifth group), namely, the effects and performances of the spleen-invigorating tea prepared in examples 1-3 are obviously better than those of the fifth group. Therefore, the components in the formula are reasonably compatible and effectively cooperated, and the prepared spleen-tonifying and qi-blood-tonifying tea has the effects of strengthening the spleen and stomach and tonifying qi and blood.
In addition, the raw materials of the tea for tonifying spleen and qi and blood can be prepared into bottled beverages, oral liquids, concentrated solutions, buccal tablets, soft sweets, granules, tea bags, ready-made tea drinks, ready-made beverages and the like.

The spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea as claimed in claim 1, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.8g of red ginseng, 0.7g of dried orange peel, 0.5g of dendrobium officinale, 0.5g of sweet osmanthus, 0.4g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.4g of medlar and 0.2g of liquorice.
3. A method for preparing the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-replenishing tea according to any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) Pulverizing 0.7-0.9 g of red ginseng and 0.4-0.6 g of dendrobium officinale into mixed powder A, and adding 3 times of ethanol into the mixed powder A for soaking to obtain a feed liquid mixture A;
(2) Adding the material liquid mixture A obtained in the step (1) into an ultrasonic extraction device for extraction to obtain an extracting solution A;
(3) Filtering the extracting solution A in the step (2), and then carrying out vacuum concentration on the filtrate under reduced pressure to obtain an extract A;
(4) Crushing 0.6-0.8 g of dried orange peel, 0.4-0.5 g of sweet osmanthus, 0.3-0.5 g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.3-0.5 g of medlar and 0.2-0.3 g of liquorice into mixed powder B, and adding hot water into the mixed powder B for soaking to obtain a feed liquid mixture B;
(5) Carrying out hot-pressing extraction on the feed liquid mixture B in the step (4) to prepare a hot-pressing extracting solution B;
(6) Vacuum concentrating the hot-pressed extract B in the step (5) under reduced pressure to obtain an extract B;
(7) Uniformly mixing the extract A in the step (3) and the extract B in the step (6) to obtain a mixed extract;
(8) And (5) granulating the mixed extract in the step (7) and drying to obtain the solid spleen-tonifying and qi and blood-tonifying tea.
4. The preparation method of the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea according to claim 3, wherein in the step (1), the red ginseng is 0.8g, and the dendrobium officinale is 0.5g; in the step (4), 0.7g of dried orange peel, 0.5g of sweet osmanthus, 0.4g of aronia melanocarpa, 0.4g of medlar and 0.2g of liquorice are used; the water content of the red ginseng, the dried orange peel, the dendrobium officinale, the sweet osmanthus, the aronia melanocarpa, the medlar and the liquorice is less than or equal to 2 percent.
5. The preparation method of the spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea according to claim 3, wherein the concentration of the ethanol in the step (1) is 70-90%, and the ethanol soaking time is 2-4 h.
6. The preparation method of the spleen-invigorating and qi and blood-replenishing tea according to claim 3, wherein when the material-liquid mixture A is subjected to ultrasonic extraction in the step (2), the ultrasonic extraction is performed for 60 to 120min at a temperature of 30 to 40 ℃.
7. The method for preparing spleen-invigorating and qi-blood-tonifying tea according to claim 3, wherein the temperature of the vacuum concentration in the steps (3) and (6) is 40-60 ℃ and the vacuum degree is 0.05-0.09Mpa.
